The final count of the Bart Allen comic readathon I did:
505 comic appearances sans 2 I didn’t react to because they were single panel group shots
53 page document with reactions to every single one

Is it all of his appearances guaranteed? No. I’m sure I missed at least 5 or more of his more obscure appearances especially from comics released in the 90s to 2000s but I can safely say I’ve read almost all of his comic appearances in chronological order to the best of my ability.

After the sort of day I had, which included about seven hours of meetings just to learn the process of reviewing a grants budget in microscopic detail, I have never felt more sympathetic to young Peter Lorre working his crushing bank job by day just to live for the Vienna stage at night. Chromebook Linux is a fucking nightmare anyway. In my last job I always ended up spending several hours helping at least a few students who only had Chromebooks install the tools we needed for them to be able to do their coursework. My current job involves teaching in a STEM department and Chromebooks aren't acceptable computers for the students, not as a form of gatekeeping but because we just can't help 200 students from non-STEM backgrounds figure out how to keep their packages up to date.
