[These are ideas I've had but writer's block has prevented me from actually writing, so I'm releasing them into the world so maybe someone else can write them :] ]

✩ Honey taking Guy to a concert they like - probably punk or metal and getting to teach him how to mosh

✩ Movie night with Freelancer, Gavin, and Caelum

✩ Darlin wrestling with Asher and Milo while they’re all shifted

✩ Ollie introducing Coworker / Mentor to his friend group - or telling said friend group that they’re a couple

✩ The pack setting up a surprise birthday party for David because he would never agree to have one of his own volition

✩ Angel and Babe trying to teach Asher how to cook because maybe David just tried teaching him the wrong way

✩ Elliott and Sunshine reunion - very sappy, very angsty

✩ Darlin explaining how important the term “mate” is to them and what kind of weight it holds in their relationship

✩ Camelopardalis checking in on Baby, just to make sure they’re still doing alright

✩ Asher tricking Milo and Darlin into watching a horror movie

✩ Hush trying to do research on humans and finding outdated, questionable material which leads him to ask Doc weirdly specific clarifying questions on things they’ve never even considered before

✩ Sam explaining to Fred and his progeny that he’s leaving the Solaire clan and offering to take them with him to be their new support system

✩ Morgan and the seer playing a game of Never Have I Ever / 20 Questions to get to know each other better

✩ Aaron making dinner for Elliott, Sunshine, and Smartass and getting to catch up with all the non-cult stuff that they missed out on

Gavin still manages to tease him. Even with the tears in the detective's eyes, the visible bruises, and the not-so-visible chest wound. Nines doesn't think he'll ever know why Reed does the things he does. Maybe he never will. "When do you think I'll be discharged?" "There ain-" Nines pauses. He tries not to frown at the involuntary accent, unearthed from his coding due to his recent full deviancy. If there's things he doesn't know about Gavin, then Gavin doesn't need to know that particular new detail about him. "-They are not going to do it anytime soon."

I love posting things on twitter and tumblr in the middle of the night and by middle of the night I mean its 5 am and I haven't slept.

Anyways, more little scenes from a fic I should be trying to write but alas....

Actually hold on. I know I said that probably Klavier doesn’t greet people unhinged in canon, but his first meeting with Phoenix involved getting him disbarred, so there are actually two points of evidence in favor of that being canon. Maybe more I haven’t played it yet.

This had me curious about how he greets people when he first meets them canonically, so here's how he greets people canonically:

"I was just thinking, is this what all the fuss is about? Bit of a buzz-kill, really." is how he greets the judge at the start of Zak's trial. sir this is a murder trial

"I know what you're thinking: 'You're out of your league, rock-boy.'" is implied to be how he greets Phoenix; it's not exactly made clear if he's referring to Phoenix specifically, but Phoenix does think "You're out of your league, rock-boy" right before Klavier says this so

"I must say I'm used to being inspected by the ladies… But this is the first time I've felt this way with a man." is how he greets Apollo when he first meets him

"Ah, Fräulein. What is a sweet morsel like you doing in such a dismal place? Can I help?" is how he greets Trucy when he first meets her. I don't know if it's relevant but this is immediately after he greets Apollo

"Why, I do believe we have a fresh face here. Greetings, Fräulein. I am Klavier Gavin. Some know me as a prosecutor, but I'm most famous for my former rock band. We were quite popular you know, but regrettably, the band went kaput. Perhaps you've heard of us? The Gavinners? I was the lead vocalist." is how he greets Athena when he first meets her. Athena almost immediately asks for his autograph so I guess they're equally unhinged (Apollo even points out that she's asking for his autograph despite having met him "like three seconds ago"). Klavier then proceeds to tease Apollo about Athena being "his type"

I would personally say how he greets Apollo is the most unhinged and every other way he greets people is slightly less unhinged. Like honestly Klavier's just a bit unhinged generally. I think it's funny to imagine the most unhinged possible ways he could greet people he never canonically meets even if he doesn't canonically greet people in the most out of pocket way possible though lol. I'm thinking if he ever had the chance to meet Clay he'd greet him with a space pun or something

i know there's many interpretations of klapollo and they're all valid or whatever all are welcome to dine at the lords table ect ect but to ME. it is integral that:

a) apollo doesn't give a single shit that klavier is famous and

b) that apollo isn't insecure abt his looks

because if you don't have that then it's just a 1directioner insert fic which. I can accept but it's hard for me to return to those grade school recess conversations in full sincerity. and if you DO have those things then klapollo is the greatest modern successor to roger and jessica rabbit

i need to write the fic where it's a flashback of a time to when kristoph and apollo are investigating something and then in the blink of an eye, something happens that could put apollo in mortal danger, like something's about to fall on him or someone's about to attack him, and then kristoph just instinctually "takes the bullet" for him.

kristoph has big brother instincts that just kick in when he sees klavier or apollo (or trucy, in my mind) specifically in danger and he doesn't even realize he's DONE anything until it's already done, and now maybe HE'S injured or bleeding or whatever. it wasn't a conscious action, it was because he cares for them but doesn't even know that he cares THAT much, enough to go against his most basic paranoid self-preserving instincts (which are incredibly strong motivating forces in him specifically by the way, he always protects himself first) and take a self-sacrificial action.

apollo is just in awe of him after that. his boss is his absolutely his hero. and kristoph is just having a bit of an internal crisis because why did he do that. why put himself in danger like that. why. why. why. why. it disturbs him, deeply. does kristoph really know so little about himself?
