WASP REVIEW - WASPMON, FUNBEEMON, AND CANNONBEEMON (DIGIMON)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
[Image IDs: Three official renders of the listed Digimon, those being Waspmon, FunBeemon, and CannonBeemon /End IDs.]
Well, this will be interesting as someone whose only experience with the Digimon franchise is whatever Karina from Drawfee has explained about the franchise. But I'm gonna try my best to understand what we've got going on here, which shouldn't be too difficult! Let's just hop into the deep end here! (Apologies in advance to the Digimon enjoyers)
Starting with Waspmon, this Digimon is very clearly at least mostly mechanical, which I suppose makes my job here a little bit easier, as it's clear they were not going for accuracy. Even still, I do have to point out some things. It seemingly only has one pair of improperly segmented legs (unless those rib-like parts around its mesosoma are legs too), with more human-like hands, and these big armored shoulder plates (supposedly propellers?) that are perhaps only comparable to the large tibiae of shield-handed wasps. They also seem to have only one set of wings but I can't say for sure. The head seems accurate enough, with even the right number of eyes, in the right positions! That's pretty rare! The antennae are a bit too straight, not segmented enough, with feathered ends I've never really seen in a wasp, although they do remind me of some notably different featherings on certain species, such as a number of members of the genus Dendrocerus. There are other things I could point out, like the abdominal spines and laser stinger, but given its mechanical nature, I'll leave it at the fact that the abdomen is too big, with perhaps the closest example I can give in relation to the roundness of the gaster being that of gall wasps!

Thorpe, and Flickr, Judy Gallagher | Image IDs: Three photos, one of a black and yellow shield-handed wasp on a white surface, the next of a black specimen of the genus Dendrocerus in front of a white background, the last one of a black and red Cynipid gall wasp on a brown wooden surface /End IDs.]
As for FunBeemon, this one seems a lot more natural on nature, with a very clear inspiration too. Body's properly segmented, the color could stand to be a tiny bit darker though. The correct number of wings, legs, and eyes. But the eyes that are supposed to be compound are these glassy, mammalian eyes, and the legs aren't quite colored or segmented right, with too few claws on most legs as well. The antennae seem to be segmented properly though! Even with little lines that seem to imply the presence of the flagellomeres, not quite clear on that though. The mandibles shouldn't be grey like that, and the head in general is a bit too wide and round. It has the same strange abdominal spines as Waspmon, which shouldn't be there, as I don't believe any species of bee has those. But they did get the "serrated" (barbed) stinger right, even if it is far too thick!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
[Image Sources: Jupiter's Wasp House, ie Myself, and Cambridge University | Image IDs: A photo of a black and yellow honey bee on a human hand, followed by four images of a honey bee's stinger viewed on an extremely close up scale /End IDs.]
Finally, when it comes to CannonBeemon... What's going on here? Don't get me wrong here, it's awesome, but it does also look like Polistes dominula got freaky with a FusionFall Shattergun. All bits aside, this Digimon does fall into essentially the same category as Waspmon, it's too mechanical to really bother with the details, this one even moreso. Everything I said about Waspmon's general head area still applies. It has the right wing count, though they are thin for something as heavy as this thing has to be (the Wiki says 38g but I'm not sure about that for something so big and metallic, not gonna lie). It has only four, very short legs, with little grabby hands at the end, which while incorrect is actually pretty cute. The shape is too abnormal to compare to any real wasp, though I do quite like the use of hexagonal cell shapes here in reference to real social bees' and wasps' hive structures. That's about it for that, though.
Now, what about their behaviors? Well, as one might expect, Waspmon is the defensive soldier type, patrolling the viscinity of the hive, being aggressive enough to divebomb Digimon that get too close. Now, I won't deny that wasps do divebomb as an offensive move against potential hive invaders, but they act on far more than distance to the hive, their reaction to an individual's presence is based on a multitude of factors, such as movement/body language, their level of familiarity with the threat, and of course, actual actions taken by the potential threat to harm the hive, among other things. That said, these Digimon do seem to be quite intelligent, as the wiki states "The antenna-parts on its head have high reconnaissance ability", IE they are able to gather information essentially at the level of a special operative. A real wasp can remember quite a lot, though it definitely takes in more than just what it can detect through smell.
CannonBeemon is also a line of defense for the hive, though being much more powerful, both of these Digimon use lasers instead of venom, as you could've probably guessed from their mechanical structures, which is, of course, not true for actual wasps. I'm sure I don't have to tell you that wasps don't fire lasers though. Whether or not these two soldiers hunt for or feed on anything is unclear.
As for FunBeemon, it also doesn't seem to be out gathering food either, but it does gather some materials, those being bits of "home data", to build up the hive the same way many social Hymenopterans would gather wood, dirt, or the material needed to make wax. This Digimon gets along well with plant Digimon, which should probably be the case for all the rest of them too but whatever. These ones, too, also attack... With projectiles, they fire off their stingers like arrows. This is a surprisingly common thing amongst representations of stinging Hymenopterans in media? strange... They also have a second ability to summon allies, which is unfortunately, for whatever reason, referred to as "88 Call". Apparently this is because 8 in Japanese can be read as "Hachi", which is also a word that refers to eusocial Hymenopterans, like honey bees, but of course, two eights can also be read in a far, far worse way. Different potential connotations aside, the description of this move says that FunBeemon summons allies with its antennae, which, as far as I know, the alarm pheromones of bees are not produced in or near the antennae.
Back to the material gathering and building of the hive though! It turns out that FunBeemon isn't the only one who helps to build the hive, as it's aided by-

This guy! Not much to say here in terms of accuracy, as I don't think they're really trying for that here. But I do really love that they accounted for its ocelli in the mask design! Coulda used a bit more space around the compound eyes though. It's got antennae, which aren't segmented right, but they're present, and bend in the right place. It also has wings that are even tinier than CannonBeemon! Its two moves are also defense by way of offense, with a saw-like stinger, and two extra robotic arms that can produce a powerful electric discharge.
It's not called a "Forge" for nothing, either, as these bees are the ones that take materials and bond them together with an adhesive called "Honey Glue" (Don't think that's how that works, but oh well) that's produced in its abdomen, much like how honey bees produce wax!
Tumblr media
[Image Source: Hive And Honey Apiary | Image ID: A photo of a black and yellow honey bee producing wax from its abdominal glands /End IDs.]
But, if they have a hive, and live in the same eusocial manner as some real honey bees and vespid wasps, then they must have a Queen! I wonder what it looks like-

... That's just a human woman in a costume... Are y'all sure this is a Digimon?... Well, I mean, it still has absolute power over the hive, so I guess yeah, that's their queen, but... Huh.
Well QueenBeemon gets a badass army and a badass mech chair with venom shot arms and laser turrets at least. Surely that's the end of them and that's all that needs to be s-

Alright, more guys in suits. Human status is less clear given the fact they have no skin showing, but they're definitely humanoid... I can at least comment on the fact they seem to be designed to be male, which, if they're meant to be soldiers/workers too (Where are the drones??) that wouldn't be the case, as the vast majority of male social wasps (including bees) do not have defensive capabilities and don't leave the hive nearly as often as the females.
But that HAS to be it? Right? RIGH-

i know i keep ranting about fusionfall but DUDE ITS SUCH A COOL CONCEPT AND WHY THE FUCK WAS THE GAME CANCELLED I STILL WANNA PLAY IT😭😭😭
but if u didnt know, fusionfall is a game based around an alien invasion involving cartoon network characters of the 2000s or somewhere around that time frame (if i am correct tho, the academy storyline has characters from some 2010s shows?)
by the way, major spoilers for the game ahead
but what is interesting about that is the fact on who is participating in the game. because fusionfall is a story based around the concept of an alien planet invading earth, it causes a life threatening situation for the characters we are introduced to and basically placing them into a war
AND DO YOU KNOW WHO IS IN THAT WAR??? LITERAL CHILDREN. mostly. what i want to mean by that is when you play the game or at least watch playthroughs of it, there are not adults that you meet at first, the only few adults i can count is Prof. Utonium and Father but there's probably more. Instead when you first join, youre met with younger people (depending on whether youre playing on the future or academy version, it really doesnt matter because either way youre meeting someone younger than the age of 20 when you first boot up the game)
this is interesting to me because, once again, think about who's participating in the war against Fusion. its actual kids, like the KND is actually the main supplier or weapons and transport throughout the entire game, and there are literally so many more examples i could give but i wont
but thinking about it from their persepctive, its fucking terrifying. its a literal war theyre in right now, and half of the population of Townsville (or wherever the game takes place) is either dead or somewhere else because nobody is there but them. for all they know, kids could be thinking that their parents or friends died in the invasion, or vice versa.
also, these characters had to take on a huge role at such a younge age. another example, but in the game (for the future version) once you complete the first quarter of the game and are sent back to the past you have to choose a guide to help you advance in your story. for those who dont know, guides are characters that lead four different story lines rhat can be a potential way to help you defeat Fuse at rhe end. The four guides consist of Dexter, Ben 10, Mojo Jojo and Double D.
Out of the four, double d stands out the most since for one, ben 10 and mojo jojo are like superpowered or something cause they feel actually qualified to be leaders in a war. Dexter is like the main reason that FusionFall takes place so he also makes sense to be a guide. Double D however is most likely still 12 years old (or older), still a genius n inventor, but he's just a normal kid here. you could argue that Dexter is just a kid as well, but he has such advanced technology that basically cancels that out.
what im trying to get at here, double d is literally just an average child with nothing but extra braincells he stole from his friends and more resources than usual that made him a guide. at 12. and is participating in a war. just. idk its probably that its horrifying to be a war general at such a young age??
OH AND I DIDNT EVEN BRING THIS UP YET BUT FUSIONFALL SURE AS HELL AINT AFRAID TO LET CHARACTERS DIE
in one of the versions of fusionfall, maybe the academy version?? Buttercup is presumed dead after one of the ppg fights against mojo jojo and she is shot into the sea and disappeared for like a bunch of years. Blossom and bubbles obviously had no idea shes still alive, and spent almost everyday trying to search for her until they had to give up and accept her sisters presumed death and THEN get burdened with an alien invasion (buttercup does come back tho, sorry for spoilers)
and in the future version where your character is accidentially sent far into the future where youre able to see the devastating amount of destruction the invasion can bring, you meet a lot less characters than you do when you travel back to the past. the past part of the game probably has at least over 50 characters or less im not sure, but when youre in the future theres at least 10 characters left
now im not totally sure if every character died or not, but considering the change in environment from the future and past, its not that far off from a possibility. though, it could jist be a personal headcanon for me.
but if this were true, then the game just killed off like the majority of their cast, including the main ones like Dexter and left some behind, obviously so you know what to do in the game but like imagine it from one of the characters perspectives??
eduardo is the only imaginary friend we meet in the future, so he's all alone with none of his friends there
eddy's the only kid left from the cul-de-sac like dude what
numbuh 2 and 5 are probably the only KND members we meet
Ben is still there
basically, everyone left had to watch their family and friends die and thats a little idk dark maybe for a cartoon network game?? i mean just a little-
anywho i love fusionfall its a lovely concept and i really want to talk to people about it but NONE OF MY FROENDS KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CARTOON NETWORK AND IM GETTING SAD OF TALKING TO MYSLEF
goodbye

Antis DNI - Block the tag "comship" if this causes discomfort.
Remember, you are voting for the ship you prefer, not the ship you find more problematic
Propaganda for both ships under the cut.
Disclaimer: All propaganda is follower-submitted and we do not always have time to fact-check this propaganda. There may be errors. As well as this, Comship does not have to be Darkship, so large age gaps between adults, pseudo-incest, indirect incest, humanoid alien x human, etc. will be counted as acceptable for this bracket.
Blossom x Him Propaganda (Abusive Dynamic, Age Difference - Met as MinorxAdult, Possible Assault)
"we love a canon terror. in Grim Tales, Blossom and Him canonically have a child together, and we still don't know the details of how that happened; it could have been a genuine relationship, or it could have been… something worse. What we do know is that they were never married, and Him keeps a photo of her on his wall to remind him that [evil can arise from even the holiest of beings]. he did eventually infect their daughter with pure evil and have her kill blossom, which he ALSO displays a picture of on his office wall. as it's directly implied that these characters are meant to be the same characters seen in their source material, we can also assume everything from PPG applies to them as well, such as when blossom(and her sisters) accidentally went to the future and Him from the future tormented them about how if they EVER left townsville he would take it over apocalypse-style.
as blossom was in kindergarten when they first met, and we have no idea how old she was at the time of having their daughter, nor how old Him is actually supposed to be besides 'adult', the age gap claim is more than appropriate."
BenBloss Propaganda (Species Difference - Kind of as Ben is every alien and Blossom is chemically created, Age at Different Rates, Age Gap in their ORIGINAL Sources)
"In Cartoon Network: Fusionfall's manga we see the invasion of the world by Fuse, where Blossom appears to be around 15 or 16, despite being a toddler in her original series. However, by the time the game comes out, Blossom is still around 15 or 16, and Ben has aged to 16, proving they age at different rates. On top of this, in their original sources, Ben is 10 and Blossom's a toddler, so if the relationship started earlier that could be seen as massive age gap. I like shipping these as when you pick Ben as your guide in Fusionfall you're constantly sent to meet Numbuh 2 at Sector V, where Blossom is ALSO stationed, plus Ben and Blossom have such juxtaposing energies. Ben is an egotistical and combat-reckless slacker-of-studies who thinks the hero job means he can put off academic studies, while Blossom is a studious and cautious superhero. I imagine Blossom would be the type to scold him for rushing into dangerous things without thought, and Ben would try to help her be less high-strung."

FusionFall Headcanons: Mummy Monsters
These monsters can be difficult to face not because of how strong they are, but because of how they came to be in the first place. The concept of the undead is a well-known horror trope, and it has been used in-full here to not only deeply unnerve the Fusion Fighters, but to experiment with how much Earth's own creatures can be manipulated by Fuse for his army.
Considering the description of the Pharoah Creeps, the stronger version of this monster, it seems that they actually have their own will as opposed to most other fusion monsters. Quote: "Now controlled by Lord Fuse, he's angry that he doesn't have the power he once did, and he'll fight anyone to get it back." This fits more in-line with monsters such as the Scribble Spawns and Spawn Simians, who were corrupted by fusion matter. The key difference between them is that the Pharoah Creep does maintain some sense of identity of who they were where the other examples do not. Nevertheless, they still aren't entirely sound. Aside from rare cases, like with the Ectonurites, it's very hard to maintain one's mental stability when connected to the fusion hivemind. This is why they still lash out at pretty much anyone without restraint.
Likely, the only reason the Pharaoh Creeps are able to keep some awareness to an extent is because of their undead state. Their souls cling to a broken, decaying shell, to a life that was literally severed a long time ago. Meanwhile, you have fusion spawns trying to take over those same remains. A living being's body and soul are typically in-tune--body, mind, and soul all working together--making possession much more difficult unless their consciousness is either corrupted (as in the case with fusion matter) or suppressed (as in most cases with Ectonurites). If not, that originating will is bound to fight back against the intruding force. In the case of the undead, however, it's more like two beings trying to possess something that belongs to neither of them, making the fight for control more even. The original souls of the Pharaoh Creeps don't have the same control over their bodies as they did in life, but, while the fusion spawns can possess those bodies, they can't really do much about those incorporeal souls that refuse to leave. We can use the events surrounding the Master Weapon as another example of this struggle, with ancient spirits attacking fusion monsters and making them "go berserk." Since fusion matter can't hurt them, the spirits have a small advantage. About the only thing that could solve the issue for the spawns is to have someone on their side like Fusion Demongo or Fusion Grim tear those souls out--and there's so many it's not really worth it.
Sidenote #1: In hindsight, it's possible that this issue may have actually helped speed up the events surrounding the Master Weapon. While the Master Weapon was part of its own prophecy, I think it's safe to say that a bunch of spirits angry that their graves have been ransacked and their remains possessed by monsters--especially if they were forced from of said remains--would find a way to strike back if only to get revenge for themselves.
Sidenote #2: It's highly likely that Irwin's mom and grandfather are both at-risk of being taken over by fusion spawns because of these reasons. However, since Irwin is still alive despite being half-mummy, it won't work on him. He's inherited the powers of the undead, but he's not undead himself. This same distinction applies to the mummy-like Thep Khufans, who also don't count among the undead.
All of this could also explain what makes the Pharoah Creeps different from the Mummy Monsters outside of simply strength. Typically, one major way a mummy is distinguished from a zombie is by its willpower and intelligence. However, the description for the Mummy Monsters doesn't mention their having a separate will: It just says that they're all trained martial artists who work out. While they are clearly intelligent enough to understand martial arts, it seems that they are just copies of mummies in the same vein as other fusion monsters copying other supernatural beings. (Nevertheless, I wouldn't dismiss graverobbing either. I just don't think Fuse's army would care about or even fully understand the concept of a traditional mummy the way people on Earth do.) The downside for them though is that they don't have all of a true mummy's supernatural powers because of this, forcing them to rely on mostly brute strength alone. Only the Pharoah Creeps will observe behaviors and abilities more commonly associated with mummies as we know them in lore/media.
Similarly, it's more likely that the Mummy Monsters got their martial arts skills from observing normal humans. While the Underworld is hard for Fuse's army to get to, Endsville itself has a big Martial Arts Tournament, as seen in the GAOBAM episode "Chicken Ball Z." The spawns that became these monsters are likely among the many that witnessed human behavior and copied it.
There's only so much raw strength a corpse can have, so the even Mummy Monsters who do use them still compensate in-large-part by enveloping fusion matter around their entire bodies. As seen in concept art, this adds to their muscle mass, covering up most of the original body along with the bandages. However, this also means they have less protection against imaginary energy compared to other fusion monsters.
This means that they share many human strengths and weaknesses as well. Still, don't count too much on targeting things like pressure points since they do have a different makeup. Focus instead on cutting them through to damage the original body.
When an actual mummy is involved, there's a bit of an extra danger to fighting these monsters. Just because the spirits of those mummies are mad at Fuse's army for taking over their remains doesn't necessarily mean they won't be mad at you for destroying them. You can beat a Mummy Monster only to end up hearing Phase Two boss music cue in the background because some restless spirit isn't too happy that you blasted apart what was left of their old selves. A lot of fusion fighters, particularly those who are more superstitious, will often make a point to care for these remains to ensure that the spirit finds peace. Disrespect the dead at your own risk.

Late than ever, PPG script
I wrote this in my DeviantArt during the most heartbreaking and stressful time because of a dump script. The live action PPG script made me unable to sleep and do my work for overthinking. This exist for me to cope.
Many time, reminding myself not to check on the script. I didn't listen to myself because of curiosity, and wasn't too happy reading most part and couldn't go on. Nearly lose my appetite. The script I read is the revision in January 2021. The origin they build for the girls, including Mojo Jojo, isn't entertaining or that unique. Also, they add so much villain in a single pilot in the background. For nostalgia, maybe. The extra characters and name-adding poison my heart, an example of the script's names, using Drake instead Professor Utonium. Who's Drake? Wait, it's the Professor.
Like everyone says and mentions, it's like fanfic. Yeah, it does write itself such as that. A terrible one, actually.
Those reboots and remakes, I would either ignore or avoid them as much as possible. However, there is some good of them out there. Not counting a few years ago or years to come since these writers are getting weirder. Memes they wrote and the trending internet they took from are horrible. It is constantly added while I'm asking myself is there a meaning in it. None! It's meant to attract—to what they believe—people enjoyment because of the views on the internet.
Now, let me take a deep breath. I saw others trying to lift their spirit up by rewrote or redesign the characters. The same goes for the story. Seeing what they did, I felt inspired to reimagine the plot and characters. Especially the characters, which sometimes I want to question their choice of actions.
Invision
Vanilla Characters
Professor Jonathan Utonium His first name was grab from the FusionFall and Snafu, which I accepted as his legit name. The girls, including everyone else, would call him Professor or Professor Utonium like his cartoon self. Sometimes the girls' will says Dad in a tight situation or worrisome state, inspired by the TMNT. Professor Utonium isn't greedy. He loves his daughters and would worry about their well-being. The man who'll try his best to give advice to his daughters.
Blossom I like the idea from the script she's going to college, maybe aiming for a doctorate degree. She, like her sisters, is separated to focus their careers path and visit their childhood home once a month. The trauma she's receiving is out, crossing that part away from the plot for the time being. Blossom is the leader because she accepts as being one. No one or anyone told her to be one. It's her nature to lead her sisters and strategize the fight.
Blossom special power is ice breath, and none of her sisters had it. Also, she can speak mandarin. Growing older, meaning new powers.
Bubbles This is tough. Her occupation is weird in the script. She's either a failing celebrity or a journalist. I'm going with a journalist, even though I'm aiming for the famous status but journalist sound funner. There won't be any TRIGGERING, comparing, or mentioning the original cartoon from this lady's mouth. Also, any other 80s and 90s films. Bubbles is the sweetest and also the scariest out of the team. She carried that personality through adulthood; having that charisma brings success to her career by interviewing people.
Bubbles special power is communicating with squirrel, and speaking multiple language, so far I know is English, Japanese, and Spanish. New powers will come when she gets older.
Buttercup A firefighter, I expected a wrestler as a child but a firefighter. I accepted it. She'll be a badass firefighter, living in a random town, saving people like a civilian. The whole tough and aggressive personality doesn't mean she's lesbian, which isn't right to cheat as being one too. So that'll be gone. Labeling characters isn't my thing because I want people guesses their sexuality. Buttercup wants to live in a small town, experience something else instead of the city. People know her as a strong, willful, and caring person, which they respect.
Buttercup had no special power. Yeah, it's a shame but she could roll her tongue. That's cool. But she'll be fine as she grew, new powers will be shown.
The Mayor Wasn't a big help, banning the Powerpuff Girls from defending Townsville due to a riot. Also got replace, which I erase that replacer whole existence. The Mayor will continue being the Mayor.
Ms. Sara Bellum Never mention of her being the Mayor's secretary, except being Professor Utonium's ex-girlfriend and getting insulted by him. No and never. She's a strong woman and can defend herself because the original show her kicking Sedusa's ass. Ms. Bellum will continue as the secretary.
Narrator He exists, and narrated a decent amount of the Powerpuff Girls life at the beginning.
Not-So-Vanilla Characters
Mojo Jojo He's a chimpanzee, and he won't be splitting into two characters. The only children he had is the Rowdyruff Boys. Mojo Jojo won't be irrelevant in the story.
Rowdyruff Boys These brothers have powers and not some wannabes. Shortly, in my dream, they became a couple with the Powerpuff Girls. They're anti-hero, maybe, because I read a comic that the girls and they worked together to defeat a disco villain. So, their occupation is lying on the anti-hero side, for now. Won't be in the story.
HIM He wasn't in the script, but I'm bringing him in the story.
Ace Not sure if this character is the same from the Gangreen Gang, but it's a shock he's Bubbles cameraman. However, I'll kick him out from the story. In time being.
Fuzzy Lumpkins Mentioning through a montage of him being beaten up for stealing money from the bank. Yeah, Fuzzy won't be too irrelevant in the story.
Extra Characters
Clive I don't care if he continues being Blossom supporting boyfriend in the present. But they'll break-up in the future, maybe something about their path is different, or things won't work out. That cliche stuffs. The script wrote him as a sweet guy, but I can't wait for the writer to add some useless drama. Isn't that great? I'm sarcastic at the last part.
Macy She had no personality, instead of being Buttercup... I don't want to say it. Her fling. Or another word from the script, bi-curious townies. Again, I don't care. She could be an interest Buttercup trying to aim, but we can't predict the future. However, the script on her part was an eye-boggler.
Gina The secretary for the new mayor, but she's gone. Gone. GONE. Good-bye.
Jojo The new mayor, who has a crush on Blossom, and the secret child of Mojo Jojo. The laziest villain ever written. Who cares, since his whole existence is being erased.
Henrietta A little girl being hires by Jojo to mind control the Powerpuff Girls. The script kept stalling that the girls left Townsville, which the plan fails, switching to control the citizens. She, I don't why, like Blossom more than the rest of the girls. Telling directly to Bubbles and Buttercup, it's like she's asking for a beating. I'll add her to the story since she sounds like an extra.
Mine Characters
Casey Bubbles cameraman, who'll replace Ace and is going to retire in a month or two.
Plot
Instead of telling the Powerpuff Girls origin at first, it'll be great to focus on their life as an adult. Blossom working hard to earn her degree. Bubbles, a journalist, finding the most extensive and exciting story people will emerge. Buttercup lives in a small town and being a firefighter. It starts off relatable to how people go through their dailies then, surprise, using their powers. Presenting the Powerpuff Girls, retiring from the heroes job and live almost civil.
—————
Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup are chatting through videos. They can't believe they're here and thought as children to be together forever in their conversation. Fighting criminals and monsters, or starting a band from their childish dream. They chuckle a bit while Blossom wonders Townsville state, but Bubbles assure that the city will be fine. HIM were sealed away, and the invention Professor Utonium created had defended Townsville for almost ten years. Criminal ratings are low. Even if their biggest nemesis like Mojo Jojo or Fuzzy Lumpkins is easy to capture. Buttercup agrees, but Blossom wasn't sure as her head began to hurt.
Buttercup was the first to react, asking if she's okay, to which she responded with a nod. Lately, Blossom doesn't understand why her head hurts. Bubbles then assume that maybe she studies too much and should rest. Hearing what the blue powerpuff says made Buttercup straighten the leader, ordering her to head straight to bed without questions. Buttercup insists on it by ending her calls. On the other hand, Bubbles told her not to study too hard and taking care of herself. Ending the call.

In Townsville, Professor Utonium looks through a chart of the earth below the city. The rating is unusual from any of his previous data, so he checked on the camera that spy Monster Isle. Nothing changes from there. Professor Utonium left his lab, going to speak with the Mayor about this.
—————
Clive, Blossom's boyfriend, entered the lounge and brought the textbook Blossom requested. Greeting with kisses. He sits beside her then notices the pale face. In a worry, Clive asked if she's okay. Blossom replied a yes, but became worse when whispers blowing through her ears. A warning she had to fear and the preparation she need to prep. Telling her and her sisters to return to Townsville. Blossom ignores it.
—————
Buttercup and the rest of the crew went on a drill, preparing the water hose and squirt it, treat the routine likes the real deal, and when any mistakes were made, it will need improvement. After all, that’s done. It’s cleaning time. Buttercup was then invited by a colleague for dinner because his wife is making it. She accepts.
They walk along with the house then knock. Greeting them by the door was the colleague’s wife. The rest inside is their children, then there’s an extra person. The colleague introduced this person as his baby sister, and her name is Macy. Macy isn’t too fond of a small town, but she needs a place to crash. Buttercup also mentioned that she lives by herself, offering her home if she needs some alone time. A tiny spark of interest between them.
—————
Shocking news from Bubbles Cameraman, Casey, announcing that he’ll retire within a month. Bubbles and Casey were partners when she first started. Things change, which is what Bubbles hate the most is changes. When the Powerpuff Girls went their separate ways, she hates it but had to get used to it.  In the end, things need move on, so Bubbles congratulate Casey on retirement.
—————
In Mayor Hall, Professor Utonium shows the Mayor his chart by explaining. Below the ground of Townsville are being heated, not the whole area but in seven places. Ms. Bellum is curious, pulling out a map from her phone and ask the location. Professor Utonium show where it is. Six were drawn as a circle, but the seventh was left in the center, without understanding it but knowing that it surrounds Townsville.
Something or someone had an aim at the city. Professor Utonium felt the pressure in this, thinking about his girls then shaking it away. They already having their life and superhero affair are finish. Professor Utonium told the Mayor he’ll look into it.
—————
Professor Utonium went to one of the sites, checking it out, bringing a couple of scientists while others are on other sites.
—————
Let us get a move on because I’ve been writing this for three days and some rest between it. I had other important to do than this. Short summary, Professor Utonium greets the new neighbors and their daughter Henrietta and seeing the girl that’s excited to talk about the Powerpuff Girls and their whereabouts. Professor Utonium apologizes, saying that the girls are don’t live in Townsville and stop being heroes.
Buttercup and Macy became close since their interest is similar. Through their hangout, an accident accrue, Buttercup had to use her power to save Macy and some people. Macy was the only one to witness, which she’s speechless and didn’t take it well. Their friendship ended because Macy was afraid and confused at her not being like everyone else. Buttercup was hurt but understand. However, through that incident, Buttercup discovered an injury on her side. It surprised her because never once did she and her sisters ever receive any wound such a light physical like a bolder.
This is where it began when I imagine this, showing the Powerpuff Girls had gone weak and powers are slowly fading. Inspired from the original cartoon, their weakness, Individuality, explaining them easily defeated when being separated. I, however, add more to this weakness on the Powerpuff Girls by showing the effects are taking a troll on them without each other.
The bad guy, thee villain, is HIM and Henrietta. Henrietta is trying to bring HIM back to the mortal realm, which he was sealed by the Powerpuff Girls. The disguise is Henrietta's parents dead, a walking corpse control by her.
Buttercup was the first to be taken away, then Bubbles, which Blossom foreseen her sisters being kidnapped. I want Blossom to stand up at Macy when searching for her sisters in the town and city that they are living. Not the slap in face type, but the smart mouth that hit you with a good amount of force that gives your senses back.
Fast forward, girls were saved, but Professor Utonium was still in HIM’s hands. They couldn’t rescue him in time when the circle disappeared and having Henrietta being dead. Wanting to save their dad, they reunite in Townsville by continuing to be superhero.
Blossom new power in here is that she see the eyes of others, which meant that she been seeing through HIM eyes. I didn’t wrote that much but telling. Buttercup also have a power that could hear people thoughts, which isn’t new, because she left to live in a small town because of that. Hearing people thoughts hurt her brain, so she needs some silence. As for Bubbles, there’s none at the moment.
Their career and stuff, they’re happy to move everything in Townsville. Buttercup will quit her job while Bubbles and Blossom are transferring. Explain one of their career choices, explaining Blossom because she wants to be like her dad. Buttercup will manage the house until she master to control the mind reading, and I’ll add a humor conversation, that the other two joking Buttercup should garden in time being because she had a green thumb. No? Okay, that’s a terrible joke.
Costume Designing
I wouldn’t be lazy or being too cheap on the costume. If I was made by fitting on the scene, there would be none as an adult until we’re almost at the ending part, showing that Professor Utonium has been making their outfit every single year to fit them. Like a row of costumes from kindergarten to adult, which some haven’t been worn since retiring. People, I heard, like the style from Totally Spies, which sounds excellent by adding their signature color. I um… I love skirts more.
Inspired by every superhero women’s outfit, the bottom half they wore a skirt and long boots. The top will be different by each of them, representing their individualities. Blossom wore a turtleneck, no sleeve that cut from the shoulder. Buttercup wore a long sleeve, but it’s a clove that attaches itself on the sleeve with the thumbs cutting off. Bubbles, I didn’t have that much thought, have the shoulder cut off because I’m imagining Wonder Woman.
That’s it. I would draw, but it’s been a drag writing this for days. I want to finish it up, and the bottom is an extra I wrote when I first started.
Original Story
The Powerpuff Girls' origin was good. The same goes for Mojo Jojo, but it isn't good enough. The live-action, I meant. Like all superheroes, they had their own origin of where they came from and how they became who they are. The TMNT, inspired by them again, had multiple origins from comics to animations and then films. It'll be significant that the Powerpuff Girls' origins were different yet similar.
After reading the script, this idea came to mind, so it began with Professor Utonium went on a hiking trip with his brother, Eugene, and they came upon an abandoned building. Cover in vines and stuff. Eugene is reluctant to enter, but Professor Utonium convinces him to explore the building. They went further and accidentally pressed a button, awakening three containers; B07734, B17707, and B32135. Three little girls, opening their eyes and hug Professor Utonium. He was confused by the girls as their creator, calling him Professor.
Eugene spotted the files on the floor and takes them, reading a few lines in shock. Cautiously, Eugene pulls his brother to the side. The paper was presented to Professor Utonium, explaining the girl’s ability and was built as a weapon during the war. Professor Utonium sees these girls were made for destruction but suggested raising them as normal girls. First things first, naming them as we are known as Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup.
Without the brothers knowing, also activate another open container; M58008. It’s a chimpanzee coming out, not too happy to be woken up while growling from just the sight of Professor Utonium. This place was designed to create human weapons—with the appearance of a child—that the enemy would overlook and lower their guard. M58008 remembers himself as a human and scientist, except his name. However, he’s so infuriating about his death and forces his mind inside a chimpanzee. The man who holds all that responsibility, he remembered it clearly, which is standing there.
There, my version of the Powerpuff Girls origin.

As well as this, Comship does not have to be Darkship, so large age gaps between adults, pseudo-incest, indirect incest, humanoid alien x human, etc. will be counted as acceptable for this bracket
Mr. L x Dimentio Propaganda (Abusive Dynamic, Age Gap - There's hints Dimentio could be thousands of years old while Luigi is in his 20s)
"The final boss of this game is a fusion of the Chaos Heart, Dimentio, and Luigi/Mr. L after he rehypnotized him, which is pretty cool especially considering that the player is forced to fight Luigi. I last played this game a while ago but from what I remember Luigi in his hypnotized Mr. L form is very hot-headed and proud and quick to anger while Dimentio is superficially cheerful and polite as a front for his cold, ruthless manipulations that potentially span out millennia, which is a really fun dynamic, especially with Luigi (and kind of Mr. L with Brobot being the result of an implied subconscious longing for Mario) having a lot of genuine connections and caring about them while Dimentio does not care about his and just uses them for his personal gain. The main theme of the game is love and Luigi is completely genuine with his to the point that even in his hypnotized state he still ends up subconsciously trying to replace Mario and his bond with him while Dimentio is the opposite of genuine despite his deceptive persona. And Dimentio sends him to the Mario equivalent of Hell at one point to temporarily unhypnotize him and reunite him with Mario so they can fight against Count Bleck for him. And fake murder-suicides him. And he might have written the prophecies that Luigi/Mr. L plays a huge role in millennia ago. It's all really interesting."

Have you brainstormed anything with Finn in Orchid Bay? (You could imply that he was forced to retreat to Townsville after Ooo got heavily infected.)
I think I've only touched anything specific to Adventure Time so far through a couple of short fanfics I wrote during Retro's final event. I still have much of the same ideas I had then, but for the sake of adjusting things to the Academy version of the game, certain events may possibly differ. Similarly, given how Finn's model still has both arms, as of now, other than hints of what would come later, I don't think I can count anything beyond the events of most of Season 5--specifically Season 6's episode "Escape from the Citadel"--as having occurred prior to his appearance in FusionFall. All that said, headcanons diving into Ooo's situation and Finn in-particular will be below the cut:
· Like most other isolated parts of the world, Ooo suffered one of the hardest blows when the invasion hit. It already had severely-limited contact with the rest of Earth due to the land’s history and various dangers in the seas surrounding it, and if it weren’t for a few, clever individuals maintaining communications, the people of Ooo would’ve been on their own. Even still, it took a while for them to join the global war effort, evacuate civilians out, and push soldiers in—meaning that fusion matter has spread wide across its kingdoms.
· Despite this, the people of Ooo lasted longer by themselves than anyone would’ve guessed. It’s believed that this could be thanks to many of its people having a shockingly strong grasp of Imaginary Energy (IE) even though they don’t understand/use the concept the same way others do. Examples of people in Ooo using IE would include the Ice King’s imagination zone as seen in the episode “What is Life?” and Finn and Jake’s use of it during the chaotic events of “Rainy Day Daydream.”
· Unfortunately for Finn the Human, he still doesn’t like to use his imagination very much. He doesn’t play around with it often, so his IE isn’t as strong as others and he isn’t as resistant to fusion matter exposure. This has made battling fusion monsters one of the hardest trials for him to go through in his early years as a hero. Since Ooo has reconnected with the rest of the world, his way of working around this has been to rely on more advanced tech and weaponry that helps channel his IE. He’s collected over half a dozen new melee weapons as a result and eagerly looks for new ones.
· Since Ooo is still in a pretty bad situation, Finn didn’t like the idea of leaving it behind. However, one of the areas hit the worst by the invasion was the Ice Kingdom—with the Ice King himself somehow catching Fuse’s attention as a target. The monarch needed to be placed somewhere safer under the fusion fighters’ protection, but immediately began causing trouble as soon as he got to Orchid Bay. Finn and Jake were sent with him to help keep an eye on him until everyone adjusts, as well as assist in transactions between Ooo’s fusion fighters and the main force. It took time for Finn to relax and accept that the other soldiers would fiercely defend his home in his place.
· Since then, Finn has taken an even bigger role in the war effort by helping train new recruits at the Academy and offering himself as a model for nanos. He’s also had the opportunity to meet a wide range of heroes that he never would’ve even heard of before leaving Ooo, giving him the chance to branch out more as a young hero himself.
· Finn’s nanos quickly gained popularity among soldiers for their charisma and strength on the battlefield as well as their model’s growing reputation. They’re extremely devoted; however, their main con is that they can also share Finn’s impulsive streak. Still, most fusion fighters have a pretty easy time working with them.
· Finn stays pretty busy, so he doesn’t get to help out with his nanos as much as he would like, but when he does have the time, he’ll help them train like any other recruit. While he doesn’t feel too much of a personal connection to them, the thought that the nanos’ presence act as a small way of helping fight and defend where he himself can’t be is a big relief.
· Due to FusionFall existing in a much different world than Adventure Time’s, as well as because of the timeline of events, Finn’s experience with other humans is separate from that of his show counterpart. Susan Strong is the still the first other human he met, but he was more aware that others existed earlier on—just not in/around Ooo. (The islands exist, but he hasn't visited them yet.) Finn wondered if it was possible that he was born somewhere else and that he might learn about his background during the war. However, because Finn has extremely dark eyes with a smaller, circular shape, a trait only common to people from Ooo, it’s highly unlikely for him to have relatives outside of there. Travelling to a human-dominant civilization came as a giant shock to him, and while he has largely adjusted, he can still get self-conscious around others from time to time.
· Finn knows Johnny Bravo from meeting him in Orchid Bay, with the latter giving him some tips on how to flirt with girls. Thankfully, Finn’s smart enough not to listen to him.
