Just need a bit of advice if you don't mind. So like, Im a cis girl, and bought makeup for the first time yesterday. It truly made me happy and fulfilled. The problem? I'm from a very conservative family who think make up is a sinful act because it 'causes lust" . I truly don't know what to do, I really like wearing make up and dresses above the knee, it makes me feel like an actual girl. Any advice on how I can either hide it or tell my family what I want? I'm scared that if do they'll make me attend church daily to 'repent'

Okay it makes me so mad that people are told they can't wear what they want because religion. Like of they choose to cover up by choice then slay, queen, but if it's forced then ew.

I want to remind you though that sneaking it might make your parents mad and that could be dangerous. Take that into consideration if you DO decide to sneak it. For that reason, I don't want to give you tips.

However, I will tell a completely unrelated story.

When I was in middle school, girls used to come to school in no makeup and sweatpants and then as soon as they got off the bus, they would run to the bathroom and change into clothes they packed in their backpacks and put on makeup before first class. Then at the end of the day, they would change back and wipe it all off. Funny story, huh?

Specimen 8 (Deer Lord)

He senses a visitor in his domain and waits for the right moment to catch them by surprise.

He assumed it was just another hunter trying to make minced meat of the deer.

Little did they know..he'll swiftly claim their soul and leave their flesh behind to sustain his children's appetite.

However, when Deer Lord sees you in one of the "outdoor" rooms, he doesn't sense a single ounce of hatred or violence in your heart as he observes you interacting with the deer.

Despite being violent creatures, they're somehow calm as they allowed you to pet them, lightly brushing their fur with your fingers.

One even trusted you enough to lead you to some leafy foliage, where his mate, a sweet doe, has recently fostered a fawn. Even its sharp teeth were nearly fully grown.

You just coo in happiness, but the sound of Deer Lord's voice made your blood run cold.

"Are you pure of heart, child?"

Seeing this tall deer-skull monster shrouded in darkness has you terrified, but you calmed yourself down and nervously smiled up at him.

"Y-Yes, erm..my lord.." You weren't sure if that's the proper way to address him, considering all you've ever been doing was running from specimen. You never actually stopped to talk to one.

But clearly, this one had some morals left and didn't mindlessly kill like all the others.

"They lashed out at you." He pointed out the small bite marks on your hand. "Why didn't you retaliate?"

"Well..I can't blame them. You guys are probably used to seeing violent people," you tell him. "But all your children needed was a little compassion, right?"

True to your words, another deer calmly walked up beside you, sniffing your hand for nonhuman food.

It's safe to say you earned Deer Lord's respect, as he allowed you to rest in one of the cabin rooms for some time, calling a truce.

You wonder if Spooky's gonna get mad at him for this, but he assures you he doesn't answer to her for the most part...only someone named "Bayagototh".

Unknown Specimen 4 (Tirsiak)

Ruthless as she is, Tirsiak was also curious about you, watching you closely upon your arrival into her snowy forest domain.

Although she gave chase almost immediately, she stopped when you encountered your first shadow wolf blocking your path.

She wondered what you'll do...but is certain you'll strike it down with that sword/axe of yours and move along.

That's okay, though.

Soon enough you'll be brutally maimed out in the snow, just as you have maimed her precious creatures.

Yet you lower your weapon and instead..

Pet the wolf? Or at least attempt to as your hand phases right through its ear.

Yet it reacted as though you did, indeed, pet its fur, wagging its tail.

Tirsiak didn't know what to think, at first. She's never known a human who acted kind towards animals...only those who slaughtered them with blades, arrows, guns, etc.

So your strange actions have her too intrigued to kill you at the moment.

"You there. Why are you doing that....thing?"

"...uh..petting an animal..?" You look at her confused.

Honestly it's hard for you to take her seriously when she's cute and confused af about what you're doing. It makes you forget she's a dangerous specimen.

You explain the concept of petting animals to her, showing that her companions do love the affection and proving that you're not gonna harm any of them.

After giving it some thought, she floats to the ground and...asks for pets herself, bowing her head slightly.

Rather awkwardly, you pet her wolf ears, but you grin upon seeing her tail wagging, too.

"Aww that's adorable-"

"Call me "adorable" again and it'll be the last thing you'll ever say." She snarls.

'Jeez, guess someone's been around Spooky for too long..'

Caleb is like Mr beast. Monetized acts of kindness. Probably a daily vlogger too.

I think Axel has two unrelated but both semi popular social media accounts. A basic work out Instagram, and a secret Tumblr account where she posts shitty poetry.

Nichelle has a nepotism YouTube channel that gets pushed hard in the algorithm due to her being a celebrity. She doesn't really post the videos her manager probably pays someone to do that for her.

Scary girl I thinks started out as a controversial Tumblr mico celebrity and moved to tiktok as soon as that ship sank. Posts a mix of dances and untagged jumpscare/shock videos.

Damien is a let's player/live streamer. I was gonna say he's a react channel but I decided he has too much integrity for that. He gets genuinely scared playing middle of the road indie horror games.

MK has a YouTube channel where she "gives advice" on how to shoplift. But it's all shit advice that will get them caught. She doesn't want competition.

Wayne and Raj have a shared react channel. They aren't like cynical about it they just don't realize how shit the content they're making is. They watch scenes where characters play hockey and go "yup that what I would've done".

Ripper has a podcast he hosts out of the shed in his parents back yard where he just talks about mind numbing bullshit that doesn't matter. Eventually he starts taking calls and half the callers are just asking if he's really like this or if he's doing a bit.

Zee has the spirit of early internet. He just records himself talking to the camera about a bunch of bullshit and it gets 50 million views +. He doesn't even monetise it so he doesn't make any money from it, he just has a love of the craft.

Emma has a true crime channel. She has enough self awareness to be somewhat cautious when talking about murder at least. She still has an a sponsor for every video though

Millie probably doesn't watch YouTube realistically, but if she did she would be a video essayist. She makes videos called "The total-dramatization of Gen Z", and they'd be the most pretentious shit imaginable.

Bowie I think streams some basic shooter like valorant specifically so he can ruin some fourteen year old shit heads day. He's okay at the game but he even better at the mental warfare of a unmoderated voice chat.

Priya is like baby gronk, does this make sense? She doesn't have her own social media but I imagine that since the first day she was born her parents have worked tirelessly to keep her relevant.

Bonus: Chris tried to make a YouTube channel, uploaded one video, spent the rest of the day arguing with commentators asking why he tortured those teens on live tv. Chef ended up deleting the channel while Chris was sleeping to keep him sane.

After wrapping up his gift, you put it in the dining room area and lured him there as soon as he showed up on-camera. 

You were too nervous to personally give it to him, so you wanted to play it safe.

And you watched him unwrap it, his grin stretching with joy as he realizes there's a little boat attached to the plushie.

"My boat? It's here!!!" He squeals. "Oh boy, oh boy!!!!"

Then he notices the camera and simply waves to it, knowing you’re watching, before hugging the plushie and remaining in that room for the rest of the night.

Belial

You liked calling her Sadie/Ortensia, so you made a plushie for Belial based on that character.

Then you put it on your desk and allowed the drawing in the notepad to finish itself, letting her manifest inside the office.

Although her demonic wailing startled you at first, you quickly got up and grab the plushie, kneeling down to hand it to her.

You forgot you literally witnessed her birth, so she’s like a baby toon.

Immediately, the plushie catches her eye and makes her stop crying, instead holding it and playing with it.

She feels bad for being noisy but you reassure her it’s okay.

Daisy

Honestly she’s the creepiest one.

You stared at her too long once, trying to make sense of what she was, and suddenly she’s in your office making awful quacking noises.

So you craft a little plushie that resembles her (using black fuzzy pipe cleaners for her many tendrils) to appease her, hoping she knows you didn’t mean any harm.

Like with Willie, you’ll leave it somewhere for her to find.

Which, thank goodness, she does! 

And you hear that godawful quacking albeit in a distant room, so it’s not as painful to listen to. She sounds happier as well.

Dippy

Knowing how much he likes visiting the window and breaking it, you left your offering of a Dippy Dawg plushie on the sill.

You hope he doesn’t shatter it again; since last time that happened, he sent you to Post-Mortem.

After making his way there, he takes the plushie and is in awe, smiling and calling it a “generous offering”. 

He sat outside the cabin for the remainder of the night, cradling it and feeling comforted for the first time since his creation.

He did apologize for breaking the window, though. So at least he felt guilty over that.

Mother

She caught wind of the gifts you were leaving for her children, thinking it was some kind of trick to make them lower their guard.

Of course, she wouldn’t believe you and would’ve sent you to Post-Mortem...had Willie, Dippy, and a few others not intervene.

They begged her to spare your life, fearing that if you were gone, you couldn’t make toys for them anymore.

Fortunately, she relents..but warns you not to “try anything”. You only get to live because her children said you could--that was a privilege.

Before she leaves, though, you gift her a plushie of herself: an interchangeable one that had Mickey Mouse on the flipside.

She’s quiet for a bit, before nodding to you in thanks and leaving as the sun rises.
