🍳🥓🍞🥯🥞Breakfast has been promoted as a necessary meal for health. . 📢That marketing message started with the commercial breakfast companies and became ingrained into health education everywhere. . 🌯Breakfast really means to break the fast. . 🤗You can break your fast when it's feels right to you. . ~That maybe morning or afternoon. . ~The most important thing to focus on is how you break your fast, because if you break it with sugary foods and simple white carbohydrates you are more likely to send your blood sugar and hormones all over the place. . 😁You may initially feel some energy, but then you crash and are looking for your next hit with sugar. . . 😣🤦🏾‍♀️I've been there more times than I would like to admit. . 😫🙆🏾‍♀️This can lead to blood sugar, hormonal, gut flora imbalances, sugar cravings and addiction. . 👍🏾Great breakfast options are: 🍌🍍🥬The best way to break your fast, especially if heavy foods don't work for you would be some fresh fruit or a smoothie, because fruit is easy to digest. 🍳🥦🥬Another breakfast option could be some clean protein, healthy fat, and vegetables.
