I donât usually write rants like this, but I need to get this off my chest.
With Cyrene who is clearly an Elysia expy coming to Honkai Star Rail, I sincerely hope she wonât be too much like Elysia. I wouldnât mind if she shared some conceptual similarities, as long as itâs done right this time. But honestly, my hopes arenât high.
I have a lot of thoughts about Elysia, and none of them are positive. At best, I see Elysia as the biggest disappointment in the entire series at worst, I outright despise her.
The thing is, I love âperfect saviorâ characters. They usually come with deep emotional arcs, internal conflict, and explorations of both the good and bad sides of humanity. Thatâs why Elysia frustrates me so deeply.
Sheâs portrayed as this flawless, idealized being loved by all of the characters, and even the writers. The narrative constantly screams at you: âShe sacrificed everything for humanity! She is perfect! She loves humanity! She married humanity! Sheâs your wife too! - Donât you love her already?â
But it all feels empty and shallow. Her so determination rings hollow because she never actually struggles. She doesnât make mistakes. The story tells us sheâs witnessed humanity at its best and worst but we never see this. Everyone worships her, and the moment thereâs even a slight hint that she might doubt herself as a Herrscher, the writing bends over backward to reassure her that none of it matters because sheâs just that perfect.
She doesnât fight her nature. She doesnât question her convictions. And because she never experiences genuine negative emotion, her âgoodnessâ has no weight. Sheâs like a cardboard cutout that is sweet to the point of blandness.
What makes it worse is that there was potential. There were hints she could have been more than just a flawless goddess â maybe even morally ambiguous. But those hints go nowhere. Itâs a waste of setup and a complete letdown.
Perfect characters can work, when their perfection is shown to be inhuman, and even evil and dangerous in its incompatibility with humanity.
Maybe Iâve been spoiled by Fate a series full of complex savior figures like Morgan, Castoria, Kiara, Jeanne dâArc, and all of the Beasts. Each of them is unique, carefully written, sometimes heroic, sometimes terrifying. They struggle. They question themselves. They feel. The writing doesnât beg us to love them it just shows us who they are and lets us come to that conclusion on our own.
I still cling to a sliver of hope. The Amphoreus arc is written by a different team than the Elysian Realm, and they gave us Phainon a brilliant example of a savior archetype done right. Heâs full of doubt, hiding his negative emotions behind a mask of perfect deliverer. Heâs broken, lost, and empty yet he still fights to find his convictions and protect the world.
So I beg let Cyrene, who seems to be another âsaviorâ type have real flaws. Let her feel, struggle, and have a opinions on the world around her. Thatâs all I ask.

i feel like yan!phainon wouldn't want to restrain you physically like tie you up or keep you locked up in a room and etc i think he'd have some form of self-conscience that he's a hero and that doing the above will make himself seem otherwise so he like protects darling at all costs and ends up being overprotective (like the last post you made) because he doesn't want to resort to physically restricting behavior? unless you make things difficult for him but that's just how i think of him for now whjebdjwhebewf praying hoyo cooks with him
I was quite certain about this as well but after recent news of Flame Reaver, a different thought is bugging me if I am to be honest.
Frankly speaking, for an unknown duration of time, Phainon was a man who had nothing left ; his home, the people he once held dear, even his true name had to be left behind. Only vengeance, hatred, a desire for revenge or, perhaps a promise he'd made kept him living an excuse of an existence. You could say that is still the case now, on a deeper level at least. But Phainon would like to not dwell on the negatives all the time. He has a valiant objective, a name that instigates respect among the people, friends that he can fight alongside with, status and wealth.
However, is he sure that those are things he... wants? In a temperate mood, he might say yes. But in all honesty, he isn't sure. In a particularly low-point in his life, he might outright say no, as well. But there is something else, someone else that makes his heart ache at the thought of letting go and leaving behind â you. You're not someone that was pushed to him to carry like all his duties, even if you are, he'd rather take a meteor to his face than give you such label.
Saving Amphoreus through the Flame-Chase? Getting vengeance in Aedes Elysiae's name? Nothing comes close to what he feels when the possibilities are replaced with your name. This is the one mission he'd put all his certainty to. If he is destined to be a hero, he'd much rather be your hero â or, try to. In the beginning it was relatively easy and it was rather difficult to complain about his âanticsâ when they could be rationalized with some thinking. Not that many people would be bothered to think either, whatever keeps their prophesized Deliverer happy they guess.
Things truly start to become complicated when a shadow from a distant time gets involved in the picture â for you, that is. You see, despite how suffocating Phainon would get in the past, it was well-known to everyone that you held the reigns in the end. It was always ridiculously easy to get Phainon to bend to your will as well, as despite everything, he is a simple man deep down. So, when one day you find your usual tactics completely fail against him, faced with a determination to keep you hidden like he'd die the most gruesome death without making it a reality â no one knew what to do.
Phainon apologizes to you without sparing a breath throughout the ordeal, groveling for a sin he knows he won't receive mercy for. But that is okay, he's always said that he'd take it with a smile even if you sneered at him with a death-sentence. As long as you're safe from that other him, he's willing to go to whatever low is necessary.

Let's talk about Phainon, shall we? Specifically about how interesting of a character he is down to the littlest details, especially for those of us who accompanied Kevin Kaslana's story in Honkai Impact 3rd.
If you don't really now anything about HI3d, let me explain: Phainon is (at least regarding initial impressions) supposed to be based off the earlier period of Kevin's life, before all the tragedy. But observing him closely, he's already different in very curious ways.
See, Kevin was just a normal student up until a certain point, when he joined MOTH (the organization that fought against the Honkai in the past). In fact, he was still pretty much the same right up until he underwent a surgery in order to get his ice powers. A normal bright-eyed boy everywhere you looked.
But Phainon... Has never really been "bright-eyed" in his life? You might think he was during his earlier life in Aedes Elysiae, but he was already very down-to-earth as a child, at least to me. It's a little strange how he seemed to never entertain Cyrene's opinions about fate and heroism and all that. Actually, it seems Phainon only began giving thought to idealism when he joined the Flame-Chase Journey.
Also, Phainon already seems so... "Perfect", in a way? Kevin didn't become the Deliverer in a day. He had to claw his way up to becoming the strongest (reference intended), and that was further emphasized by paralleling him with Elysia, who was born extraordinary but was eventually surpassed in strength by Kevin.
Phainon wasn't exactly born strong either, but his attitude about it is so... Confident? Kevin was pretty humble about his strength in the beginning, and even when he became all cold and stoic he mostly touted his strength as fact or just straight up saw himself as a weapon against Honkai and nothing more. In contrast, Phainon is relatively cocky about it, even in his beginnings. Like he always knew he's supposed to be that strong, even before actually attaining that power.
Continuing about the differences in behavior, Phainon is so much more aggressive than Kevin. The latter is all about cold unfeeling logic, so you never really see any sign of aggression in him, but the former? Nikador proved more than once how susceptible Phainon is to bloodlust, it's kinda wild. While Kevin barely lets his emotions manifest in the first place, it looks like Phainon can't quite help surrendering to themâthe negative ones, that is. That last moment in 3.3 with Phainon resigning himself to the tragedy of his mission and vowing to save the world despite it was extremely Kevin-coded, though.
All that preface is to paint you a picture of the man who's calling himself Phainon right now. A weary, anxious, skeptical, relatively belligerent, somewhat proud but still inwardly unconfident who chose to believe in a prophecy of salvation and is giving his all to be part of it.
Now, now, here's the catch: the "nice Phainon" we see isn't a facade, though. In fact, I'd say it would be pretty reductive to call it a facade. That's nothing more and nothing less than Phainon's genuine effort to become someone better, someone more worthy of being called a Deliverer. Therefore, it's already a true facet of "Phainon".
Kevin's character is pretty linear: a man who gradually shed himself of idealism, sharpening himself into a cold, unfeeling blade to be used against the Honkai. Meanwhile, Phainon gradually attained idealism instead, but hasn't fully changed from who he was before, and now is constantly juggling those aspects around. I wonder just where will he go like that.
#i'm starting to wonder whether the rumored crashout is going to happen#kevin didn't really have a crashout moment he just started making do with the losses as he went on and never stopped#phainon seems a little more volatile so it's not impossible#but it begs the question of whether he'd really abandon his newfound creed for that#it's a matter of putting things upon the scales and seeing what tilts#honkai star rail#hsr#hsr phainon#honkai impact 3rd#hi3rd#kevin kaslana

Why does the weather keep changing?!
Weather scientist reader x Scientist phainon whos artificially changing the weather :0 what could possibly go wrong PHAINON FANART AT THE END OF THE POST!!

The moment you saw the weather reports go haywire, you knew something was wrong.
For years, you had dedicated your life to understanding the unpredictable nature of the skiesâstudying storm patterns, atmospheric shifts, and climate changes. Weather was a delicate balance of science and nature, governed by centuries-old principles that even the most advanced meteorologists struggled to predict with absolute certainty. And yet, somethingâsomeoneâwas tipping the scales.
It started subtly. A mild anomaly here, an unexpected shift there. A sudden drop in pressure that meteorological models hadn't accounted for. At first, you chalked it up to a rare, yet natural deviation. Uncommon, but not impossible. But as days passed, the anomalies became more frequent. More erratic. More impossible.
One evening, you sat in your lab, staring at satellite images that simply did not make sense.
According to every forecast model, the eastern seaboard was supposed to experience heavy rainfall over the next 48 hours. But outside your window? Nothing. Clear skies. No clouds forming where they should have been. Not even a hint of humidity in the air. It was as if the storm had just... vanished.
You double-checked the data. Triple-checked. Ran simulations, compared historical trends, even consulted with your colleagues in other departments. Nothing added up. The storm should have happened.
The next day, the opposite occurred. A severe thunderstorm erupted out of nowhere, completely unpredicted by any meteorological model. Lightning struck in regions that had no atmospheric conditions to support it. You stared at your screen, watching real-time data pour in, and felt your stomach sink.
âThis isnât natural,â you muttered, fingers tightening around your stylus as you scrolled through satellite readings. âThis isnât possible.â
You reached out to national weather agencies, but they were just as baffled as you were. Some blamed equipment malfunctions. Others suggested it was a rare atmospheric anomaly. But you knew better. This wasnât an error.
Someone was artificially changing the weather.
And you were going to find out who.
â„ â„ â„ â„ â„
Your investigation led you to an independent research facility under the name "Elysiae Dynamics." A company that had seemingly appeared out of nowhere, its research papers riddled with vague references to âatmospheric influenceâ and âclimate engineering.â No one in the meteorological community had ever heard of them until recently, and yet, they had just filed a patent for atmospheric manipulation technology.
Thatâs when you met him.
A tall, cheery young man, 6â2 with messy white hair and cerulean blue eyes, wearing a lab coat over a wrinkled button-up shirt and sneakers that looked far too casual for someone playing god with the atmosphere.
âAh! You must be the weather scientist!â His voice was bright, chipper, like he wasnât single-handedly disrupting global climate stability. âI was wondering when youâd show up.â
You narrowed your eyes. âAnd you are?â
âPhainon! Head of experimental meteorological engineering here at Elysiae Dynamics.â He beamed, extending a hand. âIâm the guy who made it rain during your picnic last weekend. Sorry about that! Just had to test a hypothesis.â
You didnât shake his hand. âYouâyou what?â
âOh, donât look so mad! You should be impressed! I successfully altered the weather without any negative ecological consequences!â Phainon leaned against his desk, arms crossed, still grinning like a fool. âCome on, you of all people should appreciate this. Isn't controlling the weather the dream of every meteorologist?â
âItâs not a dream, itâs an ethical nightmare!â You snapped. âDo you have any idea how dangerous this is? The slightest miscalculation could throw entire ecosystems off balance! Not to mention the political implicationsââ
Phainon tilted his head. âBut I didnât miscalculate.â
His confidence was infuriating. His logic, irritatingly sound. And worst of all? You couldnât deny that what he had accomplished was groundbreaking.
ââŠThis is reckless,â you muttered, rubbing your temples. âAnd insanely impressive. But mostly reckless.â
Phainonâs grin widened. âIâll take that as a compliment.â
You groaned. âI need access to your research.â
âOh-ho, so now youâre interested?â
âI was always interested. But now I need to make sure youâre not about to cause the next ice age.â
Phainon chuckled, stepping closerâtoo close. His presence was overwhelming in the way only someone deeply, unapologetically passionate about their work could be. âTell you what, partner,â he said, voice teasing, âhelp me refine it, make it safer. Youâre the expert on natural weatherâIâm just the guy making it unnatural. Work with me, and we can create something truly extraordinary.â
You wanted to refuse. You really, really did.
But damn it, he had a point.
ââŠFine.â
His eyes lit up, like a storm forming in the depths of a clear sky. âExcellent! Now, letâs get to workâI was thinking about making it snow in July next. Just for fun!â
You groaned. This was going to be a long partnership. â„ â„ â„ â„ â„ And long it was. Over the next few weeks, you found yourself sucked into the chaotic whirlwind that was Phainonâs scientific madness. He worked at an impossible pace, throwing around ideas that shouldnât have been possible but somehow were. One minute, heâd be theorizing about localized heatwaves, and the next, heâd be actively making them happen.
âYou canât just create a thunderstorm over the city because you think it would look cool,â you hissed one afternoon, watching in horror as Phainon gleefully adjusted dials on his control panel.
âOh, but I can,â he countered, eyes gleaming. âItâs all about the precision. Watchâthree, two, oneâŠâ
A bolt of lightning cracked across the sky, illuminating the city below.
ââŠBoom.â
You stared at him. âYou are so going to get arrested.â
âNah, only if they catch me.â
You groaned, shoving your hands into your lab coat pockets. âUnbelievable. Youâre like a child with a god complex.â
Phainon grinned. âAnd yet, youâre still here.â
Damn it. He had a point. Again.
The worst part? You were starting to enjoy it.

Lately, though, you had been feeling exhausted.
The late nights, the stress, the mental load of balancing scientific integrity with Phainonâs chaosâit was all catching up to you. Your movements were slower, your focus slipping. Even Phainon, for all his oblivious enthusiasm, noticed.
That afternoon, when the sun was unbearably hot and the air in the lab felt thick and suffocating, you slumped over your desk, barely listening as Phainon rambled about his next experiment.
And then, suddenlyâ
A breeze.
Cool, crisp, and carrying the scent of oncoming rain. You blinked in confusion, looking up just in time to see Phainon, standing by the open window, a knowing smile on his face.
âYou looked like you needed a break,â he said simply, leaning against the sill. âSo I changed the weather. Just a little.â
Your eyes widened. The screens behind you, once displaying the sweltering forecast, now showed cloud cover rolling in. The suffocating heat? Gone.
ââŠYou did this?â Your voice was barely above a whisper.
Phainon grinned. âOf course. Canât have my partner melting away on me, can I?â
Your heart skipped a beat.
Damn him.
âCâmon,â he suddenly said, pushing off the window ledge. âLetâs go outside for a bit. Weâve been in this lab for too long, and I changed the weather for you. Câmon.â
Before you could protest, Phainon grabbed your hand and dragged you toward the exit, leaving behind a room full of stunned scientists, their jaws practically on the floor as they watched him whisk you away like a force of nature itself. â„ â„ â„ â„ â„
The moment you stepped outside, a crisp breeze greeted you, carrying the scent of damp earth and something electrifyingâthe prelude to a storm. You glanced up at the sky, expecting the soft cloud cover Phainon had crafted just for you, but insteadâ
A downpour.
Cold, heavy raindrops pelted down from the heavens, drenching the both of you in an instant. It wasnât just a light drizzle or a gentle summer rainâit was an absolute deluge.
You gasped, half in shock, half in disbelief.
Phainon, still holding your hand, blinked up at the sky in stunned silence.
Then you burst out laughing. Loud, uncontrollable laughter.
âOh my godâdid you leave the machine on auto mode?!â you choked out between fits of laughter. âPhainon, the weather just changed again! WHAT DID YOU DO?â
He stared at you for a second, then back at the rain, and then at you again.
ââŠI might have forgotten to turn off the randomization function,â he admitted sheepishly.
Your laughter only grew. âAre you kidding me?! We barely made it outside, and now weâre stuck in an artificial monsoon!â
Phainon, despite his momentary fluster, grinned widely. âWell, on the bright sideâat least itâs refreshing!â And with that, he spread his arms out dramatically, embracing the torrential downpour like some mad scientist turned weather god.
You shook your head, still breathless with laughter. Your clothes were already soaked through, hair sticking to your forehead, rain streaming down your faceâbut in that moment, you didnât care.
Phainon turned to you, eyes gleaming mischievously through the rain. âSo, do you wanna run back inside? OrâŠâ He took a step back, still holding onto your wrist, a teasing glint in his eyes.
Oh, you knew that look.
He was about to do something reckless.
ââŠPhainon,â you warned.
âCatch me if you can!â
And just like that, he took offâsprinting through the rain like a madman.
You groaned. Of course.
But your feet moved before you could even think about it, chasing after him through the drenched pavement, laughter bubbling in your chest. The other scientists, who had peeked outside to witness this chaos, simply stood there, utterly baffled as their two most brilliant colleaguesâone being the cause of this entire messâbolted through the facility grounds, completely soaked.
âPhainon, get back here!â you yelled, half-laughing, half-exasperated.
âYouâll have to catch me first!â he called back, voice bright, wild, and full of life. "YOU STUPID LITTLE-"

I finally organized my phone gallery, and part of that pretty annoying task was also making a folder for the art made for my twst ocs.
As of right now, I have 134 images saved that is just art of my ocs. And I just felt like I should say thank you to everyone, not just the artists who made art for me, for being interested in and loving my twst ocs so much. Every like, comment, and reblog fills me with joy and it makes me so happy to know people like what I create.
There are times where anxiety and negative emotions get too much and I feel like nobody cares, but I just need to look at my gallery and see the amount of truly fantastical art that's been made for me, and remember the conversations I've had about my ocs and writing and others. This fandom is so incredibly creative, kind and talented. When I made my blog back in 2021, I never expected I'd be here, feeling like this right now.
This is a bit random. It's not my birthday or blog anniversary or anything, but yeah. Thank you so much for your love and support, everyone. I hope I'm able to share more with you all in the future!

This week's word: Egregious
1: Exceptional, conspicuous, outstanding, most usually in a negative fashion. 2: Outrageously bad; shocking.
Here's a lil thing I whipped up about 16-year-old Elysia first time in Nevarra city.
The halls of the Necropolis were nothing like the streets of Nevarra City. Elysia found herself wandering, her eyes scanning at the architecture around. She followed closely behind one of her adopted sisters, Eris. It was her first time being within the city and it all felt too large. The sky opened wide above them and the peopleânot spiritsâthat bustled around them during the busy evening. âElysia?â Erisâ voice caught the mortalitasi's attention. Eris was only older than Elysia by a couple months and they had only known each other for two years after Elysia got officially adopted into the Ingellvar family allowing her to finally drop the Pentaghast name that haunted her. Though Vorgoth still tended to refer to her as Mistress Pentaghast or Elysia depending on his moodâif he had moods. âYou arenât too overwhelmed, are you?â Elysia gave her a smile âIâll be fine, itâs just... There are so many people. Iâm not used to being around many living beings.â She mumbled as she became far too well aware of herself. Her grave dowry was few and in between a small golden bracelet that Vorgoth had gifted her on her birthdayâat least what they assumed was her birthdayâHer clothing wasnât anything near the fancier outfits her eyes caught on when people passed them and her hair, Maker her hair. Naturally it was a striking black but as of recently she had tried to start dying her hair. Trying to hide away the Pentaghast genes that her unknown father had âgiftedâ her. Currently her hair was an egregious green, wanting it to match the mourn watch colors only for it to fail and turn into a murky green that looked more like throw up than the shade she had envisioned in her head. Eris pulled in close to her. A sympathetic and caring smile on her face âYouâll be fine, people become easy to understand when you watch them, Iâll show you my favorite places to just people watch.â

Doc [Myth @kazeharuhime]
Otherwise known as the infamous Eustin Rickard, Doc once worked under the king of Bronzenore as a medical researcher. However, one day his research led him towards something closer to alchemy. He began journeying to remote locations and collecting mythical ingredients. Water from a mysterious spring, leaves from an ancient tree in a deep wood, fruit from a tree on a high mountain, and more. At last he found just the right ratio of them all and concocted the Myth serum, capable of transforming a human and giving them any variety of fantastical abilities, for a cost. His first subject was his assistant, who, while she didn't change her appearance much, gained the power of plant manipulation. The cost, however, was that she aged each time she used this ability. The serum had unpredictable results, both in gain and cost, varying from person to person. In trying to fix these negative side effects, Doc then created an even more potent serum, one that produced flashier results--giving people more animal-like appearances, sometimes that of mythical animals, accompanied with strange or heightened abilities. A frog boy, a panther youth, a phoenix woman, a faerie girl, centaurs and mermen. Though some costs went away, or became slower, they still remained. Degradation of mental capabilities, loss of sanity, negative physical side effects of ability use. Again Doc tried to fix this and the results became even more impossible: a girl made of water and a woman made of glass. In the midst of all this, the Doctor absconded with his research and subjects into the woods. Many of his subjects were young children when they came to him. There in the woods, he formed many of them into loyal subjects while their mental and physical capabilities remained. Others, especially those that came after the Doctor had established his little group in a cave in the woods, were harder to convince and took the form of prisoners. And there he is to this day, still luring unsuspecting travelers into the woods with his subjects and using his serums on them to create more what came to be called the Myths.
Domitius Lockhorn [Moonshiners (D&D campaign) @provider-of-guardians]
Born and raised to be a shepherd in the tiny village of Mapleshire, Domitius always wanted to explore the far reaches of the world, beyond his small, safe hamlet. After losing one of his legs to a vicious wolf attack and his best friend/love, Elysia, was banished from the village, the faun who was once jovial and lighthearted became bitter and depressed. Even so, he set out from the village as often as he could to search the surrounding woods and towns for Elysia, hoping to bring her home. It wasn't until he was chosen by a god to become a champion and save the world from an eternal winter that his journey really began.

Let's talk about Honkai Impact 3rd for a bit, yeah ?
I need to let go of it, scream into the void, because I can't stay polite about it, I started being rude in community servers about it.
Greetings,
I am a +960 days long player of the game Honkai Impact 3rd, I started during the Theater of Domination story arc and more precisely, during the Phantom of the Theater patch and the release of the valkyrie Stygian NYX.
But more importantly, I am a very so very tired player that also happens to be frustrated and angry at the treatment, or mistreatement, of a game I once held so dear to my heart.
I discovered Honkai Impact 3rd half a year after Genshin Impact's launch through an ad playing the Befall cutscene and immediately fell in love with the character I would later discover is called "Herrscher of the Void".
I don't remember most of my early days, but one of the things I do remember is getting my first S-rank valkyrie... The one who made me discover that game : Herrscher of the Void.
And ever since then I've been playing daily rarely missing a day, let alone more than that. I was eager to progress and eager to get new valkyries.
But unfortunately things changed.
The hill that keeps going down.
It all started with the release of Elysian Realm chapter story arc, a side story about Mei's time in World Serpent, at least it seemed so. It was a cute, Visual Novel styled story about a group of heroes from the previous era, an era mentioned in Mangas and the story that was shrouded in mysteries ; a cool side story to finally show us how the previous era was, to accompany the new game mode.
The gamemode was, and still is, very fun to play, with a lot of unique builds and play styles, it was a refreshing experience to not get burned out of Abyss and Memorial Arena, it kept improving overtime adding more and more characters ; the only major negative thing I could say about it was when mihoyo "fixed" the Mobius Signets who, very early on, allowed players an infinitely increasing buffs and made reaching the integer limit (aka going in the negatives) doable and easy, and also allowed anyone to clear the floors regardless of gear and level.
The story bits we're cute and gave life to the otherwise empty lobby, as you could randomly trigger conversation between characters and it really felt like you were walking in on a conversation that had started while you weren't here.
The Mobius plotline was wonderfully done, it wasn't a secret that she was evil, she was upfront about it and while she mash have tried to look cute in front of Mei at first, she never kept the act for long merely using it as a way of annoying her. The subplot of all of that was Elysia, the character that spoke and helped the most often, she was hiding her past and acting as the underlying mystery one may not notice at first.
A mystery who's resolutions unfortunately started Honkai Impact 3rd's worst, and still ongoing, era.
I've already said my fair share of thoughts about Elysium Everlasting, but for the sake of the post, I shall once again repeat my thoughts.
Following in Kolosten footsteps (and maybe through the influence of Genshin Impact), not good ones, Elysium Everlasting was "open world", as "open world" as Honkai Impact 3rd could get, this was not a welcomed choice by most of the fanbase, as a mobile game Honkai Impact 3rd has always told it's story through a Visual Novel style of story telling with minimal amount of walking around for the players, the stages being mainly used to fight enemies and bosses in ; the only other "open worlds" were in the same named category, all fully optional and merely just mihoyo testing the concept. Elysium Everlasting was the 2nd main story "open world" and my experience with is was beyond terrible, at the time I was using a pre-made low end computer that could barely handle Elysium Everlasting's scene, I experienced lags, textures not loading at all, freezes and crashes all throughout my playthrough of the chapter, something that worsen with Moon Arc, this experience made me frustrated already but the writing didn't make it worth it.
Elysium Everlasting's story was the worst one mihoyo ever wrote, it was a complete 180° from Elysian Realm, the new characters introduced did not get the luxury of the bits and pieces of randomly triggered conversations to expend their characters and unfortunately felt flatter than the first half. And they also suffered from the poor writing of the part, but at least they had no previously established character that got ruined and destroyed, same couldn't be said about the previously introduced characters, and the one who suffered most from it : was Elysia.
- Elysia : From beloved to beloathed
I've talked a lot about this character but I shall detail my history and experience with her one last time.
I have in my head created two distinct versions of Elysia : Elysian Realm and Elysium Everlasting. Simply because her character is so different between the two halves it is almost like we have two Elysias.
I will talk about ER!Elysia first because she is the one I like ; in the first half of the arc Elysia was presented as a very friendly character, borderline too friendly, and suffocating and pushing boundaries to the extreme for her own sake, a character that claimed to just be a normal girl... And she was just that, a girl that was happy, sad and angry, a girl that had insecurities about her group and the distance between her and the others, a character that lied to get her way and stole just for her amusement, she was normal, she had flaws and character, characters around her felt all sorts of ways towards her. That was who is she was, a normal girl with a past she wouldn't talk about.
And I very much liked that character, coupled with a design I really liked and she quickly became a favorite of mine in the chapter.
But then she went through what could only describe as a character assassination when Elysium Everlasting began.
Elysia who was a character who was allowed to have flaws was stripped of them, who was allowed to feel things beyond happiness was stripped of that, she was stripped of everything until all that was left is a flawless, perfect and unhatable "character". She became a character not allowed to feel even an ounce of sadness, even while walking to her own execution and death, a character no one was allowed to dislike her, all characters that previously called her a "traitor" and showed dislike towards suddenly flipped on their head praising her. Including Mei who was weary and not so attached to her.
The Flamechasers became what can only be discribed as an Elysia worshipping cult, who's only purpose was to sing praises to Elysia and nothing else.
With my small talk about Elysia done, let's go back to the overall story.
The story now lacking a threat had to create one from thin air, one that wasn't hinted at previously and so the Herrscher of Corruption fell into the story. And not even it was free from joining the Elysia worshipping cult the entire arc was.
After deleting Elysia, the Herrscher of Corruption also became infatuated with Elysia and decided to become her and leave the Elysian Realm to spread the gospel, if I had to guess.
I will say that the Herrscher of Corruption was a fitting enemy, an entity who's power revolves around data, set free in a realm entirely made of data is sure to create a dangerous foe.
Yet, despite being deleted from the Elysian Realm, Elysia came back and was used as a Deus-ex-machima type of character to finally defeat the final enemy, the finale wasn't a group effort it was just Elysia.
And just like that, Elysia deleted the Elysian Realm after being brought back through the sacrifice of others, she sacrificed herself and unfortunately this changed Mei's character, from hating self sacrifices and joining the enemy's organization solely to stop Kiana from sacrificing herself, to a character who is fine with self sacrifices all of the sudden.
And that characterization of Mei is one of the reasons Moon Arc was so terrible.
As I mentioned earlier, Moon Arc was yet another "open world" but even worse as it was scaled up, the lags worsen, I could barely play the chapter as I kept freezing, and so the frustration of Elysium Everlasting not only kept going but increased and made my experience of what is the final chapter of the original trio's story absolutely horrendous. And just like Elysium Everlasting, the story did not make me struggling to even launch the chapter worth it and I was about to give up on multiple occasions.
Moon Arc was a mess of retcons awful decisions.
The reveal that the Will of Honkai was the AI Prometheus made no sense at all and was not hinted at throughout the story, the Will of Honkai was always a naturally shapeless and emotionless figure that never spoke and only answered through actions, it did not seek anything, even when taking the shape of whoever is communicating to it, it had no face, it was just Thing. Not human, not herrscher just a physical manifestation of the Honkai's will, as its name say. But then the reveal of it being Prometheus made no sense considering the previous actions the Will of Honkai, and suddenly makes everything illogical and weird, and makes us ask why Prometheus did what she did, such as protecting Sirin and answering Otto's questions.
Then came Misteln, the "Hare" of World Serpent, who supposedly existed after Cecilia died and during Bronya's mother pregnancy, which is an inconsistency that has yet to be cleared, as those two time do not lineup at all, another confusing part of her is her powers, which are stigmata related but she seems to be able to do whatever the writers need her to do.
Staying on World Serpent, Kevin and his plan made no sense and their overall actions, or lack thereof was weird, they were supposedly trying to stop the trio and yet they helped them, talked to them for hours, and Hare even helped Bronya reached the full potential of her Herrscher core ; the overall pacing of the story was slow and there was no sign of the supposed emergency the trio was against, it was like a walk in the parc, slow walking and taking the time to have exposure.
But the worst part of all of it, was the introduction of Ai Lambda Hyperion, she was introduced in an event, in that event the player, aka us, were a part of it, it was a cute event about repairing the game and saving Ai Lambda. It was all there was to it. Until she came into the main story and so did the player, so did we. And that ruined everything, now the entire Honkaiverse is supposedly real in our world ; it especially ruined the final fight against Kevin, instead of the trio pulling through and beating Kevin, we do which makes their victory underwhelming and not as earned as if they won on their own.
Part 1's story started of as a really good, with character interactions and good character development but slowly the interactions and development worsen and disappeared leaving only an empty husk of its former self. Part 1 had a lot of potential for an emotional ending, but all we got was a nothingburger ending where Kiana is just physically stuck on the Moon but everyone can still visit her, instead of a feeling of isolation as a consequence of her saving the world, there was nothing to worry about, everything was going to be happy go lucky as usual.
- Part 1.5 : a breath of fresh air that wouldn't last
This part, or half part, started off slow and uninteresting for me, but it was still refreshing to focus on a character often put on the sideline : Seele, it also brought back a character shown in the manga and a visual novel, Shigure Kira, which was unexpected but welcome, they were focusing on existing characters instead of creating new ones.
But the start and my interest in this part was slow, but then the character Vita was introduced, a mischievous and humorous character that is still mysterious, a very interesting character with a lot of personality.
The 2nd half of Salt Snow Holy City, was way better, we had an actual threat in the form of Sa and Vita, while also having a lot of interactions between characters that otherwise wouldn't interact a lot, especially Veliona and Sentience, those two were very fun to watch and listen.
And so was the arc with Moriarty and all the Vita's, my only problem with this entire half part was the reveal of Griseo, while it does make sense somewhat, and Su I was hoping they would let go of the Flamechasers all together and never bring them up, their arc was over and they were only characters in a separate side story, but they slowly became main characters.
The twist of Vita doing all she did to betray and eventually kill Sa just to gain the freedom she craved and could never get as a proxy was wonderfully done and a well deserved ending for such a character, and it felt deserved and earned, she used everyone to advance her plans forward, and only relied on the other characters help at the end, when the final blow needed to be dealt, Kiana had to do it for Vita, but other than that Vita is the one who made her plan, worked towards it for years and manipulated Sa ; it was her win, she deserved it.
All and all, this entire half part felt so refreshing and made me hopeful for the future of the story... But unfortunately this miracle was just that, a short lived miracle the last bit of good writing Honkai Impact 3rd had.
Part 2 has a rough start, introducing a lot of characters in quite a shot amount of time and so the early bit felt quite rushed, but it slowed down once all the characters were introduced and set in the story it was quite good, and the threat of Perception was well set and the conclusion felt right... Or what I thought was the conclusion.
The twist of everything being a simulation from Dreamseeker's perspective just ruined everything, all the efforts went to waste and the ending suddenly felt worthless, it was just one of countless simulations so it meant nothing, all the emotial weight this had was gone.
I do like the mystery of Senadina, to at least have a bigger mystery connecting everything somewhat, and Vita's return to the story is one I am very happy about, it almost made me believe in MiHoYo again but as always, these moments of brightness in the other wise dark place the story is at are nothing more than dimly lit candles just about to go out.
- Honkai Star Rail : the false collaboration
It all started with a miscellaneous announcement of a Honkai Impact 3rd collab with Honkai Star Rail, Hi3rd collabing with other MiHoYo games happened before and it was very good, so we would get a collab character and outfit and lovely and funny noncanon event to go with it, everything should have been nice, I was on the fence due to the very bad Promare collab but I was hopeful, it was a collaboration between coworkers, they couldn't mess this up. Except they did, the moment it was revealed that Sparkle and other Honkai Star Rail related things were not noncanon events but fully main story canon.
Sparkle's introduction just created a whole mess in the timeline, her arrival in the mars computer happens before Welt's and Void Archive's departure, years before A Post Honkai Odyssey happens, it introduces the Solar System as a, weirdly, unreachable (supposedly protected by the Cocoon of Finality) place for Aeons and yet Sparkle and a random Messenger found it, that Messenger also sparks a new power scaling debate as she qualified Kiana as a "emanator" like entity, the interaction was not hinted at all throughout Penacony or anything Sparkle related prior to the collab happening, so it all just feels like a last minute decision to connect the two games, that were already connected through Welt and Void Archive.
From my point of view, there is no collaboration between the two games, this entire "event" and announcements were just to announce that the games were officially and connected as happening in the same Universe ; unlike collab valkyries Sparkle is fully gacha, an S-rank with no free way of being obtained, all collab characters are SP and farmable so this is already a suspicious play on Mihoyo's, and due to this Sparkle will have banner reruns after her banner ends, unlike collab that are only available in their patch, her stigmatas will be craftable despite being themed around her... All these points lead to the only possible conclusion : Sparkle was never a collaboration valkyrie, she is just a normal and permanent part 2 valkyrie. So the whole "collab" thing can only be assumed to be a bait of some kind, a bait for a valkyrie that is mediocre at best. A bait to lure in more spenders. A bait for money.
And so we reached the current end for the story, a beautiful story that unfortunately went downhill and the few good moments only ever lead to further disappointment, for we saw what they were capable of writing and producing and yet we were just let down, we were letdown more and more for one simple reason : the fandom kept praising the story, I barely saw complaints anywhere outside of my circle of friends, despite it getting worse and so mihoyo got away with writing worse and worse and worse until now, where we are at a point where salvation and redemption are no longer an option.
The fandom will crucify people who dare criticize the story because in their eyes mihoyo employees are some kind of Godly writers, hating a part will get you harassed, saying you dislike a character, especially Elysia and anything surrounding her, will get you seen as a bad person, this fandom has built so many layers of toxic positivity that it actively damaged the product. Mihoyo are not the sole responsible for the mess that Honkai Impact 3rd is, we are also sharing that responsability, for never calling mihoyo out their bad story choices, because the fandom kept "crying at the heartfelt stories" and because someone saying they disliked a fandom favorite was something worth getting bullied for, we like to call out other mihoyo games' fanbases toxic but we are no different, we are just as toxic if not more.
You may have noticed how I started to leave out details more and more as we progressed, simple answer I just skipped the story, because it was burning me out, going through long yet boring and non consequential stories was making want to stop playing, and so while I previously held the story above the gameplay and PvE aspect of the game, in current time that order has switched, and i skip story after reading summaries from CN to prioritize gameplay.
I also did not talk about events at all, and again it's really simple : the events, especially Captainverse, are really charming and well written, which is a very odd contrast to the main story, i focus more on those than the main story and find myself enjoying them even more ; this was a post to mostly complain and since I had nothing to complain about the events' writing I simply never mentioned them.
At least this whole thing is just my view of the whole thing, my view of the fandom, my view and opinion. And I just wanted it out of my chest.
I may add a portion about the character design, but this problem has mostly dissappeared since Part 2 began, so I don't feel the need to talk about it in details anymore, mihoyo moved on from that and so shall I.

@aevitium asked:
[JADE HEARTS] -Â If Elysia entertains the idea of fate, then she would consider the timeline of events just too perfect to be anything else. It starts with a little stall on her hunt for a gift, nestled in the warm lantern-glow of the harbor's streets. The hand written sign pinned to its front declares the purpose of its sole ware-- a profession of love. So she had, naturally, wasted not even a moment of hesitation in pocketing one. It would be the sweetest thing, she could picture it exactly in her mind's eye-- the look on her face as she realized, how she would be certain to keep such a gift with her everywhere she went for the next hundred or so of her lives, no matter how silly... What she perhaps had not accounted for, and thus paints such an encounter as fate, would be the very object of that affection walking right past her. Perfectly smoothed jade nestled in her hand, Elysia strikes. Free fingers catch on a wrist, laughter like silver bells in her throat. "Thought you could sneak past me on such a special day, hm~?" And that's when the teasing expression she wears stutters, the barest flicker of surprise for only the most trained of eyes to catch. What's the fun in doing things halfway? With a hum, and just a little bit of mischief in her smile, she presents the small heart in an open palm. "It is your birthday, isn't it?"
This is the fourteenth time Senti has struck out on a jade bet, but it feels like the forty-fourth. No matter what she tries, she just canât get her hands on any. And sure, she couldâve just bought some off a vendorâthere was one spot that sold jade accessories meant to be given to loversâor even conjured up the ore herself. But it wonât be authentic that way. Nothing wrought by mortal hands has value to her. Instead, the prospect of earning her prize is what sets her head straightâwhat has her coming back, bumming mora off whoever she can. And, in the case of the romantic gift, wouldnât it be sad to just buy one on her own?Â
So whatever, sheâs surfing the crowd, eyes peeled for opportunity wherever it may strike. If she has to do a few favors to get another chance, then so be it. But Elysia doesnât demand that much of herâ
Itâs something worse, actually. Though thatâs besides the point.
âshe reaches for Sentiâs attention. Or Huaâs attention, most probably. Because she knows what Elysia thinks theyâve done, but that sure as shit was not Senti at the helm. If she ever had any doubts of merely inheriting the old-timerâs memories, theyâre gone now. Fizzled up like the last bit of carbonation from a drink gone flat. The way those two spent their time was negatively no-way not at all any bit Senti, not even one! Though there is⊠something⊠swirling in the back of each of the Herrscherâs eyes. A ghost of the past, reminiscent of feelings or opinions that sheâs unsure are inherited, or just the product of swapping gazes with Elysia.Â
Discreetly, she tugs on the chain connecting her to who Elysia thinks she is. Hurry! Get over here! Pick up the pace, old-timer! You get the idea.Â
âEheheh, guess thereâs no escape from Pink Elf here.âÂ
She looks like a six-year old caught stealing from a candy store. Every bit of her body language is shifty, ready to bolt. But she holds up a guilty smile, a horrible lie. âO-Of course it is! Why wouldnât it be? Iâve always had the same birthday, year after year. And Iâve lived many. Yes, mhm, so many. Iâm very old now, yâsee.â She might as well have said âI am Hua! Believe me!â because even the way she chops up her dialogue sounds far-fetched. Right now, that six-year old is fumbling as she tries to come up with some excuse for how the candy ended up in her bag.
Her eyes then land on the item in Elysiaâs hand. Seeing it as a change of topic (and forgetting that she is now actually stealing a gift meant for someone else) she swipes it. âFor me, eh? Ahahahahahaha! You shouldnât have! I have a great many riches now, and lots of chickens to show my vast wealth! But while you already haveâŠâÂ
Black-painted nails tear at the wrapping. âThisâŠâ Senti sputters, remembering the loserish item she passed on buying for herself. Only now itâs not so loserish, receiving it from this lady. Itâs something else entirely, âTh-This is⊠Y-youâŠ!âÂ
As her fist quakes, her neck fails to hold back a tide of blood which rushes into her entire face. She hasnât forgotten. Her memory is as sharp as Sentiâs.Â
That means she also remembersâŠ
Oh noâŠ

She rarely forces her ideas on others, preferring to guide people to their own conclusions with a smile and a knowing look.
Despite her openness, Elysia maintains an air of mystery. She shares pieces of herself freely, but certain aspects of her past and her motivations remain hidden. This reserved side isn't out of distrust or secrecy, but rather a reflection of her belief that some things are better left unsaid. Those who earn her trust may catch glimpses of her deeper thoughts, but Elysia never fully reveals everything about herself. This balance of openness and secrecy gives her a unique allure, drawing people in while keeping them intrigued.
Her optimism doesnât mean she ignores reality. Elysia is fully aware of the harshness of the world, but she chooses to focus on hope and joy. She believes in the beauty of humanity and the potential for good, even in the face of overwhelming darkness. She enjoys forming genuine connections, finding joy in the simple act of being with others. In her presence, people feel safe to be themselves, knowing that Elysiaâs warmth and understanding will always be there to support them.
Backstory:
Elysia was a prominent figure during the Previous Era, a time when humanity fought a desperate war against the Honkai. As one of the Thirteen Flame-Chasers, she was part of an elite group of warriors enhanced with Honkai-derived powers, known as MANTISes. Unlike many of her comrades, who became hardened by endless conflict, Elysia held onto a belief in the beauty of humanity. Her positive outlook and graceful demeanor earned her the nickname âMiss Pink Elf,â and she often served as a source of comfort and encouragement for those around her.
Throughout her time with the MOTHs, Elysiaâs actions reflected her unwavering commitment to finding good in people, even during the bleakest times. Her ability to remain optimistic and kind-hearted set her apart from others who were consumed by the harsh realities of war. She approached every mission with a calm confidence, and her genuine nature allowed her to form bonds easily with her peers. Elysiaâs strength came not only from her combat skills but also from her ability to inspire others to keep fighting.
Her story took an unexpected turn when she was revealed to be the 13th Herrscher â the Herrscher of Human: Ego. Unlike other Herrschers, who were overtaken by the Honkaiâs will, Elysia kept her human consciousness intact. Rather than falling into despair or turning against humanity, she embraced her Herrscher powers and used them to help her fellow Flame-Chasers. Her existence challenged the idea that Herrschers were inherently evil and showed that it was possible to resist the Honkaiâs control. Her goal was to give future Herrschers a chance to retain their humanity.
Elysia ultimately sacrificed herself to protect humanityâs future. Her actions ensured that future Herrschers, like Kiana, Bronya, and Mei, would have the ability to fight the Honkaiâs influence. Her sacrifice wasnât driven by defeat but by hope for those who came after her. In the Current Era, a simulation of Elysia exists within the Elysian Realm, a virtual archive managed by World Serpent. In this realm, she continues to interact with people like Raiden Mei, offering guidance and insight. Her presence, though digital, carries the same warmth and curiosity that she showed in life, helping others uncover the truths of the past while leaving them to form their own paths forward.
Abilities & Equipment:
Elysiaâs Abilities
Crystal Manipulation: Elysia can create and control crystals infused with Honkai energy. She uses these crystals to form projectiles, barriers, and constructs. Her Crystal Tree technique can generate a Flawless Dome to immobilize or weaken enemies temporarily.
Weapon Mastery: Elysia is proficient with all types of weapons, including swords, spears, firearms, and her signature bow. Her adaptability allows her to switch between weapons seamlessly while maintaining her elegant and precise combat style.
Archery Expertise: Her primary weapon is an ethereal bow made of crystalline energy. She can fire arrows with exceptional accuracy, adjusting their speed, trajectory, and explosive effects to suit different situations and targets.
Herrscher of Human: Ego Powers: As the 13th Herrscher, she can influence human consciousness and emotions. This power allows her to calm allies or destabilize enemies. Her Herrscher abilities also enhance her physical speed, agility, and durability.
Veil of Concealment: Elysia can distort perception to blend into her surroundings, making herself difficult to detect. While not full invisibility, it helps her observe, evade, or reposition without being noticed.
Elysiaâs Equipment
Elysian Bow: Elysia's signature weapon is a crystalline bow formed from Honkai energy. It allows her to fire energy-based arrows with precision and versatility. She can modify the arrows for different effects, such as piercing, explosive bursts, or area control.
Crystalline Constructs: Using her crystal manipulation, Elysia can create various constructs, including barriers, platforms, and traps. These constructs serve both offensive and defensive purposes during combat.
Herrscher Core (Herrscher of Human: Ego): As the 13th Herrscher, Elysia's Herrscher Core enhances her abilities and grants her control over crystal-based powers and consciousness manipulation. The core is the source of her exceptional combat skills and mental influence.
Combat Suit â Pink Elfâs Flurry: Elysiaâs signature battle attire is a form-fitting combat suit designed for agility and elegance. Itâs adorned with light armor and crystal motifs, reflecting her aesthetic and combat style. The suit provides protection while maintaining her mobility and grace in battle.
Trivia:
Elysiaâs standard attire consists of a white top, black shorts, long black stockings, and a lilac cape with fur trim. The outfit balances elegance and practicality, reflecting her refined yet adaptable nature. Her soft pink hair and violet eyes are distinctive features that make her instantly recognizable and reinforce her graceful, almost otherworldly presence.
She is often called âMiss Pink Elfâ due to her pink hair and cheerful, whimsical personality. The nickname captures her playful and kind-hearted nature, as well as her almost fairy-like way of interacting with others. This title has stuck with her among friends and allies, becoming a reflection of how people see her as both endearing and extraordinary.
Elysia believes in the beauty of humanity, even during times of conflict and hardship. She frequently compliments others and encourages them to recognize their own worth. Her belief isnât just surface-level optimism; she genuinely sees potential and goodness in people, which helps boost morale and create strong bonds with those around her.
While she is friendly and approachable, Elysia maintains a layer of mystery about herself. She is open about her thoughts and feelings in the moment, but she doesnât readily share details about her past or deeper motivations. Even those closest to her know there are aspects of her life she chooses to keep private, which adds to her enigmatic charm.
Elysia is highly skilled with all types of weapons, demonstrating proficiency in swords, spears, firearms, and her signature bow. This versatility allows her to adapt to different combat situations effortlessly. Her preference for archery highlights her precision and grace, but she is more than capable of using other weapons when needed.
As the Herrscher of Human: Ego, Elysia possesses the rare ability to retain her free will and consciousness. Unlike most Herrschers who are corrupted by the Honkaiâs influence, she maintains control over her actions and decisions. This makes her unique and proves that Herrschers are not inherently bound to destruction and chaos.
Elysia enjoys teasing those around her with lighthearted jokes and playful comments. Her humor is never cruel or condescending; instead, it serves to lighten the mood and strengthen connections with her friends. She uses this teasing as a way to make others feel comfortable and to challenge them in a friendly manner.
As the 2nd member of the Thirteen Flame-Chasers, Elysia earned respect for her combat abilities and her unwavering positive outlook. In a group often shaped by hardship and tragedy, her presence provided balance and a sense of hope. Her ability to remain optimistic inspired those around her to keep pushing forward.
Even after her identity as a Herrscher was revealed, Elysia remained a symbol of hope and choice. Her actions demonstrated that it is possible to resist the Honkaiâs influence and make decisions based on oneâs values. This message had a lasting impact, proving that even in dark times, individuals have the power to define their own paths.

@anominous-user I wrote this and thought you might like it!
This is a previous era superhero story (with most of the previous era class)
So imagine an au where the flame chasers sealed the honkai at the price of their lives, this is like the "creation story" of Lepidoptera (it means Moth in Latin or something)
Anyways, fast forward to modern day where honkai is sadly still a thing, we meet our main character, aka Kosma, Kosma tells the story of the flame chasers to Griseo as a bedtime story, he also gushes about the superheroes like Deliverance, basically everyone in the flame chasers except Hua, Pardo and Griseo to his dad, Ato (btw, Kosma's adopted, he knows that and he doesn't mind that), and he goes to bed after texting his crush, Dystopia (I ship them together OK?)
Fast forward to Saturday morning when he is woken up by Blanca (his adoptive mother) telling him to hurry up because he's late to his part-time job as a lab assistant, btw, itâs run by Dr Mei, Mobius and Vill-V, he drops off Griseo at the daycare run by Aponia before a long day at work, he also gets a motorbike because Vill-V saw a design of it in his notebook, he names it 'Daybreaker', he also stops by Elysiaâs flower shop to get flowers for confessing to Dystopia, once he gets back home he texts Kevin about his date ideas (Kevin also mentions Su in this conversation)
The next day, he goes to the dojo run by Huaâs dad to train. He also goes to band practice (the band's called Classically Rockin'. The members are Dystopia, Kosma, Rin, Hua, and Pardofelis. They're called that because Dystopia includes classical music in their mostly Rock songs). Oh yeah, the studio is owned by Eden, and after that, they stopped by Kalpas, Sakura, and Emile's bakery, Hua, Pardo, and Rin hangs out in Rin's room upstairs to give Kosma and Dystopia some privacy, Kosma confess and Dystopia accepts, they get attack by Honkai and all of the adults, aka Kevin, Elysia, Aponia, Vill-V, Kalpas, Sakura and Mobius all use the excuse of ("*secret civilian identity* told me to protect you!") and sends the teens plus non flame chasers side characters to Su, who heals them up as Bodhi, Kosma gets back home with Griseo (she was saved by Aponia earlier) knowing the fact that the heroes were bullshiting him and figures out who the heroes were, he keeps it a secret because superhero movie logic
Next honkai attack, kids get powers! Woohoo
Now children flame chasers + Rin and Dystopia gets into MOTH, the strongest force against the Honkai
Notes: Ato was a superhero (and part of MOTH) but retired after finding Kosma in a pile of rubble. He and Blanca then decided to settle down with Kosma. A couple of years later, they had Griseo
Rin and Emile all know that Kalpas and Sakura are superheroes, but they didnât know about the rest
Divine keys still exist due to an imagery tree machine built by the scientists of the team (includes Blanca), but they get stronger after killing a Herrscher and taking their core
In the future, Senti becomes a thing due to a lot of negative build up and takes over Hua's body. After the 'I know youâre in their somewhere fight', Vill-V builds a robot body for Senti to fight in
Klein also exists, but I forgot to mention her. She was sick when Kosma turned up to work. She's a full-time lab assistant who mainly helps Mobius
Blanca is Mobius and Vill-Vâs mentor. She helped Kosma to get his job
Kosma is also a lot more confident here, due to this being a silly little au
I also forgot about Himeko, Scrap Hua's dad, Hua's an orphans, and Himekoâs her adoptive mum, Hua owns the dojo, and Himeko helps her run it, it's from inheritance
In the future, they all get a Herrscher level powerup, and they defeat Finality (woohoo!). With very little sad stuff and are seen as heroes in Lepidoptera
Ships: Ato/Blanca, Elysia/Eden/Aponia, Kevin/Su/Dr. Mei, Kalpas/Sakura/Emile, Kosma/Dystopia, Hua/Pardofelis, Mobius/Vill-V/Klein

Elysia Sage Stockholm | 23 | 4â11 | November 11th
Personality: An OnlyFans and Twitch legend, Elysia is loud and proud about being herself, even if that means being off-putting to the average viewer. Her unfiltered nature is both her greatest strength and her biggest vulnerability. Despite her bold exterior, she is very respectful to her friends and her frequently rotating list of partners, often quieting her extroverted nature to enjoy intimate moments with them. Her loyalty to her friends is unwavering, and she often goes out of her way to support and uplift them.
Elysiaâs fearlessness in speaking her mind and using her platform to stand up for others has made her a polarizing figure online. Sheâs an advocate for body positivity, sexual freedom, and mental health awareness. However, this outspoken attitude comes at a personal cost. She struggles with setting boundaries and often pushes herself too far, getting into heated online battles with trolls or occasionally ending up in the ER when her kinks become too extreme.
Ely is a huge fan of morbid things, enjoying horror media and dark content daily. Her fascination with the macabre extends into her personal life, influencing her bedroom interests and her online persona. When sheâs not making porn or having sex for fun, Elysia is immersed in the gaming world, either streaming solo or playing with friends, often combining her passions by hosting gaming sessions with a sexual twist.
Despite her seemingly carefree and confident demeanor, Elysia has her moments of doubt and negative thinking. She sometimes turns to weed and even more sex as a form of self-medication. To counter these struggles, she frequently sees a therapist online and is committed to working through her issues and managing her mental health.
Backstory: Born to a loving single mother, Elysia was raised to be herself and to do so loudly. Her mother, a former dancer who now runs a strip club in Boston, instilled in her the importance of confidence and self-expression. Elysia spent her childhood backstage at the club, surrounded by strong, confident women who became her role models. This unconventional upbringing gave her a unique perspective on life and an early education in the power of performance and sexuality.
As a child, Elysia was the one who got in trouble for talking during class, for discussing inappropriate topics on the playground, and for pulling stunts to capture the attention of her classmates she had crushes on. Her fascination with the bruises and scrapes she and her peers acquired evolved into a deep curiosity about the human body and pain, leading her down a path of exploring darker, more taboo subjects as she grew older.
Inspired by the personalities she watched online, Elysia started creating content at a young age, producing cringey videos of herself playing video games and reviewing her favorite horror movies. While sheâs tried to erase those early attempts from the internet, they occasionally resurface with the occasional âthis u?â message in her DMs, reminding her of how far sheâs come. Today, she exudes confidence in her streams and videos, seamlessly blending her love for gaming with her provocative persona.
Motivations and Goals: Elysiaâs primary goal is to expand her online empire and solidify her status as a top-tier content creator. Sheâs determined to push boundaries and challenge societal norms, using her platform to advocate for causes she believes in. At the same time, she is on a personal journey to become the best version of herself, working through her mental health struggles and learning to set healthy boundaries.

Appearance: Elysia is a very short woman with a pear-shaped body, her height standing at just 4â11. She has a distinctive bob haircut with straight bangs and two longer face-framing pieces in the front. Her eyes are a vibrant purple. Her skin is very pale, almost porcelain-like, covered in faded scars and bruises from her adventurous lifestyle. Her makeup is bold and dramatic, often featuring dark lipstick and smokey eyeshadow. She has a few tattoos, some that she got done in the spur of a moment decision at parties. She has triple lobe piercings on both ears, an industrial bar on one, a helix piercing on both ears, and both nostrils pierced.
She dresses like a stereotypical e-girl with a gothic twist, favoring outfits that combine fishnet stockings, platform boots, and oversized graphic tees with dark, intricate jewelry. Her style is a reflection of her personality: bold, unapologetic, and a little bit rebellious.

Silas (and Finn) often has to deal with trespassers because his kelp forest is seen as this creepy "urban legend destination" type deal and therefore kids are daring each other to go in, horror enthusiasts/your "ghost show" folks are sneaking in, and teens are not doing a very good job at hiding themselves as they either 1. Explore the spooky place cause ooo spooky, or 2. Use it as a hiding spot to do things *ahem* not meant for prying eyes. Actual dangerous trespassers are surprisingly rare (probably cause they know they'd get their shit rocked) but Silas is really fucking tired of this ansnsbs like guys pls just leave him alone
He's nicer with the younger kids, though. A lot of them get lost and start crying but Silas leads them out (unintentionally moulds their young little minds and changes their perception of him XD)
(Finn on the other hand isn't helping anyone lmao he's silently watching this randos get lost and laughing at them)
As for anyone breaking in with very negative intentions... tbh atp you've signed your own death certificate cause literally everyone who works and/or lives in the kelp forest can kill you in several different ways
