Oooooh I like this...I adore the Epsilon part of the game and it is so fun to see what other people think their text could be referring to.

Aliens obviously canonically exist in GTA V. But what if the aliens are the "super beings" that Epsilon think are gods instead?

The spaceship floats above the mountain, right? What if they're protecting what's inside? Or why everything inside that was from the 60s in GTAVO is 'abandoned??'

Hi, Here is an overview of base programming/programmes. Most other internal programmes will fall under one of these. Base programming is different from Greek programming.

ALPHA-Alpha programming is also called ‘the base personality control.’ Symbolism is used to reinforce programming. The symbols can be found outside the body, such as; hourglasses, white rabbits, monarch butterflies, as well as found in the programming of that individual. The programming for alpha teaches the person triggers, assists in fragmenting the personality, protection programming, logic programming, map of the system, base commands for contacting/calling up of other parts, and the foundation for future programming. BETA-Sexual programming spanning from rigid gender stereotypes on one end of the spectrum (Princess Programming) to hyper-sexualised conduct at the opposite end. Particular programs (and thus commands) are for pornography, acting, oral sex, etc.(porn/sex/BDSM Programming). Beta Programming requires absolute submission from women/men in order for them to perform their tasks. Early sexual torture will be used to anchor programming. These parts will develop sexual abilities that are for the pleasure of others. These parts are programmed to have charm, seductive skills, charisma, and creativity. This Programming ensures the part is lacking sexual inhibitions. (Base program)

GAMMA-Can be system-protection and deception programming which will provide misinformation to outsiders and try to misdirect people by telling half-truths, protecting different internal programming. Gamma parts are trained to sow doubt and confusion about the existence of programmers. This is done by creating a number of misinformation parts, some of which are involved in exposing the group, but they will mix truth with wildly speculative and obviously ridiculous assertions. DELTA-Is assassin programming and was originally developed for training special agents or elite soldiers (i.e. Delta Force, First Earth Battalion, Mossad, etc.) in covert operations. Optimal adrenal output and controlled aggression is evident. Subjects are devoid of fear and very systematic in carrying out their assignment. Self-destruct or suicide instructions are layered in at this level.

EPSILON-Is the programming of animal parts into the child, which is thought to be the key to paranormal or superhuman abilities. (Spiritual programming) Type 3 Epsilon Programming-A base-level obedience programme the individual is programmed to their primal components of food, shelter, and water. Epsilon Programming elements are often added to other forms of programming.

THETA-Psychic programming correlates with the development and use of extrasensory powers and extra physical abilities, including long-distance mind connection with other remote viewing where part’s could see what an individual is doing in another location. It also implies the use of thought energy to kill someone at a distance. Paranormal ability known as "remote scanning", the ability of some humans to locate objects or envision events in remote geographical areas of which they have no prior knowledge. Cortical theta waves are frequent in children. In older children and adults, theta waves appear during meditative, drowsy, hypnotic or sleeping states. (Base Programming)

OMEGA-Self-destruct programming. The corresponding behaviours include suicidal tendencies and/or self-mutilation. This program is generally activated when the victim/survivor begins therapy or interrogation and too much memory is being recovered.

btw epsilon programming isn’t the same as pet play…. it is true that oftentimes epsilon programming is implemented for the purposes of pet play but it’s not just that. it’s the complete dehumanization of someone and brainwashing someone into believing that they Are That Animal (/ object / creature / concept / non human thing), it’s not consensual or role-play

ugh even if i could tell people what happened (at least the part that's fucking me up so bad right now) they wouldn't believe me!!!! because every child 'acts like an animal' to some extent. they don't understand that i didn't just 'act like an animal,' i was, still am, and will always be a dog because i was raised that way. i barked and scratched and bit and ate food out of dumpsters and did tricks for food and ate dog food and slept on the floor and sat by her feet while she worked and she would pet me and tell me good dog and i was good dog!!! i used to be good dog but now i am old.

but yeah they do not understand i did not just play pretend and act like an animal i was genuinely treated like a dog and not allowed to view myself as human and it made me act very inappropriately and i STILL do not act right i still lay on the floor if i'm not given permission to sit at a desk or on a couch I STILL eat out of the garbage i still eat pet food i still whimper or growl or bark when i forget how people are supposed to react and go back to instincts because that's what i did first that's what i knew that's who i am and when i am alone and am sad i whimper when i am alone and scared or angry i bark and growl but i have to play pretend at being a person when i am outside

the trouble is i am very bad at pretending that. it is still glaringly obvious what i am. i'm far too old to reasonably sniff and lick objects that are presented to me or eat garbage or curl up in a corner on the floor. i will NEVER be able to even properly pretend to be a person. that's what they don't understand. i didn't grow up playing pretend as a dog, i grew up as a dog and had to learn how to pretend to be human

If at some point they’d managed to ‘rescue’ Epsilon (but not really, this Epsilon is just an echo, a message left behind, the memory of a ghost that can’t linger much longer) but he’s degrading all over again, and he knows it. They all know it.

At least he got to say goodbye properly this time.

And Wash has to walk out into that bullet.

He’s got his brave face on, he won’t let them know he’s scared because they’re all already so afraid, Carolina’s afraid.

And so is he, but he has to be brave or the universe dies.

But Wash can’t make himself take that first step.

He has to but he can’t.

And then Epsilon’s voice is in his ear, coming through his radio.

My WoW Pipe Dream: RP Mode

Because I was directly asked earlier this evening what I would want to see in an RP mode, and I've talked about this off and on for years ever since War Mode was implemented, I shall now lay out my list of things that I want to see in a RP Mode for World of Warcraft.

Same idea as War Mode, just with alternate effects. It's a switch you toggle from a capital city and can disable anywhere in the world, and it will take you into a different instance of the game where the new rules are in effect. In keeping with the same rules as war mode, turning it off keeps you flagged as RP-only and functionally unable to gain loot or gold for five minutes, so you can't use it to make a way easier path to a rare and pop out to steal the kill and the goodies.

1: Removes a LARGE swath of NPCs from the game. All elite mobs, anything that has voice lines, most wandering NPCs in cities, the overwhelming majority of wandering critters, gone. Much emptier except for other players and NPCs that add life to the setting, but don't interfere with it.

2: Gold and loot cannot be earned or spent (outside of specific RP-related vendors perhaps. Things like bartenders, snack sellers, selling tickets to make instances within the RP mode overall instance, that sort of thing. debatable whether these things would remain necessary)

3: XP and renown cannot be gained in any way. Items that affect this are either disabled, or get consumed with no effect and wasted

4: /say, /yell and /emote distances massively increased

5: raid size increased, or if code prevents that from working, raids can be linked together in a similar way to various servers being linked together

6: look I just want housing okay make empty buildings in RP mode into player-usable/customizable housing plots I don't care how this one works just give it to us blizzard

7: transmog, barber, etc are free at all times. toys have no or extremely minimal cooldown, effects last longer

8: massively expanded list of playable races so the reflecting prism thingie is no longer required. again, if code prevents this, reflecting prism is given no cooldown and lasts until you intentionally click it off

9: all languages usable by anyone. Yes, All Of Them. all languages also understandable by anyone. Yes, All Of Them.

10: no mog restrictions. If it can be displayed on the model in question, it's moggable. (even if it causes clipping errors. sometimes especially if it does.)

11: Options for raid leaders to change visual effects for raid members, like inky black potions, weather machines, etc. (PLAY D&D. DO A SHOW. IMMERSE PEOPLE. DO IT.)

12: Various wierd crap that's never been resolved is resolved. The Westfall tornado is gone, Suramar isn't full of demon commanders anymore, etc.

13: All cities are neutral cities. Yes, All Of Them. if you can get there, you can be there

14: summoning stones added to lots and lots and LOTS of new locations. cities, interesting landmarks, etc

15: one person can summon by themselves. nobody cares just let us do this if they're in the party

16: dungeons and raids are accessible either directly on the world map or via their standard portals. undecided, not sure which would be less resource-intensive to sustain when the entire setup is already liable to have a fuckload of instances within instances

17: if you are in a raid or party, YOU CANNOT BE SHARDED OUT OF IT. it's the one really major thing I wanna fix super bad across the entire game but especially for RPers

Feel free to toss your thoughts at this one. I know there's other ideas that have gone on this list as I've thought of it over the years, but I'm drawing a blank on anything else right this second

hi guys. i'm in a new relationship with someone who understands and values me. it feels really nice to be understood by someone who went through the same things. even though my ex fiancé went through the same/similar treatment they still didn't seem to understand why i'm the way i am. it feels really, really good to be with someone who cares for me and accepts me. we both know what it's like, we're both not human, and we're still okay. we curl up together, we pet each other, we are good to each other. i feel very loved and cared about with him. the more time i spend around him the more i realize my ex fiancé really just was not good at being understanding or accepting of the traits i had, even if they did the same things sometimes. i'm grateful to be so loved now.

also, i'm going to be a scare actor this october. i think it's going to be really good for me-- i've heard it's a great way to release years of built-up anger and pain. and i'll finally be in a place where i won't have to pretend to be human, and where my lack of humanity is actually an advantage. and i won't feel alone there, because everyone else doing the job is also meant to be scary. while i feel i've always been scary even when i don't want to be, i think doing some harmless but purposeful scaring will give me more of a feeling of control over the way i am.

i'm really excited about everything in my life. i'm doing really well, and i'm really happy. i thought i wouldn't ever be okay when my ex fiance left but i'm thriving now. i'm better than i've ever been. if nothing else, take this as a message of hope :o)
