I drink coffee from the vending machine at the university and feel alive like Esmé in the Hostile Hospital.
And that's when I realize once again that Esmé is not really the arrogant and selfish woman she appears in the book or by all sorts of people who like to hate her. I'm just grateful to the whole team, Daniel Handler, that they made it different, not like in the book. Lucy is just a diamond! With her acting, she made her so incredibly sensual and versatile. Es is also offended, she is able to understand, love, get upset, she is not just a fashion-obsessed woman, as she is in the book.
Now closer to coffee. Just think about it, Her Highness Es herself began to drink coffee from a shabby coffee machine for several times. Book Esmé would send someone to the supermarket, but wouldn't drink it. In the series, she is really simple at times and is able to do what she wants, and not what the Daily Punctilio writes. She is calm about the coffee from the vending machine. It's so cute.
i love getting to see behind the scenes in full costume or makeup. this one of fashion icon Esmé Squalor is so good 🐙 📺: A Series of Unfortunate Events : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : #asoue #aseriesofunfortunateevents #lemonysnicket #lucypunch #esmesqualor #octopus #ursula #squid #squidgames #littlemermaid #thelittlemermaid #mystery #detective #firedepartment #library #firefighter #costume #bts #behindthescenes #television #tvshow #tvseries #books #ya #baudelaire #violet #klaus #sunny #sfx #vfx https://www.instagram.com/p/CaXaN2bL_0N/?utm_medium=tumblr

hi i finished iwwv a few days ago and died and now i'm dropping by to say that your art of disney prince james farrow cured my broken soul. basically all of your james art but especially those pieces wherein he's referred to as a prince. sweet prince. a baby. POINT IS, thank you so much for your service i owe you my life
I’m gonna tell you a secret: I hate this piece of fanart. I really do. It’s my second piece (i actually much prefer the first one I did which is one of my least popular) that I did at a time I was playing around with lineless stuff and, urg, I only see all the wrong things with it. Yet it keeps going around. Might fuck around and just redo it but that wouldn’t! change! anything!
Otherwise: James, baby, yes, absolutely. Thank you and you’re welcome.
I joined the ASOUE fandom in 2020, but I've known Lucy Punch since 2011. I grew up with films like "Bad Teacher", "Enchanted Ella", etc.
Now that time has passed, I simply declare that her performance as Esmé Squalor is a work of art.
I've read all of ASOUE's books, but when I watch the series over and over again, I forget the fact that Esmé is a villain (for me she is not).
Esmé masterfully manipulates and uses acting talents. I am eternally grateful to Lucy for playing this role. Esmé is incredible with her impulsiveness, crazy for trends and materialism, but at the same time she is sensitive and passionate. She's alive. I love her for everything.
You believe Esmé, you fall in love and do everything she wants for her.
megamind! it’s so funny and wholesome and if we’re being honest better than all of the mcu and dceu combined. a classic
18. Do you believe dreams have meanings or are they completely random?
i think they’re mostly related to what u are going through at the moment with some random stuff u have seen/heard about getting thrown in the mix so. both if that makes sense
