Ok so why did Gerard wear the same costume for 6 shows???
Like a lot of people, I noticed the Aotearoa (NZ) & Australia tour drum head messages seemed to be about 9/11. The costume also tells a very specific story that lines up with this--and there was more to Melbourne Night 2 than Gerard deciding it was casual Friday. I'm gonna go through my personal interpretation and explain why I think MCR did this at the end of their tour. 
TLDR: This Is Not The End.

AUCKLAND, March 11 2023

Based on the skirt suit and drumhead ‘FIX FAX FUCK YOU’, Gerard is dressed as an office worker. For simplicity I will refer to the costume as the Secretary, I see it as both a character and a metaphor. Auckland establishes the monotony and repetition of daily life prior to 9/11, ‘FIX FAX FUCK YOU’ showing an attitude of boredom unaware of the events to come. 
BRISBANE 1, March 13 2023

The main difference between Auckland and Brisbane 1 is the briefcase. This indicates the point in time--Auckland is the days before 9/11 and Brisbane 1 is the morning before the attacks begin. The secretary travels to work, thinking ‘Everything under Control’.
BRISBANE 2, March 14 2023

The drumhead message ‘Here Comes the AIRPLANE’ marks this as minutes or even seconds before the towers are hit. Brisbane 2 is the first time Gerard wears the coat, representing everyone taking cover. 
MELBOURNE 1, March 16 2023

I unfortunately could not find a good photo of Gerard wearing the coat from this show but you can see it on the floor behind him!
The Melbourne shows are as the towers collapse. Pretty straightforward from the Melbourne 1 drumhead ‘TERROR’. This show also had the only appearance of the umbrella, which I interpret as representing the rubble and destruction raining down. The umbrella is closed, showing the secretary is unprotected and ultimately killed when the towers fall. 
MELBOURNE 2, March 17 2023

It seemed odd at first that Melb 2 was the only show that Gerard didn’t wear a costume for, but I actually believe he still did. This is the key to my interpretation: Gerard is dressed as himself witnessing the towers collapse, on his way to work at Cartoon Network. This the only show on the Oceania leg where they played Skylines and Turnstiles*, the song Gerard wrote immediately after 9/11. The drumhead ‘BARK BARK BARK’ makes you picture, a chained dog, representing the powerless horror of only being able to watch as the destruction unfolds--the deeply personal experience that drove Gerard to form MCR.

Blood!!!! At Sydney 1, we see the continuing aftermath of the 9/11 attacks. The secretary has died but keeps moving, picking up her briefcase and carrying on. This could be showing how a lot of people’s faith in the US government and in the world died, but life had to find a way to move on. 
SYDNEY 2, March 20 2023

At Sydney 2, the addition of Gerard’s white contacts shows the Secretary decaying--but she has not stopped. Frank changed the drumhead message from ‘UNKILLABLE’ to ‘UNKILLABLES’, expanding the meaning from the context of his accident in Sydney to include the band, the fans, and on a wider level everything MCR represents. 
I think all of this is a metaphor for the band’s career in multiple ways. Firstly, the Secretary being undead of course reflects MCR’s return, and her zombified appearance aligns with the imagery of their new era (decay, swarm, the destroyed buildings of the stage set). Secondly, it is very interesting to me that they did this sequence of costumes and drumheads at the end of their headlining tour, rather that at the start. The story they told seems to imply a rebirth--MCR was ‘born’ out of the trauma, pain and confusion of 9/11, so the fact that they represented the start of the band on stage signifies a second beginning.

*EDIT 1 (23/03/23): They actually also played Skylines at Brisbane 2. I do think the position of Skylines in the Melb 2 set is still significant. They played it as the first encore song which mirrors it being the first MCR song and written shortly after 9/11.

So. Danny, Ellie and Jazz are definitely Not on the run. They’re definitely not. They’re definitely not huddled up in an abandoned corner of Gotham being kept warm and guarded by Fright Knight, who has definitely not let his whole humanoid shape disappear into a more amorphous one of Fear and Shadow and Flame to keep everyone away. 
They’re definitely not alone now, their parents definitely aren’t dead now. They’re definitely not stitching up Danny or stabilizing Ellie. They’re not making a sling for Jazz’s broken arm and crying as the ghost of Autumn tries to soothe his ghostlings wards.

I'm having incoherent thoughts about clone danny again from the clone/clone^2 au (when am I not?) but more specifically I'm thinking about his reaction to finding out he's a clone. The standalone clone au digs into that a little more than clone^2, which is more focused on Danny and Damian's relationship. But neither (so far) really get into Danny's issues about finding out he's a clone after 15 years of thinking he wasn't.
Because he resents his parents for not telling him for so long. He resents the way he found out; through a trivial school project rather than a sit-down talk. He resents the fact that, apparently, they had meant to tell him sooner. But forgot. He resents the fact that they never told him because finding out feels like something was stolen from him when it had the chance to not be.
Danny Fenton, just fifteen, cloned not even half a year ago, knows what that personal violation of autonomy feels like. He knows what it's like to be cloned and while he loves Ellie, he does, she's his sister, and in this au his twin. But he is still left with that feeling of unsafety after realizing he'd been cloned. Being cloned is violating. The onset realization that it's so easy to get DNA without the other party noticing, and that what was stopping someone from trying to clone him again?
Followed only after with the rest of the inexplainable mix of feelings of being cloned, the rest of that inner conflict and panic that's an ugly mocktail of emotions that range from horror to fear. Trying to imagine what it's like to be cloned from the cloned party, and I imagine that it leaves you with the feeling of needing to crawl out of your own skin with discomfort.
And then he gets put on the other side of it. Danny Fenton, only fifteen, was cloned not even half a year ago, finding out he is a clone. And reactions, I imagine, can vary from person to person. But to him, it feels like something got stolen from him, like someone took a hole puncher and stuck it right into his chest and stole a chunk of himself from him.
It changes nothing about him and yet it changes everything. It's a betrayal on it's own to just find out he was a clone and they didn't tell him for fifteen years -- it shouldn't mean anything, because he's still Danny, and yet it means everything. It's him, it's him, it's about him. It's his personhood. It's about the fact that a load-bearing rock in his identity just crumbled beneath his feet and now there's a rockslide.
Because then he finds out that they used the wrong DNA. Its like pouring salt in an open wound. He's not even related to his parents or his sister, when for years he thought he was. It's the fact that pieces of his identity that he's been so secure in for so long just got ripped away from him in an instant. Then they tell him -- only through his own horrified prompting -- that the person whose DNA they used -- Bruce Wayne -- didn't even know he existed. That they accidentally used the wrong DNA, then didn't tell the person whose DNA they used.
The betrayal of being lied to for years turns really quickly into horror at his own existence. Something very similar to the horror he felt at being cloned and the skin-crawling discomfort that made him feel like his own skin wasn't really his. And then its not. It's actually not. Nothing but his own name feels like it belongs to him anymore -- not his hair, not his eyes, not his heart or his lungs, nothing feels like his anymore and he didn't know what that felt like until it was gone.
It's a question of Nature Vs. Nurture -- where does the line of "nature" begin and where does the line of "nurture" end? What of him is actually his? What of him is Bruce Wayne's? It's not logical, it's not supposed to be. It's a load-bearing wall on the house of his identity being destroyed and now everything else is caving down in on him. What belongs to Danny, what belongs to Bruce Wayne?

im a huge sucker for masked villains loosing their mask in front of the hero, especially when it ends with a flirty hero lmao,, would love to see that idea in your interpretation and writing style!
The hero fished yet another weapon out of a pocket of the villain’s.
“What is this bad boy doing in your pants?” They waved the dagger in front of them, showing it off as they wiggled with their eyebrows. However, the villain only rolled their eyes.
“You might wanna reword that.”
“I shan’t.” They smirked at them and hid the weapon in their own suit. “You have been very bad.”
“Hence the handcuffs? I wasn’t really sure about that,” the villain answered, more unimpressed than anything.
Ever since the villain had lost their mask during the fight, the hero couldn’t stop staring at their face. The villain was attractive, for sure. They were clever and elegant in a way that made the hero’s stomach turn.
Someone so skilled, someone so special had chosen them to be their nemesis. The hero couldn’t quite believe it.
“Yeah…hence the handcuffs.” The hero’s eyes dropped to the villain’s lips involuntarily. But they refused to acknowledge that. It was merely desire. “I need to search for more weapons. Get on your knees. Please.”
The villain didn’t move, just stared. They looked at the hero curiously, as if they were something the villain had to decipher. As if they were written in an ancient language only the villain could read.
“You’re very bold today.”
“It’s a day of firsts, isn’t it? Seeing your face for the first time, catching you for the first time…let’s add kneeling.” The villain started smiling and cocked their head.
“Fine. If it pleases you.” They sank down to their knees and the hero swallowed the bundle of embarrassment in their throat. The villain’s face made them nervous.
“You’re very pretty, you know?” the hero asked. They gathered all their courage to grab the villain’s chin. “Makes it harder to arrest you.”
“Does the golden saviour of the city have a crush on me?” the villain asked. Their smile was turning into a smirk. “How adorable.”
“N-no.”
“Oh, no need to be ashamed.”
“I am not.”
“Dinner at seven? I’ll pick you up if you let me go,” the villain suggested.
“No way.” The hero’s face was burning.
“Ah, worth a shot. Dinner in prison then?”
“Fine,” the hero hissed. They were more excited than they should have been but instead of revealing that, they pulled up the villain and pushed them against the closest wall next to them.
For the rest of the week, the hero couldn’t stop thinking about that dinner.

Here is a piece for the lovely @okiroash! They asked for Yomiel taking the role of a dad/uncle to cat!Sissel or Kamila…and I decided why not both?
I figure that regardless who Jowd and Alma get to babysit, sweet little Kamila will rope them into helping her build her very important Rube Goldberg gift giving machines. Yomiel is no exception, especially with his own knowledge of systems and technology, so it only would take a couple of ‘pretty pleases’ and MAYBE a little goading from cat!sissel, and suddenly Yoms is on a wobbly stool setting bowling pins up on the overhead fan XD This is what you get for being a tall boi, Yoms.
Considering the gift behind them I’m going to say this particular set up is going to be a Christmas surprise for someone, most likely Lynne! Just…watch where you aim that cherub….

The thing I kinda love about dp x dc crossover fics are all the ways people explain why Justice League never attempted to help Amity Park with their ghost problem.
This point, the ones I have seen are (in no particular order)
1. People tried to contact JL, but they thought it to be a prank call
For some reason this variation almost always blames Green Lanter (Hal or Guy) for this. I have also seen couple where Flash took the blame or some “non-hero” workers Watchtower has.
2. People tried to contact JL, but GIW-Vlad-Tucker are blocking the info to keep  heroes from finding out.
Once saw a version where Justice League Dark was hiding Amity from non magical heroes.
3.No-one tried to inform League and since no one believes in ghosts, Amity Park’s weirdness was just an urban legend and/or it was thought to be some kind of gimmick to attract tourists.
4.Danny’s accident happend before Justice League was even a thing and he become active around the same time as Batman and Superman started their careers.
5. The League has made Amity “DO-NOT-ENTER!!” zone and never informed Amity Park about this. 
You would think they would let at least let the Mayor (Vlad or the one before) know, but I have never seen people to hint they were contacted.
6.League knows about the situation but they don’t want to step on Phantom’s toes. Usually this includes them thinking Phantom is an ancient being and not a teenager.
7. Justice League knows and they did send someone to check if Phantom wanted help.
