Seated leg raises⁣ ⁣ - Sit on a chair with your feet flat on the floor⁣ - Slowly straighten one of your legs.⁣ - Hold this position and squeeze your quad muscles for approximately 4 seconds.⁣ - Relax your leg and repeat steps again with other leg.⁣ - To make the exercise harder add ankle weights.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ 2. Wall slides⁣ ⁣ - Stand against the wall with your feet shoulder width apart.⁣ - Slowly bend your knees while sliding down against the wall.⁣ - Your legs should be bent to 45 degrees, hold this position for approximately 5 seconds.⁣ -Slowly straighten your legs while sliding up the wall.⁣ - Repeat these steps for 10 more times.⁣ ⁣ ⁣  3. Resistance band – knee extension⁣ ⁣ - Place your resistance band around a heavy object (so it does not move).⁣ - Wrap the resistance bands around your leg (around your knee).⁣ - Slowly straighten your knee.
