Like “and then ill tell you i love you again in the morning and you'll say it back” killed me, s6e7 is a cruel moment I love it so much. Aabria always knows how to hold conflict at a table and how to put a knife in you back(pun intended) and Saige knows how to make the most fucking devastating character choices and always sticks to her guns so hard. God they always play so well together!! Like all the way back to Dasel and Fess at the end of campaign 1 through to every one shot they’ve ever done together to Pryv and Kurse in Banesbreak urgh!! I meant this to be short but I have so many feelings about failed save.

literally so pissed off, i just spent an hour writing something and when i went to save it, it failed bc my "connection flaked out" even tho its literally fine and it deleted everything i wrote. this is why i barely write anymore bc this keeps happening. i dont remember everything i wrote, just some of it so im gonna try again but oh my god i shouldn't have to write everything twice.

Obsessed with the idea of Mobei Jun going through most of his life thinking that he's the only one smart enough to pick up on Shang Qinghua's worth and try to court him, only to walk into a room one day (prior to his ascension) and see Luo Binghe's husband beating up his man in what is clearly a non-serious and recreational fashion.

Just how long has this been going on for? Is this why Qinghua has never formally accepted any of his proposals? How is he supposed to retaliate when Junshang will kill him on the spot for any perceived attack on his husband? The one guy he probably can't challenge to a duel, and he's clearly trying to seduce Mobei's man out from under him!

But what can he do? More violence? Sluttier outfits? Longer attempts at meaningful eye-contact? He was already pulling out all the stops, what does this stupid scholar have that he doesn't, huh?

This game sure makes some weird character choices sometimes, but this is not one of them.

I am so serious - if you have experienced a 2010 queerbait, and have a hint of game knowledge, go see the fucking Minecraft movie. Its not subtle. There's a bit every 5 minutes.

I sat in that theater- jaw SLACK watching what may be the most perfect casual not confirmed bit of old man yaoi cinema in casual movie viewing of the year. It will not be topped. This movie doesn't exist without them.

Was the movie good? No. But I had the best fucking time.

I think one of the biggest tragedies of Laios & Falin and their relationship is how much his actions impact her life. But like. Specifically how much they WOULDN’T impact her life as much if they weren’t both stuck in such a shitty abusive situation.

This part of the Falin-tries-makeup daydream hour comic is what got me thinking about it again because truly it just... it seems like such a like an offhand comment that I'm sure Laios didn't mean to be cruel or anything. That's just like. A little kid not thinking about what they are saying. ESPECIALLY when the kid in question is Laios.

But man they depended on each other SO much as kids. Too much. It really feels like they didn't have any other source of positive reinforcement, or anyone else to share themselves with. So of course an offhand comment like that has a huge impact on Falin.

Or this little bit from one of the flashbacks:

This tears me apart. Do you think it tears him apart to think about? I think it does. I think Laios holds every small failure to care for Falin against himself.

And then there's the Bigger stuff. The way that him coping with his own trauma ended up impacting her.

Like his interest in monsters. Like him going to find a ghost, and accidentally revealing Falin's magic to the whole village in the process.

Like him needing to leave. And leaving her behind.

He shaped her life so much, and he carries so much guilt for it. And again, there should have been other people there to help. The same things that made Laios need to leave home are the things that made his leaving so hard on Falin. She ate alone after that. She shouldn't have had to eat alone just because Laios wasn't there.

She was 9 when he left for school, and he was 11.

Nine. And Laios feels like he failed her because he didn't stand by her through this better. As an eleven year old.

Both of these kids deserved so much better from the world.
