Fanart of the Kinney family by _spaceic_
I wanted some more fan art of The Marvel character Laura and some of her family on her mom's side. In my version they are dark skinned Hispanic originally from South America. But I haven't settled on a country yet.
The first picture of the lady in the lab coat. Is Laura's mother/ scientist that created her. Sarah Kinney Is an intelligent cloning scientist who is brought on the project for an organization that wanted to clone their own version of wolverine or weapon X. Eventually they made the female clone during their 23rd attempt. But Sarah found herself fell in love with her creation and help her escape.
Meghan Kinney is Laura's teenage cousin and Laura's first friend her own age. Display not usually being a people person. She bonds with Laura pretty easily. Liking her similar style and thinking the strange way she acts is entertaining. Personality wise she is witty and sarcastic. Unfortunately this has given her a reputation for being mean and annoying to love her classmates so she isn't that popular. Megan is into goth fashion and has a lot of piercings. She's a big fan of kids spooky movies like nightmare before Christmas and Coraline. She is also a big fan of thrillers and horror movies. She's a lover of animals and likes to volunteer at the animal shelter. She is also an aspiring amateur filmmaker. She has even written a script for a movie but hasn't started doing anything with It yet.
Deborah Kinney is Laura's Aunt, Sarah's little sister, and Megan's mother. She is a dental hygienist. She is really into fancy clothes and jewelry. She looks and dresses young for her age. When they are in public Deborah often gets mistaken for Megan's sister. Which annoys Megan.
Laura Kinney X-23 is a clone of the mutant superhero wolverine. This is her wearing her first superhero costume.

thinking about my dnd characters and what naddpod characters they'd be most like / get along with / i wanna put them in situations with.
easiest is onyx and onyx. two grey rock sorcerers with holy or demonic blood in them getting their warlock patron from technology? they'd be silly. punk rock and pastel goth. i just want them in a room.
next is morllyn and calder. i think calder would hate it. morrllyn's 7'9, half elf half frost giant, and a follower of the raven queen. they're extremely stern. i want them in a room for one minute and then im separating them for their own health like two hamsters.
hiraeth and zirk would probably lead to the end of the world. hiraeth's a hexblood arcane archer who uses a magic gun. so rather than zirk fusing magic into tech, hiraeth fused tech into magic. hiraeth was also raised by a witch. i think they'd honestly thrive in eldermourne.
kinnos and henry would also be silly, while we're here on the eldermourne topic. kinnos is a tempest cleric of the ocean, worked as a sailor before their ship was destroyed. i think they'd be drinking buddies (after hank grapples with a koi fish tiefling being A Thing.)
yvelle and jens would be the toxic wlw and mlm besties that sit in the bar and say "hey we saw you from across the bar and we think your vibes are rancid. lol." two awful people telling each other "exactlyyyyyyyy."
i think there'd be some commiserating between callie and alcor. two elves who had a nasty break up and accidentally roped their coworkers into their mess. but also paladin buddies! stars! fancy times!
fia and hemlock, while at first i thought wouldn't be fun, would be so good. two weird girls who are just haunted in life generally, but try and keep a light atmosphere. hemlock would do great in eldermourne (mostly cause her setting is very eldermourne inspired), and would loveeeee all the smith and blade stuff. two girls reading books and learning magic.
syreyl and beverly. equal parts paladins dedicating their lives to save those who cant help themselves, and equal parts in suhchhhhhhhhhh tensee family situations. bev's dad Doing All That, syreyl's whole family being in a blood debt to mammon, idk man. i think it's fun, and i think bev would remind syreyl of his younger siblings back home.
olio and sol. a changeling who is defined by the script their god gives them and one of many clones of one frog man. i think there'd be some bonding over not knowing what makes you You, about not knowing at all times if you're really being your own independent person or just walking in the footsteps that someone else already made. but outside of that, olio could shapechange into a bullywug. they could just be two frogs on a lillypad talking about self defined personhood.
anyways. thanks for coming to my tedtalk. if you're curious what everyone looks like, i'll throw their designs under the cut
Onyx, ghost-in-the-machine warlock. his patron is stuck inside a tamagotchi. calls his patron Lucky (cause its technically an eldritch entity that doesn't really speak words)
Morllyn, blood cleric of the raven queen. they're sooooo weird <3
Hiraeth, hexblood tiefling arcane archer (flavored to use gun). two gun slingin' magic cowboys in the wrong wrong west.
Kinnos, tiefling cleric of the ocean. literally just a fish.
Yvelle, trickery cleric of an unnamed spider-themed deity. originally part of a duo of characters. the other was a warlock, and their patron was the same deity yvelle follows.
Alcor, conquest paladin of space????? idk i never settled on a deity for them. they're an astral pirate who got dumped off in the feywild. still keeps singing sea shanties (with an aussie accent.)
Hemlock, scribes wizard and grave cleric multiclass. she owns an inn with her brother, and frequents cemeteries. locals have nicknamed them "the wight of dauhrun".
Syreyl, hexblade warlock and devotion paladin. family came to the material plane ages ago by making a deal with their plane's archdevil mammon. now the only way mammon lets their family stay on the material plan is by making one of their kids into a warlock with acidic blood.
Olio, whispers bard and changeling from the feywild. has "taken on the role" of Tyr (the tiefling), Mirri (a tabaxi), and Celadon (an eladrin). was raised to follow a script to fulfill the stories of adventurers as any character needed. recently received an empty script saying "hey man. its your god. i physically cannot reach out to you in barovia. improv time."
#naddposting#<- gonna try to use that for my crazy non maintag naddpod rambles#its also oc posting but eh#youre getting late night dnd character rambles#i love all my dnd characters dearly#im playing olio in a longterm curse of strahd campaign rn#and alcor is for a small feywild oneshot#honorable mention to lethe whalen. guy who is soooooo#honestly i think he'd just go play blackjack with the fantasmos. that seems up his alley#also OOOOOO you wanna ask me about my dnd characters so badddddd

Burmy is just a really well-constructed take on its real-world inspiration
youtube
Wait, hang on, the Combee line is AMAZING!
youtube
Pachirisu is where Pikaclones begin to have their own ideas
youtube
Video scripts below the cut
Burmy:
Burmy is an interesting one. It's based on bagworms, which make their sheltering cocoons out of materials they find in their environments as camoflage, hence the different forms it can take on. The body itself is neutral black with bright yellow eyes in large part to create a neutral canvas on which its various cloaks can provide a high contrast, which is quite effective design.
Wor-madam does much the same thing but More, and dials up the femininity of the presentation by adding "pigtails" out of its materials and taking on a top heavy "fancy lady with a fur coat" sort of profile, again reflecting the way female bagworms remain in their larval stage their whole lives. It's solid stuff.
Mothim, then, gets the traditional bug pokémon final stage, subtyping into flying and growing wings. The black body remains and is used the same way, as a means to create contrast, but it adopts a bright yellow orange and white scheme, with especially those antennae giving its face a sharp, slightly dangerous-feeling character. It's a honey thief, according to the pokédex, which is perhaps why it has those "fingers" on its wings?
This whole line is just solid design craft, I have no complaints.
Grade: B
Combee:
I've never really given Combee a second thought, but upon re-examining it for this review I realized, hang on, these are freaken brilliant. It's a bee made of hexagons that are fused together into one body, quite literally embodying the way that a bee hive is a kind of gestalt entity, a unity composed of thousands of individuals joined together into one organism. The bees ARE the hive, in this case quite literally.
Vespiqueen takes the metaphor one step further, being a queen bee who is quite literally her own hive. I do feel like she ought to be designed to be way bigger, but the idea here is killer, and if you made it even slightly less kid-friendly, it would make for a killer horror monster.
But this is Pokémon and it's not going to go that far. Still, the top half of the body literally carrying a bee hive around beneath it, shaped in a way to evoke a big regal gown, that's clever, and the blood red eyes and sharp mandibles make a sharp contrast in deadliness with the cheerful adorableness of Combee, visually communicating the scale of difference in power between the two, but also that Vespiqueen isn't ruling by consensus, it's pheromone mind control and she is a tyrant. It rules.
Grade: S
Pachirisu:
Oooh, they keep trying to make Pikachu 2 happen, and Pikachu 2 just isn't gonna happen.
That's not Pachirisu's fault, of course, and does a much better job of distinguishing itself from Pikachu than Plusle and Minun did last generation. It's a squirrel rather than a mouse, and gets its electric theming from that bright blue streak on its body, as well as from sharp spikes in the blue fur that contrast with the soft, round adorableness of the rest of the design. I kinda feel like it woulda been better if it hadn't gone for the bright yellow cheek pads, because, again, that just reminds of Pikachu's iconic red cheek pads and invites comparison, but also, it confuses the color scheme a bit. Am I meant to understand the blue color and spikes as representing its electric power, or is it the yellow? Even the Pokédex gets a bit confused whether it stores its electricity in the cheeks or in the big fluffy tail. Electric cheeks is Pikachu's thing, so focusing on the tail and designing that out would have given it much more of its own identity.
For all the comparisons I'm making though, it's not fair to call it just a Pika-clone, it does have its own ideas, and frankly I would have loved to see an evolution for it that really leans into the static electric fluffy fur concept.
Grade: B

After the first screenwriter left the project, the producers had to call another screenwriter to create a new script for the film and that's how it works, guys.
It was from there that Steven Spielberg (Or Uncle Spielberg for those of you close), director of the first two films in the franchise, had a terribly crazy idea of militarized dinosaurs being used as weapons, but his version of the idea was much more fanciful. And what's worse is that he thought the kids would love this idea, holy shit!
To make matters worse, in April 2003, Spielberg and the other producers were looking for screenwriters to write a new script that was based on Uncle Spielberg's "brilliant" idea, and they later called on infamous screenwriter John Sayles to create the new script for the movie. For those who don't know, John Sayles was the screenwriter for the films Piranha (1978) and The Howling (1981), meaning he specializes in creating B horror films.
And that's how that terrible proposed script for the fourth film in the franchise written by John Sayles came about. Get ready to hear the story of John Sayles' screenplay.
Jurassic Park IV by John Sayles
By 2004, John Sayles had written two scripts for the film, the second script having been leaked onto the internet by hackers. Yes, since the end of the 90s, some scripts were leaked onto the internet through hackers and an example of this was the script for the film Scream 2, where the screenwriter had to change several things in the script due to the leak, thus avoiding spoilers of the movie plot. But going back to Sayles' script, as I said, the second script had been leaked online in 2004, where this script is the version we all know.
This second script has one of the most intriguing and infamous aspects of the franchise as a whole. Despite this, it's worth taking a look at this script to get an idea of what the film would have been like if it were released at the time the script was written. Below is a summary of the script, although I recommend that you read the script first before viewing my summary.
The script's story begins with a group of Pteranodons attacking several people during a baseball game, in which it is widely thought that these are the same Pteranodons that appeared at the end of the third film in the franchise. The whole world has started to pay attention to the mainland of Costa Rica, as some dinosaurs are migrating to the mainland. This invasion of dinosaurs to the continent is generating a lot of concern for the entire local population due to the possibility of the ecosystem collapsing.
The new protagonist introduced in the script, Nick Harris, an ex-military man hired by John Hammond to recover the Barbasol can left by Dennis Nedry before he was killed by a Dilophosaurus. That can contained DNA embryos from several dinosaur species stolen by Nedry, and Hammond wants them in order to use them to create a group of sterile and extremely aggressive dinosaurs, because according to him, these dinosaurs would exterminate the entire remaining population of the islands, so there would be no more incidents involving dinosaurs on the mainland.
However, Nick's mission is completely secret, as Hammond has lost the rights to Isla Nublar and his company, InGen, which currently belong to the Grendel Corporation, a Swiss multinational company and conglomerate. In addition, Hammond is also prohibited from cloning new dinosaurs, mining ore and excavating amber of mosquitoes. Hammond now spends his time paying millions to families who lost loved ones in the incidents of previous films.
On the island, Nick manages to find Barbasol can, but is attacked by Excavaraptors, a group of Velociraptors left over from Isla Nublar, where they lived in the underground area of the park. Over the years, they have evolved drastically, where in addition to adapting underground, they have developed large claws similar to the claws of a mole and the behavior of these creatures has gone far beyond, where they are now smarter and more aggressive than normal Velociraptors.
To make matters worse, Nick is also pursued by a group of Compsognathus and the military soldiers of the Grendel Corporation, who at all costs want the Barbasol can. After managing to lose them, Nick tries to return to his plane, but the plane is destroyed by a Kronosaurus, which also chases him quickly. Thanks to the power of protagonism, Nick manages to escape from the marine reptile and manages to return to the mainland. However, after returning to the mainland, Nick is finally captured by Grendel Corporation soldiers, in which he is taken to the company's headquarters in the Swiss Alps.
Nick is forced by the Grendel Corporation to train a squadron of genetically engineered Deinonychus, promising him a payment far greater than what John Hammond had promised him, on condition that he reveal the whereabouts of the Barbasol can.
In this script, we are introduced by other new characters, which are: Adrien Joyce (Ex-military, old friend of Nick and second villain of the plot), Baron Hermen Von Drax (CEO of Grendel Corporation and villain of the plot), Dr. Maya Lundberg (Scientist of Grendel Corporation and second protagonist of the script) and Sherman Fosdick (Chief scientist of Grendel Corporation).
After meeting the other characters, Nick is finally introduced to the hybrid dinosaurs, the Deinonychus Draxi. The Deinonychus Draxi would be the first hybrid dinosaurs in the franchise, which are composed of five of them: Spartacus (X-1), Orestes (X-2), Perseus (X-3), Hector (X-4) and Achilles (X- 5). They were created by Grendel Corporation with the intention of using them as military weapons, where the company's CEO, Baron Von Drax, wanted the embryos stolen by Dennis Nedry to use them in creating more dinosaurs for military use. Deinonychus Draxi has human DNA (which was donated by the company's CEO) and dog DNA.
Human DNA was added for better problem solving, while dog DNA was added to increase obedience. Each one has an identification number pulverized (Which in this case is an X with a number) and all were controlled by a device attached to the side of their heads, where these devices inject chemicals into the raptors, to make them obey Nick commands well for most of the script. In addition to having human and dog DNA, these hybrid dinosaurs also had squid DNA to camouflage themselves (just like the Indominus Rex from Jurassic World).
Nick, with help from Maya, Sherman, and the other company employees, begins extensive training with the Deinonychus Draxi, putting them through several different exercises to prepare them for their future military missions. The dinosaurs' first mission is to rescue a ten-year-old girl who had been kidnapped by a terrorist group. The mission is a brutal success, with the Deinonychus Draxi violently tearing apart the terrorists and saving the little girl from the criminals.
In the middle of the plot, Spartacus begins to have a friendly relationship with Nick (Like Blue and Owen in Jurassic World), while Achilles gradually turns into an uncontrollable killing machine (Something similar with Delta in Jurassic World). After an attack by Achilles during training that almost resulted in its death, Nick discovered that Maya is trapped in Von Drax's castle against her will, being forced to work for him.
Furthermore, Baron Von Drax becomes very impatient and threatens Nick with a crossbow, in an attempt to obtain information on the whereabouts of the Barbasol can. With no choice, Nick finally reveals the location of the can, under the condition that he release Maya after the Deinonychus Draxi's second mission is over. Later, Nick and Maya had a private conversation, where in addition to confessing their feelings for each other and kissing, the geneticist tells the ex-soldier that Von Drax arranged for that little girl to be kidnapped.
Eventually, they would have to rescue a group of hostages held by a drug lord in South America. However, this mission would also serve as a demonstration for various corporations looking to invest in the latest military technology. Investors are shocked to see dinosaurs parachuting during the mission on the observation monitors. In addition to the Deinonychus Draxi, there were also two Dilophosaurus, Casper and Pollux, and an Ankylosaurus, who were also trained by Nick weeks before the day of the mission.
All of the Deinonychus Draxi and the Dilophosaurus were equipped with armor. The dinosaurs manage to invade the drug cartel hideout and once again the mission was successful, where the dinosaurs killed all the drug dealers, leaving only the hostages alive. It is at this point that it is revealed that Nick had tricked Baron Von Drax, where he replaced the embryos in the Barbasol can with frog genes, much to the villain's chagrin.
It is also revealed that Von Drax was paid by a rival drug cartel to eliminate the drug lord and his henchmen. In parallel to this, the Deinonychus Draxi manage to remove their respective devices that controlled them and flee into the forest. Nick and the other Grendel Corporation employees headed to the drug cartel's hideout to assess the damage done by the dinosaurs.
However, the Deinonychus Draxi attack everyone by surprise, turning against their creators. As the hybrid dinosaurs killed Baron Von Drax and all of his company's employees, Nick and Adrien had a final standoff after Adrien deduced that Nick had planned the entire dinosaur attack from the beginning. When Adrien was about to kill the protagonist, one of the Deinonychus Draxi, Achilles, quickly attacks him, brutally killing him.
However, after killing the second villain, Achilles succumbed to its injuries caused by one of the Grendel Corporation soldiers, dying in the process. At the end of the script, Spartacus and the other hybrid dinosaurs flee into the forest, sparing Nick and Maya's lives. Also, Nick reveals to Maya that he had already sent the embryos to Hammond, hoping that Hammond will do the right thing.
Man, this script had many holes, such as the plot of the Barbasol can, because in the first film of the franchise, it is revealed that if dinosaur DNA leaves a refrigerator, the useful life of that DNA will end quickly. Because of this, Dennis used a fake shaving can, which contained a mini cooler that could delay the life of the embryos for a long time, where this process would last a maximum of 2 days.
However, the story of this script takes place after the events of the third film, that is, it makes no sense for the characters to want that lost can, as the useful life of dinosaur DNA samples had ended many years ago. Furthermore, the characters' explanations of the creation of the Deinonychus Draxi is very vague in the script. It's as if such explanations were just there to fill in the holes in the script.
Many of the ideas presented in the script were retooled for Jurassic World and its sequel, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. Yes, John Sayles' script has been repurposed in the current franchise, being readapted to be less bizarre. The concept of hybrid dinosaurs (Indominus Rex and Indoraptor), a squadron of trained Velociraptors (Blue, Charlie, Delta and Echo), an ex-military protagonist and trainer of that squadron (Owen Grady), a former colleague of the protagonist who wants to use dinosaurs as military weapons (Hoskins), a scientist responsible for creating one of the hybrid dinosaurs (Claire Dearing), the story takes place in a specific location outside the islands (Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom), and dinosaurs on the mainland (Jurassic World: Dominion) were taken from this script.
It's just that these repurposed concepts were more reliably readapted compared to what was in the pages of John Sayles' second script. Detail: JW's Hoskins character is a bit of a satire on Sayles' script, since everyone knows that militarizing dinosaurs and using them as weapons is a terribly bad idea. But that's not to say it's a bad read, I particularly like this script written by Sayles as it's a fascinating part of the franchise's history, as well as being a reminder of just how trippy and weird Jurassic Park IV could have been.
I would even like to see how the fourth film in the franchise could have been if this script was approved by the studio and it's no wonder that I made 5 fanarts of this script to imagine what the film would be like if it were released at the time the script was written. Not only that, in 2023, an incredible artist I met on Tumblr who makes beautiful drawings called Ralbino hamster (Also known as Ralbi) drew one of the hybrid dinosaurs from this script for me.

In 2020, I had made the first fanart of John Sayles' script. But it was only in 2021 that I finished the drawing.
When I drew the characters, I had to choose the characters that were featured in the script, and these characters are (From left to right): John Hammond (Even with a small participation in the beginning of the plot), Dr. Maya Lundberg (Scientist of Grendel Corporation and one of the creators of hybrid dinosaurs), Nick Harris (The main protagonist), Adrien Joyce (Nick's old friend and one of the plot's villains) and Baron Hermen Von Drax (CEO of Grendel Corporation, one of the creators of hybrid dinosaurs and villain of the story).
To draw Nick Harris, I didn't want him to be similar or identical to Owen Grady, where I imagined the actor Michael Fassbender playing him (Although the character doesn't look much like an actor in the final version of my drawing). Before, I wanted to draw another character from the script, Dr. Sherman Fosdick (One of the creators of the hybrid dinosaurs), but I didn't have much space to draw him.
When I drew the dinosaurs, I chose the main dinosaurs from the script, which are (From left to right): Deinonychus Draxi/Spartacus (One of the hybrid dinosaurs), Dilophosaurus, Ankylosaurus and Excavaraptor. To draw the hybrid dinosaur, I had to base myself on its characteristics according to the script, that is, it is literally identical to the "normal" Velociraptors in the franchise. But since it's a hybrid, I had to add dog teeth and five fingers, as well as add spines on its head and back (A reference to the concept art of a hybrid T. Rex made by Carlos Huante) and the same coloring as the Bernese Mountain Dog.
When I made this fanart, I had added the Dilophosaurus, even though it wasn't mentioned by its correct name in the script (Where it was called "Spitters" in the script, as well as being "replaced" by an unknown dinosaur similar to the frill-necked lizard, Chlamydosaurus Sputori). Also, I painted the Dilophosaurus yellow, red and black to give a reference to the Dilophosaurus featured in Michael Crichton's book. To draw the logo, I was inspired by the logo of the movies The Lost World: Jurassic Park and Jurassic Park III (Only the number in roman numerals).

After I had finished making the first fanart of the script, I noticed that the Deinonychus Draxi (Spartacus) that I had drawn in that fanart looked very similar to the normal Velociraptors seen in the movies. Thanks to this small "error", I really wanted to make a fanart of the Deinonychus Draxi, the hybrid dinosaurs presented in that terrible script.
Only I didn't want to draw just one of those hybrids, but the whole squadron of Deinonychus Draxi (Something most fans haven't done until today).
The hybrid dinosaurs that are in my drawing are (From left to right on top row): Spartacus (X-1), Achilles (X-5), Perseus (X-3), Orestes (X-2) and Hector (X-4).
Before I started drawing, I had asked Hellraptor for permission to use the same Spartacus coloring and fur that he had used in his fanart, where he allowed it.

I'm a Hellraptor fan and really liked the Spartacus fanart he made, and I wanted to put the same Spartacus colors and fur he used to reference him and his art. So all the credit for Spartacus' coloring and fur goes to Hellraptor, and if you want to see his awesome art, click here: https://www.deviantart.com/hellraptorstudios
To paint Achilles, I used the Rottweiler coloring to give it a more menacing tone (Since the Rottweiler is one of the most dangerous dog breeds in the world, and I think it goes a lot with this killer dinosaur). As for the coloring of Perseus, Orestes and Hector, I used the colors of Shiba inu, Beagle and German Shepherd, respectively. When I had finished the art, I noticed that Hector was very similar to Indoraptor, but now I couldn't change his appearance as I had already outlined the art (lol! XD).
Finally, I had added the number four in roman numerals, to give the impression that my art is a poster of the movie (If it was released at the time the script was written).

In 2022, I made three more fanarts of the discarded script for Jurassic Park IV, written by John Sayles. In the first fanart of that year, I drew the two protagonists of the script (Nick Harris and Dr. Maya Lundberg) and the two hybrid dinosaurs (Spartacus and Achilles) again.

In the second fanart, I decided to make a realistic drawing, where I imagined the actors Michael Fassbender and Regina Hall playing the two protagonists of the script, Nick Harris and Maya Lundberg. Furthermore, I radically changed the appearance of the hybrid dinosaurs in the script, the Deinonychus Draxi, where they now look 100% like the normal Velociraptors from the films.
However, I really wanted the drawing to have a realistic painting, so I asked my brother's friend, Camila Vytória, if she could paint this drawing for me, which she agreed to. This was the second drawing that Camila painted for me.
I loved the final result of the painting and I am immensely grateful for it. Thank you very much, Camila! If you want to know her wonderful work, click here: www.instagram.com/vcamilart/

In the last fanart, I redesigned the logo for the fourth film in the Jurassic Park franchise if it had been released at the time John Sayles' script had been written. I improved the line and this logo was just perfect, because it really looked very similar to the official movie logos. This was my last fanart of John Sayles' Jurassic Park IV and currently I'm not interested in making more fanarts of this script, because I feel that my work here is done.
A little art of Spartacus, one of the hybrid dinosaurs from the second discarded script for Jurassic Park IV, written by John Sayles. This drawing was made in 2023 by Ralbino hamster (also known as Ralbi), an incredible German artist and super nice person that I met on Tumblr. To draw Spartacus, she was based on two fanarts that I made of this dinosaur a while ago and the result was very good. If you want to see her work, click here: www.tumblr.com/ralbinohamster
BONUS: These are a series of fanarts made by YouTuber Terrordome 3000, who made a video in 2017 about the development of the fourth film until it reached the final product. These photos show what Jurassic Park IV would be like if John Sayles' script was accepted by Steven Spielberg. Yes, this YouTuber was the first to make fanarts of hybrid dinosaurs based on the script.
If you want to see his video that talks EVERYTHING about Jurassic Park IV before it became Jurassic World, from discarded ideas and scripts, rumors from the time, etc., click here: Mysterious Islands: The History of Jurassic Park 4
In addition, this script had two things that until today have not been explored in the franchise: Graphic violence/gore and the constant use of firearms. The intent of Sayles' script was apparently to make the fourth film in the franchise an R-rated movie, something we've only had in Michael Crichton's two books, which is interesting.
As I said before, the story of the previous films was more of the same for focusing on isolated incidents on one of the islands, where the protagonists always fled from dinosaurs without the slightest chance of defending themselves against them. However, here it is different, as all the characters had weapons to defend themselves against the dinosaurs and were always ready for any risk situation.
Furthermore, just like in Crichton's books, the script contained scenes of extreme violence and a lot of gore, where dinosaurs wreaked havoc and killed people in various possible ways, be it tearing people apart, tearing off their heads or limbs, devouring someone alive and etc. In other words, here the dinosaurs, just like the dinosaurs in the books that gave rise to the first two films in the franchise, were treated as monsters, who kill for pure pleasure, contrary to what was implemented in the films, where dinosaurs are treated as animals who act on instinct just like any other animal.
The problem is that if this script was approved at the time the script was written, the film would probably bring a lot of loss to Universal, since the film proposed by Sayles was a film for adults. Are you tired of knowing that even today dinosaur films are treated as films for the whole family to watch, due to the fact that many children like dinosaurs. Because of this, to this day Universal does children's merchandising in the franchise, in which it sells toys from the films to all children, making huge profits from it.
If a film like that was released at that time, the film would be a failure, because in addition to the fact that fans would not like the film under any circumstances, the film would not attract the attention of children, causing Universal to lose a lot of money, since children's merchandising generates a lot of profit for it. This film would certainly be a complete failure, where this film would bury the franchise once and for all for an indefinite period of time, just as happened with the Dino Crisis franchise after the release of Dino Crisis 3.
And as for those supposed official artworks from Sayles' script made by Carlos Huante, here's the thing: The Deinonychus Draxi always had the same physical appearance as the Velociraptors, that is, they were normal dinosaurs despite being hybrids (just like the Indominus Rex and the Indoraptor, which are hybrid dinosaurs but are visually normal dinosaurs), that is, those concept arts of the hybrid dinosaurs made by Carlos Huante are not and never were official artworks from this script.

Yes, those aberrations that actually look more like monsters from B horror movies than dinosaurs were never the squad of hybrid dinosaurs from the leaked script, according to Carlos Huante himself. Carlos even made a video on his YouTube channel discussing the concept arts of the hybrids. They were commissioned by Joe Johnston for his presentation of JP4. According to Carlos, they were made during a meeting in 2004 and were based on discussions, not on a script. In other words, the artworks were made parallel to John Sayles' script.
Yeah, those hideous aberrations are not the hybrid dinosaurs from Sayles' second script that was leaked on the internet, because the script itself confirms that the Deinonychus Draxi are literally the Velociraptors from the franchise, with few differences in physical appearance. The problem is that to this day, many people think that the hybrid dinosaurs from the leaked script that we have available to this day are those abominations from Carlos' concept arts, when that is not true.

Like, every time someone talks about this script, that person states with certainty that the dinosaurs in this script are the dinosaurs from those concept arts, but that person hasn't even read the leaked script, because the script itself denies this by stating that the hybrid dinosaurs they are literally the Velociraptors of the franchise. It's no wonder that to this day no one in this world has had the courage to make a fanart of the hybrid dinosaurs from the script, where me, Hellraptor, Ralbino hamster and the youtuber Terrordome 3000 are the only ones who drew the Deinonychus Draxi based on the script, not on Carlos Huante's arts.
But anyway, I hope you enjoyed the fanarts I made from this discarded script.

Neo D&D Sheet (improvised bc I can't find one I like
Starting weapon: Rapier Saving Throws: Dex, Int Skills: Acrobatics, Deception, Insight, Stealth
Starting Class: Rogue (3 levels) Subclass: Swashbuckler
You might think 'thief' is the way to go, but no- Neo is a better duelist than she is a thief, even if she is good at that too. Plus, it makes sense with all her fancy footwork and general evasiveness.
Second Class: Fighter (7 levels) Subclass: Echo Knight
Not only being able to attack multiple times in a turn, but having 'clones' she can attack, spy and swap places with with? Easy choice. Plus it brings in the experience from the combat training she got from her school plus all the fighting she's done since.
Third Class: Wizard (10 levels) Subclass: School of Illusion
Of course, the big guns. This is where all of Neo's illusions, tricks and general nonsense really kick in. Most of these spells are utility for sneaking around/lying/manipulating/infiltrating, but there are a couple of nasty surprises at the higher levels.
Spell List
Cantrips: Minor Illusion Level 1: Disguise Self, Silent Image, Illusory Script, Unearthly Chorus Level 2: Invisibility, Mirror Image, Shadow Blade Level 3: Fear, Hypnotic Pattern, Major Image Level 4: Greater Invisibility, Hallucinatory Terrain, Phantasmal Killer Level 5: Creation, Seeming
( tl;dr she's a dex-based, high-int, low(ish)-wis melee fighter who specializes in misdirection, repositioning and 1 on one combat. )

Maybe I am your clone. Maybe I was put here as a sign for you to continue shifting and keep trying. 11:11 pookie
Anyways.
I did a simple attempt, I affirmed that i was gonna wake up in my DR and that my method ended with me sleeping so there wasn't any of the "it didn't work cause I fell asleep" I LEVAE NO ROOM FKR ERROR
I didn't shift, but I had a wonderful sleep, and I feel refreshed and ready to try again next weekend. I also scripted a bit beforehand and I realized that my DR lore is gonna be so complicated to figure out but womp womp I feel excited to make it all fancy
Your card is judgment
reflection, self-evaluation, redemption, renewal, forgiveness, absolution
Omg maybe i am a sign for you 😭😭
Anyways I'm yapping and I gotta be up in a few hours goodnighty
hi 🥰
hope you'll sleep well
thanks for the motivation 🥰
tbh, i wasn't entirely honest. tho i will not quit shifting, i haven't been actively attempting for months. i kinda felt too tired or lazy...i guess? and none of my drs seem "right" to me.
right now, i've been entertaining the idea of a bg3 dr. but tbh, i am not sure how to make the fact that i was raised by a bunch of vampires work. mostly, cuz i am too much of a coward to make myself morally grey.
anyways, sorry for yapping this time.

Online Classified Script: Innovative Latest Trends
As we know the internet is going to be the core figure for business to be successful or not, it is the time to grab the opportunity correctly.
Technology’s main protocol is to streamline every process easily. Starting your classified business can be simple with clone app development.
Yes! I am here to talk about your success with the classified software. You can make your success higher than other classified platforms.
In the wide subject, first I am focusing on trends to watch out for to have triumph classified business.

Market Overview Of Classified Script
Classified markets have come to compete with other industries, which no one has thought of before. Let’s see their growth in numbers!
The ad market in the digital realm has touched US$21.66 billion this year, and it is expected to reach US$23.85 billion by 2029. Their annual CAGR will be 1.95%.
In the wide competition, Letgo can secure the top place in the market, gaining a total revenue of $54.4 million per year.
The total funding so far is $500 million and the let’s total funding is $975 million.
Let’s find out how trends can help you beat this number!
Trends To Streamline Your Classified Business With Classified Script
Trends are like a supporter of a business. The time of improvement and gaining attention, trends hands-on with entrepreneurship. Let’s see the futuristic trends of the classified ad script!
Niche-Based Platform
Imagine you are at a big mall where you can find all kinds of stuff from clothes to bikes. Now, imagine you are at a small market where you can find a particular product like houses or only bikes.
In the business term, an entrepreneurship focus on one type of thing is called a niche-based platform. It is like creating a special area within a huge market to draw a particular group of people. For instance, if you are starting a real estate classified business, the platform mainly prioritizes buying and selling land.
To put it simply, a niche-based classified business is specifically dedicated to work based on your requirements, providing a perfect experience.
Mobile-Based Classified Business
People are so into mobile apps as it is convenient to use, and their impact has touched the classified industry too. The number of mobile apps is around 3.6 billion while there are 1.46 million iOS users. The number is equal to the world population. To grow higher in the market, mobile apps are essential for your business.
Aspects like responsive design, intuitive interfaces, and seamless navigation will make the platform lucrative. Each app’s functionalities change according to the choices of technology. When you build your mobile apps, you need a detailed brainstorming session to choose each.
You have more mobile app users than the website. Require technologies that support your business ideas!
Artificial Intelligence
When you use a platform, like a website or app, AI technology can give you suggestions that are just right for you. It works by looking at how you use the platform, what you like, and what you've done in the past. Then, it uses all that info to suggest things you might be interested in.
For example, if you often look at sports gear, it might suggest some new running shoes or a gym membership.
And for the people who run the platform, like the website owner or app developer, using AI makes things easier. It helps them manage everything smoothly and makes the experience better for everyone using the platform.
Reliable Security
Making sure online platforms are safe is important. We want people to feel secure when they use them. So, how do we make sure our platform is safe? Well, we do a few things.
Firstly, we use fancy tools like fraud detection systems. These tools help us catch any sneaky tricks scammers might try to pull. Then, we also do identity checks. This means we make sure that the people using our platform are who they say they are.
Another big thing we do is use secure payment methods. This makes sure that when people buy or sell things, their money is protected.
Why do we do all this? Because we want our platform to be a place where everyone feels safe. We don't want anyone to fall for scams or have a bad experience. So, by doing these things, we create a trustworthy and safe space for people to buy and sell stuff online.
Location-Based Services
You have seen this trend in transport services. Location-based service means the platform fetches results based on an individual’s location. In the classified ads script, it means the app can use your location and show things that are sold nearby. For instance, if you are searching for a bicycle, the app shows bicycle stores that are near to the user.
If an audience finds a product interesting by randomly scrolling down, you can also find the seller’s location by exhibiting your direct location on a map. This makes it convenient for users to buy and pick the item in person. It is like a virtual map that directs you where to go to collect the item that you are going to.
It functions with the help of GPS to make sure every detail it shares is secured and more beneficial. If you are building a classified script, check the technology efficiency level and its other supports.
Tying Up,
In today's world, everything happens quickly and efficiently, thanks to the internet. If a business doesn't have an online presence, it might struggle to keep up. That's where platforms like online classified software.
Imagine a website or app where you can easily buy and sell stuff. It's like having a virtual marketplace at your fingertips. These platforms can do wonders for your business, helping you increase your revenue and build a strong identity online.
If you're curious about how much it costs to develop such a platform, how you can make money from it, or how the development process works, I've got you covered! Let's explore these topics in more detail. You can also find more articles about this on my profile.

𝓃𝑒𝓋𝑒𝓇 𝓈𝑒𝑒𝓃 𝒶𝓃𝓎𝓉𝒽𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝓆𝓊𝒾𝓉𝑒 𝓁𝒾𝓀𝑒 𝓎𝑜𝓊 𝓉𝑜𝓃𝒾𝑔𝒽𝓉
TBB Tech x reader
summary: he's seen you dressed up and he's seen you in your simple fit, but which one really gets to him?
fluff. FLUFF.
warning: slight allusion to smut so MDI!!!
word count: 2.6k ish
a/n: this was supposed to be a drabble based on "never seen anything quite like you" by The Script but I ended up writing this one-shot. | comments and reblog is appreciated <3 |

You and Tech were the match made in stars. It had all started in Pabu when he first laid his eyes on you. It was like every missing puzzle was put into place. He felt a tingle in his heart, as his breath hitched at your eye-contact. You looked simple with no make-up on, you were on your way back home, so you were sure you looked like a mess. You slipped a slight smile, and he knew he was a goner.
Through all the information he has gathered in his life, he was left clueless, mouth dry and brain not being able to calculate his next move. He just stood there, and just as soon as you had shown up, you left.
He quickly decided to get over the whole incident, so he distracted himself with the data pad he owned. He succeeded, for a week, he managed to keep his thoughts at bay but then a few more days later, he was walking down the aisle of repair shops when he spotted you. You were with your friends. You were laughing and oh you looked so beautiful. He was a little jealous of your friends.
Wait.
They were his friends. It was Wrecker and Omega.
His first instinct told him to turn on his heels and move in the opposite direction but before he could do that Wrecker called him loudly.
So, he had to walk towards you. You shyly introduced yourself. He stammered a bit before he got part of his introduction out of his mouth.
It had been months since that interaction and since then you would casually show up at the hangar-47 where the marauder was stationed, hanging out with Wrecker and Omega. Before you know it, you befriended Hunter and Echo too.
But that one clone with goggles and data pad would always find his way away from you whenever he spotted you on the marauder.
Wrecker and Omega were the first ones to point out his crush on you and they would endlessly tease him about it,
“Y/N is really a nice person, but that has nothing to do with me, ' he would say every time.
This inner joke was no longer a secret when Hunter and Echo found out about it. They wouldn't participate but their knowing glance was enough for Tech to feel flustered. They started to invite you over more. And soon tech ran out excuses to take the leave.
The rest of the batch would start plotting to get you and Tech together. Like one time when Hunter invited you for dinner together and you politely accepted. You showed up at their rented hut, you knocked at the door. You hardly ever dressed up; you never had the opportunity to but tonight you had put on your favorite red dress. It was a little fancy, but you weren’t sure if you would ever get the chance to wear it.
Tech opened the door, his eyes trained on the data pad before they shot up at you. His brows raised as he looked at you from head to toe, he was in awe.
His gaze snapped back at you when you chirped “Hi, tech”
“H-Hello, Y/n” he looked confused, he even forgot to move aside to let you in, “I- um- Wrecker- wait sorry you should come-”
His words died on his tongue when your comm beeped, it was from Echo,
“Hey y/n, we had some change of plans last minute, there were some things to buy, Tech’s home, dinner’s ready, don't change your plans” there was a short giggle before the comm ended.
Nothing made sense to you, why didn't they update me before leaving? You looked up to see equally confused tech.
He scratched the back of his neck, his eyes darting around you.
“I- uh- well- I suggest you come in; I will immediately warm the food-”
“No- no i’ll just leave, it's okay-” you cut him off, not wanting to disturb his peace and whatever he was doing before you showed up
He finally looked at you, “Y/n, we have sufficient food, we wouldn’t want to go to waste when it was meant for you”
You didn't want to be ungrateful and still argue so you just nodded your head and went in.
That was the first time you were really in Tech’s company. Without him running away. It was awkward at first, sure, but soon you both fell into places and got comfortable.
You listened to his info dumping without a complaint. Though there were things that you didn't understand, you let them slide. You asked some of them and he patiently answered.
Before it got late you decided to leave,
“I'm immensely sorry for constant ranting, it's just that no one has shown interest. They think it’s all boring”
You smiled gently at him, “nothing to apologize about Tech, I enjoyed it”
He looked at you wide eyed and mentally cursed himself for running away from your company because he was missing out on such a kind and interesting person.
After that dinner, you and Tech got close. He sought your company every time he saw you in the market or any street. No words were exchanged but you both knew you were falling hard for each other.
The batch constantly nagged him about you, and he would get flustered, still adamant “there’s nothing between y/n and me, except good friendship”
After constant push from his brothers, he finally mustered his strength to ask you out properly. He was a blushing mess before he even got the words out.
-
You both were currently in the marauder cockpit where he was lying on his back fixing the wires under the control panel. He kept showing and telling you about the things to the point where you predicted his next move, and handed him the right instruments
He got up and dusted his pants and he saw you fidgeting mindlessly with the instruments telling him about your day
“-and Phee was there so that wa-”
“Y/n” his voice was high pitched that caused you to stop and look at him
You gave him the look, asking him what was up
“I- I was wondering if we could- no i mean if I could take you to-”
He was nervous, he was really nervous. So, you took his hands in yours guiding him to sit across from you, and that was enough to relax him
He took a deep breath, “y/n, I want you to be my girlfriend, I want you more than want”
-
You spent more time together than ever. You accompanied them on their missions. You stayed with Tech whenever he needed to repair something. You were learning too, he would assign you to fix small parts while he took care of the bigger, more complicated problems.
In no time, you felt like a part of them. Omega got a big sister like she always wanted. It had been a year of being together and all the missions together.
-
You all had landed back in Pabu yesterday after a mission on Teth. It was an ambush, and you were injured along with others. But for you, it was the first time. Tech felt his world falling apart when he saw the blaster hit you and you helplessly fell on the ground. He immediately ran to you, checking the signs of your heartbeat. He did not rest until you were taken back to the ship and were assisted by him, and you opened your eyes after a few hours.
Hunter had never seen Tech like that before, losing control, and panicking instead of looking for solutions. He stayed with Tech asking him if he needed anything, but every time Tech shook his head no.
Currently you were getting up from the bed to fetch yourself water when Tech emerged from the door, a tray of food and a glass of water in his hands. You immediately sat back down
“Where did you think you were going?” he asked, setting the tray beside you.
You smiled at him, grateful, “nowhere, sir”
He took his data pad and scanned your scar on your shoulder, “You need to rest one more day before I allow you out of this hut again,”
“Relax Tech, I'm okay and alive. And you guys get hit all the time but none of you let me assist the wounds,” you pouted
“y/n we are capable of nursing our injuries-”
“And you think I'm not?” you asked, raising your eyebrows
“No!” he said instantly, “it's just I'm always worried for you every time you’re on the battlefield with us, and my first priority is to look out for you, i didn't know how i just got distracted and…” he sighed looking down, “I'm trying to ease my guilt by taking care of you, because i need you” he whispered the last part.
You looked at him, mouth opening and closing like a fish, unable to utter a word. He filled the silence,
“You know i was so nervous, looking at you immobile on the ground, my brain went haywire and for the first time i was clueless about the wires” he tapped on the data pad in an anxious manner, still not making eye contact.
You cupped his face and brought his gaze back on you, “I'm sorry i made you worry, but it’s because of you that i’m alive and breathing” you reminded him gently
-
Hunter was shaken from the last mission so he announced that you will no longer accompany them in the mission where there’s a chance of complications and Omega will stay with you.
You were upset at first, telling them you wouldn’t sit back until you knew about their safety. You even promised them that you’ll keep your distance from the opponents. Because the truth was, they meant so much to you than you could ever imagine, but Hunter was resolute about his decision.
-
The morning came quicker than you thought, when they were leaving for the mission. Tech had stayed the night, as you asked him to, your legs still intertwined. The flashes of images, and soft sighs and screams from last night awoke the tingle between your legs, as a smile tugged at your lips.
Tech woke up soon after, as he pulled you closer to him, your back to his chest. He kissed your nape, before untangling from you.
“Let’s do breakfast, then I'll have to go” he sat up, the ugly reminder sank your heart,
“Can we stay in bed for 5 more minutes?” you tried to convince him, but he was already getting up,
“No y/n, i cannot afford to be late, please darling get up”
-
Before leaving for the mission, you helped them with their last-minute equipment needs. You even cooked and packed food for them.
Tech was hurriedly shuffling around the cockpit, getting the marauder ready to fly, while you watched him, your face distraught as you bit your fingernails. You halted his movements, grabbing his elbow,
“Tech” your breaths were uneven due to the tension in your bones
His hand slid down your arm to hold your hand, “what is it, y/n?”
You took a deep breath, “tell me, promise me you will comm me to update me about your well-being”
His expressions softened, “of course y/n, you’re worrying too much,” he gently kissed your forehead. He let go of you after squeezing your hand one last time. Then busying himself with the preparations.
-
Hunter had mentioned that it was a one-week mission. It was only day 2 and you missed them like crazy. You were doing just fine before they showed up, get it together y/n, you mentally scolded yourself.
Omega kept herself busy with her friends and her flying lessons with Wujing, a local pilot who Tech had hired to train Omega while he was gone.
You were at hangar-47 because Phee asked you to fix some machinery parts. Some other ship was parked there, and you didn’t like it at all, missing the batch even more.
Phee had seen you assisting Tech so here you were seated on the floor. Your jeans were stained with mud and grease. There were some stains on your face, but you were too concentrated on the task at hand that you didn’t care about your appearance.
You were trying to rearrange the wires when they accidentally touched, and a spark went off causing you to yelp. That was the first time you had taken your eyes off from your surroundings as your gaze landed on Tech, leaning against the doorframe, his arms folded in front of his chest, a little smirk on his face. Now that startled you even more.
You thought you missed him so much that you were hallucinating him,
“T-Tech?” you asked squinting your eyes trying to focus on his figure
He straightened and slowly made your way to you. “y/n” he greeted but his voice was thick, very unusual
You scrambled to get up to meet him halfway to envelope him in a hug, but he held your shoulders, resisting. He held you at a little distance, as he took in your appearance.
Suddenly you were embarrassed, you abruptly broke your eye contact as your cheeks flushed. He just stood there, holding you, examining you.
One hand settled on your waist, while the other one reached up, softly touching your neck and tilting your face to meet your gaze. You visually gulped at the look in his eyes. He was turned on. His pupils were blown wide, his mouth agape, attempting to steady his breathing.
He softly traced your lips with his thumb, parting them, as he pulled you closer by your waist. The deliberate movements made you squirm, before he whispered, “I've never seen anything quite like you tonight,”
He kissed your forehead before pulling your face away to look at you, marvel at you again.
“Missed you every second at the mission. And when I come back, I find you looking all messed up doing things that I taught you. I could take this moment now, right into the grave with me. All these stains on you…”
You felt him twitch inside his pants as he pulled you further close, rolling his hips against you, he was hard
“...see what they do to me?”
You whimpered at his words that he whispered, knowing your own voice would betray you. He smirked watching the effect his words had on you.
Your lips were aching to be touched by his, and as if he could read your mind, he closed the distance. The kiss was heated and soft at the same time, he poured all his emotions,
He missed you so much
He’s so turned on
He wants you right. now.
He moved both of you til your back made contact with the cold wall behind you. You caught the glimpse of your undone project from the corner of your eyes as you pulled away, breathing hard
“Tech…”
“What?” slightly annoyed you had to break the make out kiss
“I - I had to fix that for Phee-”
“The moment Phee brought me to you, i knew it was gonna be a long night, i told her that she’d get her stuff tomorrow,” he leaned in closer, “i also instructed her to lock the hangar because we would be so busy all night, we wouldn’t like to be bothered.”
You blushed at his plans but before you could comment, his lips were on you.
It was gonna be a long night.

thankyou for reading ^-^

Finally got my copy of the latest Obi-Wan comic, #3!!
As you can see from the cover, it's got Cody + the 212th!
Spoilers beneath cut:
Ah...😭😭😭

"I still think of my Second-in-Command, CC-2224--whom I called "Commander Cody"--with great fondness. I miss him to this day. Even though he eventually tried to kill me. So it goes with my friends, it seems."
Comic is worth it for the above lines alone, in my humble opinion.
Also, new 212th boy just dropped!! He has a terrible haircut. I love him. Welcome, Airo!

("AR-" hmm, is he the first official 212th ARC? Though he lacks the fancy gear ^ ^;)
That's all the images I'll share, please buy the comic if you can to support it! I got mine at my not-so-local comic shop online.
Additional thoughts:
Overall I really enjoyed it! It was still obviously very Obi-Wan centric, I mean it's the Obi-Wan comic, but had armored!Obi-Wan and also a decent amount of the 212th + Cody. Less centered around the clones than I would have ideally wanted, but still more than expected! ^ ^;
Obi-Wan was drawn really beautifully! I could feel the love. I couldn't feel quite as much love for the clones alas ;_; (also, as much as I adore the cover, Cody my dude u do not look 20~22 max there buddy) Also Phase I helmets in comic but Phase II on cover, minor detail but hrng
One thing that makes me really sad is that the Obi-Wan narrator of this comic is ~20 years post ROTS, aka shortly before ANH. In this comic he isn't with Cody, and apparently still doesn't know about the chips/that the clones didn't want to betray him. Assuming this is canon, it effectively kills any chance of Cody showing up in Obi-Wan show S2.
Unless, of course, they decide to ignore this comic. I'm not sure how "canon" all the new comics/novels are, but I'm hoping that the stories within them won't completely dictate all future SW content, and that this story being Legends-ized is a possibility ;_;
I'm happy to see more Cody + 212th content, I don't want to seem grateful!! But, I still want to see at least part of the scrapped Obi-Wan script one day. It doesn't have to be that exact script! But a Cody + Obi-Wan reunion in some form, or at least closure for Obi-Wan in realizing the clones were victims not traitors.
#5 of this comic is apparently about Obi-Wan encountering a stormtrooper who reminds him of his clones. Maybe..?
(idk but this blurb reads like a Codywan fic summary doesn't it ahhaha)
But if Obi-Wan does find Cody again immediately before ANH...like again, closure is the most important part. But admittedly that's less time together than I would have ideally liked ;_; We'll have to see!
Either way, it's a lovely comic that has Obi-Wan + Cody + 212th. Please check it out if you can!

upon seeing your pink fairy dude posts i *had* to try out the transmogrifier. what are some of your favorite uses of the mod, i'm curious to know, thank you :)
Well, small-object-as-jetpack is probably my favorite Transmogrifier use. :) But, I do a few other things regularly with it, and I've put a list behind the cut.
Change the function of rabbitholes. Like, if I want to use a building that's only a city hall because it fits the look I want, but I want it to have the function of a combo one, I'll use the Transmogrifier to turn the single-function building into a combo one. Or sometimes I want a smaller building. Most of the schools, for instance, are large, so I'll sometimes turn, say, a mausoleum building into a school.
Make purely deco objects functional. I do this often with decorative wine racks and wine fridges to make them actual wine storage. I've turned decorative jewelry boxes into mirrors so that Sims can use them to change their appearance or use the "gussy up" function. (It looks sort of weird when they use the jewelry box for practicing speechifying, but…eh.) I've turned houseplants into magic jelly bean bushes, though for the life of me I can't remember now if it worked properly. LOL I've turned CC candles that don't function into functional candles that give off light. That sort of thing. It doesn't always work, most often because some scripts require interactions with slots that the transmogrified object doesn't have, but it's fun to experiment with to see what works.
Make deco objects into functional objects that they shouldn't be. Since I tend to play older/more rustic scenarios, this can be useful if I want, say, my primitives to be able to dance at some celebration or another. I'll temporarily turn a rock on the lot into a radio so that they can do so.
Moar storage! I've turned lots of objects, both CC and EA, that in real life would be used to store stuff into general storage boxes for the game's purposes, which I then use to store different things in to get stuff out of inventories or out of the fridge. Upper kitchen cabinets, storage trunks, sacks of grain, baskets of fruits/vegetables, things like that. I like to turn this CC coffee grinder I have into storage for coffee beans. That sort of thing. The only problem is that you have to remember where you put what, so I don't go too crazy with this, but you could if you wanted to, since pretty much anything can be turned into a storage box.
Turn a cheap fridge/stove/TV/bicycle/witch broom/car/boat/etc. into an expensive one. (Or vice versa.) Generally, I don't like the look of, for instance, the expensive EA fridges because they usually don't fit my Aesthetic(TM), but I also want their longer food storage time. So, I just transmogrify a cheap fridge into an expensive one. Or, sometimes a fancy-looking, expensive CC fridge was originally cloned from a cheap one, so it has the shorter food storage time. I fix that with the Transmogrifier. Similarly with the vehicles, I sometimes want the speed of an expensive one but the look of a cheap one, or I want a slow expensive vehicle. Or I want the vintage-looking TV but with all the channels of an expensive one. Stuff like that.
Limited-life cut flower arrangements. If you have the new flower arranging mod, you can use the Transmogrifier to turn any EA or CC flower arrangement into one that will die eventually. No more immortal vases of cut flowers!
Laundry Hampers I turn any laundry hamper I put into a house into Nona's "Super Hamper" so that all laundry on a lot gets collected into one hamper and no piles of clothes are left littering the floor.
Alarms and alarm clocks. I don't use these things often in general, but you can change just about any small object or deco clock into such things. Turn a painting into a burglar or smoke alarm. Turn a non-functional CC alarm clock into a functional one. Turn a CC surveillance camera into a burglar alarm. Etc.
And I'm sure there's other stuff that I do that I'm just not thinking of. And anyone who reads this should feel free to add their own ideas, too.

it’s a lazy day for you. all you’ve been doing is sleeping, waking up occasionally to eat, and indulging in six different rhythm games despite your lack of rhythm, it’s a good day, snuggled up under the mountains of fuzzy blankets and squished in between soft pillows on your bed, your favorite song quietly playing from your phone on your nightstand. natural light fills your otherwise unlit room, curtains pushed aside to let the sun shine in her full glory. time is idle in this sanctuary of yours for only today; whether a minute or an hour has passed is something out of your concern.
there’s nothing different when bakugou comes home, the jingle of keys and click of the door telling you that it’s him. he’s oddly quiet, though, and for a second you’re almost wondering why he hasn’t yelled “i’m home, dumbass!” before said blond peeks his head into the room.
“hey, love,” he flashes a rare smile. it’s kind, like the soft light of the sun you've become so acquainted with. “i’m home.”
“hey?” you sit up, propping the pillows behind you so you can comfortably lean against the headboard of your bed. “you feeling alright?”
you expect a gruff reply of “the fuck are you talking about?” and a scowl, but get the opposite. a pleasant expression graces katsuki's face, which makes him look more handsome than usual. his hair almost seems tame this way. he’s also uncharacteristically clean; his costume is usually dirt-treaded and at least a little battered whenever he returns from hero patrol. now, though? his outfit is pristine, as if pulled out from a laundromat and ironed professionally. there’s a ghost of a frown on your lips.
"i'm lovely, now that i can see you." the line is spoken like a sappy confession from the male lead of a k-drama; you'd laugh if it wasn't for your utter confusion about katsuki's sudden change in demeanor. his facial expression is twisted in such a gallant way that it arouses suspicion in you.
you’re opening your mouth to reply when there’s a startling crashing at the front door. katsuki’s face falls into downhearted dread, as if expecting the intrusion. his reaction surprises you more than the intrusion itself. the door slams shut in the distance, rattling the house. the sound of boots clomping against the hardwood floor frightens you as you thrust your warm sheets aside (alas, they could wait) and reach for your bat under the bed. katsuki only stares at you, transfixed, and you feel the slightest urge to clobber him with the weapon. why isn’t he ready to fight? you’re up and approaching the doorway of your bedroom when you stop in your tracks.
“hey, fucker!” a loud, abrasive voice yells from down the hallway. “i found ya!”
you recognize that timbre in an instant, then turn to look at katsuki, still standing at your bedside, with a questioning gaze. he’s wearing an expression you never thought you’d see your husband have - his eyes are wide, mouth agape like a deer in headlights.
despite this vote of inconfidence from him, you pad forward slowly, bat gripped tightly and slung over your shoulder. you plunge forward, passing the doorway and glancing left. a shadowy figure stands five feet from you, its stature menacing. you swing blindly, but you bat is only met with more air. the figure is a little bit further now - damnit, it had good reflexes.
“you could still use some work on that swing,” it lowly chuckles and confuses you. you squint, trying to make out who in the world this guy thinks he is to comment on your swing. you gasp, faltering your grip on the bat.
“k-katsuki? what?”
“got hit with a stupid clone quirk on patrol,” this katsuki grumbles bitterly, stepping towards you. he’s dressed in his full hero costume, green grenadier bracers a tight fit in the narrow hallway. “i apprehended the guy but my clone won’t stop following me around. it’s stupidly fast, too, whenever i try to catch it.”
“....and,” you start, “how do i know that you’re not the clone?” you pretend to inspect him close, eyes slowly trailing from the tips of his spiky, golden hair to his black combat boots. (oh, man, you were going to yell at him about wearing shoes in the house later.)
“don’t start this inception bullshit with me now,” he groans.
“what’s katsuki bakugou’s favorite food?” you question, though you have no doubt that this katsuki is the real one.
“anything spicy,” he bemoans. “now, let me-”
“that was an easy one.” you shake your head. “what was the first idea katsuki bakugou had for a hero name idea instead of lord explosion murder?”
if you were in better light, you’re sure you would’ve seen his cheeks flush pink.
“mighty boom,” he mumbles.
“sorry, what was that?” you tease.
“mighty boom!” he half-shouts, flustered.
“oh, okay, so you’re the real katsuki,” you say. “how do we defeat the clone?’
“according to the quirk user, it should disappear after two or three hours. but it can’t really do much harm, as long as it’s not in the sight of the user himself,” he says. “now let me at ‘im. he’s making a fool of myself.”
he attempts to shove himself forward, but you stop him before he can see through the door frame. you glance at the clone, who’s looking at you with round, ruby eyes. he looks like a puppy with that innocent expression, and for a split second, you think that you actually might miss the calm, charming air of this katsuki. turning back to the real katsuki, who pretends not to notice the shift in your eyes, you exhale.
“have at it, but take it outside first, please. i can’t have you tracking in more dirt.” you look to the dirt-ridden footprints behind him on the wooden flooring, sighing.
but in a flash he’s past you - wow, you really weren’t blocking him at all before, were you? - outfit a blur of black, green, and orange as he seizes the clone, slings it over his shoulder like it's made of air, and vanishes past you and out the door. he seldom leaves a trace of dirt, this time, smooth maneuvering himself outside while the clone bids you one last pleading farewell.
you hear blasting, yelling, and yelps, the lattermost presumably the clone’s, barely muffled from your position inside. your first thought wonders what the neighbors will think. you glance one last time at the tracks of katsuki’s boots then turn back to your room. he’d have to mop up that mess later.
ten minutes and an eternity later, katsuki returns inside. by the pause at the front door, you figure one of two things: katsuki’s either taking the time to take off his shoes and put them away properly or staring at the filth he left on the floor. you’re hoping it’s the former. his footsteps are light as he goes to fetch a mop and clean the mess.
finished, he shuffles into your shared room and briefly looks at your comfortable position on the bed.
“what?” you whine. “hero business is hard. i needed a day off.”
this earns a laugh from the man, who’s in the process of removing his gauntlets and stowing them away. he shrugs off the rest of his costume, opting for much more comfortable attire and dropping his mask on a dresser.
“how was your day?” you ask when he snuggles next to you on the bed. he’s sweaty and smells deeply of caramel, but you’ll nag him to shower later. the wear shows in his eyes and movement, sluggish after a long day of work.
“good,” he mumbles, nuzzling into your warmth. “except for that clone bastard.”
you hum, joking, “he was charming, though.”
when he looks up at you with a vulnerable look in his eyes, you regret it.
“did you… really like him that much?” his voice is hoarse, scarcely a whisper. he averts his eyes, fiddling with the hem of your shirt sleeve.
“of course not,” you reply tenderly, bringing your hand to caress his cheek. he still can’t look you in the eyes.
“you know you’ll always be number one in my heart, right? even if you’re not the number one hero, you’re the constant in my heart.” you touch your chest, right over your heart.
“y-you sure?” his words crackle like dying embers, inconsistent and unstable, flakes of lit ash that weakly dissipate into the atmosphere. a waning fire is still warm, though; with a bit of oxygen it can be rejuvenated, relit, and burn bright once again.
“am i one to be wrong?” you ask him, and he faintly shakes his head. “i fell in love with you not for your looks, katsuki… i don’t want a disney prince. i want you, not some fairytale guy.”
“i yell, and i’m brash-”
you cut him off, chuckling, “and that’s what i love about you. you don’t-” you make a vague gesture with your hands, then drop them, unsure how to articulate your thoughts. “you don’t care what people think. you’re unapologetically… you.”
“you sure?” katsuki tries again. “that- that guy, that thing- you sure you don’t prefer a guy that’ll buy you roses with a note on the tag that says ‘you are the most beautiful flower in my garden’ in fancy cursive script on it?”
“do people really do that?” you frown. “i mean, i hope no guy does that for me-” katsuki exhales a breath of relief. you look at him questioningly but don’t press the issue.
“i love you, katsuki,” you finish, “and no shitty clone will ever change that. ever.”
while he showers, katsuki’s thankful that he burned the roses from some secret admirer he found in your shoe locker during your high school days.
