i have two accounts, so ive decided to split team support based on RP choice rather than personal preference (but also a bit of personal preference, y'know, for spice)

in the scoundrel's case, they formally support the tigers, but for this current round they're backing the eagles. they're obsessed with winning and getting All The Prizes Ever and they choose solely based on which team they think is most likely to win. they have their own biases, naturally, and they don't tend to choose very well.

in the scientist's case, he's backing the koloman republic!!! mostly for his own ends. he thinks they're suspicious as fuck and he's joined them solely to get an insider perspective on the whole Everything going on there. whatever it may be. he's not actually that much of a competitive guy so he doesn't care about the tournament aspects and/or rewards and whatnot. he probably finds the whole thing rather trite tbh
