I made these eggs for easter . I know its really late but don’t they just look adorable! theres a picture were is a ‘hole’ in the soil and that reminds me of hermitcraft s9 first episode when Scar didn’t stopped falling into that cave/hole in the ground

HAPPY EASTER even if its like two weeks late

I had 3 overly ripe platanos (plantains) so I decided to make a fresh vegetable soup with them. I just cooked from the heart without a recipe. It came out great!! I sautéed onions, green peppers, carrots, celery, mushrooms, scallions, zucchini, and, of course, the platanos. I seasoned it with salt, pepper, basil, oregano, and a little garlic powder. I sautéed 2 minced garlic cloves and a teaspoon of minced ginger in a separate pan. I added that and 4 cups of chicken stock to the pot. I let it boil until the carrots were tender. I then took my stick blender and blended the mixture until smooth. I added cream and mixed it up until it was fully incorporated. Then, I added cooked peas and sweet baby white corn. I served the soup with seasoned croutons and topped it with crispy onions. As I ate it, I felt myself getting healthier with every bite. 😁😋 It was good and good for me. I'm thinking of adding roasted chicken to it next time that I have a bowl to make it a complete meal. It was light and creamy and just delightful. I'm glad that the platanos got overly ripened. I do not like throwing away food so I had to come up with something to do with them. This turned out very well. I'll be making this again. It's good cold, too. Perfect for a hot summer day. I encourage everyone to cook your own food. You'll save a great deal of money, and you can make it just the way you like it. It's a great skill to have, and it's a lot of fun to do. My favorite part is when I get to sit down and eat my creation. Mmmmmmmm. In the words of Julia Child.... bon appétit!!

NAME: Rhys. I used to go by bun, and wayyy long ago, burd. AGE: I'm gonna be 30 in june !!! PRONOUNS: They / Them, or She / Her. YEARS OF WRITING: I started in 2011 or so. 13 on and off years.

Reflection

WHY DID YOU PICK UP WRITING? I actually started writing and rping before tumblr, on pchum- and a couple other places. I came to tumblr because i'd just gotten into league, and a friend of mine suggested it. And despite the ups and downs I'm really glad that I did it! Writing in general has been a great way to connect with like - minded people. DO YOU HAVE ANY WRITING ROUTINES? Not really. I don't force myself to do things anymore, if I'm not feeling it. I'm slow, and I feel no shame in it. I do hope to at least get one or two things done a day though. At the very least. But I really don't have a routine. Just do whatever I'm vibing with most. WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE PART ABOUT WRITING? I love how it brings different characters to life. Like, drawing is fun usually but it can be taxing, and difficult to get my point across in ways I find easier with writing.

Three things you like about your writing

WORD CHOICE ( ? ). I try to mix it up. I don't want to be overly complicated with my word choice or grammar all the time. But I like adding words I like, or alternate words that work better with the feeling I'm trying to convey. CONCISE ( ? ). I'd like to say my writing is fairly concise. I try not to bog it down too much with extra things that don't pertain to the setting, or plot. But I can't always help it sometimes. OUTSIDE SOURCES. I do take insp from writing I like. Honestly I don't read as much as I used to, but I can attribute a lot of my affinity for writing to old authors I've grown up reading. As well as more modern ones. Like the list is a bit long, but I used to be obsessed with Bram Stoker as a kid... it's wild.

A question for the next person

HAVE YOU MADE ANY STRONG CONNECTIONS OR FRIENDS DURING YOUR TIME WRITING?. WOW!!! Yeah, I have actually. @girlfox is probably one of my oldest friends I've got here actually. I think we met when she'd first really gotten into writing Ahri and aaaa,,, we've been in touch ever since. Another friend I feel like I've known forever is @waelahst ,,, wulf is such a sweetheart, and so passionate about every muse they pick up- it's contagious tbh. NEW QUESTION. What is your creative process? What inspires you to write your muse(s)? Music? Art? Movies?
