A not so small ramble about Heartbreaker because the story is near its end and I've started writing the epilogue, which will tie all loose ends (spoilers for part 32 ahead!)

The whole thing about Heartbreaker is that everyone makes a lot of mistakes mainly because they are all so young when everything happens, but that doesn't make them terrible people - they just didn't know any better.

Dave unconsciously tries to alienate Nore from her friends because she's the only one he has left and he loves her, even though she begs him not to make her choose. He's also so deeply insecure that he becomes jealous and immediately believes Pat when she says Nore is cheating on him with James because well why wouldn't she, when he feels so much like a burden to her?

James tries to earn Nore's affection at all costs because he's in love with her, but he never considers Dave's feelings, his former best friend, who he already had hurt by kicking him off the band and cutting ties. He knows Nore likes him too, he can feel it, but he can't bring himself to just talk to her directly about it all - instead he pressures her, he begs her, please, please leave him, please love me instead. But when she gets hurt and confused because she loves them both, he starts dating her friend in an attempt to get over her, but that only hurts Nore more.

Nore doesn't want to hurt anyone. She just wants to be happy, she just wants her friends - her chosen family - to get along because the happier she had ever been was when everyone was together still. So she avoids telling Dave about her blossoming feelings for James, because she knows it will upset him. She avoids telling Dave so many important things, she avoids rejecting James fully too because she knows it will hurt him and she loves them both, she doesn't wanna hurt him, she doesn't wanna lose him. Then it all blows up in her face because you can't keep avoiding these kind of things forever - they take root, and they grow, and they become bigger the more you ignore them.

I also think Pat fits in this, although she was really mean about it lol James was her dream rockstar boyfriend, and when she realized she wasn't the one he really liked, she felt threatened and tried to sabotage his friendship with Nore instead of confronting him about it or just walking away.

I think the whole point in this is that James, Nore and Dave all tried to do what was easier, instead of what was right. Because none of them were mature enough to make the hard choices. None of them were mature enough to realize they were hurting themselves and hurting the people around them until it was too late.

But I said there would be a happy ending, and there will be! The story will be "finished" in part 35, but that won't really be the end. The epilogue will be set 7 years later, in 1991 - and we will see then the outcome of all of their choices and love and heartbreak. Pinky promise <3

Heyoooo :D back at it with a double helping of Stevetember!!

Today I bring you day 16: offering, ft. RQ Light and Shy, and day 26: lackey, ft. My Red Steve OC and SS Nightmare!

So first is day 16!! Took some quotes from ep 42 (?) of RQ with this! Light n Shy my beloveds..,. Shy is the left half, Light is on the right! It's fun trying to figure out how to "translate" each half across to the other one. Yknow, keep his body type and face the same without making either one look strange.

And the other one! Okay so this OC, her name's B, has a funny story around her- she's actually from a goofy ahh dream I had!

So basically Nightmare ended up on this floating island in the sky, where he has this lab facility. He experimented and created B there, sorta like Positive and Negative's whole bit, but B is just a Red Steve. However, she has really big, long ears- longer than even Nightmare's. Eventually she found out about his past evils, and rebelled against him.

But since she's still quite new, and thus doesn't know much about the world, she can't leave the island. Instead, she hides in the maintenance shafts, sabotaging his work. I decided to interpret her as being a hybrid of a Rainbow Quest Red Steve and a Steve Saga Red Steve, though the dream didn't actually explain her origins.

But that's just HER backstory, that I kinda added onto after I woke up. The actual dream was a lot more vague. So, at first, we're watching these two groups going through this incredibly long, straight, dark tunnel together. But some invisible barrier kept the two groups from actually touching, but they could still talk with one another. But here's- here's the thing. So, group A consisted of: Steve Saga Galaxy, Steve Saga Rainbow, Steve Saga Sabre, Twisted Rainbow Elite (Shadow Sabre form), AND Luna the dog from Alux Rising. Group B...was literally the exact same, except gender swapped. I remember genderswap!Rainbow wearing this really pretty white dress with these colorful splotches on it, like this:

With the colors all mixing and stuff, it was smoother than this, tho. And the two groups are trying to figure out 1, why there's two of them, and 2, how to get outta this tunnel. But then they come to the end of it finally, but it somehow leads into Nightmare's facility. When they get out of the tunnel, it vanishes behind them.

The non-swapped group ends up getting caught by Nightmare and TR Assistant Steve, who is somehow working for him?? And B sees the gender swapped group and teams up with them to rescue the others. As Nightmare takes the others, he says something about "catching that elf-eared Red Steve," and something about "S+M"??

I interpreted M as, ofc, TR M, since Elite was there. Perhaps M had been friendly with B, and then Night captured him and reworked/fixed Assistant so he'd listen to Nightmare only. And so the dream ended with the one group getting captured, and B meeting the gender swapped group. I added onto it, that B explained herself down in the maintenance shafts first. Then they made a plan of rescue. Once they escaped, they talked more about what was happening, and that M was trying to break Assistant out of Nightmare's control.

hi! looking for FPE roleplay?

my friends and i have made an FPE server, with a focus on OCs (though canon characters are allowed) and interaction- be it friendly or conflicting- between those characters!

immediate note: 90% of us are 18+, and the server will remain that way until we decide to be more lenient later. we know this may stifle people joining, but if we do become more lenient, we're gonna be doing 16 or 17 anyways. right now, we are 18+.

there is no real "DNI" criteria other than that and don't be a douche lmfao

i'll also bring along the rules from the server, just so you know what you may be getting into; as of posting this, it's a good 9 of us strong, with a good portion up to roleplay already :)

8. Rolling for actions is allowed- if you've ever played apocalypse world systems, this'll be familiar. Use 2d6, 1-6 is a failure (consequences and no completion of the action), 7-9 is a mixed success (do the thing worse, consequences, etc), and 10+ is a full success (thing is done without unforseen complications). Double 6s can be considered a crit, with snake eyes being a crit fail, if you feel so inclined. Modifiers can be from -2 to +3, and can be discussed beforehand.

The best part and root of fanfiction is exploring and expanding on parts of the character we don't get to see on screen. And OCs are THE BEST at doing that.

SO DO IT. GO FOR IT no matter who you are!!

TBH I've always been rather meh about canon couples because like.. I know they're gonna end up together so I don't really crave things like fanart for them.

To me Canon Couples are like a jumpscare. If I know it's coming it's gonna get less of a reaction.

That's why a lot of my Spidey-writing pre-ATSV is about dancing around MJ and keeping her platonic. I much prefer Felicia Hardy (The Black Cat) because she challenges Peter's character in a way we don't often see.

The same goes for SpideyPool too. It's so cute because Spidey is nice to everyone, but REALLY sassy with Wade.

Relationships and OCs can bring out so much color and variety in a character, that like...they're so useful writing wise. Not just in a fanfic sense, but expanding your writing.

AND I AM NOT ABOVE KILLING OFF CANON CHARACTERS - DO IT FOR THE ANGSTTTT and for the indulgence I'm genuinely surprised I haven't seen anyone kill off Gayatri and ship an OC with Pavitr cause like...nothing stopping you. That's a great fic opportunity.

And if Hobie gets a Mary-Jane: hell yeah I'd kill her in a heartbeat NO MERCY idgaf how happy she makes him and im deadass!!!! fjgdgjdgh

I will ALWAYS say OCs are the best writing practice, far beyond canon stuff. Because not only are you writing canon characters, but you're shaping and filling in gaps in your story, and reflecting how characters react when a whole new influence (your OC) is brought into the situation.

Because if you're a writer who can only write adults and you leave younger people out of your story - or you write teenagers as adults because you have no experience writing them... not a good look. How do you expect to write a character arc with a character that doesn't age or go through stages of their lives? You need range to write all ages. Half of romance movies out there start with them falling in love as kids and reuniting, you need to know how to write people at different stages of life. Telling adults they can't write anyone below 18 is just...not good advice. Like you can't just...refuse to write a large part of the population??

Again, I'm creating an OC for some unknown purpose. It was drawn last night.

Her name is Kao Ninh, 23 years-old and she works as a journalist, while being the soul of the company. When she gets home, she will have to scribble articles all night, which is why she may not be able to sleep (the soul of the company. funny).

According to the plot, she was hired to work in a show about early pregnancy (inspired by one of the most terrible shows "Pregnant at 16"… Welcome to the valley of evil). Kao did not want to agree to this, so as not to commit a lot of evil on one poor girl, but she was still forced to do it for the sake of statistics, to increase the birth rate (or for the sake of a beautiful figure).

Kao has only 2 choices - either to commit evil on her and become a villain, or to quit this damn job and die at someone's hands (meaning, she boldly wrote a post on the Internet that she did not want to do this). Unfortunately, the two choices she is given to do this are bad ones.

I like what I've described, but I need even more knowledge about where it's good, where it's bad, and where the gray area is (well, of course, to pump up the logic…), maybe I really don't know what's going on there, although from the outside it's not a human universe and it is unlikely that the same thing can happen in it as in ours.

1. What's your favorite CC x OC ship of an OC created by someone else?

Uh........ Ah......... AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Oooohhhh Why such a cruel and difficult question!

There's several CC x OC ships that other people have made which I really like. But... I guess if I had to choose one above all the rest, it'd have to be...

@/mikuyuuss's Giyuu (CC) x Akari (OC) ship for Demon Slayer.

The two of them look so right next to each other. Akari has short and nearly done hair while Giyuu's is long and drawn as these messy spikes. His design is marked by darker colors (maroon half of his haori, black hair, deep blue eyes) while Akari has bright colors that evoke spring to me (yellow and pink and white). I like their dynamic of the social x loner. I like how Akari found a place of belonging for herself after a life of strife and loss which contrasts how Giyuu experienced a lot of loss and during canon, still find himself out of place amongst the Demon Slayer Corps and suppresses his emotions. There's complementary and contrasting elements to them that make my brain buzz with delight!

And Unni's passion for her oc unrelated to shipping her also motivates me to keep my own oc's non-romantic relationships and other characteristics in mind.

(And sometimes, I look back at my own KnY oc and wonder if I have it in me to try developing them again.)

Sorry that it's not anything BC related but Giyuu x Akari stands out to me in particular because it's not BC and yet it's still locked down a place in my heart.

2. What's the thing you love the most about BC fandom?

It's hard to say what I love most about the fandom when I don't really interact with the BC fandom as a whole. I mostly interact with a select group of mutuals also in the fandom.

I guess I love how supportive my pocket of the fandom is towards me and others. And I know that other fans have found their own bubbles where they feel safe, happy, and uplifted too. My experience with the fandom is rather disconnected so I don't really know much of what goes on, but I don't have any major complaints about it.

3. What are your top 5 animes ?

Oh now this is an easy question to answer!

1) Shadows House. I love the atmosphere of the Shadows House anime and would really love for the anime to continue to see future arcs of the manga animated. I just love how expressive the characters are, despite half of them not having visible faces! Kate and Emilico are the best duo in the world and I will protect them with all my heart. 2) Black Clover. Obviously I adore the anime as I adore the manga. While not the best of the best animation, the characters come to life and look so beautiful in motion. And some of the anime filler is good in that it help flesh out characters and builds the world just a bit more. 3) Spy x Family. The hijinx of Loid, Yor, and Anya are just the best. They're funny and determined and extreme individuals. And the anime does a great job of captured the intensity and the hilarity of their lives. 4) Horimiya: For Hori-san to Miyamura-kun. This slice-of-life high school romance is so feel good. The conflicts are small and human and I love it so much that I bought all 16 volumes of the manga too. 5) Not an anime series but an anime movie: The Cat Returns. It's a short 70-ish minute film that's absurd and fun and uplifting.

random funny story (long - i promise that it actually is funny, i genuinely laugh at this when i remember it)

remember that one killjoy oc i have, starlight? he was inspired by my friend James who's one of my best friends. For context, two things: we used to date when we were a little younger like 15, 16 if i remember correctly and the second thing: there's a youtuber here from brazil called Iberê Thenório from a channel called manual do mundo (roughly translated to "world's manual") and basically he's a super cool, kind guy and makes super wholesome science-related videos and sometimes DIY stuff and showing how mundane things are made like mattresses or dry ice, like he would legit record inside the factory and show the process (with permission, of course)

and when James and I were dating, there was this one day where we were just casually talking about some random shit i don't even remember but there was ONE thing that he said that i'll never forget, when he said that he heard in a podcast that Iberê went to rehab 4 times and i was like NOOOOOOOOOOOOO

brother. BROTHER. SO LIKE turns out that a while after this happened, he came to me and he was like "remember what i said abour ibere going to rehab" and i was like yeah. And then he explained to me what really happened and basically the mf was watching a podcast while he was sleepy and the guys in the podcast briefly mentioned ibere and then started talking about rehab but it was an unrelated topic and HIS BRAIN CREATED A FALSE MEMORY THAT HE HEARD IN A PODCAST THAT IBERE WENT TO REHAB 4 TIMES

Oh absolutely! I've answered this one with Jimmie, the guy in my icon, but he's not the only one.

You know this post? Yeah this is about a character I initially created as a fursona when I was 12 back when I was still unapologetically cringe, though I have made humanized versions of her too. Buckle up

Basically she's this chaotic fox person who may or may not be a trickster god. Her main thing is that she's simply a creature of chaos, basically. Some "cringe" things I came up with was that her eyes change color based on her emotions and she has an Evil Form™ that she transforms into involuntarily when she gets reeeeaally angry. Original character doo not steel. In terms of personality she's like the type of character who's funny and incomprehensible, sometimes kind of an asshole but loves her friends.

As for her being aromantic, me and my best friend at the time had a joint OC world that we made together. Well my friend was obsessed with her crush so her sona was pretty much always drawn with the character who was based on him. So in contrast, I, the kid who's never been in love and wanted none of it, made my sona be the exact opposite of that. She was basically the food > romance type who was always single and never pursued anyone romantically. I tried giving her a love interest but looking back it was a will they won't they situation where it was more about them being shipped by outsiders than them actually liking eachother and when I looked back at her later I thought okay this character is absolutely aromantic. I had originally intended her to be straight, later made her a lesbian, then bi, I paired her up with two other OCs, another guy and then a girl, but then I just went fuck it she's aro. That's really the only option that makes sense for her.

Fun fact she's also genderqueer, as in she is pretty much genderless but presents more masculine and looks like a boy and goes by she/her pronouns which is sort of a representation of how back then I was fine with being a girl even though I didn't really relate to the traditional ideas of being one and felt rather boyish compared to other girls. It was back when I had already known I had an unconventional relationship with gender but before I actually started questioning whether I was really a girl, since I didn't care much about gender

So, he (Carter) tells Charlie to behave herself and be nice towards him (Phantasmo) until Christmas is over and Phantasmo would be no longer inside their house… (things sure do happen)

Over excitable but well meaning, she has a big heart that loves many things- her friends, family, her black cat Liquorice, the supernatural, and her absolute favourite thing: extra terrestrials. She has believed in aliens since the moment she heard of them. It's the very core of her personality, and she relishes in the chance to talk about sightings and rumours. She even runs her own blog, Charming the Unknown, documenting her own research and apparent discoveries. It's quite popular... in specific circles.

Her obsession quickly went from cute (if not a little childish) to unsettling when the new kid, Laika, showed up. Charm was drawn to him like a moth to a flame. He's so strange! Have you noticed he never hangs out with anyone after school? And he never tells anyone anything about his life at all His eyes glowed during the black out, didn't anyone else see that!?

No one else appreciated her vocalising these...inconsistencies. It kind of freaked them out. Even her closest friends thought it was getting out of hand. But she knows something is off about Laika, even if no one believes her. She's determined to prove herself right!

Thank you for your patience, it's a delight to introduce you all to Charm! I first created her in 2019, she's changed a lot since then. I've recently been reworking her universe and story. It's funny, the first full drawing I post here isn't even one of my pink coded characters! Charm and her universe aren't my main muses but they are all still so dear and special to me.

I don't really have any WIP's since I used a photo of myself as a reference, but I included the little bit I can share under the cut, as well as some fun tid bits about her design <3

Her jumper (or, if you're American, her sweater) is based on a real jumper I own from Dangerfield. I got rid of the turtleneck as honestly, even IRL I don't like it that much but luckily it's not the star of the show! Fun fact about this jumper- it glows in the dark! And yes, so Charm's jumper glows in the dark, too!

She was originally pink-coded as well before I decided I just have too darn many pink oc's. She originally wore a grey bomber jacket adorned with NASA and alien patches on top of a pink jumper with a little black cat face on it. I really wanted to keep the alien/space/cat motif. If I find my original drawings, I'll share it with you all!

She may be Indonesian, but she lives in Australia, so she does wear a school uniform when she isn't wearing her casual clothes. Her story takes place in the early 2010s.

She always was a red-head, it wasn't until recently I thought it would make more sense in the setting for her to dye her hair red than have it be natural. She likes her roots showing, so she gets it done a few centimetres away from her scalp.

I tried using this...idk, pixel-y brush for the first time? I kind of like it. Suits the theme.

Yes, her hair outline being a darker colour of her hair is inspired by My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic's artstyle.

Oh boy oh boy...

7. What character did you begin to hate not because of canon but because of how the fandom acts about them? Honestly, a bit of a hard one for me to answer because I don't really have one. I mean, there are always going to be fandom interpretations I am not into, but even so I don't really let that influence how I feel about the actual characters. A lot of those fandom interpretations don't seem to be the overwhelming majority anymore either. I feel that if I was invested in the EEnE fandom back in 2013-2014 I would absolutely be tired of Kevin, but that isn't really the case anymore. As far as I can see lol.

8. Common fandom opinion that everyone is wrong about? That all the Kanker sisters (excluding May) are irredeemable and will never break out of whatever cycle they are present to at home. I mean, I'm not asking for any neatly packaged happy ending when I say that, but idk, despite my issues with their lack of development and presentation on the show, I think they are really interesting. If you want to get deep, they are just kids after all, with a lot of room for change in their life going forward. I like to think that they ALL go onto better things. Better can be open to interpretation. I do not mean any kind of stereotypical college degree manicured lawn and job type stuff. Satisfaction can look like a multitude of things. A lot of people apply this to May, which is great! But does that have to mean pushing aside Marie and Lee in the process? I personally don't think that is very fair.

9. Worst part of canon? Harassment when it is girls towards boys = funny : / Also, this is more of a fandom thing, but there are so many youtube videos where ppl are titling them stuff like "Kanker sisters RAPE Eds" like wow so edgy and funny guys how about we keep this in 2009?

13. Worst blorbofication? Absolutely Edd. No argument. I don't think that this is an unpopular sentiment nowadays either. It has been discussed to earth and back at this point.

16. You can't understand why so many people like this thing: - That in high school/college Edd will make a complete 360 change in personality and become a complete bad-boy shadow the hedgehog recolor. Granted, I do think that Edd will grow to tone down his anxiety over following rules, BUT to completely change is out of the question. This is still Edd we're talking about. Rebelling for him would be something like jaywalking or wearing shoes inside someone's house he doesn't like. It nags me a bit when people completely ignore the defined quirks and personality of a character in favor of creating a whole new oc. You can of course be inspired by a character you like to create your own, but how about present them as that? - That Edd will start to drift away from Eddy and Ed as he grows older, or the other way around and Eddy and/or Ed drift away from Edd. I don't get how this head-canon keeps popping up. The WHOLE point of the show is their friendship and that they are blood brothers and meant for each other!!! This goes beyond their diverging interests and personalities!! The actual show proved this with the movie!! "But lots of people don't stay friends with the people they knew from childhood" umm and lots of people do? I am still closest with my middle school friends then any other people I've met in adulthood. My dad doesn't talk to anyone from university but still meets up with his childhood friends. And even so, I just don't understand the appeal. Their friendship kind of IS the whole show, and doing away with that ultimately defeats the purpose for me. I find it a lot more interesting to delve into aspects like how they would uphold these connections and friendships into adulthood, when work and responsibilities makes it a lot harder to get together regularly.

19. You're mad/ashamed/horrified you actually kind of like... Ngl I can't help feeling kind of shy about being super invested in a slapstick cartoon that came out nearly three decades ago. Even when I am talking to other cartoon/animation fans, I feel a bit silly about wanting to analyze their dynamics and traits when most people casually just remember the show as fun slapstick (of course it is but I also wanna get insane about it without being seen as MysteriousMrEnter or smth lmao).

21. Part of canon you think is overhyped? "What is under Double Dee's hat, guys?" "Why have they never confirmed what is under there?" "Any one else disappointed that they never showed Edd without his hat?" Umm idc lol

22. Your favorite part of canon that everyone else ignores? - Probably the connection between Ed and Double Dee. I think it is really cute. I love how so many episodes kind of have them hanging out together. I don't think people acknowledge enough how their dynamic works. It is very Autism 2 Autism, like Edd gets to kind of info-dump about whatever to Ed, and even if Ed has no clue what he is talking about, he still enjoys the company and has fun in listening and partaking in whatever Edd is invested in. - I always really dig how Nazz is depicted kind of "cool" and "sporty". Idk it could have been very easy to make her just any kind of popular girl trope, but she kind of holds her own (even if she is super underdeveloped compared to the other characters). I think it makes her friendship with Kevin interesting. - On that note, I also really like Kevin and Rolf's dynamics in their friendship. I do actually see people discuss this a bunch, but I felt like I had to mention it. I really like how the typical American Apple Pie jock is besties with the foreigner with odd customs and both are kind of at an equal footing to each other. - Sarah is insanely strong, like almost on the same level as Ed. What is in that family's genes??

But the funny thing is that they both ended up being part oni because i made them through youtube oc challenges.

Meet Zed

Zed is part human obviously, but he’s also part oni and dragon. Similarly to Lloyd, but he’s part just normal Oni and Ice dragon.

His hair color is completely natural as well, and if ya look closely you can see his ears :3

He rocks a bow, and keeps a dagger on himself at all times.

His ninja outfit is usually in some form of pinkish/purple and green. Which actually doesn’t relates back to his elemental power, as he doesn’t have one.

Yep, Zed isn’t an elemental master. In a typical sense. While he doesn’t have “elemental powers”, he still has ice and destruction abilities he gained from his ancestors.

Zed is my oc that represents me, so here are some things he has that I do too: Autism, adhd, depression, social anxiety, general anxiety, and possibly some personality disorder.

[A warning: he, like myself, does not have panicked anxiety. He does not have panic attacks, like myself, instead has anxiety attacks. I want to make this clear. HE DOES NOT HAVE PANIC ATTACKS!]

Meet Eric

Eric is the result of a human and oni sleeping together.

Though Eric doesn’t know this, as they was raised by their adopted grandparents (old people who adopted them).

(They were also created by a YouTube oc challenge, but I don’t have the links to either of the videos. Nor do I remember what they were called)

Eric actually does have elemental powers. And that would be plants (I have no idea if the og dude is dead or not, but I’m just assume he is).

And I do have some basic personality traits down: They’re incredibly nice, they easily trust people, they’re definitely a people person, but they do manipulate people when they think it’s necessary.

They’re non-binary, and gay. Shocker I know lol

OH MY GOD NO-ONE REALLY ASKS ME TO INFODUMP OTHER THAN ONE PERSON ON HERE AND MY PARTNER. HOLD ON ESSAY INCOMING

Her name is Revive V Regor, and the idea was based off of Pavooko's Void angel idea. (Its warframe related. I fucking love warframe.) The idea was in simple terms "what if, in this AU of warframe, she broke her deal with the man in the wall, and he in retaliation removed her memories of everything and sent her onto the Zarimen derelict, while also leaving her vunerable to the lure of the angels song"

Most of that AU isn't cannon to her true character, and i only have the premise of that AU drafted as a short story you can find on my blog somewhere 😅 so i'll ramble about her cannon self in an alternate AU me and my partner work on together.

Revive was an experiment of Tyl Regor and Alad V ( the community calls Alad "Salad V" a lot, which i think is funny) in an attempt to see whether combining corpus genetics and grineer genetics would stop clone rot. (Clone rot is where grineer clone slowly deteriorate, it's a mutation in the genetics that causes their bodies to essentially "rot" killing them. Hence the name "Clone rot" it formed from years of cloning clones of clones, so on so forth)

Revive was only created successfully on the fith and final attempt, as Alad didn't really fully understand how the cloning process worked. Alad at the time was also recovering from his infestation (cannonially we, the tenno helped him, however for the sake of this au and the fact that we ship Alad and Tyl, Tyl is the one who helps Alad) so Revive does have some dormant infestated genetics, which was what was hoped to stop the clone rot.

Revive went through most of her childhood with her two crazy dads, though she didn't see Alad too much. Revive lived in the grineer Sea Labs a majority of the time, sometimes staying at Alads if Tyl needed her out of the way for a bit.

Revive as a kid was one of those "gifted kids" but she wasn't from the start ever using it for things people would deem "good" rather, she found an innate attraction towards weaponry, particularly explosives. Younger Revive having been so obsessed with grenades and bombs, was given a bomb plushie for her sixth birthday.

At 6, while she was logic smart, she still had a very creative side, often doodling plans for a gun she wanted to make, which ended up being the MK-1 of Firecracker. She liked to play games where she was the bad guy terrorising a city, when she met the man in the wall. He'd taken an interest in her potential for havoc, and so, after introducing himself and making her think he was some "imaginary friend" he made a deal with her. Now keeping in mind she'd around 6-8 at this time. Logic is escaping her because she thinks this is all part of the little roleplay.

The deal was of immorality to everything minus clone-rot as that's her achilies heel, although, wally (wally = the man in the wall) himself is another weakness as she ended up owing him her soul.

At 9 years old, with careful supervision and very limited resources to keep her safe, was allowed to make the MK-1 of Firecracker, her custom grenade launcher that packs quite a punch while sending out live grenades.

After that deal, she continued to play with him, and eventually, once she hit her teenage years, stopped seeing him, and frankly, isn't able to recall much of her childhood.

She, at around 13-16, started making a new, improved version of Firecracker, commandeering corpus weaponry that Alad gave her when she asked to study their reactors. She took apart a reactor she thought would work until she could do the maths for the correct formula for the custom reactor, and managed to make a semi-decent version of her gun. Though she wasn't fully satisfied, with the limited resources she was allowed, it was a decent start and a huge upgrade from the one she made at 9.

Through these years, Tyl and Alad would often have debates on where Revive should live. Should she remain in grineer territory, which at this point is all she knows, or should Alad take her to Corpus territory in hopes of giving her a life that Tyl knows he can't give.

They eventually came to an agreement of alternating where Revive stays. Two weeks at the labs and two weeks at Alads, rinse and repeat.

Revive has so many siblings, but the ones that have names are Kahl-175 (He is a cannon character you meet him in the new war and get to pkay as him in his own quest called Veilbreaker) Virmek and Gant. Gant is the youngest of the trio, and is very attatched to his technically little sister Revive. However, Gant is a manic, so he is tiny and childish, hence revive considers him a little brother instead.

At 14 Revive found herself developing clone rot, and started to conceal it from Tyl and Alad, though it eventually in her adult hood is discovered after tyl finds her bleeding through a very bad bandaging job.

She eventually gets a job in corupus territory, though she dislikes her boss, who is a total dick. She doesn't really get paid much despite her work demanding a higher wage. She doesn't work in finance. She works in weaponry as an explosives expert. Her salary is high, but corpus like to hoard their money, and i doubt they ever pay their employees fairly. (Just like the real world, am i right)

During this whole fiasco of working, she makes some friends with a group of Solaris. Jack, Tiffany, Scott. Revive has nicknames for the three

Jack = Jacky Wacky

Tiffany= Tiffy

Scott =Scottie

Revive ends up agreeing to help the Solaris with their issues, though dislikes working alongside the Tenno.

So not only is Revive working a full time job, she's being a babysitter for her brothers, helping out solaris United, dealing with the man in the wall who randomly pops back into existence one day, and is also dealing with a lot of insanity in her mind that she's constantly pushing back.

A note about her hair is that as a child it was completely light brown hair, however as she got older and did a ton of dangerous things she *should* have died from, white streaks would form in her hair. At the age of 23, her hair turned completely white, which was when Wally popped back into existence.

Most of this is completed lore, and thats about it at the moment because everything is still a work in progress 😅

Nemo is my oldest OC. Her first version was created roughly 2002/2003 when the Enel Cover Story was released and the Space Pirates on the Moon were introduced. I started working through the story, developed and changed much over time, took hiatuses and breaks too due to health related reasons.
