Another thing I’ll never understand about the ACOTAR fandom is why playing an instrument is an ick!!

Tamlin playing the fiddle which is just a violin basically (believe me I’ve seen art depictions of people confusing a fiddle with a flute) is honestly amazing to me, the violin/fiddle is also one of the most difficult instruments to master & yet Tamlin plays it so well it captivates EVERYONE!!

You know what is icky THE BAT BOYS.

Tamlin has ACTUAL hobbies: playing the fiddle, writing poetry, a few times it’s been eluded to that he likes gardening

meanwhile the flying rodents do nothing but drink, gamble, fuck, lie, steal, beat, bully, torment, harass, exploit, abuse, imprison, gaslight & manipulate, dress their partner in clothes made by their mother, breed, force people to secrecy, attack, buy more homes than need be. There’s probably more but off the top of my head that’s the basics & none of which are hobbies or anything to fall in love over.

Nearly 5 years later and this little rat is such a weirdo. She's a chipit a chihuahua pit mix and she does not play with toys only dogs, and dirt if you count digging pit traps all over the yard as playing. She spends most of her time cuddled in bed on top of pillows and blankets. Her Official name is Vanilla Bean so we have so many more nickname possibilities. And we use them judiciously, lol jk we use the nicknames with wild abandon.

Found a puppy

@howlingwolf23 and I found a puppy on the side of the road. When we caught her she was full of ticks. I have never seen so many ticks on a dog. We plus my parents and our niece spent hours picking ticks off her (unfortunately she still has teeny tiny ones on her that we can't really even get with tweezers). Took her to our vet and she said she's about 10 weeks probably a Chihuahua mix and got her chipped and parvo and distemper vaccines. Our nephew suggested we name her Vanilla and our niece agreed. So here is Vanilla when we found her and after we picked probably 1000 or more ticks off.
