ALH'AMDU LILLAAHILLAD'EE JA-A'LANAA MINAL
MUTAMASSIKEENA
BIWILAAYATI AMEERIL
MOOMINEENA WAL A-IMMATI A'LAYHIMUS SALAAM
"Ghadir is the completion of the religion, the perfection of God’s greatest bounty, the most magnificent feast of Allah; it is the feast for the righteous people, followers and supporters of the holy Prophet of Islam. Ghadir is the feast of Islamic justice and leadership, the feast of humanity, projecting light on the ideologies and inducing hopes in the hearts. It is the renewed covenant of the prophet’s mission in the guardianship of Imam Ali (A)."
*Ghadir is a code of life*
“By raising Imam Ali’s hand and introducing him as the source and guardian of Islam, the Holy Prophet guaranteed his divine mission and rescued it from evil powers. Ghadir not only marks a specific divine day but also signifies a turning point in history. It serves as a comprehensive guide for life, beliefs, and schools of thought. Moreover, it heralds the promise of a brighter future.”

Eid-e-Ghadeer: The Greatest Day of the Year
Eid-e-Ghadeer: The Greatest Day of the Year Eid-e-Ghadeer is one of the most important holidays in the Shia Muslim calendar. It commemorates the event of Ghadir Khumm when the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family) is said to have appointed Ali ibn Abi Talib as his successor. The event of Ghadir Khumm took place on the 18th of Dhu al-Hijjah, the 12th month of the Islamic…

He Was the Reason the Earth Could Breathe: A Tribute to Ali on the Day of Ghadeer
There are things we believe because we were told.
And there are things we know because the soul remembers.
We are raised to hear that Ali ibn Abi Talib (Peace be upon him) was born in the Kaaba.
That the walls opened for his mother.
That the House of Allah chose to honor his arrival.
But that’s not the whole truth.
It’s just the visible part.
The truth is far greater — too vast to be fit into historical praise or poetic memory.
Ali wasn’t honored by the Kaaba.
The Kaaba was placed where he was written.
The earth itself was unsettled, trembling, incomplete…
Tumblr media
Until the Divine Will inscribed his name into the foundation of the earth.
Tumblr media
Only then did it rest.
Only then was the Kaaba allowed to rise.
We misunderstand design because we are trapped in time.
To us, birth comes before greatness.
We think something becomes holy by what happens inside it.
But in the realms above this world —
In the Malakut and Jabarut — time doesn’t move forward.
It folds.
It unveils.
There is no “before Ali” and “after Ali.”
There is only the light of Wilayah, shining through every veil.
Every era.
Every test.
And when the Kaaba opened its wall for his mother to enter, it was not offering a sanctuary.
It was obeying a command written before creation itself.
“Do you see any flaw?”
That’s what the Qur’an asks us.
Not to confirm the perfection of the stars.
But to question the lens we use to see.
We are the flawed ones.
We think everything must prove itself to us.
So we ask foolish questions like:
“Was Ali really born in the Kaaba?”
“Is that even important?”
No.
He was not born in the Kaaba.
The Kaaba was placed where he was decreed to appear.
That is what’s important.
The House was not holy until it became his cradle.
The Earth was not steady until it bore his name.
The Prophet Muhammad (Peace and Blessings upon him and his Purified Household) said:
“Ali is with the truth, and the truth is with Ali. It revolves with him, wherever he turns.”
What do you think stabilized the spinning of this world?
A cosmic axis hidden in a quiet man
Ali was never crowned in gold.
Never seated on a throne.
He worked with his hands.
He wept in prostration.
He walked behind the Prophet like a shadow made of light.
But when the veil is lifted, and the truth is no longer tied to perception —
It is he who appears as the spine of existence.
Not just a man.
Not just a cousin.
Not just a warrior.
The divine Scale of Justice.
The Hand of Allah on Earth.
The Speaking Qur’an.
The Gate of the City of Knowledge.
The Noor that was created with the Prophet, before Adam was ever shaped from clay.
Ghadeer: When the veil was torn for a moment
And then came the final test.
Not of knowledge, but of recognition.
Would they see what had always been in front of them?
In the heat of the desert, after the final pilgrimage, the Prophet stopped them all.
Thousands stood still, thirsty, weary, waiting.
And the verse descended:
“O Messenger, proclaim what has been revealed to you from your Lord. If you do not, then you have not conveyed His message…”
(Qur’an 5:67)
This was not a new command.
This was the final unveiling.
He raised Ali’s hand.
The sun bore witness.
And he said:
“Whoever I am Master of, Ali is his Master.”
It was done.
The dot beneath the Bā’ of Bismillah had been announced.
Not appointed.
Revealed.
The truth did not begin at Ghadeer.
It simply emerged.
The truth you already know
Every seeker feels it.
Every soul that still carries a trace of the original covenant knows…
This man is not of this world.
The Kaaba cracked for him.
Not because it honored him —
But because it could not contain him without bowing.
The Earth balanced itself only after whispering his name into its bones.
And the Prophet gave his hand not just in trust —
But in continuation.
He was not a successor.
He was Wilayah itself.
Ali is not from the Kaaba.
The Kaaba is from Ali.
And that is why Ghadeer matters.
It wasn’t the announcement of a political heir.
It was the divine declaration of the one who had always been.
The face of Haqq.
The breath of the soul.
The hidden name behind every victory of light over darkness.
Ali is not part of Islam.
Ali is the axis upon which true Islam turns.
And if you are still seeking that bus, the one weathering the flood, yet still moving toward Haqq, you are looking for the one whose name gave the earth balance.
You are looking for Ali.

Muhammad Al-Turki's 'Now You Are All of Us'
Translator’s Note The young Saudi poet Muhammad Al-Turki mourns the great Saudi poet Badr Bin Abdulmohsin Al-Bader, who passed away on May 4, 2024, in a poem titled “Now You Are All of Us.” The suggestive title captures a spirit of reuniting with Al-Bader’s poetry after his passing, a moment that mirrors the experiences of the grieving reader, who recalls the riveting lines of their beloved…

Please help secure a future for an entire family - me, Ashraf, my wife Ghadeer, and our lovely innocent son Yamen 👶💙

Please bring us back to life without war, destruction, genocide or killing because this is what fills our memories after we forget what a life full of hope is like ‼️
I'm Ashraf from the war-torn Gaza. I've lived an entire life under siege in Gaza, facing relentless military actions and life-threatening conditions daily. In October 2023, the conflict escalated drastically, devastating my newly built house, my neighborhood,my workplace, and jeopardizing the lives of my family.
My wife, Ghadeer @ghadeerarqan , and I live in Gaza with our baby son Yamen. My wife gave birth to Yamen during the war, and it is all he has ever known. Yamen has spent the tenth months of his young life without a stable home, surviving a genocide.
I mourn the loss of our safe haven, but more urgently, I need to secure a future for my family away from the constant threat of bombings that have become our grim reality.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Meet Yamane, our precious tenth-months-old. Who was born during this war, We aspire to provide him with opportunities that surpass our own experiences, fostering a future filled with joy and prosperity.

This campaign is a call to arms for all who believe in the transformative power of community support. By contributing, you're not just donating; you're actively shaping Yamane's world, ensuring his journey is filled with the promise and potential every child deserves. Join us in making a profound impact on his life
Yamen... he's only a baby. He doesn't understand the fear that grips us, the darkness that engulfs our lives. He just smiles, his eyes bright with innocent wonder, oblivious to the terror that surrounds him. He reaches for me with tiny hands, his laughter a fragile melody in this symphony of destruction. 💔
can we shield him from the reality of this war ⁉️can we keep him safe ⁉️
Tumblr media
Your generosity is a beacon of hope for my family, especially for my little baby boy Yaman👶🩷, who deserves a future free from fear and filled with opportunity.
Thank you for standing with us during this incredibly challenging time. Your support means the world to us, 🌺🩷🌿🕊
But we still need your help to reach our goal. Please continue to share our campaign and consider contributing if you can. Together, we can create a brighter future for Yamane and all children affected by this conflict.

People always joke about the user base of this site aging, so let's see how many of y'all are parents. I don't have kids, but I know I follow a few mothers on here.
Speaking of kids, Ashraf and Ghadeer have recently been blessed with a baby boy named Yamen. Unfortunately, he was born into a war and has known nothing but that. Everything in Gaza is expensive, including baby formula and diapers, so please share and donate to help this family.

A video from Mahmoud Abusalama about the current situation in the North of Gaza. Here is a translation of what he's saying from the comments that's pretty accurate:
‘Northern Gaza is dying of hunger. Today is Friday and a blessed Friday to you and us. We’ve lived through 8 months of a real famine, particularly in the Northern Gaza Strip. Our primary meal, throughout all these days and in these conditions, came from canned foods. Which canned foods (you ask)? We brought some with us today. Here’s a can of fava beans, here’s a can of garbanzo beans, and here’s a can of peas. And all of them are Jordanian products, and thank you to the Jordanian people. We’ve been living in this system of (eating) canned foods for 8 months. Getting into the heavy duty stuff now, our best regards go to Ghadeer (chicken luncheon) meat. This is a Jordanian product and it is an honor to have it included in the aid that comes to the Gaza Strip. Every Palestinian household has been living off of Ghadeer for 8 months and we’re still alive. Our intestines are full of Ghadeer. Wherever you go, it’s Ghadeer. This can is chicken luncheon, and it’s the only one of its kind in the markets in the Gaza Strip. We’ve been eating this for 8 months. Let’s talk about Friday. It’s Friday, so prepare for your guests, and bon appetite to you all. Many people eat meat and chicken and that’s their due and their situation, because they’re not living in Gaza, so here’s to your health, a thousand-fold. However, on another set of coordinates of the planet you’re living on, is a place called ‘The Gaza Strip’, particularly the Northern Gaza Strip. We are living off of these canned foods in pain and oppression, with malnutrition, along with 8 months of pleading and the shouting of starving people, and the corpses of babies who died of starvation. The people of Gaza are dying of starvation. This is the reality of the life we are living. Our life in the Northern Gaza Strip can be considered as garbanzo, peas, fava and Ghadeer. Ghadeer is steadfast with us, so our best regards to Ghadeer and its resilience, and may our Lord Relieve us.’
(From Med): Honestly, I've lost words to say at this point. What more do they want from the people of Gaza? No one should be treated like this in their lives but we're 2/3rds of a year into this genocide and no end in sight. I mean. What they want? What does the world want from them?

Help the family of a martyred Palestinian journalist
Do you remember the martyred journalist, Ayat Khadoura?
(Original video from Ayat's instragram)
(Another video from Ayat you may remember seeing)
Her sister Ghadeer, and Ghadeer's children, who are still surviving in Ghazzah, need our help!
As of posting this, the GoFundMe has only reached €1,875 donations in the last couple of months; and that is to feed five people when a kilo if rice is upwards of $20. Last time my girlfriend @yetanotherlesbianonthiswebsite, one of Ghadeer's sisters, spoke to her, she said that it was never enough, and that they were experiencing extreme hunger. The situation is so serious that the number of donations coming in corresponds to being barely able to afford soap, of which one bottle has shot up to $50.
Ghadeer often writes my girlfriend about how tired she is, how scared she is about hearing the bombs fall. Recently, a school in which many people had taken refuge in Deir El-Balah mere blocks away from her was bombed by occupation forces. Can you imagine the pain of a family who cannot bury its sisters, brothers, aunts, and uncles, because their bodies are in pieces beneath rubble? Can you imagine how it feels to have more murdered siblings than living ones? Can you imagine the pain of a mother who hears their children scream? Can you imagine the pain of a family who sees the once young and happy girl become nothing but skin and bones? And yet, no genocide can last forever, and we desperately need your help to get them through this.
For anyone wondering, the GoFundMe is directly linked on Ayat's Instagram account, administrated in memoriam by Yasmin, one of the sisters, who is also the organizer of the fundraiser. (Yasmin is directly mentioned in the shared video from WaPo, as proof.)
I am asking everyone who sees this to PLEASE SHARE and also, if you can, PLEASE DONATE! Every little bit helps when it is a matter of life and safety on the line.
A few family photos are below.
Martyred siblings, Ayat, Ayoub, Suad, Alaa, and Adam, as well as Ghadeer's martyred grandparents:
