They love to recruit vulnerable people who desperately need the money. They don't care who you are as long as you can code the most effective killing machines.

Day 7 of coding everyday for a year! It's kind of a late night this time lol.

My husband and I worked hard at it today! I added the task page functionality and UI and my husband helped me with things I didn't fully know how to do. It's great being married to senior dev lol

Tomorrow we are adding subtasks to the add/edit task functionality, and more notification work!

Currently working through the MIT OpenCourseWare computer science courses. Decided to de-digitize my notes during my break today. I’ve noticed I retain way more when I handwrite my notes than when I type them during the lecture! 

Any other aspiring devs taking the same classes or building their coding skills? I’d love to connect with any other gals on the same journey!

Hyperfocus HOOOOOO

I've been coding all day, every day since Monday. I'm getting back into my old habits and passion. I'm rebuilding my portfolio.

However... I'm old and my brain is slower than it used to be... so imagine it's shock when it realized not only was I planning to learn a new system (Bootstrap) but it also had to dredge up all the old stuff (html, css, javascript, etc).

Basically I'm kicking ass but also trying to do anything BUT code makes my brain feel mushy.

Just wait until I hit it with AngularJS in the future!
