Getting over a breakup(teens)

If you are going through a hard breakup and cannot get over it, CONGO you have come to the right place!!!🎉

I will discuss my experience and how I got over it healthily. You must remember that going through a breakup may be hard, but the feeling won't last forever.

I need you to write down your feelings somewhere on a piece of paper or a diary, you may burn the paper on what you have written your thoughts if you do not have any privacy. Always remember to talk about it or write it, just get those feelings out of you. Cry as often as you want until you feel better, but at the end of the day, you need to take care of yourself.

try out some new hobbies or spend some time doing something that makes you happy and doesn't burn you out. Spend time in nature, play music, learn an instrument, or cook your favorite dish. (DO NOT STAY BUSY WITH YOUR DEVICES AND LOCK YOURSELF IN A ROOM). Get yourself moving, jump, dance, and sing. What's stopping you!? Hang out with your family and friends, go to places you loved as a child .

did you know you can trick your brain and make it believe whatever you want? if you wanna make your brain believe that you can do it, YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT! (we also kind of know this as manifesting , so manifest a greater life for you) YOU ARE IN CONTROL AND YOUR HEART AND YOUR MIND FOLLOWS YOU! You know you have to get out of this mess and I will help you.

Start meditating and being mindful, start journaling, and write down three things that you are grateful for, or do some self-care. Take care of yourself and I hope if you follow these things and socialize you will be able to move on.

There are very few things Vil Schoenheit is ever wrong about.

Even when he wants to be.

There are a million and one ways he could have said I told you so.

He might have even given himself a little pat on the back if the timing was better, but this was about you, not him and his excellent judge of character.

He never liked that person.

Thus, when you had turned up at his door not too long ago, looking like a kicked puppy, that was his very first guess.

And now, he dabs at the corners of your eyes with a silk handkerchief, trying to salvage the lovely makeup look he'd recommended earlier while you talk.

Another cascade of tears fall down your cheeks as you describe the nature of the emergency. He winces.

"Oh, dear. Please tell me you dumped them,"

You shake your head.

One part of Vil is aghast. The other is offended. Not only on your behalf, but at the simple fact that anyone could break up with someone he held in such high regard.

Are they ignorant? Stupid?

How could anyone be so foolish as to let you get away...?

"It's for the better," Vil says, tilting your chin up to prevent any more tears from falling down your pretty cheeks.

You sniffle. "I know you never liked them, but..."

"This isn't about that," he says it plainly, even though it's half a lie. "This is about the fact that you had ever entertained such a character. They're not worth a second of your time, do you hear me?"

You're quiet for a moment, not sure how to respond to his sudden attempt at boosting your confidence.

"It's just complicated,"

"Relationships tend to be. Hold still for me, dear," he picks a stray eyelash off your cheek.

Vil doesn't believe in things like wishing on eyelashes, but even as he blows it off the tip of his finger, he's thinking of you.

"You will survive," he turns back to you, smiling slightly. "Even with your terrible taste in partners."

"If you had it your way, you'd interview every person I liked,"

He rolls his eyes. "Tsk. You say that like it's a bad thing,"

Even now, you can't help a small, weak laugh. There was something rather impressive about the way he could lift your spirits without even trying.

The same thought seems to occur to him, and he smiles, delicately wiping away another tear with the tip of his finger.

"I just don't think I'll meet anyone up to the Vil standard,"

"Good thing you don't have to," he smiles, almost teasingly. "I'm right here, after all."

Another eyelash is wiped away along with the tear, though this time, as he blows it away, he makes a wish.

🌸Hello Friends!!!

I'm back and I've missed you all so fkin much!! I'm fully caffeinated and ready to catch up on what I've missed. 🤸🏻‍♀️💖 Life is still life-ing, but I think I'm in a good enough place to start working on story posts again. aaron feels so, so real to me... like, maybe i'm just delusional and silly but when i imagine scenarios, i can see him so perfectly and i really do feel like he's here with me. i can imagine being with him in almost every scenario and even when i'm thinking of something else, it feels like he's always beside me. maybe i'm a lil crazy, maybe i'm a lil cuckoo, but one thing i know for sure is that aaron hotchner makes me so inexplicably happy and i am so glad i found him. hopefully in another universe i truly do have him by my side <3
