I think I made an @n@ fri3nd at work by accident. She got really sick recently and hasn't been able to eat solid foods and we've been talking about how we know it isn't healthy but she's so excited to be losing so much weight. I recently started talking about my food restrictions under the "I'm on a diet" train and she mentioned that staying under 1200 calories will help you lose weight. Today I told her my goal is to only eat 800 cals or less and stay under 1000 and she didn't even bat an eye. She's excited for me lol
I'm sad we both think this way, but it's nice to have someone to talk to, even if we aren't addressing it outright.

What I ate today
Breakfast: nothing
Lunch: nothing
Dinner: super noodles and (dare i say) two slices of fucking bread
Snacks: starbucks drink thing (worth it)
Total cals: 490 and I regret all of it 🙃

I can now use my hips to prop up my elbows when I’m on my phone. Sleeping on my side hurts my bones though.
