I’ve finished season 3 of The 100!! FINALLY!!
So many things happened in the second half of the season that I probably won’t remember everything but here a few of my thoughts:
I can’t believe they decided to kill Lincoln too. He was only of the few male characters that wasn’t awful. I felt so bad for Octavia. I totally understand why she hasn’t forgiven Bellamy and still decided to kill Pike in the end.
I’m really happy the AI plot is finally over!! 🥳. The last few episodes weren’t so bad but what really annoyed me was how overpowered Allie was. Like she knew exactly what they were doing all the time and it could easily find a way to stop it.
I don’t understand what was the point of the whole Luna thing just for her to end up not helping them?! I guess she’s going to be important in some other season. (?)
I knew Clarke would end up getting the Flame but I wasn’t expecting the blood transfusion part ( watching Murphy pumping Ontari’s heart made me nauseous 😷)
About Clexa: I almost cried when I saw Lexa in the city of lights!! She looked so beautiful and her fighting scene was so fucking cool!! I loved that she’s there to protect Clarke. AND WHEN CLARKE TOLD HER SHE LOVED HER!! 😭😭 At least she got to see her one more time.
On a side note: I thought all the previous commanders would be there to help Clarke. I think it would be a really cool scene.
Raven is definitely the MVP of this season. She suffered so fucking much but was always doing everything she could to help the others.
Okay I’m gonna stop now cause this post is already long af. 😅 Overall the season wasn’t awful but there’re so many things I would have done differently. I really think the writers made some pretty bad decisions.

“Get your hands off me. I haven't done anything wrong!” I screamed and kicking my legs about while having guards drag me down multiple hallways until we got to one of the pod launch bays. “What the hell do you think you’re doing to me!”
Footsteps came up behind me and the guards where I sharply turned my head around seeing my mother Dr Abigail and father Jake Griffin coming up to us. “Remove your hands from our daughter now please.”
“Counselors. We are just following your orders that you sent us Dr. Griffin.” One of them spoke, removing their hands from my forearm.
I elbowed the other guard in the stomach and he stumbled backwards into the nearest wall. “Orders. What orders have you told them?”
“Cassiopeia, honey there isn’t another way to ensure they won’t kill all three of us. I’m sorry, but we are sending you to the ground.” My mother explained beginning to take steps towards me till I harshly slapped her hand that reached out to touch me.
“You kicked me out of the house at sixteen to lower suspicion of you possibly having two kids but now you’re saying that isn’t enough!”
My father went around the corner escorting someone by the arm where it took me a minute before I recognized who he had alongside him. “Jake! We can’t let anyone else know what we are doing.” My mother gasped seeing my best friend.
“Cass! Why are they sending you down there? It isn’t safe yet. It hasn’t been a hundred years yet.” Glass Sorenson came running to me with her blonde hair and blue eyes, flinging her arms around my neck and began to cry.
Wrapping my arms around her I sobbed into her shoulder not wanting to be forced to leave her. “I don’t know why they’re doing this. I don’t want to go, Glass.”
“Dr. Griffin, please don’t do this. She’s my best friend.”
Mom sniffed through tears that were welling up in her eyes. “Glass, it’s family business-“
“Oh for god sake. I have a sister. Her name is Clarke and we are twins and nobody knows about us. That’s why they are sending me to the ground without knowing if it's survivable or not!” Throwing my hands up in the air I shouted getting frustrated that she was avoiding the truth.
Glass grasped my hand closest to hers. “Can I at least say goodbye before you send her down?”
“Yes. You can say goodbye, Glass.” My father nodded with a very weak expression.
Glass spun around on her feet, throwing her arms around me a second time. “I’m going to be praying that you make it. Because you are so much stronger and tougher than anybody thinks you are…may we meet again.” She sniffed back some tears once she had broken the embrace.
Squeezing her shoulders underneath my fingers I wiped away falling tears. “I will see you again, bestie. May we meet again.” From that day forward anyone else that came from the Ark couldn’t be trusted in my eyes.
I was born in space, but I became a Grounder.
Two guards drew the tent curtain opened on either side of me as I strolled inside with my shoulders back and head held high knowing who I was standing in front of at this very moment. The woman I now considered to be my Commander was seated on her throne of trees spinning a dagger in one hand until I paused in my step directly in front of her presence. “You summoned me, Heda.”
“I have an assignment for you. You are my best tracker and fighter in the ones up to take my place when my fight is over.” The Commander began speaking.
Brushing some of my loose hair from my eyes I had twisted one side of my hair into a braid and left the rest of it completely loose. “How have you chosen me to serve you today, Heda?”
“Anya has informed me that one of her scouts has stopped reporting the number of the sky invaders on our lands. I want you to set up camp near their camp and find out all you can about these sky people.”
Nodding my head in understanding I bowed my head down to her. “It will be done, Commander.”
“When you landed in our territory years ago I had many of my advisers tell me I should have just killed you right then and there.” I spun on my boots about to leave till she called for my attention again making me peek over my shoulder back at her. “I’m very proud that I made my own decision and kept you alive. You may have come from the sky but you’ve proven to be a true Earthborn, Warrior Cass.”
“I appreciate that I have your respect, Commander.” I smirked back at her spinning on my feet leaving her tent and heading off onto the assignment I had been given.
Days later I had moved into one of the nearby caves not too far from the sky camp. I sat on one of the middle ground branches hearing a small group of them coming in my direction. Wearing a pack of knives that were attached to a leather strap I scanned the area seeing a group of four guys running from one of the traps Lincoln had set up to catch reapers.
One of the guys that was wearing goggles on his head was screaming in the direction of some clan members that I knew about. “They can kill us whenever they want. Then they should get it over with! Come on! We know you're out there!”
“You want to kill us…” The second guy with long black hair grabbed the goggle wearing guy and slapped his hand over his mouth trying to shut him up.
“Bellamy!-“ The other sky person hollered to the one I was guessing was the leader of the group. I leaped down from the tree drawing out a flute with multiple darts inside of it, blowing into it I shot the other three in the neck and they collapsed out cold.
Raising myself up from my knees I bolted towards the last standing guy with curly raven hair. He tried to run at me but I twisted one of his arms around his back shoving him against the nearest tree. “I wouldn’t bother trying to call for help if I were you.” I whispered a warning in his ear, pressing a dagger to the back of his neck.
“You don’t scare me, grounder girl.” He growled back, doing his best to not show me any hint of fear.
Spinning him around pushing his back against the tree I soon realized that he was slightly taller than I was so I had to angle the blade up more than I originally thought I would have to. “I’m guessing you're their leader. I’ll give you a bit of advice, don’t put yourself out in the open unless you have a death wish.”
“Like I’ll ever take advice from the enemy.” The guy I heard them call Bellamy spat in my face. His dark brown eyes locked onto my green gaze.
Stepping away from him I tossed the dagger in my hand downwards towards his boots hearing a foghorn from somewhere else off in the distance. “Keep the blade you’re gonna need all the help you can get, Bellamy.”
“How the heck do you know my name? What the hell is yours, grounder?” He raised his tone, shifting his gaze from mine then down to the dagger at his feet.
I smirked hearing the horn noise getting louder telling me it was time to go. “I can’t give you the answer right away. Otherwise that gives away the game. See you around, Sky Boy.” Twirling on my feet I bolted into a run through the terrain leaving him too stunned in shock to chase after me.
It had been a few hours since the acid fog had cleared, meaning I could leave the entrance of Lincoln’s cave when I wanted to. Quietly entering the rest of the way inside Lincoln’s cave I saw a girl with dark black hair beginning to wake up. Hearing other footsteps running in I slipped behind the available space in the wall, making sure she or Lincoln didn’t see me watching them. The sky girl had managed to grab the keys and the group of boys that were with Bellamy helped her off the cave floor. She jumped into the goggles guy's arms. “How did you find me?”
“Followed him.” He chuckled in relief, hugging her back.
The girl broke the embrace and ran into Bellamy’s arms until he saw a spear laying beside a passed out Lincoln on the stone floor. “We should go. Now. Before he wakes up.”
“He's not gonna wake up.” Bellamy picked it, gripping the spear tightly in his hands.
The girl attempted to grab his wrist. “Bellamy, stop. He didn't hurt me. Let's just go.”
“They started this. Finn. Move.” He ignored her.
The guy that was bent down by an unconscious Lincoln noticed the horn he was wearing on his hip before Lincoln woke up and stabbed him in the belly where he collapsed onto the ground. “Foghorn.”
Bellamy raised the spear about to hurt Lincoln until I leaped out from hiding and up onto the older boy's back. “Argh! Get her off me-“ He struggled to grab a hold of me where I made him drop the weapon before he gripped my thighs throwing me off and onto my back harshly.
“Stop! That's my brother!” The young girl cried out moments after Bellamy and Lincoln went fighting over the spear till my friend grabbed it. He knocked the sky boy down pushing the weapon against his throat until she screamed.
I gasped sharply but wasn’t fast enough before the other guy hit him over the head and he fell unconscious. “Lincoln! - uhh you son of a bitch..” Scrambling to my feet I attempted to rush over to him but I felt a dart go into my neck making my vision blur, seeing Bellamy holding the dart flute up to his mouth seconds before everything went black.
Comments really appreciated ❤️

it struck me again that the that the grounders are a cult worshipping the commander/ glorified usb stick and at the time nobody (that i saw personally saw) noticed makes me insane
imagine if the writers realised that and had other characters noticed that Clarke was acting like a grounder because of the forced and isolated proximity to the cult and we talked about it
and of course not to mention season 7 and Bellamy but there are parallels there as well as he joined a cult after being exposed to it with forced and isolated proximity plus a few more things that i am sure to be missing
clarke's s3 journey is just so weird to see in retrospect because it's being framed as this "romeo + juliet" relationship that will then go on to determine the rest of her adult life & how the grounders are just like skaikru & bellamy / skaikru are totally in the wrong 100% rather than the entire situation just being a complete mess.
& no character shows this more imo than lincoln. lincoln dared to choose love & freedom over the clan he was born into, the clan that is utterly devoted to the commander & the cult religion they're all indoctrinated into & even in s3 when he is allies with clarke & lexa: lexa still has a kill order on him. lincoln cannot leave arkadia under threat of death which is one of the exact causes of his death. lincoln died because the cult he left ensured there was nowhere else he could run to without his life being in danger.
clarke going through that exact same isolation because she has no allies in polis beyond lexa, the one that she has this ooc & rushed relationship arc with that includes clarke having to kneel to her in front of everyone & then having her entire adult life revolve around this two day romance. it's all just so frustrating to see with clarke because this would be a pattern throughout the rest of her life & there is no one on her side wholeheartedly. they had to make bellamy extremely ooc also just so that he wouldn't help protect clarke in s5.
they, especially clarke, genuinely deserved better. & the grounders being glorified in the fandom is so weird to see considering as we've said, they're the epitome of a cult & only end up making characters lives worse.

my favourite headcanon for glass sorenson is that she came down with farm station and watched them murder luke right in front of her eyes (or kidnap him or something cause i love tragic lovers but she deserves to be happy) and so she’s one of the first people to join pike’s militia and turn vengeful, and her best friend wells (he lives too cause this is my canon now) is trying to get through to her but she won’t hear it cause all she wants is justice and to get her oldest friend clarke griffin out of polis and away from harm (they’re friends too fight me on this i dare you)
(also sorry about the tags i didn’t know i had that rant in me 😭😭)
#the 100#the 100 novels#kass morgan#glass sorenson#please explain to me why she wasn’t in the show#actually dont i dont want excuses 😭😭#shes my babyyyyy#and this is my favourite headcanon for her#i think that after everything that happened to her she deserved to stab someone#i also think having someone explicitly in the younger main cast who was affected by the farm station massacre would help highlight why they#refused to trust grounders and wanted vengeance for what happened to them#because it feels like the show was going for a whole black and white youre wrong thing#which sucked#cause you literally hear hannah and pike say that the CHILDREN who were just PLAYING IN THE SNOW were the first to die#and then the writers are like but how DARE they want retribution#also im sorry but lexa was so stupid to think the ice queens body would be enough#everyone was so for jus drein jus daun but when they demanded the grounders responsible it was literally never adressed#and they didn’t even see the ice queen die#lexa just wanted to hand them her body and be like okay its done now stop causing problems#also she did literal shit to help because a whole ass SEASON later some of farm station are still alive being held as SLAVES by the ones#who attacked them#and if the main group didnt go after the ship for ita resources they would have died their in praimfaya or died through the labour#like please explain to me why the writers just brushed this aside and then made BELAMY the guy who lost someone he loved and was manipulate#the villain of that season like the fuck????????#not saying they had a right to go around massacring villages im not an idiot that was too far but the people who are like oh they were#murdering children how could they 😔😔#like the grounders didnt kill children FIRST and get NO FUCKING CONSEQUENCES pisses me off to no end#also im really supposed to see skaikru as villains fot wanting vengeance when literally 99.99% of the grounders we meet wanted it and the#ones who didnt DIED for chosing peace because the rest refused to abadon violence like titus and lincoln literally say lexa would DIE for#wanting peace and changing her ways cause her people would MURDER her and yet skaikru were evil for wanting justice

Clan Building // funerals
Tumblr media
death in trigeda is almost viewed as a good thing, especially for those who died at war. a warriors death is a rewarding fate that most people hope for. trigeda people respect their dead, even those who were executed will be granted a respectful funeral despite what they may have done.
Tumblr media
a trigeda death ritual includes covering the bodies in cloth before preparing them for the flame. fire is trigeda’s preferred method of body disposal as they believe that “from the earth, we will grow. from the ashes, we will rise.”
Tumblr media
often times someone will give a speech of sorts before setting fire to the bodies. sometimes when a trigeda commander is currently holding the flame they will travel back to their territory to lead these funerals. they’ll say a few words and be on their way back to polis.
Tumblr media
with the death on any clans commander comes a funeral customary to their clan. when a trigeda commander dies they will be wrapped in cloth with a red powder spread over them courtesy of their nightbloods. after the nightbloods finish praying the commander will be burned on the roof of the tower while a red smoke sends a signal indicating the commanders passing.

Wanheda - THE 100 REWRITE Chapter Twenty
[THE 100 MASTERLIST]
Previous Chapter / Next Chapter
Summary: Ever since Clarke walked away from camp Arkadia, Bellamy, Michelle and the others had been looking everywhere for her, but they would never find her until she was ready to be found. They started hearing about a certain Wanheda after running into a bunch of Grounders during a mapping run outside the compound and things went downhill from there.
Words: 7.5k
Warnings: The 100 season 3 spoilers (episode 1 “Wanheda - Part 1″ & episode 2 “Wanheda - Part 2″), violence, blood, grief, head trauma
Bellamy grunted and groaned as he traded punches with Lincoln. He fell to the ground and got back up, hitting the grounder in the chest. The two young men made a demonstration of combat under the eyes of the teenagers of the Ark. In the last months, they regularly practiced to fight, under the teaching of Lincoln. Months. Michelle sighed at the thought that it had been 3 months already since Clarke left Camp Jaha, now named Arkadia, and disappeared from their radar. She had no idea where her best friend had gone off to and had to wait for her to resurface and come back. Murphy was sometimes on her mind as well. She wondered if they found this utopia that was the city of light, but she doubted that. She only hoped he was alive, somewhere. Leaning against the wall, arms crossed, standing a little behind the group watching Lincoln and Bellamy, she snapped out of her thoughts and her eyes drifted over his bare chest, detailing the bulging muscles of his body. She couldn't believe she would ever find Bellamy so attractive and yet a few months ago they had started to get closer. Purely physical at first, she felt her feelings for him change and get stronger, and for some reason she didn't even understand, she found herself pushing him away and distancing herself from him. She also wondered sometimes if the girlfriend he now had was to make her jealous, and let's say it did. Even if she refused to admit it.
She watched Bellamy get thrown over Lincoln shoulder and onto the ground while he held his punch back. The demonstration was over. He straightened up and turned to the group. Bellamy was still lying on the ground, catching his breath before getting on his feet.
“He had me, but he was too aggressive.” The crowd chuckled and the grounder looked at his opponent. The latter was putting on his t-shirt. “Quitting so soon?”
“Mapping run. Sector 7.”
“Harper, let’s get this over with.” She threw a bag at Lincoln, and he caught it effortlessly.
“The Council wants you to have that.”
“I’m Trikru.” He grabbed a uniform from inside the bag. It was a uniform worn by guards on the Ark.
“A uniform doesn’t change that. This is our home now, Lincoln. We fought for it. Too many of our friends died for it. On the Ark, the uniform meant something different. Down here, it means what we make it mean. Together.” He declared, pointing at the piece of clothing in his hand. “My sister will understand that eventually.”
“Pair up and fight. Now.” Lincoln instructed before following Bellamy to the bench. As they obeyed and began to practice on their own, Michelle fixed her gaze on Bellamy waiting for his talk with Lincoln to end so they could leave the training room. She wasn't staying to practice today, at least not yet. After the incident at Mount Weather, Abby told her to avoid physical effort for the next few months or the drill wound in her femur would never heal properly and though she was annoyed by this constraint, she couldn't go against it, and it made her team up with Bellamy less anyway since she didn't go on missions outside the camp. After a minute, Bellamy walked toward her and looked at her nodding his head towards the door as she followed him outside. They could both feel the awkwardness between them when they were together. It was palpable. But both acted like they didn't took notice of it, preferring to behave as if there was nothing between them. Bellamy probably thought that was what she wanted him to do, and it wasn't, but she felt like she couldn't tell him that. Their relationship was most definitely too weird now.
They walked in silence to a door, glancing at each other from the corner of their eyes when the other wasn't looking. Bellamy knocked and opened the door. Kane was standing in front of a sector map he had drawn on a board and motioned for them to be quiet and come forward. Abby was sleeping on a couch not far from them.
“It’s the Chancellor’s first sleep in two days.” He said quietly.
“I’ll be quick, then. We’re going into Sector 7. I think we should arm the entire unit.”
“Permission granted. But the rules of engagement still apply. Nonlethal response.”
“Copy that.” He proceeded to walk back to the door and leave when Kane called him.
“Bellamy… There hasn’t been an attack since Mount Weather. It’s three months. Our people believe that this is real peace. Try not to screw that up.”
“Yes, sir.” He nodded with a tight smile and turned around. Michelle was about to follow suit with him as she was supposed to accompany him on this mapping run this time around. Her father gently grabbed her arm.
“What? I can still go right? My leg feels fine.”
“Be careful.” She nodded, giving him a reassuring smile, and jogged to catch up with Bellamy down the hallway. Hearing her footsteps behind him, he took a peek over his shoulder, slowing down his pace and walked with her to search out Monty for the mapping run. The latter was sitting at a table when they arrived.
“Monty, why aren’t you ready?” Bellamy asked.
“I am. He’s not.” He simply said, glancing behind him. Bellamy and Michelle followed his gaze and saw Jasper sprawled on the ground, passed out drunk under a table. The three of them walked towards him. “What should we do?”
“We should leave him this time.”
“He’s not getting better. Maya’s death broke him.” He continued, concerned for his best friend. Insisting that he needed this, Bellamy exhaled. They each took an arm to help her up and Michelle sighed quietly before walking after them. The two sat him down when a voice reached their ears. Michelle glanced towards where it rose from and saw Gina, Bellamy's girlfriend. She couldn’t help but cross her arms, rolling her eyes and looking away when she saw them kiss, turning her head the opposite direction. She didn’t even try to hide her annoyance in front of Monty. He was a friend she could trust, there was no point in pretending she didn’t feel anything seeing him with her. She felt that he was looking at her and avoided his gaze.
“What is it?”
“Nothing.” He shrugged and walked away. She jumped at the chance to go further from Bellamy and Gina and accompanied him, leaving Jasper dozing off against the car.
“If you follow me then it’s not ‘nothing’, Michelle.” He grabbed a bucket and began to fill it with water. “I don’t understand what’s up with you and Bellamy.”
“Well, I don’t know… It’s just— It’s nothing.” She glanced at the car. Bellamy was busy with a bag near the vehicle, talking with Raven and Nate. He met her gaze and she looked away. Monty nodded and walked back to Jasper, taking their peers by surprise when he threw the bucket of water in his face. Michelle was kind of sad. He was a good friend but if she had Clarke to talk to it would be very different. Maybe she wouldn’t even have pushed Bellamy away in the first place and things wouldn’t be like this. She couldn’t blame Bellamy though. She showed him she liked him and when it got more serious, she stepped away without warning. He had probably been hurt by her gesture, but she couldn't do anything about it now. It was too late. She had to focus on helping them until they finally found Clarke.
“I’m sorry, was that too cold?” Jasper looked up at him through his eyebrows and started screaming as he slammed him against a wall. The sudden anger that had driven him seemed to leave and he let go of Monty. Bellamy walked up to him and gave him a bulletproof vest.
“No gun for you. Not until you’re sober.”
“Don’t want one.” Before walking away, he mimed a military salute and slightly slapped Bellamy's face, making him turn his head in reflex. Michelle watched for a few seconds, her arms hanging down at her sides before she decided to walk over to get a bulletproof vest and a gun, passing Bellamy without a glance. When he was his back to her, she looked at him getting a kiss from Gina before leaving and the two young women exchanged looks as Michelle got in the back of the rover next to Bellamy, while Raven and Jasper sat at the front.
“She’s too good for you.” Raven taunted.
“Shut up.”
“Careful. Monty might melt her.” Monty turned to Jasper, about to retort something but Bellamy stopped him.
“Raven… take us out.” She nodded and started the car. Nate closed the doors and the hangar door opened, revealing Octavia on horseback in front of the vehicle. They drove across Arkadia and followed her through the woods. Jasper had headphones on and started singing along the music he was listening to. Everyone in the car looked at him and Monty pulled the earphone out.
“No way. If you’re gonna ride shotgun, you can’t just disappear.” When Jasper went to connect his MP3 to the car system, Bellamy kept Monty from stopping him.
“It’s okay. It’s a long ride.” Quickly, Jasper began singing, joined by Raven and Nate who were enjoying the music. It was honestly not bad, but Michelle barely sketched a smile, letting her head rest against the wall, looking out the tiny, barred window on the back. She straightened up when she saw Jasper get up in the car and join them in the back to stick his head out the opening in the roof of the rover. The party was quickly over when the radar started bipping. Raven cut the music and made the car go to a halt.
“A tracking beacon from the Ark.” Monty exclaimed as he got on the passenger seat.
“Who is that?” Bellamy inquired.
“Farm Station.”
“After four months? How?” Nate wondered, glancing at Bellamy.
“We’ll find out. Where are they?” The car doors opened on Octavia, asking if she had missed the party.
“Sector 8.” Monty added.
“That’s Ice Nation.” Michelle said, frowning.
“What about it”?
“The protocole says we go home. Let the Chancellor decide what to do next.” Raven explained.
“Screw protocole. The Chancellor’s not from Farm Station. Monty is. So is Miller’s boyfriend. It’s your call.” Bellamy looked at Monty and Miller, leaving them the choice of action on this one and Monty almost immidietaly agreed to it. Octavia closed the door and they left for the Ice Nation territory. Michelle knew this wasn’t a good idea and it would at some point go sideways, not that she felt bad for going against the orders they had been given but she was thinking about how her father told her to be careful and she was not doing that at all. Even though her leg was healing, she had been warned by Abby to go easy on it or the drill wounds into her bones would always and forever weaken the strength in her limb. The scar on her hand was still barely healed as well, prominent, and pinkish across her palm. She would never fully recover her mobility and strength in her hand as nerves had been severed but the upside to that was that she no longer felt anything in the palm of her hand, neither pain nor hot nor cold.
Tumblr media
When the car stopped again, they all quickly got out. Michelle and Bellamy looked around the forest that stretched before them. The sun was hidden by the clouds as the day progressed and they were bathed in a dull whitish light.
“These woods must be the border.”
“So wher’s all the ice?” Jasper asked, walking nonchalantly.
“Much further north.” Octavia stepped next to her brother. “Azgeda stretches for 1,000 miles.”
“Good thing we only have to go 200 meters.” Monty was leaning over the GPS in his hands, not looking ahead of him. Bellamy stopped him in his tracks, reminding him of the rules. They couldn’t engage with lethal forces if they crossed path with people from the Ice Nation. Knowing these people weren’t the most peaceful, it was really a rule setting them up for danger.
“Tight formation on my command. Raven, you stay in the rover.”
“We need every gun we’ve got.” Octavia then declared. As Monty watched the progression of the beam on the radar, telling them how much closer the people were getting, Michelle stared in front of her, holding her gun secured in her grip. Her scarred hand supported the barrel of the weapon. None of them moved a finger. Bellamy held his gun up, getting ready to fire, just in case.
“They’re our people. What are you—”
“We hope they’re our people.” On Bellamy’s command, they all aimed as they saw a bunch of horses coming towards them.
“Ice Nation?”
“Yes. White war paint.” She confirmed her brother’s question. There were three of them, on horses as white as the paint on their faces. Bellamy and the others lowered their guns. Octavia quietly advised them to stay calm and she raised her hands in peace as she approached the riders. They began to speak in trigedasleng. “They think we’re looking for Wanheda.”
“Who’s that?” Bellamy spoke for all of them when he asked this. Michelle frowned in confusion, wondering who it was and why it was even brought up. It must have a signification in their language, but they didn’t have the translation needed to understand. Even Octavia had no idea who that was. An Azgeda rider took a step towards her. Monty noticed a red light hanging from his bag. That was the beacon they had noticed on the radar. Out of the blue, Jasper walked up to them, ignoring Bellamy telling him to come back. He decided to act on his own at the worst time he could have chosen.
“Tell them we observe the Commander’s truce. Do it now.” Octavia hurried to do as her brother asked and she spoke in their language again, with a sense of urgency in her voice. They had to avoid losing control of the situation. Jasper straight up snatched the beacon, and the rider got a hold of him, holding a blade up to his neck. Michelle didn’t understand what he said after, but she made out the word wanheda again. Whoever that was, they were eager to find them. The two other riders bent their bows. Octavia seemingly tried to talk to them, but Jasper ruined any possible effort they could make and smiled as if he found the whole thing so funny. They never should have brought him on this run with them. He was too affected and messd up by what happened at Mount Weather and that had made him too reckless. His behavior was going to put them all at risk and of course things went downhill with the arrogant smile that grew on his face. The rider pressed the blade of his knife against the side of his throat, drawing blood and a shot was fired by each one of them until Bellamy ordered them to hold their fire, which they did but the two riders had fallen heavily from their mounts.
“Jasper, get down.” He kneeled and Octavia threw her machete at the last Azgedan standing, stabbing him neatly in the chest. The latter fell after stumbling. Just after the fight had ceased, they heard Kane's voice coming from the radio in the rover. It all got blew up in the first place because of Jasper. Michelle clenched her jaw, giving him a stare as she trotted around the car, her hand on the car door while Bellamy took the radio. Octavia took care of helping him up anyway. She leaned him against the vehicule while Miller got the aidkit out. As annoying as he was, he was still bleeding from his neck.
“We had to shoot three Ice Nation scouts.” There was no immediate response, so he insisted. “Culvert. Sector 4, copy. Will you tell me what’s going on?”
“When you get here. Out.”
“Sector 4? Why’s Kane so far outside the wall?” Michelle enquired, glancing at Raven standing beside her. It seemed like she was about to ask the exact same thing. He didn’t say anything and went to the others, shouting for them to get Jasper back home. They were knee-deep in a shit load of trouble because of his stupid behavior.
“Miller. Get one of their horses. Raven, since you can’t ride, you’re on the back. Monty, Michelle, you’re with me. Let’s go.” They all nodded to the instructions he gave them. While the others left on horseback, heading back to Camp Arkadia, Michelle, Monty and Bellamy climbed in the car and drove all the way to the entrance of a large tunnel. They jumped out and stayed on the look out.
“You were right about Jasper. Okay? Is that what you want me to say?”
“Quiet. Keep your eyes peeled. I could’ve said no.”
“He’s getting worse, isn’t he? I mean, getting drunk every night is one thing, but smiling with a knife to your throat, that’s next level damaged.”
“Exactly.” Michelle said quietly, staring ahead of her as she saw movement in the dense bushes and trees in front of them. The tall figure of her father appeared, followed by someone. The three of them held their guns low.
“Who’s he with?”
“Indra. He must’ve told her we broke the truce.” Bellamy added before walking to meet them. “Sir, before you say anything, there was a good reason—”
“I’ll deal with that later. This is about Clarke.”
“Clarke?” Michelle’s face suddenly relaxed as she looked at him, her lips parted. She quickly shook off the puzzlement she felt and continued. “What about her?”
“She’s being hunted.” Indra stated with a serious tone.
“By who?” Monty asked.
“By everyone.”
“So, she’s Wanheda.” Michelle quickly figured the person the Azgedan scouts were looking for, and that they kept calling wanheda, was most likely Clarke herself. Even if it didn’t really made sense to her now, there was no other reasoning possible. Bellamy contained his shock but when he looked at her, he couldn’t hide it from her. Just by sharing a simple look, they knew they would both be ready to do anything to save Clarke, wherever she might be and their shared love for her brought them together no matter what state their relationship was in. Even if they happened to hate each other, they would still be prepared to team up. Fortunately enough, they did not in fact hate each other. It was rather the opposite.
With Monty at the wheel, Michelle climbed in the back with the two newcomers, sitting next to her father as they drove through the forest. Indra seemed disconcerted and made uneasy by the tremors of the vehicle when a wheel hit a pothole in the road.
“I’m still getting used to it myself.” Kane admitted sofly.
“Sir, we’re almost out of range. Are you sure you don’t wanna tell the Chancellor?”
“I’m sure.” He told Monty. “I don’t wanna worry Abby until we know something.”
“We know there is a kill order. You people are big on those.”
“It’s not a kill order. It’s a bounty.” Indra corrected. “Clarke’s a symbol. She’s known as Wanheda. Seems like Michelle was the first to make the connection.”
“What does Wanheda means?” Michelle leaned on her knees, clasping her hands together. Indra turned her head towards her, silent for a second.
“It means, Commander of Death.”
“The Ice Nation guys we killed asked about Wanheda. They’re looking for Clarke. Why?” Bellamy spoke.
“My people believe that when you kill someone, you get their power. Kill Wanheda and you command death.”
“She’s just one girl.” Michelle glanced at her father as she straightened up and listened quietly. Maybe it wasn’t a kill order that Clarke was the target of but all in all, she would end up killed by someone. They had to do something to prevent that.
“So was the Commander. What Clarke did at Mount Weather weakened her. The Ice Nation is emboldened. Their Queen wants Clarke’s power. If her people believe she has it, she’ll break the coalition and start a war. I can’t let that happen.” A beeping noise started sounding at the front of the rover and Monty let them know they finally reached Sector 7. He asked where to go now and Indra’s voice rose again. “If she’s here, she’ll need supplies. We’ll start at the trading posts.”
Night fell quickly, and it was pitch-black outside with only the rover's headlights and moon as lights. It was silent too. Until Monty suddenly braked. Though unsettled and taken by surprised, Michelle was well seated and wouldn’t have fallen but Kane grabbed her arm. They looked out the windshield and saw the reason why Monty had stopped the car in the middle of nowhere. There was a large tree trunk lying across the road. They had to move it. Before Monty and Bellamy jumped out the vehicle, Indra stopped them.
“It’s been cut down.” If that was the truth it would mean this was a set up to catch them the moment, they stepped out of the car. Of course, Bellamy doubted her word and stood through the moon roof to take a look. The silence that followed was brief. Another tree crashed to the ground and Bellamy ducked back into the car. Now they knew for sure that Indra was right.
Tumblr media
“It’s been three hours. What are they waiting for?” Bellamy was growing impatient and annoyed at whoever was out there. The sun had risen outside and yet none of them could see anything to report around them, after they had now been stuck in the car the whole night.
“I say we make a run for it.”
“No. That’s what they want us to do.” Kane disagreed with Monty as he looked out the rear doors window. But if they couln’t go outside, there wasn’t many things they could do. Indra argued.
“The boy is right. They can wait longer than we can.”
“Okay, Bellamy. You get in the turret, and you cover us. Once we get to that ridge over ther, we’ll cover you.”
“Copy that. Run fast.” He stood up, opening the roof and they tightened their grip on their guns when he let them know that the people prying on them were already here. A man's muffled voice ordered them out, or maybe Bellamy did. The latter was pulled out the vehicle. Kane and Michelle exclaimed in surprise when he was lifted out the rover. They let go of their weapons, with Indra reluctantly doing the same. The metal of her sword clanged as it fell. The moment the door’s handle was turned down, they were pulled out the car violently and thrown on the ground in a concert of gruntings before being all pinned down. Her head held against the dirt, Michelle’s eyes swept over the people around them and watched two of them make Monty stand up. One snatched the beacon from him. He yelled to get it back, but Bellamy called out to him, and a masked woman picked up on his name. It was his mother. The woman took off her mask and drew her son into a hug. It was clear how relieved she was to have found him alive and well, safe and sound.
Michelle looked away, swallowing harshly. It was a sweet and sour sight for her as it only reminded her that her own mother was gone. She would never have the chance to experience such a moment and could only be reunited with her in death, but she was barely 18 so if she played smart at survival, she would still live for quite a while. Knowing that she would never see her mother ever again in this lifetime hurt her in ways she never imagined. She could feel this gaping hole in her heart that would never be filled again. The loss of her mother was still so fresh too. It was an open wound that felt like it would never heal but at least she had found another parent, although she would have preferred to have her mother as well as her father by her side. She blinked heavily to force the tear blurring her sight to fall and roll down her cheek while Monty hugged his mother in a tight embrace, sobbing.
“Pike?”
“You have no idea how good it is to see you.” He declared laughing and with a big smile on his face, holding out his hand to help him up. Michelle and Bellamy kind of glanced at each other as they were still pinned to the ground, a blade to their throats. “Lacroix, Smith, watch our six. Everyeon else, I said stand down.”
The man holding her down released her and she rolled on her back, leaning on her elbow to sit up. She caught her father's gaze as she furtively wiped away the tear and she took the hand he offered to help her up in turn. He gave her a compassionate and fatherly look, putting a comforting hand at the back of her head, softly stroking her hair with his thumb. He didn’t need to do much thinking to understand why she had gotten teary. There was a hint of sadness in his eyes too as he looked at her. His hand slid to her shoulders as they looked towards Monty and his mother. The latter spun around, looking for someone.
“Where’s dad?”
“Your father didn’t make it.” After a second of heavy silence, they stepped into a hug. Michelle watched them for a moment while Kane addressed Pike.
“How many of you are there?”
“63. The rest are camped in the mountains north of here.” He raised his voice, talking to the survivors around him, drawing Michelle's attention back to him. “Grounders killers one and all. Am I right?”
They joined into a yelling cry, and it got Michelle frowning. Her judging and defying stare got him looking directly at her. He squinted his eyes and started observing the proximity there was between Kane and her. She had forgotten but it was true that no one beside Abby had ever known she was Kane’s child. Her mother had always kept it a secret who the father of her kid was. Pointing a finger towards her, he parted his lips.
“Michelle Cartwig, right? I’d recognize that look of defiance anywhere. You always stared at me like this when I was teaching you.” She sketched a tight smile as he gave her a heavy pat on the shoulder that was meant to be friendly.
“Hate to cut this short. We gotta find Clarke.” Bellamy stepped in, unknowingly stopping this awkward interaction for Michelle. They had no time to waste on top of everything, so she didn’t need to be reminded that she always looked mad during Earth Skills lessons.
“Clarke Griffin?” He nodded. “If only all of my Earth Skills students were as good as her.”
“It’s good to see you, sir.” They shared a handshake, chuckling. Kane then asked for the tree to be moved from the road and Pike motioned for the rest of the Farm Station survivors to help them do so. Michelle knew she wouldn’t be of much help with the reduced strength of her hand, but she wanted to walk away from Pike. She had never liked people in position of authority and though the incident in which she spat at Kane, the news of the assault on a guard had spread all over the Ark. Monty joined Michelle and Bellamy “Are you okay?”
“I have to be.” They grunted as they bent over the trunk and proceeded to push it out of the way together. It didn’t take them much time to get things done and they walked back to the others.
“Kane, it’s time to go.” After Bellamy called out to him, the councilman instructed Monty to give the coordinates to Arkadia so they could go there on their own while they looked for Clarke’s whereabouts.
Tumblr media
When they arrived at the trading post, they heard noises of commotion in the building. Bellamy walked through the door first and shot the guy attacking the worker inside. She stood up in panic, stumbling as she found her footing, her face covered in blood as she watched them enter. Indra checked out the dead grounder, telling the group that it was a bounty hunter. He must have been after Clarke like everyone else they crossed paths with until now. She talked to the woman in their language and Michelle frowned at Pike when he insisted that they converse in English, for no reason. Kane told him to go search the perimeter with Monty and his mother, to make sure there was no one else lurking around the area. It was easy to tell that in the future, Pike would be a pain in the ass. There was a reason why Michelle had never been very obeidient and nice when he was her teacher. She didn’t like the guy. Watching him walk out, she turned back to Indra who had resumed talking. From what she gathered; she told her they were looking for Wanheda but she seemed wary to speak
“Please. She’s in danger.” Bellamy said.
“You’re Skaikru?” Finding this out seemed to loosen her tongue a bit. “She was here last night.”
“Did she say where she was going?” Kane stepped forward.
“No. She was here when I fell asleep, and gone when I woke up.”
“She gave you any indication of where she might go?”
“No. But he did. He said that his partner came back for her. It was Ice Nation.” Bellamy, Kane and Michelle shared a glance. They had already had a run in with Ice Nation people before. It didn't look good. Monty walked back inside. They all turned to him.
“Good news. I found fresh tracks.”
“Great. Start the Rover.”
“That’s the bad news.” He looked at Bellamy. “Too many trees. We have to go on foot.”
Michelle let the others out first and turned when she heard the woman's voice behind her. “I hope you find her.” She gave her a strong nod before following suit and joining her peers outside. They had to track down Clarke before anything bad happened to her because it would if they wasted too much time. Coming out of the forest, they crossed a large field, on the lookout. Being in such a big and open place was almost less reassuring than being in a crowded forest. There was no way for them to know if someone was watching them from the treetops or following them around in the high grass. As they walked, Michelle heard the others talk behind her and Kane until Indra, who had stopped in her tracks, asked them to be quiet as she looked in the distance. Maybe she had spotted something.
“Listen.”
“War drums.” Kane noted. Michelle looked around and she heard them too. Now that she has pointed it out. She just noticed the consistency of the rumbling sound going on in the background.
“Azgeda.”
“You can tell it’s Ice Nation from the sound?” Monty was puzzled.
“No. From them.” They followed her gaze and saw the bodies lying around. Michelle counted three of them dead.
“We need to get those bodies off the field. Unless you’re good with them thinking we did this.” Kane dropped to one knee; his weapon raised in front of him. The others ran to the bodies to get them off the field because on that one Pike was right, they couldn’t afford to have Azgeda think they killed some of their own. Michelle went along with the others, jogging towards the corpses when Bellamy saw people coming. He looked through the precision scope of his firearm.
“It’s Clarke.” Michelle froze and turned to him. They had been running after her the whole day, looking for her everywhere for months and she was right here and there on the very same field in which they stood. He started running but Pike stopped him in his course. She jogged towards them as the young man shouted for him to get out of his way.
“You’ll never make it in time.”
“He’s right. Look.” Bellamy listened to Monty and looked through the scope again. Michelle did the same and noticed the Azgedan troops marching out of the forest. She then resumed approaching the three of them. “No way we’d get across without being seen.”
“We should lay low, let the army pass. Then we find Clarke.” Michelle looked down, thinking. She wasn’t so in on just waiting it out. If they did so, they would lose their opportunity to get Clarke while she was there. She could tell Bellamy wasn’t so happy about what Pike was telling them they should do right now.
“Guys, there’s a cave.” Monty then showed them a dark opening in the trees.
“I can’t go with you.” Indra declared.
“Why?” Kane looked up at her as he was kneeling beside one of the bodies. He stood back up while the rest of them took care of dragging the body out of the open field.
“Ice Nation has crossed the border. They’re marching against my commander. I have to warn her.”
“We’ll get Clarke.”
“You better. If the Ice Queen gets her first, she’ll be dead. And we’ll be at war.” She warned before leaving them. They carried the bodies into the cave and waited. Michelle leaned against the wall, behind her father as the later stood with Pike and watched Bellamy pacing, constantly looking outside. She felt as restless as him, tapping her foot on the ground but for the time being, she got herself to focus on her hand to distract herself. She ran her thumb along the scar that barred her hand, scraping her fingernail on the tissue but because nerves had gotten severed, she felt nothing and could barely flex her fingers. She used her good hand to force it to close it into a fist, but she couldn’t hold it in that position for very long. She looked up when Bellamy came up to them.
“We’re losing her.” He said, anxious.
“Relax. Save your energy.”
“Kane’s right, son. The army will move soon. You’ll need your strength for what comes next.” He reluctantly gave in and went near the entrance. Michelle let herself slide to the ground, sitting cross-legged, staring at her hand as she held it closed. For some reason, maybe out of pure boredom or to cope with how worried she felt, she grabbed a dry pine needle and started picking at her scar. She couldn't feel anything, so she didn't know if she was going too hard on it, but she didn't care and kept doing so until her father, who had sat on a large rock next to her, stopped her from hurting herself. She just looked up at him and sighed crossing her arms when Monty’s voice broke the heavy silence in the cave.  He crouched in front of his mother.
“I need to know what happened.” Michelle watched him and gulped. It reminded her of when she was told how her own mother died following the bombing in the Ark. The thought that it was at that time, that with her last breath she told Kane he was Michelle’s father got her to purse her lips to keep them from quivering. When she lashed out at him, he already knew. It took a second for Monty’s mother to start telling him.
“We landed in the snow. Your father said it absorbed some of the impact. That’s why we survived. The snow looked so beautiful.” Her voice cracked as she started sobbing and she called Pike’s name so he would continue telling Monty the story for her. Michelle stood up and Kane scooted over so she could sit beside him.
“The children were playing in it. They were the first to die. 15 of them.” Michelle tilted her face forward as she leaned on her knees, running her thumb up and down her scar. What hearing the tragic story made her feel had nothing to do with what happened, but it led her to think of her mother, again. She pursed her lips as her hair fell over her face, hiding her fight against the rising tears. She held them back, closing her eyes for a second as her father gently stroked her back before putting his arm around her shoulders. She felt hesitation in his gesture but seeing that she wasn't pushing him away, he held her close. “If not for your father, would have been more. He pulled four kids back into the ship. All four alive today. They got him when he went back for the fifth. Your father died a hero, Monty. We’ve been fighting Grounders ever since.”
“That was the Ice Nation.” Pike turned his head to Kane. “Not all Grounders are the same.”
“They are to me.” His response sure put an end to the conversation. He was so stubborn with his view and opinion on Grounders that it would have been impossible for anyone to convince him of the opposite.
Afterwards, Monty began to explain how they got out of Mount-Weather. Michelle sighed and stood up to stretch her legs. She had noticed Bellamy eyeing the bodies on the ground and one look suffised for them to read each other’s mind. Neither of them was willing to wait any longer before going after Clarke and if they really waited for the army to pass, it would take a while. Behind the backs of the other four who were all too busy listening to Monty, they stole clothing and masks from the dead Grounders and slipped among the troops outside. They stayed very close to each other and behaved as if they belonged in this army. At some point, another warrior came face to face with Bellamy and they stared at each other before he grabbed his shoulders and turned him in the right direction. Michelle stared straight ahead with a conviction she knew was fake and followed suit. The Grounder then walked past them, yelling commands to the others. Once he was a few feet away, his back turned to them, Michelle nodded to Bellamy, and they continued their way in the direction they had seen their friend last. Once in the forest, they removed mask and hood and saw blood at an entrance with stairs sinking into the ground. Pulling out their knives, they glared at each other, and Michelle let Bellamy take the lead. They took careful steps and looked around from where they stood until they noticed someone tied to a pole. They could only see the hands on the sides, so they approached and found Clarke. They were both so relieved that they smiled but as he pulled down the gag in her mouth, she shouted to warn them, but someone came out of the shadows behind Michelle and grabbed her forcefully. She struggled, and as Bellamy raised his knife to attack, the man brought the blade to her throat to dissuade him.
“No, please. Please don’t. I’ll do anything. I’ll stop fighting. Just please, don’t kill her.” Clarke begged him to spare her, her voice getting shaky. Michelle let out a sigh of relieve when he released the blade from her throat but suddenly, he threw the knife at Bellamy, stabbing him in the leg, making him yell of pain as he fell to the ground and he threw Michelle against the wall, hitting her head. She swallowed harshly, rolling on her side. She didn’t lose consciousness but was disoriented and in pain as a sensation of odd warmth seized her head. She couldn’t hear or see what was happening around her as she tried to get up. It felt as if the world was spinning around her, leading her to stumble around and losing her balance only to catch herself on the pole to which Clarke was tied up a moment before except that both she and the man were now gone. The ringing in her ears eventually subdued and she saw Bellamy on the ground. She leaned on the pole, closing her eyes to try to cope with the searing headache she had and called out to him but when she tried to stand on her own and take a step towards him, she felt pulled in the opposite direction, her head spinning and caught herself on the pillar. She threw up but because she hadn't eaten anything since, they left for the mapping run yesterday, she had only bile to get out and it left her throat burning and feeling sore. She took a few tottering steps and leaned forward on her knees, moaning.
“Michelle?” Hearing the worried tone of Bellamy's voice mixed with the pain from getting stabbed and knocked out, she managed to straighten up, stumbling a bit.
“Are you okay?” Her voice sounded castling. She cleared her throat and coughed, looking at the blood-soaked area around the wound on his leg. She helped him up, each leaning on the other for support. He groaned.
“Your head.” As she was about to dismiss his concerns because she had already noticed her head was hurting and acting up, she felt something get on her eye and went to rub it but looking at her hand she saw her fingers were tinged with red. Her head injury wasn't just vertigo and nausea, there was blood dripping on her forehead. She needed to get to Arkadia and get checked by Abby quickly in case of a concussion, but she downplayed it and shrugged. For now, they had to get out of here and she had to suck it up. She took a deep breath and tried to act as if she was completely fine, wiping the blood from his forehead. Her hair stuck to her temple. Maybe it would hide her head injury a little. They slowly climbed up the stairs, grunting and groaning, leaning on the walls and then the trees around them as they walked through the forest. After a few minutes, they heard Monty's voice calling their names and they slopped against a tree. Michelle let go of Bellamy and almost crashed to the ground, but he grabbed her waist and she stabilized herself.
“We told you to wait for the army to move.” Kane reached them, Pike and Monty’s mother were right behind the two, a little further away.
“What happened?” Monty looked them up and down, worried for his friends and Kane’s eyes landed on the wound on his leg.
“We almost had her.” Bellamy said, panting.
“Pike, find their trail.” He grabbed his daughter’s face in his hand, taking a closer look to her face after no doubt noticing a slight reddish tinge to his forehead or maybe she was bleeding again. It was probably more the latter given the urgency in his need to check on her. He ran his finger to brush the hair out of her face and found it stiff and sticking together with blood.
“It’s useless. He knows he’s being followed now.”
“Hey. You can’t even walk.” Kane stopped Bellamy as he tried to leave and because they were holding onto each other, Michelle was dragged along with him. He pushed him against the tree to keep him in place and despite all her efforts, Michelle let out a shaky moan, closing her eyes to get her head to stop spinning. She pushed Bellamy’s arm and sat on the ground, holding her head in her hands.
“So what? We give up? Let him kill her?” He groaned as he took a few steps, stopped by Monty trying to talk some sense into him. Michelle wanted to go after Clarke as bad as he did, but she couldn’t think straight, she couldn’t think at all without her head hurting like hell.
“We can’t lose Clarke!” She lifted her head, looking at Bellamy when he cried out. She tried to stand up on her own and her father kept her from falling over. He held her face in his hand as she closed her eyes, gulping. Throwing his gun over his back, he picked up Michelle and carried her in his arms despite her faint protests insisting that she could walk but he knew she might have a concussion and he wasn't ready to let her take any further risks. He would be mad at her when she wouldn't be bleeding anymore and could stand without closing her eyes.

sorry but it made me laugh that you can't see bell and clarke as anything other than familial but you can take away the sibling thing from bell and octavia lmao 😭 it's definitely a fixation on lexa!george i suppose (/lh ofc)
but also i can't really imagine sapnap as bell, beside dream i don't think i could see anyone as him
Nono yeah i totally get it and i deserve the shame.
Its also maybe bc Bellamy just isnt my favorite character? Like he has his moments but overall im just like very "meh" about Bell so like in my own lil au brain world Clarke and Lexa are the only two characters to exist ever

bellamy loved sharing a tent with you. he loved being able to brush the hair from your face as you slept soundly while he stared at the tent ceiling, wishing sleep would come over him. he loved waking up to you giggling, pushing him to get up as he slept half the day away.
but it was mornings like this, when he was met with the sight of you leaving that he groaned to himself, hands on his eyes. "where are you going, sweetheart?" pasting his softest tone.
you shimmied the wide-legged jeans up your legs, grinning as you swiped his jacket, not your own. "'m gonna go see octavia." she was currently in the smokehouse, cooking. it was some punishment for something devious she'd done with her grounder boyfriend, 'lincoln'.
"princess." his tone was a warning. "she's in the meat tent for a reason, it's not punishment if her best friend goes and visits her."
you weren't too sure why she was being punished, you weren't sure about a lot of things around here. all you knew was that the group weren't too fond of lincoln seeing as he was a grounder but he saved octavia's life once and had done nothing but be kind to her since. that was enough to get him in your good books.
"okay, then i'll be really mean to her." slipping on your shoes and sticking them out to him.
he rolled his eyes, sighing before sitting upwards. he bent down to tie the laces of your shoes, knowing that he should be up by now already. "no you won't."
you ignored him anyway, smiling as you seated yourself on his lap. he wore his black jeans, that you swore up and down about when he wore to sleep and was currently topless.
"i'll be back to you before lunch." pressing a chaste kiss to your lovers cheek, smiling softly.
you left the tent with a pep in your step, hearing bellamy yell the words, "and tell my sister to stop stealing my girlfriend!" but you only grinned, walking quicker.
everyone was out now, bellamy seemed to be the last awake. you smiled at clarke on your way, deeming her a good friend by now and opening the curtain to the meat tent.
"hi, o." octavia whipped around, grinning at you.
"finally." she scoffed. "next time you see my brother, tell him to stop hogging my best friend."
a smile forced its way on your lips at the mere thought. octavia and bellamy were so alike yet they'd never know, both too stubborn to ever admit it. your eyes trailed to the other person in the meat tent. it was john murphy, infamous around the camp right about now. "oh, hi murphy." a friendly smile gracing your lips. he helped you and many others out when you got sick, it was only fair to return the kindness.
"hey, y/n." though he didn't miss the way octavia nudged your side causing you to frown at her. it was safe to say that they weren't the biggest fans of each other right about now.
your eyes trailed across your best friend, seeing her face glisten. "do you want me to take your jacket? you're sweating."
"good idea, thanks." before the girl could shimmy the jacket off and pile it in your hands, the sound of someone else's voice filled the tent, not murphy's either.
"let's get this party smokin'!" del was a member of bellamy's posse, the one you weren't so fond of, tossing firewood into the fire causing you to frown.
octavia must have shared the same expression. "you don't want the fire too big so maybe just try to knock it down with some wet leaves." you were too embarrassed to open your mouth, inching your way closer to octavia. you never found yourself one to speak freely in front of others.
"you get that from your boyfriend?" the boy retaliated. "grounder-pounder."
but as shy as you may have been, your face suddenly contorted to a deeper frown. you looked at octavia who merely kept quiet, turning and fixing the hanging meat. luckily, murphy spoke instead. "she's right. a hot fire isn't gonna preserve the meat as well."
"can't take the heat? get out of the smokehouse." he looked between the two, knowing better than to throw around looks to you. "you should be kissing our asses for being back allowed in this camp."
"leave them alone." your shaky voice still managed to speak, you followed the boy despite octavia grasping your arm. "i'll tell bellamy."
the boy suddenly froze in his tracks. he turned to look at you, biting his lip with a scoff before turning back around, leaving.
you sighed awkwardly, wishing the entire encounter hadn't happened but as soon as you turned around, you felt smoke engulf you. del should have listened when octavia told him to lay it off with the leaves. you found arms engulfing you, octavia's familiar scent filling your nose. she all but dragged you out of the smokehouse.
the tent went up in flames faster than you could blink.
octavia passed you off to bellamy while a cough ripped at your throat. bellamy questioned his sister's wellbeing, she stated that she was fine, dragging a hand across her forehead. "you okay? are you hurt?"
you shook your head, coughing while bellamy wrapped a hand on the back of your head.
"this is all your fault." murphy stood, his hands outstretching as he pushed del backwards. "we told you it was too much wood!"
bellamy only let go of you once del and murphy began throwing swings at one another, as if it would change a thing. he split the two up, yelling at everyone to stop.
silence engulfed the group. you were next to octavia, a gentle hand rubbing on her back, her face covered in smoke. "bell, now what the hell are we gonna do?" she yelled causing everyone to turn. "that was all our food!"
the food was burned to a crisp. even when people managed to stop the fire, the food was already destroyed. clarke and bellamy looked over possibilities but they only had enough nuts and water to last them a week, two if they were lucky. clarke suggested they hunt.
it wasn't everyday that you were left outside the gates. "can i come?" you excitedly tittered, despite the appauled look on bellamy's face.
"i can take care of her." clarke spoke before he even got the chance to refuse. multiple times, you'd left the gates with clarke, talking on about things that she hadn't a notion about, chiming in with a hum every few seconds.
but she always took care of you, bellamy couldn't dispute with that. "with the entire grounder army out there?"
you slumped but clarke only raised her eyebrows. "and how do you expect her to defend herself if she's starving?"
he knew she was right, as much as he would have prefered to believe she wasn't.
he lined people up, splitting them into groups and handing out guns but keeping it so that one person per group had a gun, the last thing they needed was to run out of bullets right before the grounders hit them. truth was, bellamy didn't know if you were safer out there than you were in here.
you were paired with clarke, finn and a boy called myles.
"don't stay after dark, you hear me?" bellamy was zipping the zipper of his jacket around you but it was clarke who he handed the gun to. "you see grounders, you run back, i don't care who you leave behind."
"i'll be fine." you stretched out the last syllable, placing your hands on the man's shoulders as he was currently crouched in front of you. "y'worry too much."
"i have to worry." he assured. "you don't worry enough." he pressed a kiss to your head as you grinned, then leaning in and pressing one against your smile. "i love you."
"i love you too." you couldn't help but giggle, turning on your heel. "see you soon!"
bellamy watched with a twisting gut, feeling helpless but anxious all at once. he would have gone with you, watching your every move but being the leader of the camp made that incredibly hard for him. he sometimes wished he wasn't in charge, maybe then you could be his only priority. but if he didn't, who would?
"you know, i don't think you're actually allowed to say that." myles was a sweet kid, you supposed but he had some pretty out there views. the forest was quiet, too quiet while finn and clarke trailed above you.
you supposed hanging back with myles couldn't be worse than whatever conversation they were having. "why not? is it so bad to want a traditional marriage?"
"not at all." you answered swiftly. "but it's supposed to be a choice." by now, finn had already caught two squirrels. "the woman should be able to decide if that's what she wants and if you want that, then be with a woman who does too. you can't just force someone into being someone they're not."
"well, we wouldn't have this problem if women just stuck to what they were good at." the comment made you frown.
"myles, can you just be quiet for a second?" the words came from clark who shared the same look of distaste on her own face. you watched as she and finn studied the tracks on the ground, apparently belonging to a boar. "what is it?"
you followed where they sat, kneeling down beside finn to see what was wrong while myles hovered over you all. "these tracks..."
once you got a closer look, you could see how close together they were, how stuck in the mud they truly seemed. "they're perfect."
"too perfect." finn added, his eyes casting upwards. "we're the ones being hunted." someone had planted the boar tracks.
instantly, a shiver ran up your spine while myles stood up, pointing his gun as he glanced around the woods. "i don't see anything." as if on command, there was a swooping sound and suddenly, the arrow landed in his leg, the next in his shoulder.
you could have screamed, instead you gasped out the boy's name, looking to clarke for help. your hands instantly sat on the wound, covering it so blood didn't leak out, clarke sat at the other side, doing the same to his shoulder. "guys, come on, we gotta leave him." finn was adamant, rushing the girls forward.
"we can't just―" you didn't get to finish your sentence for something hard hit you over the head and suddenly you were laying flat on the ground, dizziness swirling your vision. you could vaguely make out a grounder coming from behind finn and doing the same, you didn't see what they did to clarke.
then everything became nothing at all.
it turned black.
𝜗𝜚
when you woke, you were being forced onto the ground. your hands were bound in front of you and your knees smashed against the cold gravel, you could feel the flesh break apart, little cuts littering against your skin. finn and clarke were in the same position, sharing glances of worry.
your brows were knit together as your eyes scanned where you were, some kind of cave though it also appeared to be a room. your first thought was bellamy, how worried the boy seemed when you left, you could only imagine the worry when you didn't return. you'd imagine by the lighting that it was well after sunset.
"we walked for about three miles." finn began to whisper. it appeared as though he and clarke hadn't been hit as hard as you had. "after crossing that creek, another two or so before we got to the road."
"i don't think it matters, finn." clarke's voice had a sense of desperation in it. "they didn't blindfold us which means they don't care what we saw. they're gonna kill us."
a cold feeling settled in the base of your stomach, bile rising to your throat. bellamy was right, it wasn't safe out here and you just had to go and get yourself killed.
two grounders pulled you up by your shirt, you let out a whimper as they shoved you forward, others doing the same to clarke and finn. they led you down the cave's hallway and into another room where other grounders were waiting then shoving you right back on the ground.
a woman stood in front of you, wearing a long black coat. she unleashed her sword, suddenly stalking towards clarke. you made a move. "wait." you tried, shoving yourself in front of her but you were quickly hauled back by one of the grounders.
but the woman didn't kill her, on the contrary, she cut the ropes on her wrist, untying her. they shoved clarke to her feet, uncovering a girl who laid across a table, gasping out in pain. "help her. if she dies, they die." you gulped, turning to finn who shared the look of fear. "her name is tris."
"i can't do this." clarke looked at the body, turning her so she could see her face. "i don't have any equipment."
"we'll provide you with what we can."
"why do you think i can save her?"
"lincoln told her." finn chimed in.
"yes." the woman answered. "our healer is gone, there's nothing we can do for her. for their sake, i hope you can."
"clarke." finn's eyes were glued to the blonde's, adoration filling them. "you can do this."
the woman and the rest of the grounders began to clear the room until clarke's voice stopped them. "wait. what happened to her?"
a dark look was in the woman's eyes. "she was on the bridge when your bomb exploded. you did this to her."
𝜗𝜚
alcohol stained your hands, blood too.
"it's as sharp as it's gonna get." grounders now filled the room, watching as clarke did everything she could to save the girl. she was hit in the chest and was loosing blood, she needed more and desperately so.
"okay, thanks." clarke snapped the syringe from finn's hand who'd been sharpening it against the ground.
you were busy holding a cloth to the girl's chest, hoping to stop the loss of blood but it wasn't doing a great job. clarke stained the needle with bleach, hoping to rid it of any bacteria while your eyes scanned the girl's face. she couldn't have been older than fifteen, how could anyone send her to battle in the first place?
she was a child.
"okay." she stood in front of the 'leader' who went by the name of anya. "i'm gonna need your blood."
a grounder placed his hand in front of anya, pulling her away. "no." was his answer.
"you're from the same tribe, it's the best match we're gonna get." clarke was adamant but so was anya, neither of them willing to take the risk.
"clarke, she's gonna die." your hands were shaking desperately, tears floating your eyes. "use mine! just use mine!" clarke took you up on the offer, pulling your hands from the girl's body and sticking the syringe into your arm. you winced as she sucked the blood into the syringe, you instantly felt sort of dazed but shook it from your head.
clarke handed the syringe to finn and she searched the girls arm. "i can't find a vein." frantically searching her. "she's clamping down, she's lost too much blood."
your faint voice could be heard. "clarke..."
"oh, come on." desperately trying to save her.
but you shook your head, icy fear withering you away. "clarke, she's not breathing."
a simple sentence that silenced them all.
clarke backed away, meeting in the middle between you and finn while anya stepped forward with her knife, cutting a braid from the girl's hair and nodding to one of the grounders. he picked the girl up, gently as possible, leading her out of the room.
you couldn't bear to look, chest feeling hot.
anya suddenly turned to the grounders in the room. "take them away." eyeing you who held your tied hands close to your chest. "kill them."
your breath caught in your chest. "wait." tears filled your eyes as one of the grounders grabbed you, hauling you upwards. "wait, wait, wait, no, no, no, please." he harshly pushed you forward, carrying you away.
"no, no, no, no, please!" one grounder held clarke back as she pushed at him, trying to get to you. "no, i did everything i could, please!"
but the sound of her voice suddenly faded out as they carried you away. you pushed at them, thrashing in their arms but it was no use, the grounder hauled you away from the room. he suddenly set you down, holding your tied wrists down as his face came close to yours. "don't move." his gruff voice could be heard as you looked away, tears filling your eyes.
another grounder walked behind you while he walked in front of you, leading you to the front room of the cave. your mind suddenly turned to bellamy, how worried he must be. you could see the darkness from the entrance.
you couldn't help it, you ran.
but you didn't get far. instantly, you were picked up by the grounder from behind. you whimpered, thrashing against him but it was no use, he shoved you inside the room, practically throwing you. your head hit off the stone floor and you brought your hand to the back of your hair, metallic liquid staining it.
you pulled it away, shaky eyes spotting the blood dripping down your fingertips.
"w-wait." tears pooled your eyes, fear lacing your tone. "please, please, i didn't do anything wrong, please don't do this―"
you gasped out as a grounder took a fist of your hair into his hand. "your punishment shall be death by a thousand cuts." and before you could take in what he said, you felt a knife scratch across your face, cutting your cheek.
you cried out, hand coming to grab your bloodied cheek as you dragged your body backwards, crawling into yourself. a fat tear rolled down your cheek as your body caved in, huddling your knees up to yourself.
it was no use to cry out and beg them to stop, the grounders were simple beings, once given an order, all they could do was follow it. but still, your mouth uttered the whisper, "please." at the same time as you felt a slash against your left leg.
suddenly, a sword crashed through the grounders head. this time, you screamed. the sight was horrific, blood spewed outwards and you held a hand over your mouth. the body dropped to reveal lincoln, the man who adored your best friend more than anything.
"natrona." the grounder suddenly whispered, the word meant 'traitor'. he yelled out and charged at lincoln who pushed him backwards, guarding him against the wall.
lincoln stabbed a sword through the grounder's abdomen, who yelled out again. "go!" lincoln yelled to you, staring at your terrified form. "go, now!"
and you had no choice.
a whimper left your lips as you ran forwards, lungs collapsing. you worried for lincoln, not wanting to leave him alone but if you stayed, it'd meant lincoln did it all for nothing.
your feet ran towards the exit, tears swamping you as your legs moved at a super speed, running the fastest you'd ever run in your life. never, had your calves burned like this and never had your lungs ached so horribly. all you could see was the moment you were thrown into the room, the horrifying look on the grounder's face. you'd do anything to escape it.
running as though your life depended on it, and perhaps it did.
you managed to look backwards, worried something or someone was following you but as you looked back, you felt yourself run into something solid.
someone.
your mouth opened to scream at the same time as a hand wrapped around your mouth clamping down on it as he turned you to hide behind a tree.
your eyes opened to reveal bellamy, staring at you with eyes full of concern. "what happened?" he frantically searched you as his hand left your mouth. "why are you bleeding? where are the others?"
"b-bells." your cry shook your voice, eyes turning behind you, you swore you could see people between the trees, though they vanished as soon as they appeared. "we have to go, we have to leave. they're-they're gonna find us."
bellamy had never seen you so shaken, shallow breaths making way to your throat but not seeming to find their way out. "hey, hey, look at me." his hands grabbed at either side of your face. even in the darkness, you could make out his pretty dark curls and his enlarged brown eyes. "you're okay, 's just me, you're okay, sweetheart."
and you couldn't hold yourself back any longer. you threw your arms around him, holding him close as nervous sobs wracked your body, chest heaving out as if it were on fire.
"'s okay, you're fine." his hands smoothed your back, doing his best to reassure you but by no means did your shallow breaths slow. "you're safe, princess."
"can we go?" you pulled away, nervous eyes scanning the forests. "please, bells, i wanna go home."
he couldn't deny your scratchy voice or blotchy cheeks. "okay, okay let's go, angel." he helped you walk though you stumbled better than you walked. his eyes glanced down at the blood seeping through your jeans. "your leg." he didn't bother to inspect it, merely hooking his hands around your legs and lifting you up.
your head lolled against his shoulder, arms around his neck.
you began to feel dizzy but bellamy carrying you seemed much better than trying to run again. still, your eyes danced everywhere they could, searching high and low for a grounder, a surprise attack.
you must have run far for it didn't take long for the clear vision of the camp to fall into line's view. as soon as the gates opened and bellamy carried you inside, you found air falling back into your lungs.
"y/n?" the sound of octavia's voice was the first to fill your ears. you must have looked a wreck, covered in blood, carried limp in bellamy's arm. "oh my god, y/n. what happened?" though her voice was directed at her brother, not you.
"it was lincoln." your scratchy voice suddenly spoke, causing her brows to crease. "lincoln saved me."
her eyes fluttered and questions began rolling in. raven suddenly stepped forward, demanding to know where finn was, others began to question about clarke. suddenly, you couldn't breathe again. "okay, listen up!" bellamy's voice rang through the camp, silence followed. "everyone get back to your tents! we'll continue the search in the morning!"
he didn't wait for them to follow his orders, knowing they would anyway. instead, he carried you towards a tent.
everything was suddenly spinning, nothing seemed to make sense. black dots began to cloud your vision and you couldn't see which tent he had carried you to. you could see a woman, very vaguely and he was speaking to her, at least he looked like he was. his lips were moving but you couldn't register the words coming out of his mouth.
the girl must have been something to do with a medic because you could feel her lifting your head up and inspecting between the strands of your hair. you saw bellamy's face contort, but it was turning to mush, practically a mere squiggle now.
he stepped backwards and your hand suddenly reached him.
he looked back to your face, eyes softening. it was apparent that you weren't really there and how could he blame you? the blood loss was already obvious.
"don't..." it seemed like a chore to get syllables to pass your lips but nonetheless, you willed yourself to move, grasping his large fingers in your hand. "don't leave me."
"'m not going anywhere, princess." and to prove it, he sat against the chair next to you, letting the woman inspect your wounds. "okay? you can rest now, i'm right here."
through the haze, his voice was the only thing your mind could grasp to.
you slowly nodded as your eyes fluttered shut.
"you're safe, sweetheart." being the last thing you heard before everything went black.

Bellamy Blake - Dropship

Finding unusual things in the first wasn't uncommon. In fact, it became a normal occurrence for me. I had loved studying the animals in the Trigeda, always finding them astounding, every one acting a different way, how they'd interact with each other.
It was different from how humans interacted, with the animals it was peaceful; the circle of life. And with humans it was tough, always using violence as the first means of answer, their reasoning always being 'Jus drein jus daun.'
Blood must have blood.
Lincoln had told me about the boat people, how my views and theirs didn't share many differences. But I knew I couldn't condemn my life to one stuck on the water, surrounded by miles and miles of sea and fish.
I loved the wholly green trees, and the spots of color by the flowers when a welcoming spring came; a sign of forgiveness from the harsh conditions of a rough winter just weeks before, when the animals would go into hiding.
When the Sky People initially landed it scared off the animals for miles around the drop ship, it took two weeks for them to return to their natural acts.
I knew Trikru weren't fond of the Sky People, they were like all the other clans- instantly resorting to violence and wars. They fit right in here on Earth.
So when I found a boy who bore the symbols of Skaikru in the middle of the forest unconscious, I had to do something.
I knew what they'd do to him if they found him here, and I'd never forgive myself if I let that happen knowing I could've done something.
I had tried picking him up but he was fairly heavy, and I was fairly weak. I felt bad dragging him, not knowing what lay between the grass but it was the only option I had.
Luckily for him, my cave was nearby.
I dragged him all the way inside my cave before assessing what had happened.
I felt very awkward feeling him up and down, feeling as though I was invading his personal space; which I was. But it was for the greater good.
I think.
Once I was sure he didn't have any wounds I felt his face, his freckles, and dirt hid underneath my palms as I cupped his cheeks. His temperature was high but he was breathing fine, possibly dehydration? Starvation? Either way, I couldn't do anything until he woke up.
I removed his jacket and placed it under his head as a sort of pillow while also trying to take his body temperature down I rubbed a cloth with water across his dirty face.
Once the dirt was off his features were much more prominent, his freckles littered his face with underbags like he hadn't had a good night's rest in days. My guess was either blue or green eyes.
Deciding to let him sleep I backed away from the boy. I stepped towards my meat rack and grabbed two pieces of provisions, then placed the meat on the metal rack above the smoke to get something ready for when he awoke.
It didn't take long for him to wake up, the smell of cooked meat filled the cave in a warm atmosphere.
The boy shot up, looking around cluelessly before his eyes landed on me. He instinctively grabbed for a knife, instead gripping onto nothing.
I probably should've dressed less like a grounder.
I knew little of English, only really hearing it when I went to Trikru villages or Polis.
He backed up into the cave wall, struggling to stand on his feet.
"Shhh," I spoke softly, placing my hands out in a calming manner, if I could calm animals I could calm humans right?
"Where am I?" His voice was loud and rough, it boomed off the walls of the cave.
"Cave," I simply state, grabbing my knife from my pocket as the boy's eyes widen. I knew he'd feel safer if he thought he was in control. I tossed the knife over to him, showing him I had no other weapons.
He quickly leaned in to grab it, now aiming it towards me.
"Why am I here?" His voice was less louder this time, but still fairly rough in octaves.
"Asleep in the forest,"
The dots seemed to connect in his mind as he lowered the knife, still weary about my every move.
My hand slowly went to my side, grabbing my canteen and sliding it across the floor to him.
"Drink," I demanded, giving my best trusting smile.
He kicked it back to me, untrusting the contents. If I wanted him dead I would've done it when he was asleep in the middle of the forest!
Even animals trust easier than this.
"You first," He said.
I rolled my eyes and took the canteen to my lips, taking a small sip to save the rest for him.
Sliding it once again to him he swiftly took it and drank the remaining contents in a very fast manner, like he's never tasted water that good before. His swift actions made a giggle erupt from me, making him look weirdly at me.
"Why?" He asked, placing the knife in its respective holster.
I looked at him confused, unsure of what he was referring to.
"Why save me?"
I thought about the words for a moment, unsure of how much trig he knew- or if he knew any at all.
"I am much kinder than Trikru," I said, walking towards the smoke rack. "Food, eat,"
He wasn't sure if he could trust me, even after I just saved his life, he thought I'd want some unrepayable favor back, or that I was just waiting for my leader to show up.
I sighed and walked to the wall of the cave, sitting down and leaning back on my arms. "Okay, starve," I said.
His face was one of inner debating, not taking long before getting up and taking his share of the meat.
"What's your name?" He asked, now sitting down in the same spot he was before, which was fairly close to me. Though he held the knife in his hands as he ate; I didn't mind.
"Many questions," I say with a smile, "y/n."
He never returned my smile, instead turning his expression into one of seriousness "I'm gonna have questions for the person who dragged me to this cave,"
I scoffed, "You have a knife, gonot,"
There was no use in helping someone who won't take it, it's like chasing a rabbit who doesn't wanna be chased.
The boy rolled his eyes, his head shaking as well, he knew enough to know I told him to leave. He used his knee to prop himself up, heading towards the cave entrance with one last look at me.
Brown eyes. He had deep, brown eyes.
It had been a few days since my last encounter with the brown-eyed boy. I hadn't thought about him much, only before I went to bed, when I woke up, when I was watching animals, and when I was talking to Lincoln. I'd like to think that wasn't much.
I couldn't shake the fact he hadn't even thanked me for saving his life, nobody had ever treated me with such coldness before. Especially after I help them. Maybe it was just a Skaikru thing, maybe they weren't used to common courtesy. He hadn't even told me his name.
The boy on the other hand had also been thinking of me, the grounder who saved him.
Though he didn't like that word.
Instead, he told everyone he camped out in a cave with a grounder that he held hostage. He couldn't believe the grounders were kind, not after the lives they took, the torture they put Skaikru through. But he couldn't help repeating my name in his head, repeating that day over and over.
A grounder saved him.
I wasn't sure why I was so drawn to the boy with the brown eyes, but I just knew I was.
Walking through the forest I was picking random flowers, feeling bad for them as I was ripping them from their bodies stuck to the ground, but it made great feed for the rabbits.
I was twirling the daisy between my fingers when a loud voice boomed off the barks of the trees, scaring the crows from their nests.
"Don't move!" I heard a voice yell from behind me.
My entire body froze in fear, I had never been put in a situation like this, never having made many enemies.
"Turn around, slowly!"
I did as told, moving as slowly as I could until I was face to face with a boy, this wasn't the boy from the cave, this one had bright blue eyes you could see from miles away and a messy middle part with a particularly big nose.
I felt like a deer that was spooked by hunters, everything in me was telling me to run, escape, and take my chances. But my legs wouldn't cooperate with my head. I couldn't take this guy on, I wasn't a fighter, I never learned.
He could sense the fear radiating off me, "Tell me why I shouldn't kill you, grounder." He spoke with such spite as if I was a disease or plague.
I couldn't form any sentences, my heart was beating against the cage of my chest, and I prayed that anybody would come and save me.
I didn't wanna die.
I didn't wanna die before learning his name.
I was about to die and he was the first thing I was thinking of, unbelievable.
"Speak!" He shouted once again, stepping closer to me with his gun aiming towards my head.
"Murphy!" The familiar voice filled my ears.
Murphy, I'm assuming, looked back quickly before letting out an angry groan.
The brown-eyed boy appeared, and when he saw the scene he was angry.
He marched up to Murphy and grabbed ahold of his jacket, making him drop the gun.
"What the fuck do you think you're doing?" He yelled into Murphy's face, still gripping his jacket as strong as ever, he practically lifted him up.
"Finishing the job man!" Murphy tried pushing the boy off but it was no use, fear seeped into Murphy's voice.
"Finishing the job?" He repeated though it wasn't a question.
"C'mon, Bellamy, she's just a stupid-," Murphy tried reasoning.
Bellamy.
"She's what!?" Bellamy yelled, slamming Murphy into a tree before grabbing him again, "She's what!?"
I couldn't lie to myself, seeing this side of Bellamy was attractive. Knowing he was already so protective over me, I couldn't let him kill Murphy.
"Bellamy!" I shouted.
Bellamy didn't look towards me, instead, he glared into Murphy's eyes before throwing him down and backing away towards the dropped gun.
Only then did he meet my gaze, examining me from feet away to make sure Murphy didn't harm me.
Murphy took a while to regain his composure, standing up and dusting himself off while looking between us.
"Let's go," Bellamy said, looking towards Murphy.
Bellamy stole another glance at me before leaving for their ship, leaving me standing there still processing everything.
That day came and went, and so did the next. I had begun missing Bellamy, I roamed the woods hoping I'd run into him but I never did.
I even debated on just running into their camp, but the big weaponry scared me off. All I could do was hope and pray he was okay, that Trikru hadn't gotten to him first.
I spoke with Lincoln the day after the incident, I told him about Bellamy, about Murphy. And he admitted he too saved a girl from Skaikru, she was Bellamy's sister, and she wasn't like the rest. Octavia was kind, and gentle with Lincoln, a calm contrast to the way most people had treated him.
I was happy for Lincoln, he found someone he was interested in, and it was nice to have someone relate to the same experiences I was going through.
Bellamy was worrying about me just as much as well. After the previous incident, he wasn't sure I could handle myself if another person were to threaten me. The thought alone had his blood boiling.
He wanted me there, in camp, where he knew I'd be safe. But after what happened with the grounders he didn't think the rest of the camp would like that idea.
He tried everything to go outside the walls, to even catch a glimpse of me but he knew the camp needed him there now. The wall wouldn't build itself. He'd always find his mind coming back to me, carefree picking flowers and talking to the animals.
Most would find it crazy but he found it mesmerizing. In such a dark world there was such beauty, and I knew how to find it in even the darkest of times.
I was in my cave when I heard someone call me.
"y/n."
It was Lincoln.
I smiled when I saw him, Lincoln was one of my best friends, well, my only best friend.
"Yea?" I ask, walking up to him, his expression is a mix of anger and worry.
"They're going to attack tonight, the bridge,"
Lincoln didn't need to explain further for me to know what he was talking about.
Trikru was going to march on Skaikru.
I needed to warn them.
I swiftly ran past Lincoln, but he quickly grabbed my arm.
"Lincoln! I need to-"
"Be safe."
I gave him a nod before rushing off to the drop ship, my mind only worrying about Bellamy and his people. With every step, the sky got darker, and my legs began to get sore but I had to push through.
And then I saw it.
The big wooden fence made of scraps.
"Grounder!" I heard one of the men atop the wall yell. "Don't move!"
Bellamy was the first to open the doors, his face turned to one of surprise, but I didn't have time for reunions.
"Don't shoot! She is safe!" Bellamy yelled.
I ran to him, "Bellamy," I looked into his eyes, "They're attacking soon, from the bridge," His expression dropped to a more serious look.
"We know," He said, "Ravens working on a bomb right now,"
My face must've contorted enough for him to notice.
"For the bridge," He finished with a smile.
A breath of relief passed through my lips.
"Come in, I'll catch you up."
It took him an hour to explain everything, from Murphy going missing to him returning with a temporary sickness infecting everyone but the immune. It was something Trikru did to thin out the battlefield, my heart felt for all the souls who couldn't make it past the sickness.
"Bellamy!" I heard a girl from outside his tent call, he gave me a look before exiting the tent and I curiously followed, receiving stares from everyone around us.
"Raven? What's up?" He asked Raven, she had a tan complexion with a high ponytail.
"We did it, now we just need to make it there and shoot it."
Bellamy nodded, "I'll do it,"
I immediately looked towards him, "No!"
"I have to, it's for my people," He said, now looking down towards me.
I couldn't stand the thought of possibly losing him, what if something went wrong and he never came back?
"There isn't any other way?" I pleaded, worry evident in my face and tone.
"Our other shooters are too sick and I'm the last good shot," His hands went to my arms in a comforting matter, "I'll be back before you even know it."
His words did little to calm my worries, but I knew he was set on his decision. All I could do was nod in reply.
Raven handed him a sniper and mixture, "Pour the gunpowder around the jelly, then run far away."
With every word she spoke, I could feel the fear and sadness crawl up my spine.
Bellamy was ready to leave but before he did he looked at me before approaching another boy "If anything happens to her, they answer to me, got it?"
The boy nodded his head in reply.
I watched as he left the gates and as they slowly closed behind him, the anxiety growing within everyone in the camp. If Bellamy failed, it was over for everyone else as well.
For the next few hours, I stayed in Bellamy's tent, lying in his bed and curled up under his blanket which still smelled like him. I was beyond worried for him, I hadn't known him long but I deeply cared for him.
"Don't think I just forgot." I heard a voice say, now entering the tent. It was Murphy.
The same scared feeling returned throughout my body.
"What do you want?" I ask, sitting up off the bed, trying to seem as tough as possible knowing deep down I was terrified of the man standing in front of me.
"You made me look weak!" He shouted at me, his grip on the knife becoming stronger as his knuckles clouded over with a white shade.
"I don't know what you mean," I tried defending myself, Murphy stepped closer and brought the knife to my throat. The cold metal sent shivers and goosebumps down my body.
I wanted so desperately to defend myself, to take action, but I just couldn't.
"Shouldve done it when I had the chance,"
"Done what," Bellamy said before entering.
I almost started crying at the sight of Bellamy, his curly hair now matted in the dirt, but he never looked more handsome.
Murphy instantly dropped the knife and turned around, the moment he did Bellamy's fist locked with Murphy's face, making him scramble on the ground. Bellamy grabbed Murphy by the collar of his jacket and dragged him to the gate, not even letting him get up.
What scared me most is the fact Bellamy hadn't said a word since he found us.
The gates opened and he threw Murphy to the ground, giving him a nice kick to go with it.
Once Murphy was out of the way the gates closed, everyone watching in worry and fear as whispers erupted from the crowd.
Nobody had ever protected me like Bellamy had, I felt more safe with him than I've ever felt before.
Bellamy wasted no time in returning to the tent, seeing me wait there for him.
I ran into his arms and cupped his cheeks, locking our lips together finally.
His hands snaked down to my lower back, pulling me closer into his embrace as he led me to the bed laying me down gently.
I pulled away to catch my breath and he took this time to shrug his jacket off.
"I missed you," I said breathily, smiling up at him while he took his shirt off, revealing his toned chest which I swiftly ran my hands over, feeling every crevice, wanting to engrave the feeling into the pads of my fingers.
"I missed you too, princess," He returned my smile slyly, sneaking his hands under my top and sliding it off with ease, revealing my bare chest as he looked in complete awe.
Being under his gaze made my face flush with a deep red, suddenly feeling vulnerable, it didn't take him long to get his hands working up and down my body, feeling over my breasts and sides before slipping my pants down slowly revealing my soaked cunt, I bit my lip at the coldness meeting my warm pussy.
Bellamy let out a groan, feeling his bulge harden against his tight jeans. Tossing my jeans to the side he slid his fingers in between my slit, coating his fingers in the juices and trailing them up my thighs.
"This fine, princess?" He asked, staring into my eyes with his beautiful brown eyes.
I nodded my head quickly, needing this more than anything at the moment.
I heard his belt unbuckle and his zipper become undone. His hands grabbed my thighs and spread them open before lining himself up with my hole.
Bellamy let out a soft groan after only pressing his tip into me, he slowly pushed deeper into me causing sweet moans and pants to fill the tent.
It was the sweetest sound Bellamy had ever heard, he needed to hear more.
Once Bellamy was fully inside me he began slowly grinding his hips into me, not wanting to fully pull out. The feeling was ecstatic, unlike anything I'd ever felt before.
My hands reached for anything to grab onto, landing on his arms I grabbed onto them as the pain flooded my body from the abuse my sweet spot was going through.
"Doing so good," Bellamy groaned out, grabbing ahold of my hips while my legs wrapped around his waist. He gazed at the facial expressions I was making, the faster he pounded the better they got to him.
Bellamy wanted to be rough with me, to thrust into me until I couldn't take it anymore, but he knew he needed to be gentle with me. At least for now.
His grip on my hips forced me to stay still, unable to properly arch my back making him hit the deepest spots in me. I knew I couldn't last, I knew my climax was reaching me this soon.
"Fuck, fuck, fuck... Bell!" I moaned out loudly, my climax washing over my body as I shook in Bellamy's grip.
The tightening of my pussy drove Bellamy crazy, he couldn't be gentle, not like this, not when I was below him being so irresistible.
His slow thrusts soon turned rough and fast, each thrust ending with wet and lewd sounds.
Tears began streaming down my cheeks at the overstimulation, my hands going to his chest trying to push him away but my attempts were futile.
"Just keep looking pretty under me," Bellamy said, his eyes not looking away from my face, only taking quick glances toward my breasts.
His praises were addicting, making my legs start to shake erratically.
His face was coated in a thin layer of sweat, causing his skin to shine as the light from the small lantern lit the side of his face, I wanted to remember this moment forever, him above me making me feel so insanely good; better than anyone could ever make me feel.
Bellamy's hand trailed up my body and to my neck, he squeezed lightly giving him a better angle to fuck into me.
The pressure on my neck was enough to make me cum again, my body shook uncontrollably as another orgasm washed over me, painting Bellamy's cock in a thick white layer, making it easier to slip in and out of me.
Bellamy was close to his own climax, chasing the high.
"All mine, all mine," He breathed out, leaning down and kissing my neck while giving light squeezes to my neck.
His groans became louder in my ear, and it wasn't long before I felt him pull out and finish all over my stomach.
He leaned into my shoulder and caught up with his breath, smiling into my neck and breathing me in.
"You did so good," His voice was rough, a slight contrast from before.
He stood up slowly and grabbed a nearby cloth to clean me up, discarding it after.
"You're okay?" Bellamy asked sweetly, while I crawled into a more comfortable position on his bed.
"Mhm, lay with me," I said meekly.
Bellamy smiled at the sight of me curled up in his bed, he crawled in beside me and pulled me closer to him.
"Stay here with me," He whispered, stroking my hair lovingly.
"What if Murphy comes back?"
He thought for a moment, "For you? I'd banish him a thousand times over,"
I smiled up at him, placing a small kiss on his lips.
"I'll stay then,"
With Bellamy's fingers stroking my hair, the heat coming from our bodies, and the safety I felt beside him, I drifted off to sleep.

You had always been a little snarky to everyone. To Clarke, to Bellamy, to Abby and Kane. Everyone. But no one seemed to mind it, a lot of people found your comments and your attitude amusing. No one had time to worry about your comments since your friends were missing and presumed to be kidnapped by the grounders. But Bellamy always had time. He'd always yell at you saying 'shut up' or if he's a little more annoyed it'd be 'shut the fuck up now.' and you'd always keep going because what would he do? nothing.
You and Bellamy strongly disliked each other. You didn't like the fact he was always so worried about your comments, and he didn't like your attitude or snarky comments, which caused a lot of tension between the two of you.
You two were always caught arguing and everyone attempted to help you two move past the hate for one another but it just couldn't happen, the tension and frustration between you two were just too strong.
You leave your room and start walking towards Raven and Wick's workplace. You walk in greeting both of them and plan to stay the rest of the day there.
"Hello to my favorite mechanic!" You say obnoxiously while making kissy faces in Raven's face.
She lets out a small chuckle and gives you a playful disgusted look. You smile at her and make your way over to Wick and give him a half-five while looking at the new device he was working on.
"Whatcha workin' on Wick?" You way with a smirk knowing Raven was gonna tease him for it or call him dumb. They've had a lot of tension between them, you can tell anytime you walk into the room. Silence, heaviness. That's the only way to describe it, kind of like you and Bellamy after having a small argument.
Wick simply holds it up like you were supposed to know what it was. "What the hell is it? You're holding it up as if I asked if it was a book or something.." You say with a hint of attitude and Wick just rolls his eyes while Raven chuckles.
Raven holds up a walkie-talkie and asks Wick if something is on. you had no idea what they were referring to and just thought it was a nerdy engineer thing.
Raven then turns to you and explains to you the plan to go find Finn and Murphy who were out looking for Clarke, who somehow escaped Mount Weather, and that was where our friends were located. You nod in agreement to the plan and join them.
You and Raven say your goodbyes to Wick and you help Raven get her crutches and hand her the bag of extra ammo that she planned on giving us and start making your way to the secluded part of camp Jaha. It took you two a little while because of Raven's leg and how the crutches slowed her down, but you two made it.
You see Bellamy and Raven set down the bag with the ammo on the boulder and say to Bellamy 'Scored you a couple clips'. Clarke then walks up and says "Hey. Mom's in surgery, and the team going after Kane just left. We should too."
Bellamy then asks us if we found Octavia who's summoned upon hearing her name, she walks up and says, "No. I found you."
She then proceeds to say, "I'm not letting you leave here without me." You all blankly stare at her then Clarke tries to speak up, "Octavia-"
Octavia then cuts Clarke off and does a little rant, "Finn and Murphy are headed for Lincoln's village. I've been there. Have you?" She points to Bellamy and then says "Has she?" She then points to Clarke, Bellamy is just looking down letting her talk, and then he finally picks his head up and says "You done?"
Octavia looks at her brother and does a small shrug, Clarke hands Octavia's pack to you and you throw it at her softly.
She looks at you with curiosity and asks "Whats this?" and Bellamy responds for you with, "Your pack." He then smirks and says "Lead the way."
Octavia attempts to walk towards the barbed wire and Raven holds out her crutch and you say "Woah there Pocahontas, you might get electrocuted." Bellamy rolls his eyes at your remark and Octavia just looks confused.
Raven touches the barbed wire with her crutch and a group of sparks ignite upon the spot Raven touched, we all jump back in surprise. Clarke whispers anxiously to Raven and says "I thought you sa
id it was handled." Raven responds "It is." Then she raises her walkie-talkie and says "Shut her down Wick." After a few radio beeps, Raven touches the fence again and this time sparks don't ignite.
Raven smirks at Clarke and nods "Handled." You all nod. Octavia throws her pack through the fence and crouches through, then Clarke follows, then Bellamy, and finally you. But before you follow, you turn to Raven and smirk at her "While I'm gone, I suggest you han-" You get cut off by Bellamy saying "Hurry up, we don't have all fucking day." You stick your middle finger up at him and continue your statement to Raven, "Back to what I was saying, I suggest you handle that 'frustration' with Wick or try to work it out before I get back." You send her a wink then crouches through the fence.
Raven then yells with a smirk "I suggest the same to you with you know who!" You look at her with slight confusion then it dawns on you. Bellamy. Your face quickly turns sour and you turn towards the rest of the group who was wearing a look of confusion.
You start walking with the Octavia while Clarke and Bellamy are a little behind. She looks at you and says, "I know Raven was talking about my brother." You simply roll your eyes and say "I have no idea what she's talking about." Octavia smirks and says "It's very obvious there's tension between you two, always going back and forth over the smallest things." You shake your head and stay silent. Octavia just shakes her head with a laugh and you all continue your journey finding Finn and Murphy quiet. It turns into night time and you guys decide to camp in an area with many twigs and logs to create a fire.
Octavia and Clarke are asleep and it is only you and Bellamy awake. He stares at Octavia, then his gaze shifts to Clarke's sleeping figure, and then his gaze lands on you, he rolls his eyes feeling annoyed with your presence.
You look at him and how beat up he was with all the bruises and cuts on his face after the battle with the grounders. You couldn't help but feel a little upset that someone did that to him. But why did you care? You two hate each other right?
You scoff at his reaction to just your presence completely forgetting the feeling you just felt regarding his bruises, he glares at you and says "What?" You just shake your head and say "You hate me that much? My presence bothers you?"
He shakes his head and sighs then softly mutters "I don't hate you." His voice and his comment was a complete contrast to how he'd always treat you.
You look at him with wide eyes, completely caught off guard with his answer. "Then why are you always so rude?"
He claps back quickly and says "Why do you always have something snarky to say?"
You roll your eyes and say "Why do you always have to respond? You can be normal and ignore them like everyone fucking else!"
This seems to ignite anger in him and he says "Because someone always needs to put a bitch in their place."
You get upset and mutter a quick "Fuck you asshole! this is why we never get along!"
He says "We never get along because of you!" You roll your eyes and say, "Listen I don't wanna argue okay? I was asking you something I'd always been curious about."
He looks at you with a look you could partly explain, it had some guilt, some softness to it and he just nods at you then does completely unexpected and out of character, he rubs your arm and mutters 'Goodnight'.
You are shocked, but quickly hide it by turning your back to him and nodding, then lays down.
Clarke then stirs awake and they have a conversation you can barely comprehend because you are slowly drifting off to sleep until you feel someone putting their jacket on you. And it had the musky scent of Bellamy.
An hour later you're shaken awake by Octavia telling you that the group was getting ready to keep walking and look for Finn and Murphy. Octavia then says "Is that my brother's jacket?" You look confused at first then remember he gave it to you last night.
You quickly walk away from Octavia and hands Bellamy his jacket back without saying a word, you then walk back to Octavia and continue on your journey.
You guys had been walking for a couple of hours and finally spotted a village. You all hear gunfire and Bellamy grips his gun and starts running towards the village. You stand there a little shocked but then start following after the group.
You felt out of breath once the three suddenly stopped. You walk up closer to see what caused the sudden halt.
You regret even coming to find Finn and Murphy, you slowly approach the village full of blood and dead bodies of the grounders who once resided there. You felt like puking, you felt repugnant as your eyes searched for the corporate of this bloody scene. And your eyes find Finn, holding a gun with blood.
He looks at us in shock, meanwhile, the grounders who hadn't been killed started weeping for their loved ones who weren't as fortunate as them. Your hand is suddenly taken in by another and squeezed. You look up to see it was Bellamys hand. Tears started coming out of your eyes once you heard the grounders weeping and screaming. It tore something out of you.
Clarke hops down and starts slowly making her way to Finn while looking around at the mess he caused. You and Bellamy start following her and move at her pace.
Finn just looks at us with a shocked look not even caring about what he's done. He walks towards Clarke and she backs up one step every time he takes one step. You and Bellamy look at each other and then down at your hands that are still connected, you two quickly detach and move away from one another.
Finn finally whispers after a pregnant silence, "I found you" He says while staring at Clarke, Clarke just shakes her head in shock.
It had been two days since that happened and you hadn't been yourself, seeing those deceased grounders took a toll on you.
You walk to the mess hall where Bellamy and Clarke are gathered to talk about Mount Weather and getting in. You simply sit and look blankly at the map, not saying a word to the pair.
Your attention is finally gathered once you see they both were looking behind Bellamy at something, you then look and see they were looking at Finn who was staring back at us. You quickly turn your head in disgust.
Bellamy says "Guess the inquisition is over." He turns back to Clarke and says "How's Finn doing anyway?"
Clarke looks down and says "I haven't talked to him since we got back." You roll your eyes and say "Who the hell would want to talk to that monster after what he did?"
Clarke nods at your statement then shakes her head, "I don't know what to say" Her voice is heavy with sorrow.
Bellamy attempts to defend Finn and says "We're at war Clarke. We've all done things."
You shake your head at his statement and say "But we haven't done things like that. Not even you." Finn starts to walk up "Here comes the monster.."
Bellamy glares at you and mouthes 'Cut it out' Finn mutters to all of us 'Hey' and Bellamy is the only one to verbally respond. You respond by getting up and walking toward the bar.
Bellamy stands up and follows after feeling the tension between the couple. He comes up next to you in the bar and just looks at you.
You glare at him and say "What the fuck are you looking at?" He scoffs and says "What the fuck is your problem? I hadn't even said anything yet!"
You shake your head and roll your eyes at him. He scoffs and whispers heatedly to keep the conversation between the two of you, "I don't know what the fuck is your problem, but I'm fucking tired of it. The snarky remarks, the rudeness. You are such a bitch."
You glare at his nasty words and slap him. You really slap him. He looks at you with wide eyes while he holds his cheek.
"You are such a bitch! I don't fucking get it!" He says even angrier than he was. You both are silent and glaring at each other, he then thinks for a moment, then grabs you and starts dragging you somewhere.
You try to get out of his grip but his grip is too tight. "Get the fuck off of me Bellamy!" You yell while some people look at you two like you both are crazy.
You see Bellamy's room and he quickly unlocks the door then throws you in the room and promptly turns and locks the door.
He moves quickly to the other side of the room and grabs you again. You yell at him, questioning what the hell you were doing there but your yells fell on deaf ears.
Bellamy pulls you closer to him, so close to the point he didn't have to move to whisper in your ear, "You wanna act like a bitch hm? I guess that means I can treat you like one…"
He turns you over and backs you up against the wall. Words couldn't describe how you were feeling. Horny? Like your skin was being ignited? You didn't have thoughts, you knew you wanted to fuck him. But then it suddenly dawns on you, that the reason you felt so frustrated with him and always argued with him wasn't because of hate. It was because of lust.
You are staring at the wall eyes blown with complete lust. Bellamy turns you around and smirks at your expression. "Now you finally don't have anything to say hm?" You stare at him at a loss for words. He chuckles then starts kissing you roughly but full of passion. You two fight for dominance, tongues swirling together and tasting each other.
He smirks as he finally dominates the kiss, he pulls away and moves onto making love bites on your neck; licking, sucking, and biting. All you could do was throw your head back and let out little whines.
Bellamy slowly massages your breasts and plays with them, agonizingly slow. He completely switches it up and drags you to the bed.
He rips off your shirt and unclamps your bra with one hand while leaving more love bites. He then stops and looks at the sight of you, messy hair, puffy face, pretty tits. He looks at you in awe then he says "You are so fucking beautiful for being a whore.." You smirk at him and say breathlessly "Like what you see Bellamy?" He looks high off of lust, he responds "Of fucking course I do slut." He starts devouring your breasts, sucking, licking, biting. And you were enjoying every single bit. Moaning and whimpering when he bit your nipples.
"Fuck Bellamy. Please just touch me." You say whining at the lack of attention your clit was getting. You desperately tried grinding on his leg or the bed. Something. He slaps your ass hard for attempting to grind on something.
"See now.. sluts don't get to cum. You are gonna please me. Do you understand" He says as he grips your hair roughly to look him in the face. You stay silent, feeling disappointed. He slaps you and says "I know you fucking hear me. Now do you understand?" You nod feeling your right cheek turn red.
He smirks at your obedience and starts taking his pants off and sits on the edge of the mattress he had. He spreads his legs slightly and orders you to sit in between his legs as if you were a dog. You were really in for it now.
He was left only in his boxers, he stared down at you and then he says, "Take them off and suck." He says pointing to his man area.
You quickly obey feeling your panties start to dampen at his commands. You pull his boxers down and free his member, he lets out a subtle groan since you finally freed his hardness.
You scoot closer and look up at him, making eye contact while you start slowly licking his tip tasting his precum. You then spit on his tip and start jerking his member and letting the spit and precum mix and it goes down to his shaft. Bellamy throws his head back in pleasure and groans.
He then grabs you by your hair and says "Open your fucking mouth." You quickly obey and open your mouth, and he quickly fills it with his penis. He starts bobbing your head up and down slowly at first, he then starts groaning at the pleasure, then increases the pace. Now you're completely deepthroating his dick while he's just enjoying the pleasure and enjoying how you make him feel.
You take his dick out of your mouth and catch your breath for a few seconds, you then continue the assault and start to circle his tip with your tongue again while making eye contact. He looks down at you and pushes your head down once again, but this time he says "I'm close baby.." He throws his head back and starts thrusting into your throat. A few thrusts later you feel a hot creamy substance go down your throat. Bellamy groans loudly as he cums and rambles 'What a good girl', 'Fuck.. you did so well.' You smirk at his praise and he reaches down and grabs your jaw and says "Swallow." And you swallow the rest of the cum that had not reached your throat.
He looks at you in satisfaction and you sit there on your knees waiting for him to reward you with the same pleasure you rewarded him. But there hadn't been any reward. No nothing. Bellamy rises and pulls his boxers and his pants back up and says, "I know you're waiting to be touched…" He chuckles and bends down and looks you in your face, "But you aren't getting that satisfaction." You look at him angrily, feeling upset that you aren't receiving that same satisfaction. You thought he'd change his mind, but you thought wrong.
"You are the biggest asshole, Bellamy!" You whine, and he just smirks and taps your chin. "Get dressed." You follow his command and collect your disregarded bra and ripped-up shirt.
Bellamy throws you one of his shirts, remembering he had ripped the one you originally came with.
You start to walk out but he pulls you towards him and says "I hope you learned your lesson, gorgeous girl." You look up at him with a newly found feeling that was foreign when it came to Bellamy, despite not getting touched you felt content. "I might need another sometime soon.." You say with a smirk and Bellamy laughs and says "Maybe I'll give you one sometime soon.." He leans down and kisses you slowly and passionately.
You break the kiss say your goodbyes and walk off to your room. You open the door and gets welcomed by Raven sitting on the bed fiddling with your books, she looks up at you and smirks.
"Look who's finally back.." She looks at your appearance and says "Had a rough day huh?" She looks you up and down. You quickly walk to the mirror and see all the marks Bellamy left and your disheveled appearance.
"I see you took your advice. I can only assume it was with Bellamy." Raven laughs.
"Shut it, Raven! I-i have no idea how it even happened.." You say while reminiscing the events that happened only moments ago.
"You're also wearing his shirt. How good was it." You gasp at the end part and slap Raven's arm with wide eyes. Raven just laughs at you and you can't help but also start to laugh.
You start to think about Bellamy again and how you really wouldn't mind if something like what just happened with you two happened again.

when do you think clark & lexa officially started falling for each other? we all know lexa fell first & clark fell harder BUT what was the turning point for clark?
Oooo what an interesting thought
For Lexa, I think that's simple. Hers came in 3 pretty easy sequences. I think her physical attraction started at first meeting. Her respect and admiration started when she watched Clarke save Lincoln. But I think she really truly began to fall in love with Clarke the night that Clarke mercy-killed Finn. I think she saw a kindred spirit in Clarke then. She saw so much of her own broken heart in Clarke, as well as her resolve and strength and clever intelligence. She saw the strength of the warrior and the resolve of the leader and the tenderness of Clarke's beating heart, and it was just a moment of realization.
Like, "oh... now I see you..."
As for Clarke, I think arguments could be made for a lot of their moments, but truthfully, I think it really started after Lexa confessed that she had feelings.
Now I'm not saying that was when she was first attracted to Lexa, nor do I think it was the first time she even thought that she felt some undefinable kind of connection to her, NOR do I think it was when she even realized she was falling for her. But I do think it was the first time Clarke really let herself begin to contemplate the idea of what exactly it was that she felt for Lexa. The attraction. The admiration. That pull that always existed so tangibly between them.
I mean, it's such a charged moment, what with her fighting to protect Octavia and feeling as though she's gotten nowhere. And on top of everything, Lexa has the aUDACITY of being shockingly vulnerable and achingly sweet right in the middle of their arguement - right after Clarke has backed her into a table and read her the riot act about feelings and being a coward and goddAmnit Clarke was JUST feeling like a badass bitch in that moment - and Clarke has to immediately pivot away from it to threaten Lexa's secrets as leverage.
She goes from pissed off, to emboldened, to knocked off kilter by this confession, back to pissed off agaain in the span of, what? 20 seconds?
And yet.
And yet and yet and yet!
When she stomps outside in a huff of righteous indignation, what does she do?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
She stops and looks back at Lexa's tent, needing a moment to collect to herself.
That's not the face of someone who is angry. It's barely even a face of relief. No, that's the face of a girl trying very hard to hold her shit together. To steady her resolve. Her ass was shooketh by that confession from Lexa, and while she kept her focus on the goal in the moment, Lexa absolutely knocked Clarke emotionally on her ass to the point that the second she was out of eyesight, Clarke was damn near spinning out.
The girl was a tiny rumpled mess of nerves and adrenaline and Feelings™
And I don't think she ever truly recovered from that moment. You see it moving forward in her increased comfort in Lexa's space. Even with her 'not yet' you don't see her actually pull away from Lexa. If anything, you see that admiration grow. From when they give the plans for their siege with her standing shoulder to shoulder with Lexa (and also stealing sneaky looks wE SEE YOU wanheda 👀), to admitting that Lexa has changed the way she thought about Grounders, to practically holding Lexa's hand when they try and push the button to blow the door open. It's these minute moments of them sharing half smiles and energy exchanges that, while innocent, still feel more charged and poignant than just leaders readying for battle.
Because they were.
And I think she, like Lexa, had every intention of exploring whatever it was between them further once the mountain had fallen.
But... then the betrayal happen.
