Meet: @ariana_n07 I have always been on a diet or program since I was in elementary school but 4 years ago decided I would not keep yo yo dieting and wanted to be a healthy wife, and start a family without the stress of an I healthy enough or being able to run around after my child. I lost over 115 pounds in 9 months, got pregnant and had a beautiful little boy who continues to be my motivation to show you can be thick and curvy without the perfect body and yet be healthy. I am not someone who desires to be a size 4 or 115 lbs I just wanted to be able to look in a mirror and love myself. I wanted to be able to run after my son and be the best mother I can be and that means being around for him. My account has inspired many women and men to not start a weight loss journey or the next diet bet but to just start the journey of loving yourself and doing what makes you happy no matter the size and realizing it is baby steps and a lifestyle change. I was happy before.... and I'm happy now. Before: senior in highschool, felt beautiful but didn't feel like "me". Now....fast forward 7 years, married, last year of graduate school working on my masters in School Psychology. That before picture was taken 6 months before I started my journey and about 2 years before I got really serious. Losing weight is not a sprint. It's a marathon and you have to pace yourself.
