seo-jun is so unbelievably head over heels for you. it's difficult not to notice how his bad boy facade faulters in your presence.

because of that, he gets extremely jealous. he doesn’t care if you have friends that are boys but if they show any interest or attraction towards you then that’s when he gets annoyed. seo-jun would straight up corner them and question them about their motives and warn them to stay away from you.

you're the only girl he has eyes for. he essentially has hearts for eyes around you. his friends tease him mercilessly, only stopping whenever seo-jun threatens them. although, they can’t help but enjoy the sight of bad boy seo-jun folding whenever you even look in his direction.

despite their teasing, seo-jun’s friends always look out for you (even when seo-jun isn’t around to do it himself).

seo-jun is a fan of pda. he’s not ashamed to wrap an arm around your waist or shoulders, demand kisses (especially when no one’s looking), or holding your hand in his bigger one as you’re walking.

seeing you in his clothes makes him almost short circuit. he’ll pretend seeing you like that doesn’t make him nervous, when in fact it does and his pink cheeks give him away.

he's incredibly observant, so much so he can practically read your mind. it always surprises you when he easily figures out what you want to eat for lunch or how he manages to finishes your thought.

seo-jun loves spoiling you but gets insecure that he can’t buy you expensive things. he always tries to hide his shame when he hands you a little trinket as a gift but your lips stretch into a wide grin and smother him with kisses and numerous ‘thank you’s’ and ‘i love it’.

seo-jun will call you pretty, princess, baby, and even sweetheart in some instances. it always makes your cheeks flush and your heart thump against your ribcage.

he adores your smile. he'll try to playfully joke around with you just to hear your melodic laughter at his antics (which usually consists of him attempting to flirt while reciting horrible pick up lines). he'll do anything to see your pretty lips curl into a cute grin.

seo-jun would be very secretive about your relationship, not wanting to freak you out with how seriously he values you. little do you know he tells his mum (and gowoon) all about you since he knows you're the one for him. they ask him a million and one questions when he confesses, the conversation ending with him promising to bring you over to meet them. when the day finally arrives, his mum and gowoon absolutely adore you and tells you everything sappy seo-jun has told them about you.

if you tease him, he’ll blush and try to deny the accusations but in the end he’ll confess it’s all true.

Okay so starting off a week when you guys start dating is that he takes things rather slow like he doesn’t want to make you rush the relationship

HAN SEOJUN in a NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR! AU. when you were a baby, then a child, then a teenager almost grown, you lived next to none other than han seojun. because of you respective ages (seojun was two years older than you, a fact of which he always enjoyed reminding you), and the time you spent seeing the other, it was only inevitable that at some point, you grew an awkward, bumbling crush on your very own next door neighbor, and good friend's older brother. gowoon never really noticed it (thank god), and neither did seojun, but all throughout your high school years, you nursed this little crush you had on the slightly older boy, ignoring the way your heart would race when he'd bring over food for your family, or hide out in your apartment when he angered gowoon, or even walked you to the corner store in the middle of the night, when you needed to get something really quickly, but your mother didn't want you to go out alone (he'd grumble the whole way there, but you'd buy him food and sneak something sweet into his pockets for later, and whenever you asked, he was always ready in a dash). you were right at his side through it all (and he beside you), and you saw him at his worst - those months after seyeon's death, those weeks after jugyeong chose suho over him, and all other heartaches, besides. you knew han seojun better than you knew anyone else, and when you left home to go to a university abroad - majoring in communications, of course, something seemingly practical yet entirely evasive - you felt acutely as though you left parts of yourself there. but time passed, and you grew around your losses. you still kept up with your old friend from a distance, but now he was an idol, and you were something grander than you'd once been. you were different, now. you didn't have the same vices that a teenager can't extricate from their being. but then the company you work for sends you home - not all the way home, but back to seoul, which is close enough for you, anyway. and you're successful enough to be someone important - with nice real estate in a nice part of town, and who do you notice always leaving your building in secret but han seojun! your old friend and somehow, once more neighbor! you should certainly keep this to yourself - the last thing an overworked idol needs is an old friend who knows about his not-so-secret apartment and is somehow still love-drunk enough to miss his stupid gorgeous face. and it's not like he's going to stumble upon you one night when you were idiot enough to lock your key inside your apartment when you went to the corner store at midnight. and it's not like that's going to lead to reconnecting with a person you'd rather not miss, who has a life so complicated it makes your head hurt just thinking about it. and it's not like he's going to kiss you on the forehead that night when he thinks you're finally sleeping (you'll have to wait for the lock to be changed in the morning, and really, you've nowhere else to go in the meantime), whispering under his breath how he loved you all along despite himself. after all, it's not like these things happen - and certainly not to you. it's the last thing you need, being neighbors with han seojun. but maybe it's something you secretly want.

BACKGROUND/HEADCANONS.

heather nasceu e cresceu em meio a indústria de entretenimento, nunca foi algo que teve muitas escolhas, isso se dava por sua mãe ser dona e ceo de uma das empresas de entretenimento mais famosas da coreia do sul.

desde muito nova foi colocada em comerciais de televisão, trabalhos de modelo infantil, atriz mirim de séries, filmes e até mesmo concurso de miss mirim. por influência de toda sua vida e de sua mãe, fazer parte da indústria integralmente se tornou o único sonho que tinha, pois já sabia que sua vida e seu futuro já tinham sido ditados.

I was catching up with true beauty so yesterday I watched episodes 10, 11 & 12 and I felt like a clown hoping that Kang Soojin is seriously not like this 🤡🤡🤡

Like this literally makes no sense?? I thought even when she turned “evil” she would change 180 degrees, revealing her true personality but noooo, she was still nice. Remember when she helped Joo Hye Min (the transfer student from Yongpa) from her bullies? SHE’S STILL THE SAME. And the only reason why she is being mean to Jugyeong is becAUSE THEY LIKE THE SAME BOY?? LIKE I REMEMBERED THAT SCENE WHERE SHE THREW THE NECKLACE INTO THE FIRE BIT BY BIT JUST CAUSE HOW HER CHARACTER ARC MAKES NO SENSE?? Like she said something along the lines of “Jugyeong is a sweet girl, so why do you have to like her?” or something like basically she genuinely liked Jugyeong, but just bcS THE GUYS SHE LIKES IS DATING HER, SHE HATES HER NOW?? LIKE HAVE THE WRITERS EVEN SEEN KANG SOOJIN?? I DON’T EVEN WRITE THE SCRIPT BUT I KNOW THAT THIS WHOLE THING MAKES NO SENSE. SHE IS THE MOST BADASS, TAKE-NO-SHIT CHARACTER, AND YOU MAKE HER THE BULLY CAUSE OF A MF GUY??

Anyways enough of the rant, I would also like to add that it seems like Lee Suho’s father is gonna get a redemption arc at something point, like I can just imagine him KNEELING at Suho, begging for his forgiveness, cause even tho he’s doing all sorts of things, he actually still loves Suho and it’s also clear that he doesn’t want Suho to stray further away from him. Suho’s decision, however? I’m not sure if he’s gonna forgive him or not. Although Suho seems like the type to not really forgive people who did wrongdoings to him, he’s still his dad, so idkk

Soojin on the other hand, uhhhh I’m not really sure how her character would end like... there is actually a slight possibility that she would try to become friends with Jugyeong again after realizing what she has done. If this was done, then Jugyeong might do one out of these two things: she would either forgive her, being the sweetest, kindest, bestest girl she is, or she would gain character development and drop that toxic friendship. Anyways, no, I do not have the faintest idea how it ends.

Oh, and the last scene: Soo Ah confronting and asking Jugyeong about the photos as if she can’t believe this was her face without make up. Now, ever since the very first episode, I just know that Soo Ah is going to support Jugyeong no matter what, even if she turns out to be “ugly”. But when I was watching that episode, I suddenly thought of the possibility that maybe Soo Ah does dislike her now for having an ugly face, or at the very least, dislikes her for not telling her the truth when they’re best friends.

Now the latter is obv way better than the first, if she is just disappointed at Jugyeong bcs she “lied” to her, then it’ll just be a conflict that’s probably going to be solved in the last few episodes anyways. But, if the former is true, then idk everyone is probably toxic in Saebom High except for Seojun and Jugyeong (love Seojun so freaking much (I would also mention Suho but that episode where he was mad at Jugyeong for being friends with Seojun is so obsessive and also the episode where they went camping he looked like such a creep looking at Jugyeong all the time so)).

NOW NOW HEAR ME OUT, y’all are probably screaming “WHAT? Nooo Soo Ah is definitely not that kind of person!!” And yes, she isn’t. BUT, before being close to Jugyeong, she was basically BESTIES with Kang Soojin. If Kang Soojin stirs up a bad rumor to the class of how Jugyeong looks without make up, then Kang Soo Ah will undeniably believe in her. Why? Because she is her BEST FRIEND. I mean like, even if Jugyeong is the victim, I feel like even she would still struggle to cut ties with Soojin, like we’re talking about SOO AH Y’ALL, someone who’s probably Soojin’s bestfriend since day one. If we asked her who she trusts more between Soojin and Jugyeong, she would obviously say she can’t choose, but deep inside her heart, the answer is probably Kang Soojin.

To wrap things up, I would like to say that I hope the Juyoung x Gowoon ship will sail cause they look absolutely adorable together 🥰

Episode 13 Thoughts

ok so yesterday i wrote a really long post on my thoughts on episode 13 but it was on a really old tablet so it deleted while i was writing it so imma write it again tdy but keep in mind im paraphrasing my thoughts from right after i finished episode 13, not my thoughts about after today’s episode

Hye Min: Im happy with her development and her reporting the bullies at Saebom (idk which episode this happened in but i wanted to touch on it). Proud of her :)

Soo Jin: Im sad with the direction they took her character in and I hope she gets some type of redemption eventually, but i do want her to face the consequences of her actions. being hurt is not an excuse to hurt. this being said i think the way they wrote her betrayal was horrible.

Soo Ah: The way she’s acting bothers me. She’s giving the cold shoulder to JK and I don’t really get why. Your best friend is in pain you should be supporting her. Idk it rubbed me the wrong way.

Tae Hoon: I love him so much. Himbo icon. Thats really it tbh. I like that he really didnt treat JK differently.

Su Ho: I actually really love his relationship with JK now. Who knew once they finally started communicating I would like them. Never could’ve guessed [/s]. And I like how he was there for JK and gave her the time she needed. Love a supportive boyfriend. The break up thing though implies the show is going in the time skip direction which worries me because I dont know how they’re gonna pull that off with only three episodes left.

Seo Jun: Please give him a break god damn. He’s already been through so much and is doing so much for this girl who barely notices him I’m in pain. Just let him move on.

Go Woon: What can I say besides she’s a badass. I love her. That’s it.

Ju Young: I love how he stood up for JK. He may be an annoying little shit sometimes, but his heart is in the right place and I appreciate him.

Mr. Han: Simply precious. That’s all. I would like for him to work on his communication skills a little more, but besides that I love him and completely understand how Hee Kyung fell for him.

JK’s mom (idk her name oops): I genuinely hated her at first because she was, in my opinion, verbally abusive. Im not an expert so maybe it’s not my right to say, but I genuinely loathe how she treated JK, her own daughter. But this episode showed tremendous growth and Im glad she acknowledged her faults and is trying to be better. Taking her to a plastic surgeon may not have been the best idea but i applaud her for trying! Also i love her for standing up to the surgeon.

Last but not least, the star of the show, Ju Kyung herself:  I was so proud of her growth this episode. Like, so, so proud. I think the way they portrayed her depression was incredibly realistic (speaking as someone who has depression), if not just a little too fast, but I understand they have to move things quickly. Nevertheless Im still so proud of her for being able to stand up to those bullies and announce she’s dating Su Ho. what a baddie.
