Suncrest Campaign Wrap-Up: The Duality Of Session Titles

Our player-notes document is a communal Google Doc, where everyone (including the beleaguered DM) can hop back to check details from earlier sessions--highly recommend this system, honestly. And, for ease of reference, every week after the session wraps up I go in and give the session a title, so that we can use the gdocs Table of Contents feature to easily jump between entries.

In general, I try to make these at least somewhat informative--I try to match the tone of the title to the overall tone of the session, and reference something that'll make it clear in six months what the hell I'm talking about.

Does like Leafpool showed up in time and had to help out or did Brambleclaw just.. did Brambleclaw things idk?

in canon leafpool has a vision about the fight at the lake and ashfur comes to warn everyone so leafpool is already en route by the time hawkfrost is injured and arrives to help him deliver their kits before he dies.

brambleclaw makes himself useful by trying to hold the wound closed with cobwebs while leafpool helps hawkfrost through the birth. squirrelflight takes charge of grooming and caring for the kits as theyre born. hashtag teamwork. firestar probably loses another life while this is happening cause no-ones there to help him out of the fox trap. sucks to suck dude.

Its facts, I remember from 2016 when EX* & its fandom (along with other fandoms) would drag & riot whenever BTS achieved any milestone.

ARMYs would drag the absolute SHIT out of them for having "paid achievements" (we even reported ex0-ls for that one time they admitted to PAYING for votes on a specific end of year award and then went LIVID when BTS still won "after they took their money and promised ex* a victory" ).

It hurt us whenever any kpop fandom would call BTS frauds, flops, "buying their way to the top", but at the same time we felt proud of our "Organic artists with a pen", we'd laugh knowing many of those kpop stans followed groups that didn't even write their own songs & recycled the same concepts.

We'd gloat at the artistry, the originality, the GENIUS MINDS behind every concept and storyline of each ERA.

Then B/P entered the scene and rose to fame and it started a whole new war. Armys accusing them & YG of mediaplay to promote them while using BTS' name and #s on youtube to get more traffic.

The first time b/p broke the 24hr record with "K*ll this love", Armys were quick with the hashtags of corruptions, YG again mediaplaying with PAID ADs, PAID #1s on charts, PAID awards, PAID fame. (Armys even took it further when they started dragging the girls individually stating that YG probably "passed them around" all the big executives to become famous in such a short time).

And each time the claims were the same: "They will never be BTS", "BTS are organic artists", "Atleast my faves can write their own songs.", "BTS BIGGER THAN KPOP", "Teamwork makes the dream work".

But what a lot in the fandom began to overlook is that little by little Armys went from being BTS' Shield & Protectors to "The most toxic fandom in Kpop". And when Solo era started this escalated to: The most toxic fandom → ARMY BULLIES

And NOW??? That everything we used to condemn; all those "cheating tactics", those tools of "corruption & greed" in the Industry are being used to raise ONE MEMBER only. One member ABOVE the others, who each worked so hard on their individual solo projects to put themselves out there, test the waters and see if they'd make it as soloist.

NOW, those same fandoms are laughing at US.

The ARMY SELLOUTS.

The Chart Manipulators.

The HYPOCRITES 'cause even during FACE's era those who wanted LC to be sent to radio got silenced and "reminded" that "BTS don't do payola", "payola is inorganic", "achievements through payola are frauds".

I don't know how some of ya'll are still celebrating this or feel proud of what's going on. Because clearly the ones who are benefiting $$ off of that one member's fame are not BTS, its the ones pulling the strings from the outside with Bang PD'$ help.

interview: tripleS EVOLution Shines the Brightest with their Debut Album, ⟡(Mujuk)

tripleS EVOLution has made their debut as a sub-unit with the release of their mini-album, ⟡(Mujuk) on October 11th. The members of EVOLution include YooYeon, Mayu, NaKyoung, Kotone, ChaeYeon, JiWoo, SooMin, and YeonJi and were formed through their fans’ votes in their most recent Grand Gravity event via Cosmo : the Gate app created by Modhaus Inc. The members shared more about their debut album and resolution as EVOLution in the recent interview with global media outlets.

⟡(Mujuk)'s title track, "Invincible" is about relentlessly pursuing a dream in the face of hardship. Similarly, tripleS is an ambitious project. How do you overcome the potentially unique challenges in pursuing this dream?

JiWoo: If there's something I want to try, I always give it a shot. By persistently trying and challenging myself, I've learned that I usually achieve something in the end if I just take that chance. So, regardless of the outcome, I want to keep giving myself the opportunity to try.

Could you share with us the most memorable moment preparing this album?

YeonJi: I believe it was during the music video shoot. It was my first debut, and everything felt fresh since I'd never done a music video before. I encountered some challenges and felt like I missed a few details, but thanks to the support of the members, I managed to overcome those difficulties. Our music video also showcases some aspects of tripleS that we hadn't revealed to the public previously, as we ventured into new territory with new challenges. The whole process was enjoyable overall.

Was there a message that you want to convey to the listeners with this album?

YooYeon: With our album⟡(Mujuk), our intention was to convey a message of self-love, emphasizing the importance of loving oneself. Just like diamonds that are hard to break, overcoming difficulties and challenges will only make you stronger.

With a concept like tripleS, how do you as the members keep the bond within the group?

YooYeon: Our team comes together based on fan decisions, so we make an effort to communicate extensively within the group to build stronger bonds and support one another. We also hold regular meetings to give feedback, discuss the team's needs, and ensure we're working together effectively.

Being sub-units from the same group, how do you feel EVOLution's concept and sounds differ or line up with other sub-units in the group, like LOVElution's recent comeback?

ChaeYeon: Both EVOLution and LOVElution are sub-units of tripleS, sharing a common message of self-confidence and self-love. LOVElution expresses this message through a bright, refreshing, and exciting image, while EVOLution does so with a strong, intense, and cool image. This difference in image is what sets the two units apart.

As some of you have been part of other sub-units, do you notice anything difference in terms of work?

NaKyoung: The key difference lies in the way our energy and dance skills come together as a team. When making comebacks with different sub-units, I prioritize teamwork, focusing on how well our members collaborate. You can expect a vibrant and energetic atmosphere from us as a team.

What would you do if you were Invincible for one day?

YeonJi: When we walk on the streets, we can't go through walls, so we have to go around them. If I were invincible for a day, I would break through walls to reach my destination more quickly.

What are the three hashtags that best describe the group, EVOLution?

SooMin: I believe the three hashtags that best describe our group are "#strength", "#invincibility", and "#shine". The "#shine" comes from the symbolism of a diamond representing EVOLution, and it embodies both "#strength" and "invincibility" due to its hardness and resilience.

If you can take any other tripleS sub-unit song and make it into EVOLution song instead, which song would you choose and why?

Mayu: Personally, I choose the song "Generation" because I remember seeing its performance on television when I was a student in Japan, and it serves as the debut song for tripleS, holding significant meaning. Therefore, I'm eager to give it a try.

What are your goals for the future as EVOLution and individual artists?

Kotone: As a member of EVOLution, I want more people to recognize us. Personally, I hope to hear our songs being played in various places like streets, small shops, and convenience stores.

congrats on surviving episode two of next gen! updated rankings can be found here. no eliminations were announced in this episode, however the next episode’s teamwork evaluation will be the first elimination round. participants in the bottom ranks have been warned that they may not survive to the third episode if they do not show marked improvement.

for participating in the auditions and appearing in the second episode of NEXT GEN, all wannabes who submitted their participation may collect points as outlined on this spreadsheet. points were awarded based on the writing requirements submitted and the optional extra threads. no verification is required; you may link back to this post on your spreadsheets.

for the next episode of NEXT GEN, all participants will be divided into singing, dancing, and rapping groups, and then those groups split in two for a total of six teams. each skill will go head to head with the winning team receiving immunity from elimination while the members of the losing team are at the mercy of the judges to stay in the competition. the teams and their assigned songs can be found below. the singing teams will be practicing at the LIME ENTERTAINMENT building with help from BOM and are given special access to certain practice rooms for the week. dance teams will have practice rooms at SR MEDIA assisted by YOOJUNG and rap teams at STUDIO DELTA with J-YOON. independent practice will be expected of them between lessons and participants are welcome to work together with their teams to rehearse.
