But in his exhausted state, he slashes the knife in the air while babbling on about how he wishes there were easier ways to deal with his rouges. Accidentally causing his magical knife to slashes open a portal to a different dimension.

Ectoplasm problems

Danny was in extremely danger, the G.I.W agents were getting closer and he was scared, never thought he would fear the color white until then.

What for some could mean peace, security and healing for him was danger, experimentation and death.

A few days ago his parents had refused to continue selling ectoplasm, with the portal closed "accidentally" their reserves of the Zone were running out, the agents thought that getting ectoplasm for their weapons would be easy, but clearly the environmental ectoplasm was not that powerful, nor easy to recreate.

Their next solution was to capture ghosts, sometimes blobs, on one occasion they captured Ember and Johnny (hopefully Danny had arrived on time before something worse happened).

Unfortunately they made a discovery, although the "blood" of the ghosts was ectoplasm (as they verified with some strangely harmless tests according to Ember) each ghost had an extremely different composition.

While Ember's ectoplasm was kept at a high temperature and near boiling point, Johnny's was just wrong in texture and unwieldy, the blobs were just lacking and weak.

With the help of Frostbite, he discovered that this was due to the core that each ghost possessed, since it affected the state the body was in and acted in different ways. Due to the instability of the Zone and its lack of gravity, the closest similar ectoplasm was ice cores.

The plus side was that the ice cores were mostly found in Far Frozen, and it was unlikely that they would make it out to the human realm, the minus side was that Danny had a bad habit of leaving his blood behind in his fights, where the G.I.W could have access to the samples and identify it as "proper ectoplasm" despite its obviously different characteristics from ghosts due to his halfa status.

Ironically, that made it even more suitable, since his blood-like ectoplasm made it easier to handle and store, with a much higher power than the zone. So yeah, now Danny was running for his life because the federal agents wanted to bleed him alive, ¿dead? half alive, you get the point.

Now they weren't just going to tie him to a table, they were going to make sure to keep him alive to bleed him out until his core vanished, joy. The only good thing about the situation is that somehow the G.I.W still didn't know about the ghost cores but considering the situation he didn't have hope about that for longer.

Now, if only Jazz's distress call worked this time...

I have had to say something because I am fed up with all the hate directed towards Alex. And Miles being painted as some tragic Victorian heroine sitting at her window weeping, waiting for her handsome prince to return to her.

Does Miles look unhappy to you? He has a successful career, great friends, a lovely home and most of all, his beautiful little dog. Has it ever crossed your mind that he might be happy single?

Has it ever crossed your mind that maybe him and Alex could possibly have a relationship? They constantly share clothes, Miles has frequently slipped up...only recently speaking about when they’re sitting on the sofa of an evening with their acoustic guitars. How do we think Alex got the idea from Miles of having a screen that reflects the audience, recommended The Mysterines to support AM in the UK, asked Miles to appear at The Emirates Stadium in June, and most of all support the band in Ireland? It’s not done by osmosis. Alex and Miles have a relationship. Whether or not it is sexual is not for me to say. But just because you don’t see them together doesn’t mean they aren’t friends. They live within minutes of each other in London and share many mutual old friends – including the rest of AM and the likes of Tyler and Davey.

I hear many people say when it is suggested Louise is a beard, that Alex would not do that. Alex became famous at 19. He was young and impressionable, and once again I am not saying whether any of his relationships have been fake, but once he started to blossom it was pretty obvious he was going to be a heartthrob and a big selling point to the US audience. His cute little bromance with Miles would have become problematic so he may well have been advised to enter ‘straight’ relationships to keep up the hetrosexual image. Yes he is now a grown man, but fear of coming out can be crippling but it doesn’t mean, in private a person doesn’t have fulfilling relationships. He is probably bound by iron-clad contracts to do certain amounts of publicity, and if spending a few days a year with a girl he’s friends with, who will also benefit from the relationship, means he can live the rest of his life in peace with Miles or whoever he is in a relationship with then let him do it.

Most of all stop turning Miles’ life into a fan fic. I write them myself but I perfectly appreciate the real Miles and Alex aren’t the ones in my imagination.

River watched him stand there, the wings still fully flared out, tears running down his face as his mind wrapped slowly, ever so slowly around what Lucas had just said. Before he could actually get around to formulating an answer, he saw how the boy sank down on his knees in front of him clutching his head as if he had a headache.

Lucas: I’m pregnant… I just know there is an egg, I’m so sorry!

River knelt down in front of him, gently putting his hand on his face. The emotions he felt were heart wrenching to feel from Lucas, although this was not what he had expected he would think more about it later, for now, all he wanted to focus on was the panicked dragon watching him. 

River: Deep breath Sunlight, I don’t hate you, I would lie if I said I was not surprised, but I have a hunch it takes two to make an egg. Even for a dragon. Lucas: Vy said that El.. is just his.. River: Yes, but that is very different, and even if it is, it’s still ours.

if there's one thing this last episode has affirmed for me about Alastor it's that he FUCKING HATES being reminded that he's not the most powerful creature in hell.

Like, he hates being ignored by Carmilla when she says she doesn't care why he was gone

He hates Lucifer ON SIGHT

He threatens to KILL Husk when he dares to mention that Alastor is working for someone more powerful than him

and now this.

Alastor freaking out because he almost died. Something almost killed him. He can fucking die. There is something more powerful than him out there. And it's not something he can ignore or brush off because it almost killed him.

Alastor hates the reminder that he's not as powerful as he tells people he is. He isn't indestructible, he isn't invincible. And he fucking hates that.
