Q: Did you listen to Paul McCartney's 'Ram' album?
LENNON: Of course I did. The first time I heard it I thought it was awful, and then the second time, ahem, I fixed the record player a bit and it sounded better. I enjoyed a couple like 'My Dog It's Got Three Legs' or something, and the intro to 'Uncle Albert.' I can't stand the second track from the... well I mean, it doesn't matter anyway. In general I think the other album he did was better in a way. At least there were some songs on it. I don't like all this dribblin' pop-opera jazz. I like pop records that are pop records.
Q: Is there a song on your album 'Imagine' that refers to Paul... lines about a pretty face and the sound of Muzak?
LENNON: (smiling) Er, there's a song which COULD be a statement about Paul. It could be interpreted that way. But then, it could be about an old chick I'd known.

I'm so serious when I say I'm not a woman, I'm a lesbian. Genuinely. I don't feel connected to womanhood in any way that isn't through lesbianism. To an extent, it's like... inherently, as a lesbian, I inherently will not be like straight women, I will not fit in spaces defined around male attraction, and I'm frequently overlooked by other women because of this. That othering of me and my experiences has lead to this almost inevitable state of like, clearly I can't be a woman because so many of these "universal female experiences" are defined around male attraction, so why waste my time pretending like I am? That's not even bringing up the ways in which being autistic impacts my view of my own gender! I'm a lesbian, that's what matters most above all else

MATT: Thanks again for letting us stay over.
ROBIN: Well Kai refused letting you two leave, especially after you bought him a pool.
MATT: Well he had so much fun yesterday I figured why not.
RAI: Already spoiled.
ROBIN: *laughing* And it's only going to get worse.
…
ROBIN: So…you and that girl, what's her name?
MATT: Indee.
ROBIN: What are you two anyway, she's not your girlfriend?
ROBIN: *whispering* Is it a friends with benefits situation?
MATT: Wha? No. No nothing like that, and we only did it once, and that was at her place.
ROBIN: *surprised laughed* That's it?
MATT: *mumbling* Why are you laughing…anyway whenever she came over we kept getting interrupted.
RAI: Get your own place then. Don't blame me…or lulu.
MATT: Maybe I will so I can walk fully nude in peace.
RAI: I didn't ask to hear that.
…
ROBIN: You didn't answer my question, so she's not your girlfriend? Do you really love her like you say?
ROBIN: Does she love you, at least like you claim to do?
MATT: I…I think so.
ROBIN: You think so.
RAI: Yeah why aren't you sure, and what question did you just answer for.
MATT: I-I don't know! You two ganging up on me isn't what I had in mind today!
RAI: We just want to make sure that our Matty is totally sure about his feelings.
MATT: *pointing at Rai* Are you having fun being a pain in my ass-
ROBIN: Aye *looks back at Kai in the pool* no cursing!
RAI: I'm just teasing. But for real though what are you two, for her to leave like that.
ROBIN: I would really like to know. Seriously Matt before Kai meets her.
MATT: I can't deal with this right now, Kai it's daddy's turn in the pool.
KAI: Noooooo!
ROBIN: *sighs*…Lets go back into the house.
ROBIN: Was I too intense there, I didn't mean to push him like that but I have the right to know who my son could be around.
RAI: I think it's really starting to hit him now. He could lose Indee if he doesn't get his act together. And he knows it.

i feel like if there was an au wherein Willow and Charlie's roles were swapped, everything would simply have gone So Much Worse. like, i think Willow would have encouraged Maxwell. she would make him worse
i do not dare imagine what a Constant with Willow (worse edition) in charge would be like, because just thinking about it a teeny tiny bit leads me to believe no one would survive a singular day. she would be a menace beyond belief and reason. Maxwell would be so very proud off her up until he gets hit with the character growth (i.e, realising she's not going soft on him), and then he would be scrambling to get her off that throne immediately
