@holistic_and_hopeful always puts it so perfectly! Yes! This! 💜@Regrann from @holistic_and_hopeful - There is freedom in healing! 💓 🍃 For most of my life my breakfast consisted of eggs and bacon. I craved the salt and fat and felt I NEEDED it to sustain my energy and to be healthy. Even after I was diagnosed with Hashimotos and hypothyroid I was told by both conventional & holistic doctors alike to get a lot of animal protein in the morning to ensure blood sugar stability and energy levels stay up. 😫 But man, the amount of inflammation, fibromyalgia pain, acidic stomach, bloating, constipation, hormonal acne & headaches and energy crashes was almost constant. I was told something was wrong with ME and to just add more protein, cut carbs, cut fruit, add more fat. And I did that for way too long. And just kept feeling worse. I felt imprisoned in lies. I decided for ME what I would do in my healing and I can't tell you how much freedom there is in that. I bought the @medicalmedium books and my health improved within a week. And I'm not joking. All my symptoms started to fade and I started to feel alive again but in a WHOLE new way. I'm free to cook food I truly want. I'm free to make my own choices and not do what doctors try to force me to. I'm free because I have all the information I ever need. There is so much freedom in real healing. Speech Delay & Autism markers🌸 Norway 🇳🇴 @healingfamily on Instagram My son is 5 years old and has a clearly delayed language development and struggle with a mild social anxiety. In kindergarten and other social environment he does not want to talk at all and only use body language. He has suffered from chronic diarrhea since he was born (I breast feeded him) and it got worse right after his first vaccine shot. He had bad eye contact, poor motor skills, got picky about food, sensitive to music and singing, he have been a bit apathetic and has many moves on autism, but has never been diagnosed. When I found Medical Medium I started with small changes in his diet. I took away gluten and diary products and gave him a lot of fruits. It was not easy to find alternatives to his old food that he was used to have, but with a lot of patience we got him on the diet and we noticed very fast a clearly difference in his behaviour! I have been giving him the heavy metal detox smoothie, celery juice mixed with apple juice, supplements as zink, B12, lemon balm, probiotics, magnesium and tons of fruits every day. He takes baths with epsom salt and we giving him massage before bedtime. A year ago he said about 5 words... today he says over 500 words! He speaks a little unclear and has difficulty in forming long sentences but I hear how the language gets better and better every day. He can ask about things and express his feelings and his imaginative toughts in words, something he had never been able to do before! The stomach and bowel are finally good! He is happy and thrilling with joy! He dances and sings with his little brother! He is looking right into my eyes and saying I love you mommy! He has a big desire for fruits and shows so much interest in healthy food something that always been a fight with him. Now he asks if all he eats is healthy and wants it so he can get energy as the superheroes he likes. He has made so many progress and I am so proud of him! As a parent you are so vulnerable to your children, you gets so frustrated not knowing, or understanding why, or not being able to help your children. A mother's intuition is so strong and the chapter about Autism/ADHD in the book Medical Medium by Anthony William was all I knew but could not confirm. Thanks to Anthony William and Spirit we have gained understanding and knowledge to help our son to heal and are by our hearts forever grateful! To all parents out there who feel powerless about what to do, always trust your intuition! there is hope! You can heal your child ❤️ 🙏🕊
