Real Reasons why Gaddafi was killed
1. Libya had no electricity bills, electricity came free of charge to all citizens.
2. There were no interest rates on loans, the banks were state-owned, the loan of citizens by law 0%.
3. Gaddafi promised not to buy a house for his parents until everyone in Libya owns a home.
4. All newlywed couples in Libya received 60,000 dinars from the government & because of that they bought their own apartments & started their families.
5. Education & medical treatment in Libya are free. Before Gaddafi there were only 25% readers, 83% during his reign
6. If Libyans wanted to live on a farm, they received free household appliances, seeds and livestock.
7. If they cannot receive treatment in Libya, the state would fund them $2300+ accommodation & travel for treatment abroad.
8. If you bought a car, the government finances 50% of the price.
9. The price of gasoline became $ 0.14 per liter.
10. Libya had no external debt, and reserves were $150 Billion (now frozen worldwide)
11. Since some Libyans can't find jobs after school, the government will pay the average salary when they can't find a job.
12. Part of oil sales in Libya are directly linked to the bank accounts of all citizens.
13. The mother who gave birth to the child will receive $5000
14. 40 loaves of bread cost $0.15.
15. Gaddafi has implemented the world's biggest irrigation project known as the "BIG MAN PROJECT" to ensure water availability in the desert.

Full-Size / True Color Version
Sometimes I think about the fact that first living being to orbit the Earth couldn't understand what was happening to her, couldn't understand the history she was making. Laika wasn't a volunteer. The technology to bring her back alive didn't exist. They sent her up anyway. She died, scared and alone, in a malfunctioning spacecraft hastily built to meet a political deadline.
When her heart rate tripled from the stress of acceleration, did she understand the magnitude of what she was experiencing? When she saw the stars outside her little window, did she believe the world had gone dark? In her final hours, did she feel wonder, or just fear?
"The more time passes, the more I’m sorry about it. We shouldn’t have done it. We did not learn enough from this mission to justify the death of the dog. When you understand that you can’t bring back Laika, that she perishes out there, and that no one can bring her back…that is a very heavy feeling." Oleg G. Gazenko
For me, there's some small consolation, at least, in knowing that although her death was unnecessary and cruel, Laika will never be forgotten. I love you, Laika. May you find peace among the stars.

Oh my god oh my god oh my god
I’ll try and be comprehensible but this thought-
It is, as we know, Zora tradition for the princess to present armor, made by her own hands, to the person they wish to be their husband. Mipha, of course, did this for Link, though she did not get to go through with it… mipha…
Botw/Totk Zelda made the champion’s garments that all the botw champions wore, which were presented to them when they were named champions… this shows that the hyrule kingdom, as well, placed importance on the princess crafting garments for certain occasions and ranks.
I do not know if it was specifically a tradition in hylian royalty to propose with armor, but with the history of botw/Totk Link and Zelda, with the knowledge of mipha’s intentions, plus zelda having made his original tunic, I think that her presenting the champions leathers to link would be fully understood as a proposal, as her asking him to be her husband, to lead and be with her as more than a knight.
I think that the champions leathers were just as symbolic as past tradition implies… that they were how she was planning to propose to him.
“I just can't wait to see the look on his face when I surprise him with it!”

Imagine Jessica explaining the Fourth of July to The RWBYJNROE group.
Nora:I can set off explosives legally and in my neighborhood?!?
Jessica: Er, I think there's still some laws about it, but, yeah, kind of. Wait, do you mean you're not allowed to do it in Remnant?
Nora: Oh, I can. Or, I used to, until I had to open this really big walnut.
Ren: She almost blew up the orphanage when she did.
Jaune: So, why do you celebrate the July 4th?
Jessica: Well, it's supposedly when the Declaration of Independence was signed. It was our way of telling the British, the country we were at war with at the time, that we were independent and no longer relied on them. It's considered the most important day in the American Revolution.
Jaune: Whoa... So your world fought to be free from opression?
Jessica: Well, this was a long time ago, way before I was born, but, yeah. Except it was just the US fighting against Great Britain. Well, not just the US since... Ugh. There's a lot of history behind this one holiday, and I think it would take a while to even start to begin explaining it.
Nora: Well, why don't you start from the beginning... While I help you feel at home with this-
Ren: NO.

Ok, she got Jefferson correct. She has the wrong age for Hancock. The other six didn’t sign the Declaration of Independence. And she left out the other 54 that did sign. Thirteen were 35 or younger which is only one more than she declared. The average age is just over 46. What is she trying to prove beyond her ignorance.
🤡🤦🏽🤦
Dumb as a bag of rocks. It takes only a few seconds to google this.

I don't know who needs to hear this but:
The British Mandate of Palestine =/= the State of Palestine.
There has never been a Palestinian state. That's not trying to justify anything or whatever, it's just the fucking history. The area now known as Israel and the Occupied Palestinian Territories was once "Judea" the homeland of the Jewish People, a self governing region/country/area. It was then colonised by multiple empires, the Roman Empire, the Byzantine Empire, the Arab Caliphate, the Ottoman Empire the British, Empire. None of these are a Palestinian states; these are all the result of imperialist colonising ideologies.
There could have been a self determined state in 1948 but instead there was a war because proto-Israel was attacked and defended herself.
If you need to rewrite history to justify your hate, maybe you're not as progressive as you want to think you are.
Edit: as I've said many times, I'm very pro 2-state solution. This post is not about that but I will not have this being used by other people to straw man me and lie about my beliefs
