A small collection of Short-Winged Green Grasshoppers, also known as Dichromorpha viridis.

I very much enjoy this species. Despite their common name they can be more colors than just green.

I'm tempted to try caring for some. I also think they'd be a useful feeder after a round or two of breeding. They're the perfect size for most mantises, and grasshoppers aren't as readily available in America as they are in Europe.
