my favourite LOTR thought at the moment is how absolutely confused Samwise Gamgee must have been when he truly met Peregrin Took for the first time. Of course he'd seen Pippin before, but he'd never actually interacted with him because Sam is just a humble gardener, while Pippin is the heir to the richest and most influential family in the whole Shire.

Poor Sam was most probably expecting a well-mannered young hobbit with very nice clothing (and perhaps a snobbish attitude), someone like Mr Frodo, or perhaps even quiet, calm Meriadoc Brandybuck. While both have a mischievous streak, they're still well-to-do and obviously so in how they act and dress and interact with one another.

There is absolutely no way he was expecting an absolutely feral hobbit-child with far too much energy and a mouth that prattles on a-mile-a-minute about absolutely everything his mind comes across. Or Pippin's favourite hobby of singing loudly in every possible scenario, or vanishing off to climb a tree or catch a fish in a nearby brook. Bare-handed.

This concept is absolutely hilarious to me and I honestly need more Sam and Pippin interactions, especially at the start of the journey when they're walking to Buckland.

I wanted to share the little story that the original poster shared in their post regarding their interaction with Toto ad well bc I think it's so precious and I hope y'all will appreciate it (I will 100% delete this whole post if y'all think mayhaps I should though cuz I'm kinda uncertain when it comes to LinkedIn stuff):

Toto is a legend, he is the president and shareholder of Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team . He is Lewis Hamilton's boss, he is the most respected man in F1 and he is a demanding billionaire. What does he do on a Monday morning at 11am, after the F1 season ends? He is building a sandcastle with his son. We share this interest in sandcastles. He agreed to give me some time to talk about stress, pressure, and how he manages to be everything at once. It's about passion, respect, trust, and discipline. He talked to me about his divorce, family balance, and the ambition that drives his professional life. Toto is disconcertingly simple and kind behind his bossy shell. I found it incredible to meet him here, on the beach in Abu Dhabi. He was drinking a coconut. Carrying his son's things. Doesn't have a bodyguard or assistant. A simple guy."

Oki oki because Néon Void lives rent free in my head, I wanted to try and design a happy ending! Post story Leo.

Few notes:

- His right arm has been replaced by a prosthetic (Cus I SEE HOW YOU REACT TO ARMLESS LEO, I SEE YOU)

- His pants were made by Mikey, they’re supposed to emulate Mirabel’s from Encanto, with embroidery from each family member. Idk how to do that so use your imagine a bit ahahah.

- Since his shell is kinda ruined from the Krang, he can no longer wear his sword strap. Instead, Splinter gave him two Kanzashi for his mask he can pull out and turn into his swords in battle.

- Def had some Future! Leo inspo as well, scarf covers some of his nastier scars.

- His new mask emulates his kitty mask a bit :)

- His right eye was permanently changed cus of the Krang.

Anywizzle! This was just me having a bit of fun for a more healed and happy Leo :)

actually cutest thing ever happened where my gf was developing some film and i tossed in a disposable camera i had been carrying in my purse that i THOUGHT was from last summer when my brother gifted me a pack of them for my bday to travel with (it had his name written in sharpie on it which i thought was a little weird) and yesterday we got the film back and it turns out it was NOT from last summer. instead it was a camera from like 2005. my parents used to give all of us cousins a camera to capture our family get togethers, so it was filled w all these photos of me and my cousins and my parents and my grandparents from the point of view of my baby brother when he was 3 years old. the sweetest surprise of all time. :,,)
