Bill Gates, Albert Einstein czy Walt Disney - ich wszystkich łączy to, że osiągnęli wielki sukces, przez co są uznawani za ,,nadludzi". Zupełnie niepotrzebnie. Ci mężczyźni byli/są zupełnie tacy, jak my. Mieli oni jednak coś, czego brakuje wielu z nas - motywację.
Motywacja to stan gotowości do podjęcia jakiegoś działania. Tak naprawdę mamy z nią do czynienia prawie w każdej sytuacji, w której towarzyszą nam jakiekolwiek emocje - radość motywuje do dalszych działań, smutek do naprawy samopoczucia i tak dalej. Musimy tylko nauczyć się ją wykorzystywać. Pytanie brzmi jednak: ,,jak?".
🌸 Znajdź motywującą mantrę
Stwórz własną mantrę lub nawet ich zbiór, lub użyj cytatu. Wypowiadaj ją na głos codziennie o zaplanowanej porze dnia, przykładowo przed snem lub po przebudzeniu. Możesz je zapisywać lub nawet publikować.
Mój ulubiony cytat brzmi: ,,Nie martw się porażkami, martw się szansami, które tracisz, gdy nawet nie próbujesz". Może to trafia również do ciebie? 😊
🌸 Stwórz swój pozytywny monolog
Kto nigdy nie rozmawiał sam ze sobą niech pierwszy rzuci kamieniem. Każdy z nas gada do siebie w myślach czy nawet na głos. Mnie osobiście zdarzyło się to bardzo wiele razy. Ale czy na pewno dobrze kierujemy rozmową? Czy zdarzyło ci się, będąc zły albo smutny, stwierdzić, że nie potrafisz? Spróbuj następnym razem przeformułować to na ,,nauczę się!". Brzmi lepiej, prawda?

🌸 Słuchaj motywującej muzyki
Muzyka to nasza nieodzowna część życia. To przy niej wykonujemy wiele czynności, jak np. bieganie, nauka, sprzątanie lub czekanie aż autobus zatrzyma się na wyznaczonym przystanku. Oczywiście, każdy ma prawo słuchać czegoś zupełnie innego, lecz może skusisz się na pospolitą motywującą playlistę na YouTube? Jeżeli nie, może Spotify będzie miało to, czego potrzebujesz? A może wiesz sam(a), jaka piosenka daje ci pozytywnego kopa?
Uważam, że żeby piosenka była motywująca, wcale nie musi mieć głębokiego przekazu. Przykładowo, mnie motywuje "Locked out of heaven" Bruno Marsa (tak, to przy niej powstaje ten tekst 😃), lecz czy ma przejmujący tekst? Według mnie nie. Ale ma w sobie to ,,coś", co każe mi podnieść zacne cztery litery i ruszyć do działania.
Jeżeli chcesz, polecę ci kilka piosenek, tylko powiedz. 😊
🌸 Jeżeli masz cel - dojdź do niego powoli
Nie rzucaj się od razu na głęboką wodę, bo po pewnym czasie stracisz po prostu zapał. Dobrze jest zapisać sobie kilka mini-celów i zdobywać je po kolei. To znacznie przybliża do ostatecznego celu, a także motywuje, kiedy widzisz, jak blisko niego już jesteś.
Przykładowo, mając na celu uzyskanie 5 na świadectwie z biologii, twoimi mini-celami będą oceny cząstkowe.
🌸 Poznaj ludzi o podobnym celu
W grupie zawsze raźniej, jak to mówią. Rozmawiając z ludźmi, którzy chcą osiągnąć coś podobnego, dodatkowo się motywujesz. Jeżeli czegoś nie rozumiesz lub masz spadek motywacji, zawsze będą ci służyć radą.
🌸 Nie porównuj się do innych
Tak działa nasz mózg, że choćbyś nie wiem jak się starał(a), i tak postawisz się na drugim miejscu. Jeżeli ciężko ci na początku przestać porównywać, to zestaw siebie teraz i siebie z kilku lat wstecz. Co osiągnąłeś/ęłaś? Czy jesteś z siebie dumny/a?
Jesteś najlepszy/a teraz, w tym momencie. Nie popadaj w skrajności wynikające z porównania samego siebie.
I pamiętaj, że Einstein w wieku wczesnoszkolnym został zakwalifikowany jako uczeń opóźniony, a Disney zwolniony z pracy w gazecie za brak pomysłów i słabą wyobraźnię. 😌

Ok, you just woke up after a full night of sleep and you feel sluggish, tired and so incredibly unmotivated that even getting up from your bed seems to be another mission impossible as if waking up wouldn’t be hard enough. And what you do? Well, if you are like me you just try to figure out if there is even a tiny possibility to make this day a productive one. Because there is nothing more frustrating than realizing at the end of the day that you accomplished absolutely nothing during the whole day. I hate this feeling, I really do. But sometimes even if you try hard the whole universe seems to work against you.

Investigate the Motivation Theory
Human decision-making is fundamentally based on values. We feel liberated when an organization's culture coincides with our personal values. We have the freedom to bring our entire selves to work.
‘Values can constrain us and our advancement,' according to another concept. However, it is simple to ingest as you read.
What are Potentially Limiting Values?
Commitment, honesty, transparency, creativity, friendship, love, and other positive values exist. There are also other behaviours that go along with them. Other behaviours, such as straightforward and internal competition in an organisation, are driven by various elements of our psychological being, the worries of the ego, which motivates us to do things like jealousy. Now, some potentially limiting values are always potentially limiting.
Values, Needs and Motivation
Maslow claimed that human needs may be structured into a hierarchy in order to better understand what motivates human beings. When a lower need is met, we shift our attention to the next need in the hierarchy.
The needs are as follows, from the bottom of the hierarchy up:
Physiological (food, water, clothing, and shelter), 
safety (job security, emotional well-being, health security, and financial security), 
love and belonging needs (friendship, spouse love), 
esteem (self-confidence and freedom), and 
self-actualization
Individuals must attend to lower-level demands before they can attend to higher-level requirements.
The Theory of Motivation
Our beliefs are always aimed toward meeting our needs, and our motives are always driven by our needs.
“When a company's values are aligned with employees' aspirational values, the consequence is consistently good results.”
When an organization's beliefs are in sync, it can recruit and retain brilliant employees while also building a strong brand.
