hi dreamnap are so dear to me for so many reasons but mainly their friendship & bond like, “f you’re being parasocial aha..” yes probably but hear me out. late nights crying together sharing things you only trust each other with, switching between each other’s clothing because it gets mixed up in the laundry so often so why not share, knowing what mood the other is in by simply looking at them because you've known them so long and can distinguish their facial tells, keeping their secrets and their most embarrassing stories that would never see the light of day, being able to cuddle whenever you want because you trust eachother that much to be intimate, sapnap being dream’s comfort person because of how scared he was to leave the house so when he's anxious he hides in sapnaps hugs no matter how awkward the size difference makes it. i just adore them very much i could speak about them for hours they compliment eachother so nicely my bad

dream: george + sap!

sapnap: karl, george + dream :3

8 - who is someone in their life that they get tickled by often?

dream: george 100%. they can't keep their hands off of each other normally, but when george wants to be a menace, his hands are almost always glued to dreams tummy. and, about 50% of the time you can find sap right by his side, helping hold dream down

sapnap: karl. oh my gosh it's karl. it's definitely george and dream too, because karl doesn't live with him, but every time karl is with sap, he's tkling him at all times, whenever and however he's able

9 - does the word “tickle” or any variation of embarrass them?

dream: yes. dream is a baby and he can't hear it at all when it's aimed at him. he can say it sometimes if he's feeling confident or if he's wrecking someone, but most times you'll never catch dream saying it

sapnap: this little panda pup cannot say it or hear it, I'm sorry but he's just so tkly and flustered and embarrassed

10 - are they embarrassed about their ticklishness, and do they try to deny/hide it?

dream: I think dream is kind of shameless when it comes to his sensitivity. he's a puppy, after all. he loves getting tummy tks, and the more people that know he's tklish, the more tummy rubs he can get! :D

sapnap: he is very very VERY embarrassed about how tklish he is and absolutely denies it. he's a tiny lil big tough man who should not be that sensitive!! no one should know this incredibly embarrassing weakness!!!!! (but everyone does, and they tk him to let him know how loved he is and how adorable he gets when tkled)

11 - would gentle tickling or rough tickling affect them more?

dream: for dream I think that digging in for most of his spots is what drives him crazy the most. but there are certain spots (the sides of his tummy, his back) that when tkled lightly get him howling

sapnap: I think for sap gentle tks get him a TON. he's someone that can have light tks or rough tks and you can get almost the same reaction, but I think gentle ones fluster him and get him the most (and gentle ones are his favorite <3)

12 - is there a specific spot that they enjoy being tickled, either exclusively or more than other spots? what is it?

dream: T U M M Y!!!!!!!!! literally no explanation needed this boy is a PUPPY

sapnap: I think sap likes when people get his neck / chest / collarbone area ): it just makes him so giggly cause he's so sensitive there, but it's kind of a hard spot to block and he loves the helplessness of it all <3

13 - is there a spot that they can’t stand to be tickled, either because it’s just too sensitive, or it’s uncomfortable/painful/etc? what is it?

dream: bellybutton, dream can't take it. he's way too sensitive, it's way too small of an area to focus on, and he doesn't understand why something so evil is allowed to happen to a tiny spot like that (don't worry he absolutely adores it still, just cannot handle it at all for even a second)

sapnap: my poor angel, his ankles and feet. he's just so tklish there, the thought of anyone even going near those spots sends him into a lil panic (much like dream though, he does love it, he just cant take it)

I have a soft spot for the George-Hannah friendship because I do feel a sense of little brother-older sister vibe (with small age gap) from them in the sense that I could see that she always tries to look out for him by suggesting he goes outside and do things (suggesting all these irl stream ideas), and always trying to defend/protect him in her own little ways, and he literally treats her how an annoying teenage brother would in a bratty/vulnerable way you wouldn’t to casual acquaintance or superficial friend way. He teases her in a spoiled brother way that knows how much he’s adored by her secretly since she’s easily flustered and gullible to sarcasm sometimes so her reactions would be funny too lmao 🧐 and to me, I imagine she is how George would be like around his actual older sister. It probably is nice to have a sisterly bond in America to lean on too since having a female friend is a totally different friendship dynamic to what he would have with dreamnap as his guy friends, in my opinion.

they just go well together, like when gnf needs guidance on what to do, dream is there to tell him,and how dream is also a lot more chill/vibing when gnf is there, hes more willing to just have fun, and how gnf also hypes dream up

meanwhile george with dream makes gnf more competative, and make him strive to do better and care a lot more, he also calms dream down and makes him laugh when things get tense, and dream encourages him when gnf has doubts

and just their chemistry is just so good fr each other i think! just they equal each other out, Dream helps George be more serious and George helps Dream have more fun! they help each other in their own way, and i think thats p neat!

You weren't suprised about them liking you

After a while the signs started to show themselves

What you were surprised about was that all three of them confessed at the same time

Deep down you kind of hoped that if only one confessed first you would've taken the easy route and dated only him

But all of them? At the same time? Now that's a tough situation

You've just been put between a rock and a hard place. You didn't want to hurt anybodys feelings, but you didn't know what else to do

To come to a conclusion and not make the boys wait any longer you asked for help to the person closest to the three

There are times when it gets particularly bad. When Sapnap feels more than the usual love and adoration one would give towards their best friend, or when Dream does something that would remind him of just how perfect the other boy truly is.

It terrifies Sapnap to no end.

It makes him remember how his mother always told him not to step too close to the fire – he was too curious, too young to really understand the danger, you’ll burn.

Sapnap used to listen without questioning, no matter how much he wanted to feel the fire's warmth, or touch the beautiful glowing ember. His mom was always right. But it's now, when he’s a head taller than her, with shoulders that can fill up even his father’s suits and more, that Sapnap learns.

You burn even if you’re not too close to the flame. You can even burn inside-out.

Dream comes over in the afternoon. They study, play video games and watch movies like the old times, like a sense of normalcy has been returned to Sapnap in compensation for the pain of suddenly realizing he's been in love with his best friend for years.

Their fingers brush when the two of them reached for the remote control at the same time and Sapnap all but drops the device like he's touched an open flame. 

"You okay?" Dream asked, concern written all over his face like he isn't the cause of Sapnap's distress.

"Yeah." He answered far too quickly, praying the sound of his racing heartbeat can't be heard in their proximity.

"You can tell me what's on your mind, Sap." Dream pushed the issue further, going as far as to hold his hands and the contact is enough to ignite something inside Sapnap's lungs.

"Im your best friend." Dream adds, sincerity seeping into his voice, into his touch, and making Sapnap feel every bit like a small woodland creature caught in a forest fire.

That's the problem. Sapnap wants to tell him.

I don't want to just be your best friend.

"I'm fine." He forces the words out, doing his best to smile as genuinely as he could.

Dream doesn't believe him for a second.

"Why won't you tell me what's wrong?" The question was asked so softly that if Sapnap wasn't so accustomed to the sound of Dream's voice, wasn't always so hung up with everything he says, maybe he wouldn't have heard it at all.

But he did, and the question was enough to break his heart for an entirely different reason.

"Because it would change everything."

"What are you talking about, Sap?"

"I'm in love with you." The words are out of his mouth before he could even register what he was saying and for a horrific second, everything stopped.

The world was at a standstill. Nothing moved, and the silence that followed such a confession weighed heavily between the two of them.

He fucked up.

He had been too careless and now he's ruined everything.

Sapnap sort of wants to cry or maybe set something on fire.

But before he could even begin to lament on his loss and the possibility of living a life without Dream in his life, his best friend was already reaching for him, soft pale hands guiding Sapnap's face towards his own to connect their lips together.

The kiss did more than ignite a warmth inside Sapnap's chest, it had set his entire body on fire. There are hundreds of suns exploding inside his lungs from a single brush of lips and Sapnap found himself unable to care.

He knows what it means to burn. He's experienced it firsthand and will continue to do so if it meant getting to have this with Dream for the rest of his life.

"Took you long enough, idiot." Dream whispered after the kiss, but his smile is beautiful and contagious, and there's a glint in his eyes that promised danger– of burning.

And while his mom had always told him to be careful of the open fire, Sapnap soon realized that he'd always been weak for it.

After all, Dream's the closet thing to a forest fire Sapnap's ever had the pleasure of meeting.

it's that time of the day again, thinking anon's daily dream and friends' love posthing hours!!!

no thoughts, just sapnap and dream's dynamic... to think all this started because baby sap and dream got teamed up for a game on a minecraft server. they've known each other for almost a decade, they've seen each other through everything. relationships, school, youtube, you name it, they were there for the other. sapnap saying he'll go wherever dream goes before he even made a name for himself on youtube with no doubt that his best friend would succeed. dream constantly raving about how talented sapnap is at minecraft and calling him brother at any milestone. dream saying that he thinks him and sapnap are platonic soulmates and them moving in together. them having designated days for this specific food and sapnap meeting dream's mom and her loving him as if he was her own son. drista liking sapnap and teases him like she would dream. sapnap talking to dream about their future and him being uncle nick to his kids and the fact that he thought of the future and seeing himself still at dream's side makes my heart warm :( there is no doubt in my head that they're brothers for life.

dream just entering sapnap’s room and sitting criss-cross on his floor just to accompany him and talk to him just exudes their brother energy. sapnap wanting to eat with dream on their burger day will always get to me like... I think it’s really fucking sweet when people wait for their loved ones to sit down and eat with them. like that’s how much you love their company- when you want to share such a simple every day task with them... that’s so fucking wholesome 🥺 and when dream and sapnap watched boxing together and dream sending a text message to him to remind him... i love them so much gosh 

i also remember super fondly when sapnap was playing valorant on his alt stream, dream came in and then sapnap started showing off his gun skin collection. and then he was like “look this one is an axe, like a minecraft axe, you’d like that right?” and then he let dream pick out the skins for guns and IDK that moment itself also just POURS brother energy and makes me so fond of them...  

sapnap did his best to gain patches’ love and trust by leaving his door open so she can enter his room whenever, by feeding her despite her more or less complicated meal, how he always boasts about patches. and remember when sapnap was with karl for a week and he was like “i can’t wait to go home” (x) home being dream and patches. i just... it got me punching the fucking air in the best way possible. and connected to how you mentioned sapnap will become uncle nick to dream’s kids... they truly are a family already :’)

moreover, i remember they made these smoothies/sandwiches once over video call when they were younger and i was like aw, that’s sweet. but then - here’s the tear-jerker - them making mayo together present day with dream’s mom and dream sounding so fond about the whole thing and what he learned with sapnap like 🥺 (also pls supply us food pictures with your taco tuesdays and your burger days they sound so good)

i will never not wipe a tear whenever i’m reminded that sapnap said he’ll follow wherever dream goes. he trusts him so fucking much and respects him too and it’s mutual!! like dream is 100% so proud of sapnap and respects him just as much for everything he’s done (not just for his minecraft skills but for bringing home bank from the mrbeast event and the pokemon thing with karl) oh god and this (x) has happened more than once too. i love it when dream compliments sapnap it’s so sweet <3 and whenever sapnap is like “only dream is cool” or like “dream is so smart” (sapnap is dream’s number 1 hypeman you cannot convince me otherwise) like best friends supporting and praising each other you love to fucking see it !!

and sapnap takes every mf chance to promote roadtrip, like mans sings that song like it’s his fucking anthem and you know what?? it probably is at this point (rightfully so). he never fails to sing it at least once every stream (probably an exaggeration but tbh i feel like he actually has) and god i love him so much for that he supports dream so much at every given moment and unabashedly loves that song. i cannot wait for him to start singing mask.

oh my god i will never ever forget how sapnap and dream POPPED THE FUCK OFF in sky battle in their MCC11 together. like holy smokes their synergy in PvP is so unrivaled, dream also mentions how in sync they are. like dream’s health was low once and he asked for a heal (all of this was in a pressure situation with the barriers closing in and in the middle of a battle) and apparently sapnap immediately reacted and splashed him with an instant health pot. 

oh and in their manhunts, their battles are so intense... like sheesh the lava fight and the joust fight is truly Iconic !! dreamnap pvp battles are always so epic

some more brainrot: sapnap has seen the car dream mentions in roadtrip. sapnap has seen the warehouse for dream’s merch, also has every dream hoodie. sapnap also changed his own merch line over to dream as well. and sapnap has a miniature dream (dream’s youtooz i’m assuming) in the background (x).

in conclusion, dream and sapnap’s friendship is literally unrivaled, i love them to fucking death

Entropy by Jayxx -  MC IRL fic. I love this au and this was such a good take on it. Its a hurt/comfort sick fic, very soft and tender. The writing is exceptional. (11.5 k) Wouldn’t It be Nice  by Qupid - Sort of MCIRL, but also magic. Dream is nonhuman, Sapnap is pyrokinetic, and George is clairvoyant. Its such a good au with a good combination of angst, fluff, and an interesting plot. Incomplete but I believe it’s completely written, just slowly being posted. (62 k) 

On the Mountain Trail by persona_kath - trucker au. A little angsty but also very wholesome. Pulls at the heart strings in the best way and has so many good moments. (34 k)

fifty hours in the night by AvengerofSquids - really fluffy sleep talking fic (1.5k)

Flowers by Shock Value - Short and sweet soulmate au where you’re given a flower and seeds, and grow your soulmate’s flower. Also really funny

half a heart, but is it enough? by lazy_kitkat - MCIRL. Sapnap is pyrotechnic and George is a cat boy. Little angsty, but happy ending. From the summary: “ Where Dream is after the End City with death right on his tail and he meets Sapnap and George along the way.” (18.5 k)

Definitely check out the tags because it’s a little violent depending on the work, but great characterization and writing.

Okay sorry, it's me again but I just noticed you reblogged clip of Punz talking about being teamed with George and his MCC team and it's such a sweet clip, I can't wait to see pnf especially after seeing more of their dynamic from battle box training, them playing fortnite and Punz at some point saying 'you said George is going to be here' and 'I got mesmerized by George' in last MCC lmao and I laughed a little at the tiny shade towards dreamnap in that clip too cause obviously they are friends so there is no way Punz didn't say that before to their faces but also there is some truth in it cause dreamnap are tryhards and they care a lot about winning and placements. Sapnap especially I feel as a lot of people noticed him getting better and he wants to keep up his tier climb so to speak, he didn't want to be a sand boy and such as example. I recommend watching Hbomb stream when you have time where he was reviewing George's sot and battle box pov, it has pretty privileged resorting to violence, Antfrost and Scott in the chat adding their own tidbits on battle box and Hbomb commenting in his own amused way and lightheartedly making fun of their teamwork and dreamnap's behaviour. They are the allstars ones the 2 hours one and around 40 minutes one. I ended up rambling again and I realised that this might not come across as good-natured amusement as I hoped for so don't feel obligated to post this ask if you feel it might stir up discourse!

Anon same as I'm looking forward to it. Seeing Punz be so reassuring and aware of what environment would help out George makes me feel so confident for this MCC tbh. Not confidence in the "omg they're winning 100%" but confidence in the fact it'll be an easy and enjoyable team dynamic to watch. Honestly Pnf have been friends for years (which I think was showcased well in his understanding of George in that clip) and lately as you referenced we've had a few Fortnite Fridays from them alongside just a bunch more interactions than usual (thinking about George screen sharing his fyp to punz and quackity for an hour). Definitely a good time for their pairing.

Without doubt anything Punz says on stream he's definitely brought up in private to their faces considering how close of friends they seem. I don't think he's wrong either honestly, the dream team as a whole do care about the outcome of MCC but I think Dreamnap are much more outwardly expressive of that during the competition in comparison with George. Dreamnap are definitely living and breathing the competition and I'd watch their POV if I was purely in it for the competitiveness of it all (they have a lot of eyes on them in terms of performance so this isn't surprising, as you mentioned Sapnap is getting more recognized and Dream of course is going to have the attention of an S-tier player). Yet, George as much as he too tries his best, his commentary isn't solely surrounding MCC or the serious aspects of it. It's a more lighthearted approach despite him still caring for his results which I appreciate as a viewer who watches MCC purely for the fun of the event.

Pairing these two different playstyles together and the fact the means of communication is more often than not through insults, makes a team that doesn't mesh as well as you'd want (at least as of right now), which Punz directly addressed. George instead worked very well in the Yellow Yaks team of HBomb, Ponk, and Captain Sparklez which I think comes down to the more supportive atmosphere. Be it because Ponk was a new player joining or Hbomb's very team orientated strategy style (build battle springs to mind) which catered to everyone. Punz definitely seems intent on creating a team dynamic as encouraging tonight, so I think we're in for a good MCC.

Anon I adore Hbombs reviews of Gnf in MCC I'm so glad you watch them too. It was actually healing after watching Red Rabbits to see someone call out, albeit jokingly, how off the walls the battle box was. Ngl Scott shading dream and Sapnap with his comments but tagging on "Lol!" at the end to lessen the blow was so funny to me. Obviously there's nothing wrong with being competitive but I think the way it's shown is sometimes a bit too intensely(?) considering it doesn't always encourage the team depending on its expression.
