I love him! He’s such a sweetheart and cares about everyone around him 🥰 especially Barry! He’s so protective of Barry and always tries to keep him from harm (and definitely doesn’t drag him around the city after beating him to a pulp, and especially doesn’t kill his dad to torment him later, what do you mean), their relationship is so sweet 💞

Ooh and him and Morgan? They’re not my favorite, but only because Morgan is such a brat to him 🙄 like honestly, Zoom told her to do one thing: keep his true identity a secret from the Team. And in return, he wouldn’t kill Jesse. And what does she do? She finds a loophole like a sneaky brat! smh ✋ he had every right to be pissed honestly—she broke their deal (it definitely wasn’t blackmail or anything, obviously…and as with all contracts with a minor, esp the unwritten kind, this is ofc 100% legally binding), and the consequences are on her. But hey, maybe Zoom should’ve picked a stronger incentive: Barry instead of Jesse. But he’ll learn from that, as all good villains do 🥰

I am seeing some of the WORST takes about tdp season 4. Sweet, sweet tumblr users. This season was a lot of set up, not everything was supposed to be explained or resolved, or even "should" have been. Season 4 had to do the heavy leg work of re-establishing characters and arcs and the plot moving foreword. It just needs a little time to be able to act on everything it's now established. It did a good job building off of arc 1, and now we are fully indoctrinated into arc 2!

I can tell the main issue with the, so far, tiny blue eye samurai fandom is lgbt headcannons

this is a lot like what happened with Encanto, a movie telling a story about a culture, with specific cultural themes that a lot of people who were (mostly) not Hispanic thought were queer subtext
