okazyyyy here we go. parts from murder drones eps 6-7 that really tickle my brain that i never see people mention like ever (if you come into the reblogs or comments of this post being like "why didnt you include (x part that everyone talks about)!!!" then that is why. and also i am going. to Eat You.) this isnt really going to be organized or anything. basically just me being abnormal about sounds and movements and other minuscule details that im really fond of for however many words

okay, first thing is gonna be a sound thing. i absolutely LOVE the beeping sound uzi's visor makes in this part. i really like sounds.

cant get a good screenshot of the movement cus.. yknow. duh. movement. but the way alice moves from there to the ground to where v is so. idk. fluid. its so fun to look at i really like it

the finger snap here. i love this finger snap. the noise. the movement. its so good. its so crisp. i love it

the lighting on uzi's face. forgive me for using the word crisp twice in a row but its crisp. its really good. okay

and the lighting on n's face here??? the colors are so harsh. i really like looking at it. okay. i feel like im not writing enough to just describe how much i like the lighting here. i really like it. its cool. okay i think its cool. i dunno

i really like this hallway. thats it. thats the section. the way the camera slowly tilts just a little bit while it zooms in? the way the slowed down music in the background almost sounds like alarm sirens? like okay

another thing i cant capture properly because, duh, movement! but the way the red sentinel kind of dips down here? i dont know why it did that but it slayed. and id like you all to ignore the fact that my nyan cat youtube bar got caught in the screenshot

the sound effect that plays here when "tessa" cuts herself with the sword. i dunno. its just a really satisfying sound to me thats all

another thing about sound effects really close to the last one but. the sorta crunching noises that uzis hand being contorted here make. im normal about sounds i promise. ok on to episode 7

the lighting here. on nori. insane. im not normal. as mentioned before with n i love this kind of harsh lighting especially with the drones it just looks so visually appealing

okay ANOTHER part i cant properly capture. this bit where it zooms in on the screen and shows the elevator. im. not normal about it. i really really like it alright.

the only ppl who rlly get what im talking about are other lesbians but i think the whole top/bottom thing has to stop because 1) i don't think topping/bottoming really translates as well for lesbian sex as it does for sex between gay men, like for lesbians i think people use top/bottom when they mean dominant/submissive a lot of the time. unless you're stone most lesbians are vers even if it's not evenly split. 2) everyone assumes i'm exclusively a bottom bc i'm 5'3 and it hurts my feefees...

ok based on what im seeing from cohost it actually seems like the best alternative if you actually wanna be able to make whatever kinda posts you want. so like for my purposes it HYPOTHETICALLY works best. its also pretty similar to tumblr in terms of layout though im not a huge fan of the design of the site? hopefully i can customize it more though- theres a waiting period of about a day or two before i can really post or do anything so i really cant say 100% if im on board

but if tumblr went down i might try to use cohost for my oc stuff, and honestly i would like it if enough ppl used it so that i could just stay on there, but if i have to use twitter to keep in touch w ppl so be it. i really hate how public twitter feels though, i like it better on smaller sites like here and, well, hypothetically cohost, where it doesnt feel like i could be subject to the public eye at any point.

so yeah ill tell you all how good or bad it is once the waiting period is over and hopefully if its good enough for me and maybe some of you we can make accs to move to, if the time ever comes. but for now im happy with my stuff here and i hope i can keep it here. if you already have one my username there is the same, tho obvs its empty. anyway im going to watch k on

If you are posting something for free, no one owes you interaction for your work.

Not likes, or reblogs, or comments or kudos. No one is obligated to give you feedback. No one is obligated to give me feedback. At the end of the day, you're posting something because you decided you want it to be out there, and no positive interaction with your work is guaranteed.

Is it common curtesy to leave a like on a piece of art or writing you enjoy? Sure.

Is it benefitial to you, the reader, to leave a comment, because if you want to see more from an artist or writer, interacting with their work will make it more likely they will post more? Sure.

No one is obligated to do anything here. It's all about if there is incentive, and if posting online is the equivalent of posting on a locked page that no one sees, those insentives for the artist are gone. They can still draw, but they don't have to post any of their work.

Everyone talks about how unfair it is that us creators don't get enough feedback, but like, what about the other way around? Leaving a kudos or likes isn't much, but leaving a comment? Some tags? And receiving radio silence in answer? Yeah, that kinda sucks too. What incentives do people have for leaving comments? Because that still takes a good amount of effort if it's not a generic "nice".
