sometime in the past few decades movies stopped being movies
whatever happened to throwing a dart at a board and coming up with the most random plots that no one else could ever think of? what happened to weird kids and disgraced scientists needing to come up with 1.21 jig-o-wots (not how it's pronounced btw) to power their time machines? what happened to saving a town by dancing? what happened to stealing the declaration of independence? what happened to dinosaur fossils and wax mannequins coming to life? what happened to towns of anthropomorphic chickens being attacked by aliens in want of acorns? what happened to mean girls getting hit by a bus while storming out of a school left in shambles by teen drama?
what happened to cinema?

The character poll is over and I've converted the percentages into actual votes so I can share with yall which characters are getting made into doll!
For the girls the winner was Lucinda with 25 votes! the rest are as follows
Nana had 15 votes
Aphmau had 13 votes
Katelyn had 12 votes
Cadenza had 9 votes
and Ivy had 8 votes
For the guys the winner with 26 votes was Garroth! with the rest being
Laurance with 22 votes
Dante with 14 votes (yay for the guard trio all making it!)
Travis had 11 votes
And tying for last place but still getting a doll we have Vylad and Zane!
(sorry to the person who wanted the Castor doll I promise I will make one eventually)
What's going to happen next is that I'm going to try and find and purchase the dolls I'm going to use as bases. For the sake of my sanity and my wallet I'm going to use Monster High Generation 3 as I've had a few of them gifted to me for customizations and they go on sale semi-frequently. Feel free to leave a suggestion if you want a particular character to have a certain doll as a base! or if you feel like a certain character just HAS to get a doll, plead your case!

So happy you liked my post enough to reblog it, what an honour 🫠
are you kidding??? that scenario is a dream come true! i’d love literally nothing more than to be forced to warm someone in my ass while they watch me scroll through tumblr and call me a filthy dirty slut for all my likes and reblogs, slowly bouncing me up and down in their lap to gain just that much friction while i blush and whine, embarrassed at how turned on i am by my dash and being humiliated for it while stretched around a thick, throbbing cock and leaking from my unused pussy. that’s like……. everything i’ve ever wanted.

I don’t usually make posts like this, but I’ve been seeing a lot of anti-intellectual junk lately, and I really think we need to put the word “pretentious” up on a shelf until people learn what it actually means.
It doesn’t describe someone who likes artsy-fartsy deep meaning media. People who are pretentious are fake. They’re posers trying to be sophisticated and unique, not like other girls. They pretend to only like stuff they think will make them sound cool when they talk about it. They want to act like they know something you don’t, and they want attention for it.
By definition, if you genuinely enjoy something, you can’t be pretentious. If it resonates with you, and you analyze it, and you don’t care what people think, that’s the polar opposite, actually. If you love obscure experimental prog music, if you watch underground high concept indie films through English teacher eyes, if you spend hours in a modern art museum reading each piece as a vessel for storytelling, if your backpack’s full of poetry books that inspire you, if you play underrated games that were someone’s passion project, if you have an interest in studying the classics or the masters, you are not pretentious.
Of course, some people just don’t like some stuff, and that’s fine, but that’s not what this is about. Don’t let anti-intellectuals shame you for enjoying things just because your interests are inaccessible to them, because they refuse to be brave and put effort into critical thinking. You’re not stuck up for refusing to overlook the craft of artists.
