honestly I’m never a person to fall for a celebrity endorsement of any product but I’m only now realising that the vegetarian meat pies were exactly that. they became a staple in my diet and now I can’t find them anywhere and I’ve genuinely never been so devastated about any food item luke please do your magic and bring the pies back

shoutout to canadian grocery stores for carrying raspberry creamsicles which i haven't been able to find in the states since i was like five years old they're just as good as i remember and i'm thriving rn
#they're not the brand i used to get (i think those ones were just full-on discontinued)#but yeah in the states i haven't seen any creamsicles available aside from the classic orange kind in years#the kind i remember from when i was a kid came in a pack that was half raspberry and half lemon#and i still haven't found any lemon since then. but this one also has blueberry creamsicles#and idk sometimes artificial blueberry flavoring is overwhelming but this one works

Oh my god i need to get a phone with a headphone jack before i end it all.
#ive been using skullcandy wireless headphones for a few years but they fucking break every couple months.#also they discontinued the better kind. theres that too.#i bought a sony pair and ughhhh it sounds worse. trying to save it with equalizer but its so. whatever#can i just get the best and most convenient headphones ever. for free.#BUT UGGHHHH I HATE CHANGE!!! every time i buy new running shoes im like oh i won't get the brooks adrenaline I'll try something new (<- guy who has had basically every moderate stability running shoe on the market) and then i try on a couple of others and im like yep. getting the brooks again.
#I will say i don't like the 23 as much as the 22#And I think there's one in like the last 9yrs I've skipped... Maybe like 20 or smth like that#The 19 was my fav like Brooks just bring it back 😭#Ok technically it's every OTHER time i buy running shoes bc i usually have one pair of Brooks and one pair of something else#though they're both workhorse trainers i never have a speed shoe#i was almost swayed by the saucony guide today but they didn't have the arch support i wanted and i didn't want to buy new inserts#bc im trying to be DONE with inserts#Since they discontinued the ones I used which were like the lightest additional amount of support#And I've had no trouble without em in the last year#So maybe this is stupid of me. But I'll do my hip exercises and knock on wood#Tetrapod runs#Also my feet were feeling picky today... Idk if it was#Cuz it was post run or what#Literally ran in my old destroyed brooks today and I was like this sucks so bad -> buys new shoes#Oh I haven't had the NB equivalent shoe. i think i actually owe my life to sony's noise cancelling headphones like quite literally
#its not just them saving me from sensory meltdowns etc#its that when i was like. at the edge of it. like when i was seriously like yeah death means the discontinuation of this suffering and#i want that. like when i was truly like...Wanting To Die. abt to do it. etc. id listen to one song#loudly . w my headphones. and the detail and emotion etc would sink in . and like id just be lost in sound#and then living was worth it again just to hear another song#im convinced if the music quality was any lower and the noise cancelling was any worse i wouldnt be#left alone with the music in the way i was which means i wouldnt be alive#like music saved my life and im sure it saved a lot of peoples lives but specifically the thing that channeled the music to me ..#its an object but i am thankful to it#those were the xm3s and now i have xm4s which r even better but i literally think of those xm3s every day like truly i miss them#im sorry i lost you :( u got me through so much#i took better care of those headphones than i did of any other possession i have ever owned i think#the only imperfection on them after yrs and yrs was a few holes in the fabric from my cat#deciding to make bread In The Headphones once#i stopped her but she still left her mark 😔 but it added charm and a story to the headphones so its ok

Why are there so many worthless shelving systems/units on this earth? I do not want to showcase my one tiny eggshell & single glass unicorn figurine under an LED light on a hair-thin ledge made of cotton candy. I want to store a shitton of books on a non-sagging, at-least-moderately attractive shelf & it seems like the only way I can do that is to build my own.
#I am tired of having to learn how to make everything myself#like I enjoy self sufficiency but not when it's compulsory in nearly every instance#that kind of takes the fun out of it#I misunderstood how capitalism was supposed to work apparently#I didn't think 'choice' meant 'help yourself to any of these unsatisfactory possibilities'#I thought it meant your actual preferred option#MORE FOOL ME I GUESS#also just to clarify: I am not proud#in the US I had a ton of shelves built on the IKEA broder compression poles#those were powerful & indestructible#I'd still be using them if the first place we lived in Edinburgh#hadn't had 18' ceilings they couldn't possibly reach#but just like it does with anything actually useful#IKEA has discontinued those great compression poles

i always loved cereal mascot ads and some i remember vividly were the rice krispies singing with the bars ads! as a kid i always had a preference for pop's songs first, then snap's, and tbh i never really liked crackle's, however i've discovered the full songs and now many of crackle's songs are actually my favorite of the trio's 🌈

I passed out in the living room floor waiting for my brother to call me because he asked me to be on standby since he needed help with new furniture and I woke up with my glasses broken 💔👓😭😭
I'm so stupiddddd — I had them on and I should have kept them on instead of putting them aside next to me as I took a nap.
On top of that, the WiFi has been out since 8pm, then my LTE started not working properly, and now my favorite glasses are broken?! 😔😔😔
