Thoughts: I wrote my "reactions" on a sticky note yesterday when I read the chapter and I only found out today that the next chapter will be the last one!! Wow... how far we've come already. We're reaching the end, finally.

I absolutely loved how this chapter goes back to Sakura, our protagonist, doing protagonist things, and saving her friends. I know it's very cliche, but it feels so good seeing how she's able to make things right in her own way? Like, how genius is her idea of just making the villains forget? If that happened from the very start, so much pain/hurt/trauma would have been averted. But of course, it HAD to be Sakura to be the one to think of this idea and carry it out. She is, after all, the one with the power to create cards (and fuse them too, like in Movie 2), and when she was lacking in power, had the means to receive powers from others. This isn't "new" because she's received help/powers from other people before, and it's so wonderful that this time, she's receiving that help from Syaoran's mom. I hope they can meet face to face (can we get a bunch of extra chapters or something after the final??) because I just crave "mother-daughter" interactions FOR Sakura, and "mother-in-law & daughter-in-law" comes quite close for me, esp when it's Sakura LOL.

Also, I'm kinda relieved that next chapter is the end, meaning they won't get into more on the villains/Association because idk, I feel like this is a very satisfactory "resolution" for CCS. If they trek anymore into this route, we might have a very different story. So I'm glad that things went the way they did this chapter. Our Sakura still got her shining moment, so all is well with me.

For Akiho and Kaito, I hope we get more of them in the final chapter. BUT!!! WHERE IS MOMO??!? I hope she shows up and gives Kaito an earful before smothering him with her own brand of love/care XD I want the three of them to be happily together, and they can go travel the world or something. I wanna see Momo, Kero, and Spinel interact too XD

Until the final chapter... (unless we get extras, hehe)

I finally got around to starting hartswood and I love it so much 😭😭😭 I'm about halfway through even though I just bought it a few hours ago and I am only stopping bc my eyes are too dry to read bc it's so late lmao I mean I went into it expecting to like it a lot anyway but it's even better; the whole setup is so well done, the mutual pining, the hidden identities but without one person being deceived bc they're just both doing the same thing, the running away from a bad family situation it's just all so!!!!! I am also in LOVEEE with the fact that it takes place during winter, all the talk of snow and blizzards outside makes it feel even cozier when they are inside and/ or huddling for warmth<3<3 anyway I feel like I had a point when I started writing this but I forgot so I will stop my 1am rambling now and go to sleep so that I can continue reading tomorrow hehe

Oh, wait, they got attacked by mages. That's TWSITD? And Dimitri knows they're behind Duscur? Suspecting Cornelia is behind it. Glad that we'll get to deal with her again. She's a great villain.

MAP & SIDE BATTLES

Mannnn between the hurricane, not having internet, and last week being a nightmare for work, it's been sooooo long since I played AG. I had most of GW Ch 6 done when the hurricane came through, so it really has been like 2, 3 weeks? (not that I'm complaining, the flooding is just getting even worse in some areas)

Ahhhhh, I'm always so happy when I remember Flayn and Seteth are on this map.

Man, thinking about Post-CF Flayn makes me so sad. Like I know some people think it's oh so great she and Seteth can live, but they'll spend the next few hundred years on the run, terrified to trust anyone with their true identity. And Flayn hates that. She wants to hang out with friends and go to school. The fact she gets that teased and gets tossed into an even worse way of life if she survives CF is so sad. And she has to see everyone celebrate Rhea's death and act like her race is responsible for human greed too.

Ingrid knew Miklain was abusing Sylvain 😭

Dimitri's no nonsense. He's like "if Miklain acts up, kill him" to the soldiers. Like, that's hardcore.

Mannnn, Sylvain is interesting here. He's supporting Dimitri's decision with Miklain I'm betting in no small part because he wants to undo the reliance on crests and knows Miklain could help that.

The bubble over Felix says "It really pisses me off." So Felix being Felix. Annnnd Felix is annoyed with Dimitri for not telling him everything. So more Felix talking about Dimitri, lamo.

Man, the Blue Lions are always so intense. Everyone here is talking about Miklain or Ashe finding a way to deal with Lonato's death or Duscur generals talking about murdered family. AG goes hard.

Ohhh, if Dedue trusts Duke Infan, than I do too.

I was right about Dimitri and Count Gloucester, he just admired Rowe for surrendering quickly and sparing the people.

Now they're arguing about who got in trouble more as kids. I love that, lol, makes them really feel like childhood friends.

Ten bucks says Felix got in the fight defending Sylvain's honor (or Dimitri's).

Sylvain's like you can't die because you mean too much to Faerghus and Dimitri. And then talks about how much Felix means to Dimitri.

Wait, wait, wait - important line here "reforming the entire social structure of pretty much everything . . ." Sylvain on Dimitri. Eat shit "StAtUs QuO dEfEnDeR" argument.

Soooo the "Sylvix" support so far is all about . . . Dimilix 😅

I don't mind this in the slightest, but I suspect someone on the writing team was a shipper on deck OR they were as sick as I am of people saying "CF Felix makes sense because he HaTeS dImItRi."

Cool detail that messengers ride pegasus during the winter. I think someone mentioned that on here before.

Lamo, Dimitri and Felix followed a pegasus and nearly froze to death as kids. Poor Rodrigue.

Man, this is why the Blue Lions are the best. All these little stories from the past in the supports. Other houses don't get this.

SHEZ & DEDUE B SUPPORT

Shez can sympathize with the soldiers. Wtf. No way. I'm questioning them. (I could either agree with them or question them)

Dimitri put Dedue in a position often given to nobles. Good. Deserved.

Shez says she naturally get's under people's skin, and Dedue's just like "true." lamo.

Commoners bonding over the resentment nobility feels towards them for Dimitri elevating them.

I like how Shez's solution is to just prove themselves. It feels very shonen lead and like what Shez would say.

This was a good support balancing being about both characters.

FELIX & INGRID C SUPPORT

Ingrid found a spur. It's Felix's, but actually Glenn's.

Ingrid's calling Felix out for being a softie for keeping hold of a memento.

Seteth admits he's suspicious of Shez. Which . . . I mean it's Seteth.

Man, every time someone doesn't trust Shez, it just makes me love Dimitri's take on her powers even more.

Seteth defending Rhea. You love to see it.

Lamo, he wants Shez to stay away from Flayn and Rhea.

What's funny about that is Shez doesn't have a C support with Flayn (B & A though), so it's almost like she listens until they're more familiar with each other. And OFC Rhea doesn't have supports . . . . again . . . .

MAIN BATTLE

I love how Byleth sides with whoever you're not playing as lol.

Dimitri wants to help Shez achieve her goals (defeating Byleth), and Shez is like "appreciate it, but focus on the war" lamo.

Dimitri is obviously projecting. Shez is explaining how they're not THAT upset about Byleth killing their former teammates. And she's like "you gotta get used to death when it happens all the time or it's too much weight." I think we ALL know where this is heading.

Shez is like "you've let things weigh on you too much" too true.

Though it's kind of sweet that he's trying to help Shez out lol. In his own way.

Awww, yeah, Dimitri over here suggesting they recruit Byleth now. I'm pro-Dimileth, tbh. Even IF I may prefer other ships a bit more, I still think it's pretty sweet.

Dimitri's like "what if we pay more than the Empire?" Like, Dimitri, WHERE ARE YOU GETTING ALL THIS MONEY??? Lamo. He's already in the poorest nation taking in all the refugees from Edelgard's mess and paying an army. Like he must have a finance genius working for him or something.

Kinda cool that AG suggested recruiting Byleth first.

Time to recruit Bernie. Never again will I leave her alone with Edelgard when I'm not monitoring her.

I feel like this is the most tactics I've seen a Fodlan leader use in a map battle ever. Dimitri's giving orders to explicitly ignore Byleth, which is different from every other route that says to attack Byleth before pulling back. He's doing it because he knows Byleth is too strong. Same for the Death Knight, who they trapped. It's pretty cool, actually. No one else has done anything like this.

Dimitri forced Jeralt to retreat right away, lamo. And then beat up Alois. I think . . . my Dimitri might be a tad over leveled. He's level 30. Everyone else is level 20. I may . . . use him a bit more than the others lol. But he just . . . kills everything.

Pretty smart tactics actually. Dimitri had all the strongholds captured, then focused on getting the Death Knight, then on Byleth. So securing the area, then picking off the threats.

Oh, cut scene. Sothis! I think Shez woke Sothis up. But let's be real. It was actually Dimitri who did all the work. Legit I had everyone else picking off Jeralt's reinforcements. My Dimitri took Byleth on by his lonesome.

Oh, Byleth and Sothis fighting??? Ohhhh. What's going on?

Sothis kicked Arval's ass lamo.

I'm sure I'll eventually get this discussion on the other routes.

Alois saying nothing about having to fight his old friends. Oh, there it is, finally. Man, they really stripped Alois of all his character and turned him into what the fandom claims Leonie is, a mindless Jeralt simp. But he has his jokes, I guess??

Nice to see Jeralt isn't interested in fighting Rhea. Just ignoring her. Fair enough.

And he doesn't force him. He doesn't make him feel guilty. Instead, he acknowledges his fear, and his pain, and he TAKES HIM HOME, and makes sure he's SAFE, and COMFORTABLE, and then he handles it without him, because as much as he wants and needs all the help he can get in this mission to protect everyone on the deadpool, he would NEVER force Liam to do something he wasn't comfortable or ready for. The way that Kira says she is now, because she's with Scott, and they're together again, and they're all safe.

The way that, even though Scott's main reason for coming there was to check on the people Kira had saved, checking on Kira and her well-being 100% had to come first.

The way that they just keep each other so close, even as they looked on at all the other deadpool people.

I've said it before, but I will reiterate: Stydia is obviously my OTP, but Stiles and Malia? I cannot deny their chemistry, and I cannot deny how much I love their cute little moments.

And the forgiveness scene in the hospital AHHHHHH!!!

First of all, shout-out to Melissa for locking them in the room together lol.

But then that scene was just so sweet and I'm so glad they finally made up!!

I mean--

The way that they're both so awkward with each other, but also so clearly worried and so relieved that the other is okay.

The way that Stiles starts using Melissa's name as a fill-in for his own feelings and current struggles with Malia.

The way that Malia just rolls with it until they're finally close enough to truly open up to each other.

The way that Stiles just GETS HER and gets exactly what she's trying to say.

The way that Malia recognizes that, and remembers why she loves him so much in the first place.

The way that they both finally accept that they've made some mistakes, but that they both deserve a little forgiveness for the way they've been treating each other.

The way that they KISS, and Malia FINALLY forgives Stiles wholeheartedly.

The way that they both remember how much they love each other in just that one little moment.

And of course, the way that Melissa finally pushes the door open, because mission accomplished.

We love Stalia, and we freaking love Melissa, because mom of the year. <3 <3

SPEAKING OF LOVING MELISSA.

The AMAZING moments with the parental figures and each other's kids.

On a smaller scale, we obviously have Noah and Lydia, and Noah being so utterly concerned for Lydia's mental and physical well-being in doing everything he can to make sure that Meredith does get put away for everything she did, but also desperately trying to get her to go home and take care of herself, all while Lydia is still stubborn and sassy as ever, because she feels safe enough to be that way with Noah.

And THEN there's the Stiles and Melissa scene.

GODDDD how I LOOOOOVE Stiles and Melissa scenes. THEY'RE LITERALLY SO SWEET AND SOFT AND I LOVE THEM!!!

I just love how much they banter with each other, and how much Melissa takes his sass and throws it right back at him, like with the cassettes vs. tapes (I'm with Melissa, by the way--sorry Stiles XD), because she knows that's how he works.

But then on TOP of that, just like her son (like mother, like son), she recognizes when Stiles is very clearly avoiding his actual emotions and concerns, and she forces him to address them by bringing them to the forefront of the conversation--like his worry about Meredith, and his tensions with Malia--all while still being so comforting and so helpful and just so willing to make his life easier in any way that she can ("Can you do me one little favor?" "Anything.").

GOD I LOVE THEM SO MUCH!!

And now here he is, being willing to harbor all of these people on the deadpool, simply because of his love for Scott. Ahhhhh!!! I'm happy you got to go but also I'm SO JEALOUS!! That must had been so much fun. Same, I'm not into Fear Inoculum as much, but glad to hear that it didn't diminish the experience at all. Maynard is an absolute beast on stage. Hope he did his customary mix of energetic but very experimental writhing. I see they're destined to come to London next summer. Depending on the price, I maaaay finally be able to fulfil a long-held dream to see them live.

today was different, you were promoted as a senior part-timer as a new one started working today. his name was Seoho. you recognised him as one of the book cafe's regulars.

it was fun having a new colleague. you didn't really like initiating conversations with others but Seoho's adorable aura made you want to approach him.

"how's work so far?". you asked him softly as Seoho placed a cleaned cup on the rack.

he smiled widely as his eyes turned into tiny crescents and giggled. "it's great! i didn't know working at a book cafe would be this fun! it's very calm and refreshing!".

you restrained yourself from squealing at his cuteness and just gave a forced smile as you nodded your head. "that's good to know. if you have any troubles, just inform me alright?". Seoho nodded cutely and carried on with his job.

you had to admit it , after a few weeks of working with Seoho, you began having a slight crush on him. one day Seoho suddenly came to you with a worried expression. you turned to him with concern as he tapped your shoulder lightly.

a few weeks later,Seoho approached you with a similar expression. before he could say anything, you bowed to him apologetically and held your hands together. "i'm really sorry Seoho,i can't cover for you today because i have plans with my friend.".

Seoho stopped halfway in his tracks and quickly pulled you up from your bowing position.

"oh no no . please don't be sorry. please. ". you pouted and looked at him sadly. his next moves surprised you. Seoho only chuckled and ruffled your hair playfully. you bet your face was beet red as you felt it warmed up at his light touch.

"i said it's okay, didn't i? don't worry too much, okay?". you only managed to nod, afraid you would blurt out stupid nonsense in your current condition. Seoho gave a last smile before going back to his work station.

a few days after, Seoho walked up to you again with a worried face. no it was more of a nervous one. you didn't know but all you knew was that you tried to keep your schedule free so you could help him out.

"listen. i've been trying to ask you this since the past weeks but i kept on failing. would you, go on a date with me?". Seoho shyly asked but still kept an eye contact with you.

you gulped at his question. you bit the insides of your cheeks to see if you were dreaming.

"i should go back to work then.". he said. his body hesitating to separate from you as he walked away slowly, as if you were going to fade if you were out of his sight. you nodded your head and waited till Seoho went to the back.

you swore you heard him squeal. you chuckled and after a few moments of processing that everything wasn't a dream, you went back to work too. though it was a bit difficult to focus.

apparently Seoho had been crushing on you way before he worked at ONEUS.

when he started as a part-timer, you did recognise him as a regular.

Seoho became a regular because of you. he was attracted to you the first time he came to the book cafe. although you didn't really do anything special,your every move was flattering to him.

he had been admiring you from afar. he wanted to get to know you but being the shy boy he is, he didn't. so when he saw that the book cafe needed more staffs , Seoho thought it would be a great opportunity to befriend you and at the same time save up some pocket money.

Seoho was excited for your first date and had it all planned out neatly. Seoho really hoped the date goes well and that there will be a next date. Seoho hoped the precious friendship will turn into a loving relationship.

all these while you thought you liked him first. but in actual fact, the cute shy boy liked you first.
