Can i interest you in some Swagger Bishie hmmmm
"Hey nerd," Danny didn't look up as he heard Dash's footsteps getting closer. Even when he felt Dash drop onto the bleachers next to him, his gaze never left his notebook. "What are you working on?" Danny tilted the notebook over in Dash's direction as the other boy peered over his shoulder. He fought down his smirk as Dash made a confused noise; he knew that his notebook looked like complete and total gibberish; it looked like complete and total gibberish to anyone with two feet in the land of the living. "Is that some kind of secret nerd code or something?"
Danny laughed. "Or something."
"Does that mean I can learn it?" Danny finally looked up at Dash, only to find him still staring at the notebook, brows furrowed.
"Would you not be able to learn it if it was a secret nerd code?" Danny asked.
Dash looked up at him and flashed a blinding grin. "Duh. Just cause I'm dating a nerd doesn't mean I am one." Danny rolled his eyes. "No but seriously, what is it?"
"It's just homework," Danny said, turning back to it. It was, technically, homework; it was just ghost homework, given to him by Clockwork. It was fairly complicated as far as Clockwork's normal assignments went, and didn't involve nearly as much physical labor as his tasks normally did. Danny didn't mind in this case; the papers were all about the issue of space's alignment with the Infinite Realms. The book Clockwork had given him, tucked safely into his backpack, had been a fascinating read, even if he had needed to ask for help understanding a few of the sections. Now, it was Danny's turn to actually answer the question Clockwork had asked him.
"Why's it written in some kind of... chicken scratch?" Dash asked. He reached for the book, moving to grab it out of Danny's hands. He wasn't fast enough, and Danny closed the book and held it out of Dash's reach.
"I thought we talked about just grabbing things?" Danny scolded.
Dash flushed red. "Sorry. Could I take a look?"
Danny laughed, leaned forward, and kissed Dash on the cheek. "Of course." He passed the notebook to Dash, who flipped it back open and turned through the pages.
"What's this symbol mean?" Dash pointed at one of the pages, and it was Danny's turn to look over his shoulder. "You've used it a lot."
The symbol was a more complicated one, and one of the main reasons Danny was writing in this language, and not in English. "It doesn't have a direct translation," Danny said while he thought. "You could kind of translate it to 'where the void meets the sky,' but that loses a lot of its actual meaning."
Dash made a noise in the back of his throat and flipped through a couple more pages before handing the notebook back to Danny. "How'd you learn the language anyway? What language even is it?"
"Well, I-" Danny started, mind whirring as he tried to find a suitable lie. Ms. Tetslaff's whistle echoed across the field, and both of the boys looked up.
"Breaks over, Baxter! Get your butt back down here, we're running the play from the top again!" she called out.
Dash held up the ok symbol, and stood from his seat. "Tell me after?" he asked before running back down the bleachers and onto the field.
He didn't see Danny's nod, nor did he hear Danny mumble to himself. "At least now I'll have time to think of a good lie."

sooo bucktommy won me over, i couldn't resist anymore 🙈 so here's a bit of them after their date lol
just to be clear, im still 10000% about buddie but im gonna enjoy this while it lasts bc I feel like this is exactly what buck needs rn lol I just wanna write him be giddy and stupid and flustered about a boy even if that's not eddie haha (also, I didn't get the Tommy hype before but after seeing him everywhere for two days... I get it now 🥵)
___
"(...) We should do this again.” Tommy says, turning fully towards Buck, and Buck’s eyes immediately find his lips. He can’t wait to kiss him again, and this would be the time, at the end of the date, wouldn’t it?
“We should.” Buck nods, licks his lips, eyes darting up to Tommy’s eyes. He’s smiling softly, just looking at Buck. “I-” he starts, and then thinks, fuck it, and this time he makes a move, as he leans across the console to grab Tommy’s chin, like he did Buck’s in his kitchen, and bring him in for a kiss. Tommy immediately reciprocates, and Buck melts against him, and then when Tommy’s calloused hand covers his cheek, it just feels so- so different, in the best way possible. This kiss lasts longer than the first one, each of them constantly coming back for more, but it’s as gentle and tender as that one. Buck loves it, and can’t help smiling into it. He wants more. “Hey.” Buck says, finally pulling away, licks his spit-covered lips nervously. “Do you- do you maybe wanna come in for a beer?” he asks shyly, and at Tommy’s surprised expression and raised eyebrow he realizes it might sound like he’s inviting him for more than a beer, and he panics again. “I- I- I mean, just a beer. And maybe- maybe more of this.” he pecks Tommy’s lips again, not able to resist a smile. “But just a beer. I don’t think I’m- But who knows, maybe-” he stumbles over his words, because the truth is, he wants Tommy, he wants… he wants so much, he wants to experience so much for the first time – it’s just that he’s not sure if it’s not too quick for this relationship, and for him.
“Evan.” Tommy interrupts, bringing his other hand up, now cradling Buck’s face in both, thumbs moving soothingly along Buck’s cheeks. “Your pace, remember? No pressure, no rush.”
“You’re really cool, you know that?” Buck whispers.
“So I keep hearing.” Tommy chuckles, and it’s adorable. He kisses Buck again, and the butterflies in Buck’s stomach go crazy. Fuck, he doesn't remember the last time he felt this giddy and excited and just light. “I’d love to come in for a beer.”

DAILY RAMONA FLOWERS DAYS 10-14
I didn't think I would get this far. I decided to draw Ramona with all her exes at least once.
more information about the last picture:
(caption from Instagram)
Day 14!! Gideon won the poll I did yesterday so he's the second ex I'm drawing Ramona with (Todd will be next ofc).
Hmm. So. Ramona and Gideon. Their relationship is… Very interesting (in the worst way possible). But I would be lying if I said I don't want to know more about it because we have so little information. So I kinda created this AU in my brain that is just me trying to guess how the time they dated was. I think I would be good for this because I lowkey had a similar experience when I was a teen (main reason I relate to Ramona, like I already said before).
(Idk if I'll do more about it. Maybe it would be… Too much? Or worse, people would think I'm trying to romanticize their relationship or something)
I also drew this for for AU, take your own conclusion about the plot :>

yes i'm rooting for m*leven breakup because byler is neat but mostly? i'm rooting for m*leven breakup for the sake of el and mike.
to me, their romance was always a puppy love born out of a combination of social pressures, naïve curiosity, and a lack of true understanding regarding intimacy and romantic love and what it really is. it was real in that they do truly, deeply care about each other and they are close friends, maybe even shared an attraction, but a maturing romance is so much more than that. they've grown up and out of being boyfriend/girlfriend, and that's okay! i think television/film needs to show more often that most of us don't have definite "soulmates" or first childhood loves that we spend our whole lives with. it doesn't mean these relationships meant nothing and didn't impact us, it just means they've run their course and that something else is in the cards, and this is part of life!
i've always felt el was at her best and most confident self when broken up with mike, discovering who she was and what she liked alongside another girl her age instead of just relying on mike for mentorship on how to live in the real world. she deserves more of an opportunity to find herself, her autonomy, and her independence, and to love who she is, and she's made it clear she's felt insecure in the relationship with mike because she isn't being loved and understood the way she wants, needs, and deserves from someone who is her partner.
also, it's okay if mike doesn't love her in "the way he should". he is not obligated to love her romantically and stay in a relationship with her just because she's a girl, because she "needed someone", or because he cares about her a lot. he shouldn't be pressured into a romance if it's not truly coming from his heart. he deserves freedom to find out and honour who he is, too, instead of just staying in his non-functional first relationship — one he got into as a child, essentially — and defining himself that way because it's what's expected when a boy and a girl are close. he loves her in some way, yes, but it's okay if he doesn't feel comfortable or secure being her boyfriend anymore, for whatever reason that is. he's felt insecure too, and that's valid and it matters.
they are their own people and are steadily growing and changing every day. they need time to figure out who those people are, and it's become clear (at least in my opinion) that those people aren't meant to be a couple at this stage.
they deserve freedom. they deserve to grow up and be authentic to themselves and not feel like they need to lie for the sake of a relationship. they deserve to move on from this version of their relationship that isn't making them happy and rekindle the best part of their bond: their strong, beautiful friendship. they don't have to be a couple if it doesn't make them stronger and better and happier people.
i think it would be healthy and wonderful for a show, especially one consumed frequently by young adults, to show a relationship starting, progressing, and ending on good terms in this way. sometimes things don't work out, and that is okay.

alrighty I’m gonna write this strictly for myself (and whoever needs to hear it): I love stuilly fics, but you guys gotta remember that these homosexual idiots are 17-18 years old. they aren’t mastermind adults that fooled the whole world with their murders. sure, billy and stu might be sick in the head, but they do it together. it’s not one-sided psycho bill; stu even said it himself (“We prefer the term “psychotic.””). there is no hierarchy with them; they are equals.
stu made the plans; billy followed him. billy had the motive; stu followed him with it.
THEY. ARE. BOTH. CRAZY.
they probably bickered with each other off-screen; probably snickered and joked about their kills and teased each other about any mistake the other made while they were chasing their victims. THEY BICKER, ALRIGHT? (“I didn’t kill anybody.” / “Nobody said you did.” / “Thanks, buddy.”)
they are idiots in love, and they are teenagers. they are sarcastic and playful with each other. they laugh and have fun together; they love to kill, and sure, they could hold their own, but it’s just so much better when they’re with each other.
(also, as a side note, billy is not an emotionless/cold-hearted bastard. he’s a complete sarcastic fucking brat that talks back and runs on the thrill of murder. take that piece of information as you will.)

life before moving in with your f/o(s) if you’ve thought about the possibility, where you two visit each other’s homes instead… them leaving things at your place, from clothes to personal belongings that they’ve forgotten but it’s fine because they’ll be visiting tomorrow anyway, and they don’t mind you borrowing their stuff because in a way it’s become yours now too. them borrowing your stuff as well when they stay over unexpectedly, like your favorite tshirt or sleepwear. them going through your cupboards for food or getting cutlery for when you two eat because they already know where everything is. their toothbrush beside yours in the bathroom. an extra pair of home slippers by the door. all of this but vice versa, even. and whenever you two are even just sitting on the same couch or laying on the same bed or simply having a meal together, your f/o can’t help but think that this feels just right

Genuinely think some folks need to remove how we, the audience, see characters and relationships from an outside perspective from how those characters actually interact. Like y'all ask for nuance and I'm telling you that just because Nancy has gone through trauma and absolutely deserves to be as messy and complicated and hurt as she wants, doesn't mean Robin wouldn't think twice about dating her?
It's not about whose fault it is or centering a male character, it's about how Robin, the character, would interpret and internalize the facts she knows. She has no idea what exactly Nancy has been through, like we have. She encouraged Steve and Nancy in S4 to get back together, she comforted him when Nancy went straight back to Jonathan. Robin's place as Steve's best friend, someone she trusts implicitly, the person she wants to combine with, puts Steve as an important aspect of her life!
It's not that she hates Nancy! It's that even though they broke up a year and a half ago, there's some unresolved or redeveloping feelings there for Steve. It's not that I think Steve could/would/should be hurt or angry about his best friend dating his ex. It's that, in my opinion, Robin, from what we see of her, doesn't seem inclined to date a friend's ex. It's about Robin, and her personality, and that means her friendship and love of Steve.
