A collection of little Pokémon teams for Lost Lighters, drawn in 2021! There's a bunch of details I forgot about, but I still consider Ultra Magnus + 10% Forme Zygarde to be the biggest brained choice lol

I am obsessed with the idea of G1 and IDW Perceptor interacting.

Like… G1 Perceptor specifically takes pride in being a scientist who doesn’t need to fight to be useful. He helps the Autobots out of countless binds, and everyone knows he doesn’t fight if he can help it. He’s a scientist down to his bones, and he’s the happiest version of Perceptor we’ve seen

And IDW Perceptor literally abandoned who he once was. He nearly died and saw himself as a weakness, and decided to model himself after a Decepticon. He also seems to not be very happy, from all the trauma as a wrecker.

Would IDW see this version of himself and hate it? Pity it? Try to force G1 to change because he needs to, like he did? … Or was he always able to stay his G1 self? (Of course not, but it’s still interesting to think about)

And how does G1 see him?? I can imagine it’s less “fuck off” and more “what the heck happened??! Are you okay- oh you’re a dick now.”

Also I’ve even rotating a no-specific-continuity-version of Percy where his arc was basically the opposite of IDW - he went from a sniper and wrecker to a pacifist scientist. How would a meeting of Perceptors go with THAT version???

So like. Decepticon Prowl anyone?

Optimus refusing to listen to Prowl because some of his plans are too cruel is fun and all. But Megatron refusing to listen to Prowl because being told what to do damages his fragile ego? Fire.

Basically I just did some research and realised that no. Prowl wouldn’t be loved and valued among the Decepticons. Because it doesn’t matter how genius his strategies are - there are barely three people who are able to take constructive criticism without throwing a tantrum. And Megatron is not one of them lol

Also him and Soundwave would be great work friends and you can’t convince me otherwise~

Starscream’s turn… a Royal seeker as he’s designated in my thing; I’d imagine at first he was a scientist but then became a soldier; I mostly took up One, Amarda, and G1 for this design 😌 it’s a simple design nothing crazy, but I was inspired by royal guards for him

I really liked TFA’s Starscream’s yknow. Screaming thing. So i made it so he could be not dissimilar to a pulsar star; gamma rays n all that; cuz they’re known to be “loud”; essentially screaming stars, therefore Starscream 😌 I think it’d be real cool

This is part 1 of a continuation for my other post where LL Megatron gets trapped in the G1 universe, I was thinking about how someone would go insane in this cartoon world and thought "what if Megatron had someone else to accompany him" so, I gave Starscream an existential crisis

I'm normally not big on babies, however, i can't help but melt at the thought of these tough, war torn bots cooing and playing with the little uns.

Optimus is usually a busy mech, always at the ready should someone need him. Though it's tough for this soft giant to peel himself away from the cooing baby in their playpen; call it whatever you want but it makes his coding purr happily whenever the baby squeals joyfully when he comes into sight.

"Have you been good for your parent?"

Cue baby babbles.

"So I heard."

He's always got that baby to sleep easily. Nobody knows how he does it, but the parent appreciate it all the same.

Ratchet no matter how many times he tried to deny it. His day and others in the medbay brightens up when the liaison swings by with their bundle of joy. It took so much to keep himself from cooing when the liaison points at him "Who's that, huh? Is thhaaatt Ratchet? Wanna say hi hi?"

His spark clenches when the baby cries after getting their updated shots. He may be a grouchy grump, but he never liked hearing little uns cry so he may or may not have played peek a boo which made that smile come back quickly.

No, First Aid, he does not have a clue what you are talking about. If he finds out this gets out, he will skewer your lines.

Drift and Rodimus always seem to find their way to get some playtime in with the youngest crew member. Drift definitely felt himself ascend to some place cause the little gummy smile with the two teeth peeking out up at him had him dying and crying.

"They're so cute," he sobbed, "how do you do it?"

"Oh trust me, It takes a lot to keep myself from kissing their cheeks aggressively at bay."

Rodimus making funny faces or tickling them always makes his day. He definitely ranked them to the "most official cutest baby around".

No, Rodimus, you cannot throw them in the air.

Bumblebee is always so good with kids, but imagine his surprise when they start picking themselves up. He had to drop everything, lower to his knees and watched in awe as they started slowly and stumble their way over to him on their feet.

Frag it! He should have a camera! This is important! He cheers when they collapse in his servos, door wings fluttering while quickly comm'ing their parent.

Jazz is another mech who got a soothing presence. He always entertain the baby babbles, humming them to sleep, etc. He's the most relax and easy going that you could call them buddies since the baby is always wanting JUST him if Optimus is not there at the base.

He always laugh when they squeal happily at the sight of him. Taking them into his arms and going on a "lil ride" around the base.

Ironhide. Ohhhh, he was a sucker immediately. He can hide it under all that grouch like Ratchet, but the little tiny hands on his while holding their bottle made him vent. His optics are staring fondly as sleepy, dropping eyes stared back.

Don't tell him about the fact when you press your thumb against their foot their toes curl. Almost to mimic as if they're curling their hands around your finger.

"Why are you fraggers so cute?"

"What was that, Ironhide?"

"Nothing."

Hey, I was wondering. You've done some StarBee stuff here and there, and although I know you don't do a lot of romance stuff, I'm wondering if you still have any StarBee fanfic recs?

Your recs so far have been pretty good, and I'm wanting kinda wanting more of these two.

Actually, it doesn't even have to be romance or heavily romantic, just anything with the two interacting. I sorta have the same sentiment you have of them where Bee was my favourite character for a long time and I also like Starscream and just having the two interacting together is fun XD.

I already recomended this one but it’s my favorite so I have to include it: Ghostly Touch by Baird Crevan where Starscream gets attacked in his apartment and Bee can do little more than watch.

I usually dont recommend works with nsfw content in it, but You Remember Her Differently by funeralpigeon was a big inspiration to me for my Starscream: Origins fic. tw: SA, implied CSA

I debated recommended this one cuz I feel like it’s a little above my reading level, but Photonic Bodies by FourthFloorWrites is a fascinating read.
