wait a minute, wait a minute, WAIT A DAMN MINUTE. If sun-jae does not become an idol, does that mean that "sudden shower" technically doesn't exist? What you mean to tell me is that this banger of a song remains as a draft and UNRECORDED in this new timeline???
Watch me be petty about this for the next WEEK-- i'll stream the heck out of it, just watch😭

According to NBC here in the US, the missing titanic sub has been found. As debris. Off the bow of the Titanic wreckage.
And it looks like the sub suffered what we all suspected, and what was undoubtedly the more merciful of the two options: a catastrophic implosion from the pressure.
Also, more info has come to light about the fishing trawler with the hundreds of migrants that sank cataclysmically off the coast of Greece, indicating that the greek coast guard knew about the vessel AND how much trouble the vessel was in, and were towing it at a speed that made it capsize, at which point they unhooked the tow line and watched the trawler sink without helping the passengers to safety. Despite a bunch of other ships trying to help as well throughout the whole ordeal.
So a lot of people are dead, all because of regulations (and the lack thereof) regarding sea-faring vessels and rescue protocols. People shouldnt be allowed to make a business charging a ton of money for a ride on an uncertified, unsafe, un-seaworthy ship going deep into the ocean with no distress beacon or tether to the mothership. People also shouldnt be allowed to enact laws that criminalize the ferrying of refugees, which then force the refugees to hitch rides on fishing trawlers, and which also prevent people from helping those fishing trawlers full of refugees due to fear of legal consequences.
Hopefully BOTH of these events spark changes on an international scale in terms of what is legally allowed to be sailed, who is legally allowed to be the passengers, and what the rescue protocols are in the event of disaster for any seafaring vessel, illegal or not. It shouldnt be just the global 1% who get 24/7 search parties and remote-operated submersibles helping rescue them.

The funniestvthing about enterprise so far is that the ship will encounter something and go ooo yay lets investigate it and tpol will be like vulcan protocols for tgese situations advise that we do this for safety reasons :| and archers always like we dont need to do that 😏 we're humans ✊✊✊ and were out here to explore 🤛🤛💪💪 so thats whst were gonna do 🦅🦅🦅🦅. And as someone who has watched star trek shows that are later on in the timeline i can recognise the thing t'pol brought up as like a key starfleet principle or a very strict away mission rule in tos/tng era trek so i immediately know that the mission is not only going to go tits up but its going to go tits up to such an extent that it will have a lasting effect on starfleets approach to space travel. The thing Vulcans misunderstand about humanity is that they can't accept anything based on logic at least 2 people hsve to get poisoned/stranded/pregnant/shot at for a safety procedure to be implemented. Enterprise is earths incredibly necessary fuck around and find out ship.

Will donating his dnd stuff at the end of season 3 was a more on the nose metaphor than I thought.
[Context: dnd = their relationship. The goodbye scene itself, the rain fight, and their overall conflict all point to this.]
So, Will walks into the room and gives their relationship away right in front of Mike. Mike panics for a second, confused: “woah, dude, that’s the donation box”. Will doesn’t bat an eye. Instead he tells Mike that the ball is in his court: “we can just use yours…if we still want to play”. Basically, we can be us if you want us to be. Then Mike asks if he’ll move on from him. Will says that isn’t possible, and he walks away. Both of them are smiling, happy.
Then we get to season 4…
Will doesn’t move on, doesn’t join another party. But… Mike doesn’t make any moves. He doesn’t reach out to Will. That’s the core of their miscommunication. Will thought they agreed that Will wouldn’t replace him, and Mike would prove that he wanted to stay with him. He gave the ball to Mike expecting him to do something with it, and then nothing happened.
Why? Because El lied to Mike, he thought Will didn’t uphold his end of the bargain. He thought Will got new friends and was super happy in Lenora and their goodbye meant nothing to him. Mike was jealous of these imaginary people and upset at Will for lying to him in their goodbye.
Mike and Will spend season 4 unraveling the above miscommunication (that was set up in their s3 goodbye scene). You’d think that’d be the end of it. Mike and Will’s relationship has finally been restored and they can be best friends again. But then…
At the end of season 4, Will donates his love for Mike, again. They just made it more literal. Season 4 was just Will giving up his initiative in the relationship because of everything that happened in season 3. Now, a new, mature Will quite literally donates his side of their relationship to El. He gives away his love and his painting.
If Mike and Will were supposed to just be best friends, they wouldn’t have reintroduced that conflict in a more serious way. Season 4 would’ve been the end of it. It’s just like how Mike and El had ‘silly fights, stupid fights’ in season 3 that were reintroduce in season 4 in a more serious way. For Mike and El that was meant to deconstruct their romantic relationship. For Mike and Will, this conflict reintroduction is meant to construct their romantic relationship.
The plotline is different this time, though. They flipped it on it’s head. Now, Will is the one lying to Mike, not El. This time, Mike’ll be forced to realize that Will put words in El’s mouth in the same way El did for Will in her letters.
El’s lie caused Mike to ignore Will, destroying their relationship. In the end, he restablishes their relationship. Will’s lie caused Mike to “confess his love” to El, restoring their relationship. In the end, Mike… stays with El?
The painting lie is set up to be unraveled in season 5. Mike’s reaction to this lie is important and it changes something. Otherwise, the painting wouldn’t exist.
But, yeah, they’re definitely writing a slow burn rejection…

So I like the "Tim internalizes Jason's nicknames of pretender, and such" in fanon as much as the next person. But I'm also in desperate need of Tim just. Sniping back and facing it down with utter apathy.
Jason being wildly confused as to why this tiny child can come up with alterations like "You particularly petty pathetic prick" off the top of his head. Or like, Tim just staring blankly at Jason when he tries to get under Tim's skin, only for jason to find out that Tim checked out once Jason started bitching about batman because, and Jason's quoting here "Watching paint dry is more entertaining then hearing you rehash the same argument from two years ago. Get new material or get out".
Jason, asking Tim if he wants to go ape shit and murder someone and Tim responding with "been there, done that. Lost the spleen, and I think it's a very boring way to take care of your problems" as Tim types up a frankly obscenely detailed plan for how to, on the off chance they come across him, incapacitate sonic.
