i know Susie has a school id where it says the year 1993 - 1994 therefor she would be a senior in 1996 but I do not care. Susie is still a 16 year old and a sophomore in my eyes. I don't know how but to me it's not fun where they are all the same age and besides most people who Susie is 18 are kind of creepy.

I love spending a whole 25 minutes of my morning writing a response, and then having it completely delete itself before I could hit post !!! It's so much fun !!! I totally don't wanna cry or anything !!! Lol anyway-

God yeah, I honestly just completely disregarded that part of the ID :o) Like her last name and natural hair color? Cool ! But the dates,,, Nahhh I don't think so! Like, I get *why* BHVR had to age her up (I believe they had to do it with the canonical 17 year old fellas from Licensed shit as well), but eughgjdlkfs it's still annoying as hell. I just wanna know why video games have different... Standards (?) compared to books and movies, if that makes sense? Especially considering that she's a *Killer* (so no violence is done to her), and not a Survivor enduring the shitty events of the Trials. I dunno, it just feels dumb to me.

There's just something about the idea of this diverse friend group of teens (age, background, etc) that's just really intriguing to me? Like imagining how they all interacted Pre-Fog (both in and out of school) as well as how participating in the Trials effects each of them/their motives for actively following the Entity's orders. I dunno, I feel like if they were all the same age (still all younger than Frank considering that he was the oldest at Julie's party), it just wouldn't be as interesting to me. You can just mess around with the dynamics a lot more, and also it just makes a lot more sense for her to be younger than the other three story wise, or at least in the way I write her ig.

You can bounce around this idea by saying that Frank was 19 when he actually arrived to Ormond or when he met the rest of the Legion, and not when he got taken into The Fog, meaning that he'd be roughly 21-22 in the end instead, but ehhhdlfksj idk ? It kinda takes the fun out of the whole concept of this rebellious group of teens who drank and smoked n all that stuff (I'd like to mention that Alberta's drinking age is 18 when bringing point this up). Also I feel like it just opens a whole 'nother can of inconsistency worms unless you played around with their Lore a LOT. Like obviously you can work with their Lore however you please, I'm not gonna stop ya considering how much I've personally rewritten n' whatnot (mainly for consistency, but still)! It's just personally not for me, but you do you, boo 😘

And oh yeah, agreed, I find that a lot people use the "But she's 18!!!" to their advantage... Like,,, Fine, sure, whatever, but it still rubs me the wrong way seeing gross shit of her considering the fact that she was most likely originally a sophomore (aka roughly 16). Like again, BHVR backpedaled like they usually do and changed some lore yet again, so technically these people off the hook (ha), but I still get bad vibes from it. There's SOOOOOO many other characters, both Survivors and Killers, that you're free to do whatever your little heart desires with. But Susie? Please just leave her be :( I personally get uncomfy with that stuff with all of them tbh, especially since they're still high school students (Frank and Julie I'm more lenient with since they're my age), but that's just me ig. If Daddy BHVR says they're legal, then I guess people can just do whatever.

I will also take this time to say that I don't personally enjoy violence against minors (whether they're super young or on the verge of adulthood)! I find it interesting to see what drives these characters to do what they do, but I don't like seeing them in any gross situations, including extreme violence/gorey shit (like on the Final Destination end of the scale, if that makes sense). I'll never include any shit like that in my personal work, including both art and writing (my art is a lot more lighthearted, but my writing, although generally SFW, does sometimes include gore n shit). Just thought I'd throw this out there!

ALSO I'D LIKE TO ADD SOMETHING THAT DRIVES ME NUTS AS WELL !!! Julie, yeah? Her first cosmetic, Suspended, is quite literally under the Collection Name "Fairview Senior", along with Frank's (I still personally believe them to be a grade apart, but I thought I'd add that as well). But then,,, Saturday Slasher (aka the Bush Party recolor) is,,, Under "Sophomore Jitters" ????? What ????????????? Why ??? For what reason ??? Like they were literally released 4 years apart, just make a new collection or add it to a different one that MAKES SENSE ??? Whatever ig, I don't come to DBD for consistent Lore anymore (or anything consistent, considering how much they've fucked up with Julie and Susie's models lmfao, that's a whole other rant for another day), but it still drives me nuts :o)

Again, I'd like to clarify that a lot of my personal views on this subject are very related to how I, Miss Cherry Haysprite, your local Frank/Julie enthusiast, personally interpret the lore! Their lore is so damn inconsistent that at this point I've just given up trying to figure out what's actually canon or not (maybe the comic will fix some of this, but honestly I feel like it might make things more messy), so I just go along with whatever I think fits and respect everyone else's interpretation! Honestly, one of my favorite parts about Fanon Legion are the different interpretations and how people enjoy writing them, whether or not I actually like said interpretations or not! They're just a fun group of characters to work with and I love seeing how people prefer writing them, especially compared to my own thoughts and ideas! I'm just one person with her own lil spin on things :3c I just personally wish there was more consistency and less backpedaling in the Canon that we do have :( But again, what can ya do lmfao

prompt: morning routine pairing: cohen x julian word count: 931 a/n: TYSM FOR THE ASK <33 im a bit nervous to post my writing here i dont consider myself the best writer but hopefully it's at least an enjoyable read!! :)

Julian scrambles around the kitchen, almost tripping over themself while they push the lever of the toaster down whilst flipping the egg in the pan. Their eyes jot around their surroundings quickly as a bunch of different sounds and smells begin to overwhelm them. The butter sizzling on the pan, the scent of coffee wafting through the air, the microwave beeping to inform them their hastily thrown in bacon was finished cooking… it was all so much to keep track of.

But it was all for Cohen. To see that look of surprise on his face as they bring the platter of delicious food to him. To be praised for their efforts and to get a kiss on the temple as a reward. They live for it. They live for him. To make him the best breakfast they can manage only shows a fraction of the gratitude they hold for him. For being in their life, and for simply existing. 

Beeep–!

The microwave grabs Julian’s attention and they look between it and the pan. The egg looks… a little worse for wear, but nothing that’s inedible. They curse their tendency to get lost in thought as they move it to the plate. They try to carefully, but the toaster popping scares them and the yolk breaks underneath the harsher-than-intended motion of their spatula. They groan to themself. They’re so clumsy. 

After setting the egg down they rush to the toast before it gets cold. There’s nothing better than melted butter on hot bread and if they somehow ruin this too? They’d be beyond frustrated. Fortunately for them it’s still warm enough for the butter to melt into the surface. They scrape the knife against the toast, making a crunchy sound as they spread the butter. They accidentally press down too hard and break one of the pieces slightly but… it’s not too bad, at least they hope so.

Beeep–!

There it goes again. Julian moves to the microwave and sighs to find that the bacon has gone cold instead. How? They left it in the microwave to retain the heat! Unless it didn’t work like that… they sigh and move it to the plate. Despite what they feel is their lackluster efforts, they arrange the platter to make some sort of semblance of a smiley face. Finally. It’s done. A small smile curls across their cheeks. It isn’t perfect, but hopefully that added some charm.

That’s when the smell of coffee makes it’s way to their nose again. Fuck. The coffee. They forgot all about it. They rush to it to take it off the brewer, only to fumble and spill it onto the counter. They put their hands on their head as they watch everything turn sour in front of their very eyes. Feeling the cup itself it seems as if the coffee also got cold. 

It’s all too much. Julian feels tears begin to weld in their eyes but they’re quick to wipe them away. They didn’t want to worry Cohen after all. This is supposed to be a nice little gesture for him. But now they’ve gone and ruined it. They shake their head and turn to grab paper towels to clean their mess, though when they turn their eyes widen with surprise and a slight fear. There he stood, in his sleepy glory.

Cohen’s gaze is tired as he looks down at the smaller man, eyes surveying the surroundings. The kitchen… it’s a bit of a mess. But it’s nothing he wasn’t accustomed to already. 

“I heard somethin fall. Y’alright?” He asks. His voice is low and quiet from his slumber and it makes Julian’s heart skip a beat. They give a small sigh and a smile, albeit a nervous one, as they reply.

“Y-Yeah, I’m fine! I just…spilt your coffee… sorry.”

“My coffee?” His tone shifts slightly and Julian catches on almost instantly. They shrink into themself as they nod and put the paper towel onto the stained counter before pushing the plate of food his way.

“I… I tried making you breakfast. Emphasis on tried. It’s all… it’s cold, and I broke the yolk, and I’m so sorry that–”

“For me?”

There’s that surprised look on his face. The one they wanted to see in the first place- the softness in his eyes, the love that he feels for them and the gesture radiating from his words alone. Despite messing up so badly… he’s still so happy. They can’t speak in response, only nod as they motion again towards the plate.

Cohen looks down at it- a smiley face. Cute. He gives a small smile and picks up the plate before taking the utensil provided and grabbing a bite. The moment the food hits his taste buds, he hums with content. It was cold, but that certainly doesn’t mean it’s bad. He can still taste the love that Julian poured into it. “It’s really good.”

“R-Really??” They sound almost surprised, earning a small hum and nod from their lover.

“Very.” He shuffles around the corner to be by their side, pressing a kiss on their temple. Just like they hoped for. “Thank you Julian.”

Julian feels their cheeks heat up from his thanks, leaning into him with a hum of their own. His free arm wraps around them and they wrap theirs around him too. In the blink of an eye they’ve forgotten all about their mishaps. All that’s on their mind now is him. A moment of silence, though soon broken by Cohen’s voice.

“Julian…”

“Hmm~?”

“The coffee’s spilling off the counter.”

“...Ah shit–”

im glad you think my shitposts are interesting lmao. jon is probably my favorite character in this season of dc comics. he’s not being treated too well by dc editorial at the moment, but he has quite a few years of content following him if you are interested.

how do i describe jon? in my humble opinion, he’s like two steps down from full on crackhead. i think there’s something seriously wrong with him on account of all the unresolved trauma he’s packing, BUT critics will say that’s just bad writing. i don’t think so. i think a lot that’s wrong with jon is related to some very sensitive topics that many writers these days are simply not knowledgable enough to write about, especially those who aren’t invested in genre-specific writing, and don’t really want to take a leap of faith and just write bc they don’t want to come off as problematic or insensitive. but at the same time, BECAUSE they refuse to address The Many Things Wrong With Jon……. the lack of exploration of the traumas he’s suffered and the variety of mental illnesses he’s picked off largely comes off as insensitive 😂

on that note, i think jon has a ton of potential to be one of the most interesting characters to come out of the post-new 52 drama. new 52 is essentially one of the many dc reboot/relaunches, i will admit, i myself dropped dc comics shortly after the new 52 was established, so like…. 10ish years ago? i consider this my homecoming as i have not really read a dc mainstream comic since college. for reference, i am in my thirties rn 😂

i started reading dc comics during the heyday of smallville, so think 2003-2012ish, which is now referred to as the last legs of the pre-flashpoint era. not to say that there wasn’t some serious dogshit being published at the time….. but there was some serious dogshit being published at the time. there is some jon content pre flashpoint, but its mostly non-main timeline stuff if you want to read it. current!jon’s story really begins with the super sons chronicles. i myself actually started with his last main stream run, superman: son of kal el. im the type to read stuff backwards and go off on tangents bc that’s just how i read my comic books 😂 if you want a reading list to help get you started, comic book treasury has a jon kent reading order to help you get started.

as for jonno…. he’e my problematic nephew. somethin wrong with him, but he funny. i want him to get written by a horror writer bc i feel like he’d be so wild in a story meant to spook the shit outta you. i also think he’s like one bad day away from breaking batman’s jaw, which i love. super mentally ill, also love that. also a bisexual! we love to see messy bisexuals. his boyfriend’s normal tho.

so yea im here again to bother (anonymously bc thats the only true way to communicate to ppl amirite) so let's pretend rgg writers didn't pull an asshole move on him and he lives and now hes like. a side character or whatever u can catch him to chat whatever the point is hes alive AND THE QUESTION IS: do you think he keeps appearance aoki-style clean and tidy or he goes back to masato-style emo swag? or is he gonna be the most cursed mix of these both cause i can't decide what to draw and probably im gonna just sketch it all slap it on one sheet and post but i've been hit by sudden interest about what my fellow aoki fan thinks?

my heart wants him to go back to his e-boy swag ways in this purely hypothetical timeline but honestly im not sure, it's somethin i ask myself a lot also: it's beyond just aesthetics and the sort that make up masato arakawa and ryo aoki, so i can't confidently say one thing or another

'ryo aoki' represents 'the paragon of japanese men' yk: clean shaven, conservative haircut, neat and tidy (glasses are just bonus points for 'yeah he looks smart') etc etc. that's not to say ryo aoki was purely a facade or persona, masato obviously had to harbor some puritan ideology beforehand in order to pursue his career as passionately as he did (though spite and a need for love and attention are strong, he probably wouldn't have been as effective in his position if he didn't believe what he was preaching to an extent)

im rambling about all of this cause without the need to keep up that 'perfect image' anymore and being ready to start over, aoki would be free to present however he wants without worrying about his image. would he still like to be seen as immaculate ? would he be ok with that more rugged look again ? a part of me doubts it since that was 'the lowest point' of his life, so why go back to it

that's not to mention how preppy was his aesthetic from birth to his 20's, though now i ask if that was his choice or if that's how masumi thought to present him to look like a regular civilian (not saying masumi was being a control freak over him obvi, im just saying did urge masato towards that kind of style yk. it's just a things parents do, and considering masumi is aware the yakuza lifestyle isn't something to aspire to i'm sure he wanted his son to appear as detached from it as he could--but now this is turning into a ramble about masumi SORRY)

plus, by 47/48, i think he would have outgrown the gritty-yet-flashy aesthetic. if anythin, maybe he'd just dress like masumi did during his 20's- not exactly the same, but something similar

assuming he wouldn't be in jail in this timeline and he was Just Chilling, i also have to ask if he'd want to restart his political career but genuinely this time and pursuing things that would actually benefit japanese society. that's tiptoeing into greater speculations tho but it's somethin' to consider if you want to ask 'what would aoki be like in LaD8'

✨Haikyu Headcanon(s) of the Evening! ✨

Author's Note: These are just lil' roomate headcanons I came up with cause I just wanted some so I decided to make some! Anyways this is a part 1 out of 2 (I think and hopefully) and as always I hope y'all enjoy! 😊 ~Pidge

Miya Atsumu:

• God this chaotic bastard where do I even start

• Well let's just say you were looking for a roomate and stuff and welp he took the opportunity and idk why but you accepted him (I guess he checked all the boxes for you congrats🎉🎉🎉)

• Now actually LIVING with him can either be a pain in the ass or quite enjoyable

• He gets up at a decent time, early for volleyball (maybe 7-8am) but SLEEPS IN when he doesn't have to go. (I believe like 2-3pm at times) one time you thought he was dead and almost called the hospital, he almost smacked you for that 🤣

• I see him as not being the apartment that often cause of volleyball but he'll be in the apartment just to chill or just to annoy ur ass if he's bored.

• HE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE DESINGNATED MOVIE NIGHTS!!! he also might invite ya know bo, hinata and sakusa but there's sometimes where he just wants to chill with u~

• I believe he's not really a good cook and you would have to make most of the meals or at least remind him to have a decent meal once in a while (if your not a good cook welp... y'all will suffer together I guess)

• He'd be snacking CONSTANTLY I👏SWEAR👏 (This is why ya gotta remind him to have decent meals all the time). I mean there will be nothing in your pantry. It's a literal compition that he wins most of the time to who gets the last packet of pocky. Smh 😑

• I feel like his room would be half messy and half not? Like there would be clothes on the floor but he would make sure to make his bed and his dresser would be a bit messy but not too messy. (Ya know? I hope you get it cause I'm not changing it)

• Please give this man the head pats before volleyball practices (he'll find it cute and if you look close enough you might see him ~blushing~)

Bokuto Koutorou:

• YES ITS TIME FOR MY FAVORITE HIMBO!!! god I LOVE him

• Such a caring man AND WITH SO MUCH RESPECT WHAT DID WE DO TO DESERVE HIMMM

• I hope y'all were friends before you decided to move in together PLEASE SAY YOU WERE (well too bad, I'm the writer, you got no choice in the matter)

• He takes afternoon naps... end of headcanons (no but really when u come back from school or work and he's home before you, you can sometimes hear a soft snore from the couch and you just decide to put a blanket on top of himmm)

• On the contrary of Atsumu, I think he'll be a great cook! I think he'll know how to make 3-4 meals very VERY well and present them to you and be so proud of them. He'll puff out his chest and everything (gosh he's making me so proud just writing this)

• He might once in a while ask you politely if his friends can come over and might borrow the apartment for a while (you'll be out till they leave but hopefully you don't mind)

• If he comes home and he's in his emo mode, you either 1. Call Akaashi or 2. Make him soup and build a blanket fort (it will either be chicken noodle or just some comforting soup... anything to get this baby happy again 😊😊😊)

• This may or might catch you off guard (depending on how close y'all get) but he may ask for random hugs. Just for the sake of it and because I believe he's touch starved and craves physical affection.

• Even tho I said before that he might politely kick you out if he wants to have the home/apartment for the bois, at least PLEASE have some games of chaotic Jenga with them like COME ON (I play chaotic Jenga with my friends all the time and hoooo boi)

• Like Atsumu, he deserves the head pats too! I believe there will be a lot of physical touch/affection in your relationship and it's just so sweet! GAH Y'ALL ARE ADORABLE!

• Anyway, Bokuto Koturou would make a great roomate... MOVING ON

• ngl idk how you became roomates with him but congrats 👌👌👌(I guess by pure chance I guess??? ) anyways...

• Y'all would have assigned cleaning chores of course. If you're having a bad day or not feeling good, he wouldn't mind doing your chores for you and taking care of you.

• Ya know I feel like just doing a puzzle with him so y'all might have some puzzle nights and try to challenge yourselfs after each one you complete.

• LOVES TEA. Will recommend tea and different types of tea to you. Will bring different types of authentic teas into ur apartment and y'all can rate teas together! 🍵🍵🍵

• Not that affectionate but will accept words of affirmation. Really does appreciate a 'thank you' and a genuine compliment once in a while.

• Will remind you to wear a mask outside ALWAYS, he doesn't want you to get sick what can I say?

• Even if it might not look like it, Sakusa does care about you. He will give you those gentle reminders to drink water and eat everyday, say lil' thank yous' here and there and genuinely respects as a person.

ANOTHER EDIT CAUSE I CAN'T CONTAIN MYSELF APPARENTLY: But ALL of them would in some way sing in the shower:

Another author's note: This already seems romantic but I meant it in a platonic way. When I make both parts keep in mind the the relationship is platonic! (Don't worry I might make a part where they go from roomates to lovers if I can gather the brain power 😂)

moved to another country... went out all day, found me a nice park with crazy garden and drew while feedin pidgeons, took a walk, grabbed vegan kimchi and found another park with queer people sittin on the grass and rewatched the latest 40-min adventure time special with fin and jake and new death and read some journal 3 again... returned home sang and then 20:50 ran to the cinema cause i looked up the movies and CANDYMAN was playing... managed to get there before 21:10 (but there were ads for like 15 mins!?!??)

SO... CANDYMAN... DSLAKGHAS;OIGJASLDKGA;

it starts with the protagonist’s girlfriend’s gay brother bringing over his boyfriend and im like HELL FUCKIN YEAH finally YES YES THAT’S A WAY TO START A FUCKIN MOVIE... and also the upside down buildings the cinematography like.. UGH!! Then he mentions candyman story and the protagonist looks it up and become obsessed... His name is ANTHONY which is my name... last year  my hand which started from one finger and spread has crazy eczema and it slightly goes away and come back strongly all the time... HE DRAWS... so he gets stung by that bee and i draw parallels between us and then he has that mirror breakin scene and HIS GIRLFRIEND’S BROTHER fuckin says DUMP HIS ASS U DONT HAVE TO FIX EVERY DAMAGED ARTIST who thinks he is basquiat or freakin sun ra.... as for the characterizations--I mean the best advice I can offer is watching content on your character!!! see how they talk, how they move and interact with people!! since you’re new to writing some things you write aren't always gonna come out exactly how you want them to! (lmfao same here. im a visual person so it’s hard to translate my movie fantasies onto paper kwjfkjwehr) and even the most experienced writes have this issue im SURE. like I bet my characterization of din pisses some people off or even boba but, like, that's how I SEE them so!!! it doesn't matter if it’s bad as long as you write something!!!! plus writing is an art! you have to practice! my first fics on here embarrass the fuck outta me but it’s fine krhfkhjrw as long as people like them then that’s the best I can ask for. 

fOR SMUT--would yall believe me if I said I only started writing smut THIS YEAR?!?!??!?! anyway....I'd recommend just, reading smut done by your favorite authors and see what you want to incorporate into your own writing! like what you think is hot or absolutely HATE. also lmfao writing smut is...like a little nasty sometimes?? I have to like Check the Fuck OuT--like honestly I felt the same way you did and the best way to combat that is just like, work through it--write that dirty shit even if you thing it turns out Gross kekfjh. also like, lmfao im exposing myself here buT, ive never had sex so wkejrhkjfh im definitely NO expert in aNY WAY. Decisions

Ryna bolted up from sleep narrowly missing the beam above her bed in her quarters.  Her entire body was soaked in a cold sweat and she was quaking with residual fear. Amber who had been sleeping on her chest leapt to the floor the carbuncle bristling with restrained energy casting to and fro looking for the enemy.

"Stand down Amber," the Viera, "The foes not here, seems t’was a dream,"

The Carbuncle relaxed but gave her summoner a confused look, A dream Captain, that seemed by far more..... she chimed

The Veena looked down at the construct stating softly, "Aye it does seem such.....I wonder just what it means."

Ryna then shook herself trying to cast off the lingering fear and stress from what by all rights should have been a nightmare.  Standing she made her way out of her cabin and onto the deck.

They were anchored in a harbor some where within the Rhotano Sea.  Judging by the sway and bob of the ship and the lash of the cold rain on the deck the storm they had come here to ride out was still raging.

She made her way from her cabin nodding to the few crew members that were still at there posts not saying a word.  Her crew said nothing as well they knew when she needed to be left alone.

She stopped at the bow staring out at the storm beyond the harbor.  Lightning struck the tempestuous sea, mirroring the storm in her heart caused by this strange dream.

"Your troubled tonight," a quiet voice stated to her right.

Ryna jumped and whirled to face her sister Myra.  It spoke volumes how much the dream had shaken her since she hadn't even noticed the Conjurer’s approach.

The Veena should have known that the other would have sensed her turmoil.  They had shared a bond from the day they were born.  One of the rare twin births in the Wood.  

She gave Myra a curt nod stating softly, "A very strange....dream....vision, ‘ells I’m not sure what it is.  But, damn if it aient 'aunting me."

"This isn’t the first time of it is it." the other Viera asked quietly.

Ryna shook her head, "Nay its the third time in the past month. I 'aven't the foggiest what it means but....its unsettling."

Her twin locked eyes with her amber staring into amber and she prompted gently, "Tell me."

Ryna looked out again over the water her brow furrowing as she recalled the dream with a vivid clarity.

"I find myself walking in what appears te be a starry expanse.  All seems quiet till there’s a roar filling me ears then from above the 'sky' turns a lurid orange n stars begin te fall."  

At her legs Amber crowded close trying to comfort her summoner as she continued, "Then I begin te hear a voice stating three words, hear, feel, think.  Ahead a light appears n I make me way toward it only to 'ave it blocked suddenly by a man cloaked and cowled in black a vivid red mask covering 'alf 'is face."

She shuddered folding her arms defensively as her memory allowed her to feel his presence once again. " 'E feels.....dangerous, deadly a dark presence that’s almost suffocating in its intensity....then the words repeat seeming te come from the light that’s behind him.  It floats toward me and then I’m enveloped in it with a strange comfortin warmth.  When the light clears I’m standing clad in garb that I don’t recognize a tome brimming with power in me hand."

The Veena once again turns toward her sister looking her in the eye as she continued, "A strange red sigil appears on 'is mask and shadows gather round as 'e starts chargin forward.  I rush te meet 'im n were both enveloped in a blindin light."

Ryna closed her eyes for a moment before finishing, "Once the light clears I find meself standin in a city o white stone with what appears te be parts o a ship makin up most o the buildins.  All around is the bright blue o the Rhotano Sea.  The disturbin thing is that dark presence is still there somewhere near as I turn te look fer it is when I find meself wakin."

Myra's own brow furrowed as she thought about all she had just been told, "Are you certain this isn’t just some strange nightmare?"

Ryna nodded, "Ye'd think but there’s somethin bout it that seems....."

Its too real.  Its as if he’s actually standing in front of us threatening us. The presence is all but palpable. Every time ye feel it so do I. Amber chimed at her

Looking down at the carbuncle she nodded, "Aye ye have the right o it.  Its too real Myra to vivid like 'es actually there not just a figment o my mind. N Amber ‘ere senses ‘im too like ‘es in the room"

Myra touched her chin in thought for a moment looking down at the deck before stating, "It almost sounds like the portends the Priestesses o the Wood used te have."

Ryna bobbed her head in agreeance stating, "Aye trouble is we both know neither o us 'ave ever been inclined fer that sorta thing."

Myra simply grunted in response still lost in thought as she digested all her sister had stated.  

Ryna looked back toward her stating, "Most o it I can't make 'eads er tails o.  But I know one thing bout it the city I’m in at the end has te be Limsa Lominsa."

Myra looked at her blinking in surprise at the surety of the statement asking, "So what do you want te do?"

Ryna lowered her eyes and balled her fists in frustration, "I don't know te be honest...somethin tells me whatever this is its important n shouldn't be ignored. That bein said if the city is Limsa sailing in there on the Briar is outta the question."

"Given the general view o pirates, even upstandin ones such as ourselves," the other Viera responded dryly.

"Aye, seems I have a bit te think bout....after all I don't wanna abandon all o ye but this seems like its....fer me te do, whatever it is."

Myra placed a comforting hand on her arm once again catching her eyes, "Know whatever yer choice I'll stand with ye as will the crew."

"Aye sister it was never in any doubt,"Ryna responded placing a hand over her sisters, "I'll give it some thought, then see where me course steers me."

Myra gave the arm a comforting squeeze then turned and left knowing full well that Ryna wished to be alone to think.

Ryna returned to her vigil of watching the storm.  Her heart in as much turmoil as the stormy sea before her.

This is a VERY unpopular opinion and since I've think I've seen it in a couple of your works I want to clarify that I really don't mean any offense. But, when im reading something and there's a mention of a real life trait of the famous person I basically stop reading lol a lot of JKs fic have the "banana milk" thing or mention how he always wins at sports etc. And im like ew nope nope. But that's just me. When that happens it feel like I'm invading their private life or somethin

Like I'm still in the dilemma of whether or not fanfics are "creepy". So I naturally like more the ones that just take the name of the famous person, when they use their entire personality (or at least the one we think they have since we'll never know them lol) to me is the equivalent of leaking their nudes or somethin idk it's a pet peeve of mine. THE amount of fics about Yoongi being cold and distant, Jhope being bright and friendly, and so on...

Ps: the creepy part. I'm all for "not doing to others what you don't like being done to you". Imagine finding out people write such things about you, or using your name, image, etc. It'll be straight up creepy and even dangerous. I get it, theyre famous, but don't they and people that defend them always say "we're NoRmaL too/want to be treated that way" that's why fics will always be my ultimate ultra secret guilty pressure 🤣 Imagine one day they say they don't like it, would you stop writing?

Ps 2: this is just to open some sort of debate, again if i offend anyone I apologise in advance, I don't mean to insult you or anyone is just a thought I have and an hypothetical question ♥️

I get where you're coming from and for a long time, when I got into the fandom I didn't to read any fanfics or write something (with BTS). I thought I “grew up” from it, but I caught myself being bored and then found a lot of quality stories on tumblr and since I used to write before and then stopped, I missed it a lot. It still took me some time to brace myself to write a story. And I found out it has nothing to do with growing up, I love writing and BTS, so I connected those two things like almost every writer. About using their real life trait, I think it's just getting a closer step and feeling to the story, inspired by their real lives because many people actually love that. Sometimes you create a complete different character but still use some of their likes/dislikes in the story. Everyone's entitled to feel however they want about it and if you just don't find it comfortable, then just don't read it. In my opinion, fan fictions can be cringe and weird but as long as it's just a pure fiction, there shouldn't be anything wrong with that. Fanfictions have been here for a long time and I think many artists know that. I mean... harry styles fan fiction was made into a movie ??? As of reading a fan fiction or writing one, I don't there's anything wrong with that. It's all a fantasy, and in a way an art. You use their names, physical features but you still make and write your own story. You know what I mean?
