Extremely strong but otherwise innocuous opinion of mine, I think people need to dance and sing more.

And I'm not talking about in public or with others, though I could go on about how that's a form of community and connection we have been losing over time, I just genuinely think people need to sing and dance on more occasions.

Yeah yeah, dance like no one's watching, but honestly I think you should dance when no one is watching.

It makes you charming, even if no one sees it.

It's good for your health, and it releases dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin.

It helps your body work through and release pent up emotions.

It improves your connection to your body and allows you to pick up more sensory signals, which can be especially useful if you're neurodivergent and struggle with proprioception.

And I think that if everyone developed the confidence to dance like no one's watching, many self esteem issues could be fixed. But that starts with dancing when no one's watching.

So yeah, innocuous hill I will nonetheless die on, you should dance more.
