how are the vanilla twins in the anthro au?

I don't have them really super thought out (lots of this started just as messing around with designs, which i dont even have for these other three) but all the vanilla slugcats are more involved with scavengers. I just feel the need to work out far more details than probably necessary

Survivor lives roughly around the farm arrays area with a young pseudo-elite in a largely isolate colony and Nightcat and Monk both live roughly in the Industrial location. Nightcat used to live in a different scavenger colony but Something Happened To That One (cough), so they were just wandering when monk and them paired up. Of course all this is like, first draft and needs so much work

concept art for my ocs story, top img is Praecanema, a massive robot kingdom that traverses a desert, protecting people from the outside toxic air. middle img is Velda, Praecanemas founder. Claims to be a genius scientist who built the entire thing, in reality she is abusing the power of a god for knowledge and the ability to run this place. bottom img is a bit of a long story but tldr its the interior of one of the rooms in a ship one of my ocs from Praecanema owns.

we need to have an intellectual movement we need to start educating ourselves as critically and urgently as possible and by we I need American youth teens adults. we have to cover as much of the breadth of knowledge we can that is granted to us freely in the form of books and podcasts and articles and essays and zines like we cannot spend so much time Consuming Content. I’m tired of it. I understand the desire i really do I have Chopped on in the background right now. But what is the point if we by position in such privilege, in such an age of individual potential of discovery, literally unlimited resource, refuse to read and learn and connect some dots and make conversation about it all. With personal education comes a fierce want for someone to discuss it with and so we get community and then probably a podcast or two but that’s good that’s for the better. Can we turn away from industries (mind, not the people) that have clearly and wholesale rejected the premise of art and storytelling that isn’t nostalgia bait and empty cash grabbing and can we start relying on ourselves to make it. Can someone less irritated than me make memes, or something, that’ll make people interested in the frankly obscene wealth of literature and history we have at our fingertips. We have always had a responsibility to keep learning, but that doesn’t mean we doomscroll and feel bad abt it and escape into a comfort show and call it a day it means we shape a way forward through relentless pursuit of knowledge, through creation of our own ideas, with community. It means we need to read these books into our souls because it’s possible for them to be taken away from us before we get the chance to

Apparently, it wasn't just Giygas or Master Belch that left Threed plagued by the supernatural, as this flyer for the Threed Sunset Hotel from EarthBound's official Japanese guidebook (it's like the one that came with American copies but Japanese!) implies that it already had a reputation of being haunted! Really trying to get on Ghost Hunters, aren't ya Threed?

anytime i read any history about early punk its like. oh punk is fundamentally nostalgic like. as a genre. looking back to a period of the counterculture oldschool rock and blues and even pop simplicity in the face of 70s rock professionalism. which is why punk nostalgia haters do sometimes make me laugh.

just remembered when I was planning a PokéRole campaign that took place in a version of Kanto that was 10 years after Gen 2, with a couple new towns and some map changes I thought were neat.

Cinnbar Island would have been rebuilt as New Cinnabar, a floating city utilizing thermoelectric power from the volcano and run by Blaine's daughter. She'd also be a new Steel-type Gym Leader and had a techy wheelchair that could also become an exoskeleton for her legs. Kinda a ItSV Doc Ock vibe to her, her ace was Magnezone.

A couple other fun locations were Russet City (North of Pewter), Patina Docks and Celeste Town (North of Lavender), while the Indigo Plateau was rebuilt, after a landslide took out Victory Road, as the Indigo Plaza with a massive Stadium in the vein of Wyndon in Galar.

Anyway. Found the map I made in SwSh-style that I still think came out so so sick. Here it is.

Hi! I am not that blog, unfortunately; my knowledge of Thai geography is very minimal, and I haven't seen Tonhon Chonlatee yet. But I can try to point you to blogs who may be. Off the top of my head: @colourme-feral has been tracking locations, @liyazaki has been to Thailand, and I'm pretty sure @piningbisexuals lives there. I'm not sure whether @callipigio or @respectthepetty would know, but i'll tag them in anyway because they're also tracking shared sets. And @heretherebedork, @bengiyo and @absolutebl all know a lot about Thai BLs in general.

Since I haven't seen Tonhon Chonlatee I don't know the bridge, but I will take a stab in the dark anyways and guess that it's the Rama VIII bridge in Bangkok, just because it shows up in like a quarter of Thai BLs. But again, I have no idea.

great hader quote. have always appreciated how this show writes and most importantly FILMS violence. its always kind of mundane, this sort of everyday thing, sometimes shocking or disturbing or even breathless, but never ever cool or exciting for its own sake. lots of long takes, lots of still takes, just letting it unfold without visual judgement. which puts the impetus on the audience to judge it. hey i think this guy might be good at directing tv shows

I used to work in the indie movie business, as an Art person. Art Director, Production Designer, Set Decorator, and my favorite... Prop Master. I love crafting things, so this ended up right up my alley. I also occasionally was handed a camera to take behind the scenes stills, and sometimes did it with my own camera. Like the image above. Was working on a film, that we spend a good chunk of time in a Cemetery. Was quite enjoyable... Ignoring the kids that passed through on their way from school... Being right behind it. >.> Good job on that, city planners. But this shot was towards the end of the production. Just loved the composition of it. And in the past, have been complimented by professional camera people for my stills. Or eye for good shots for them to get.
