It’s weird tho bc obviously if you’ve read the manga you KNOW their situation is very Complicated™️. When they were both the same age it was fine but then Oz got yeeted into the Abyss and time jumped 10 years forward while he was in there for like 3 days and suddenly Gil’s like. 9 years older than him. But then Uncle Oscar still classifies Oz as being 25 even tho he’s physically 15. And then we find out that Oz’s body isn’t even HIS it belongs to Jack so that’s messed up. AND we find out Gil’s actually not just 24 he’s OVER 100 years old bc Baskerville shit. And THEN we find out Oz is actually the true B Rabbit so that makes it so he’s probably even older than Gil is. When we get to the end of the series they’re both canonically confirmed to be hundred(s) of years old so I’m sitting here like. Well,

And then she will take her final form: Magic Betty from Adventure Time, betraying her allies and saving her frost gf at the expense of the world. there are games that i enjoy playing more and there are games i enjoy thinking about more. sometimes the overall story and themes and blorbos are delightful but actually playing it is a little annoying so i just rotate it in my mind instead. sometimes i get absolutely sucked into the gameplay and the world and the experience for dozens or hundreds of hours and i enjoy listening to the soundtrack but it has little to no lasting impact on me as a person bc something in the story just failed to hit and that’s ok. both are good both are beloved. obviously the ideal piece of media is one i both enjoy actively consuming and thinking about but my mindset is that if a piece of media has any single good thing in it it’s a good piece of media. give me literally anything to work with and i’ll extract joy out of it. i’ve literally never played a game i didn’t like btw

Yeah, people suck. Now that the fandom is on life support, the hate has retreated back into the shadows. Thank goodness! I've read "gen" stories by slash writers where John and Rodney both secretly hated Elizabeth, who was shrill and incompetent. The worst were negative physical comments about Torri (which I never understood, cause the woman is gorgeous).

Like for me, I usually focus on one character or one ship the first time watching something and I ignore/forget about 80% about everything else that’s happening but upon rewatches I notice so much more, I realize how full the shows are, how intricate the relationships to other characters, outside the ship!

Also if you don’t ship John/Elizabeth and you want to get her “out of the way” there are so many better things to do than making them hate her😭 a) don’t put her in the story at all. b) make her oblivious to their relationship. c) make her ignore the relationship. d) make her ship them too!

Do whatever the fuck you want but it’s embarrassing to absolutely mischaracterize a woman character for the benefit of *your* ship.

😂, I don’t blame you at all for liking Cienna. She’s definitely a character that has an alluring appeal (if you’re into her sort of vibe).

Cienna in love is quite the creature, I have to say. She’s completely devoted, her iron-clad composure crumbling in the face of her partners smile, with a fierce protectiveness that makes sure everyone knows they shouldn’t mess with what’s hers. Truly the type to say something like: “Ever since I met you, there has been no one else worth thinking about.”
