When it comes to you, he's actually a bit more willing to compromise than most people think. For the most part, he respects your wishes, though he's stubborn with sticking to his own.

You want something? You bet your bottom that you're going to get it. You don't like something or someone? Well ooh boy, are they going to get it.

It'd probably go down with Barou telling the offender, "My queen didn't like that stunt you pulled just now. Get on your knees and apologize or you'll regret it, you fucking donkey". (Sounds like Gordon Ramsey LMAO). (He'd also say "Get on your knees" in the bedroom too teehee)

Try your best to intervene in this scenario even though he'll try to brush you off, or else someone will end up with a broken bone or face (or both)

As we already know, this dude is obsessed with being CLEAN. Honestly, I feel like he'd be the type to tell you to take your top off so he can iron it properly if he saw any harsh wrinkles on it lmao. If you two are living together, you already know who's in charge of most of the chores. (And heck, if you guys were living together, you probably wouldn't even have that wrinkle on your top in the first place. He would have already ironed it out.)

If you wore hairpins in a cross just like that little shaven part of his hair in order to match with him, he'd fall deeper in love. He'd probably be like, "Oi, tryin' to steal my look, are ya?" and feign annoyance, but deep down he finds it adorable. He'd see it as another piece of himself on you.

The only time he'd be willing to make a mess is when he's railing you lmao. He'll fuck ya when and wherever he wants in your shared home, but that doesn't mean he doesn't already have towels set to the side to clean up afterwards.

I know he's such a dom in he bedroom, but if he's amused enough by you, he'll let you have your way just for a little bit. Before you could reach your high, he'd probably interrupt and switch positions to reinforce who's boss. He'd be thrilled with himself after seeing that pout on your face. (Bonus points if tears are already forming in your eyes)

I feel like he'd be top-notch at aftercare? A "King" of aftercare, if you will, hehe. It might be a little ooc, but he'd make sure to ask if you're feeling okay after doing the deed, most likely with a, "Nothin' hurt?" or some other short question in a gruff manner. He wants to make sure you're in tip-top shape if he's gonna absolutely wreck you again anytime soon. He'll carry you to the bath if he has to and clean you up himself.

If you offer to also wash him, he'll let you. Though, be prepared for the numerous "over here's" and "you missed a spot's" cause he's gonna be real particular on how you do it.

I don’t usually make posts like this, but I’ve been seeing a lot of anti-intellectual junk lately, and I really think we need to put the word “pretentious” up on a shelf until people learn what it actually means.

It doesn’t describe someone who likes artsy-fartsy deep meaning media. People who are pretentious are fake. They’re posers trying to be sophisticated and unique, not like other girls. They pretend to only like stuff they think will make them sound cool when they talk about it. They want to act like they know something you don’t, and they want attention for it.

By definition, if you genuinely enjoy something, you can’t be pretentious. If it resonates with you, and you analyze it, and you don’t care what people think, that’s the polar opposite, actually. If you love obscure experimental prog music, if you watch underground high concept indie films through English teacher eyes, if you spend hours in a modern art museum reading each piece as a vessel for storytelling, if your backpack’s full of poetry books that inspire you, if you play underrated games that were someone’s passion project, if you have an interest in studying the classics or the masters, you are not pretentious.

Of course, some people just don’t like some stuff, and that’s fine, but that’s not what this is about. Don’t let anti-intellectuals shame you for enjoying things just because your interests are inaccessible to them, because they refuse to be brave and put effort into critical thinking. You’re not stuck up for refusing to overlook the craft of artists.
