All twc variations of Kendis are 6'2" -- but Regular degular Kendis tends to be 5'11" [all Kendis' wears heels so they're well above six feet at any given time -- Think Jessica Pearson styles]. But maybe I should make that uniform? I just like Kendis shorter than their big brother, parents, and uncle -- let them have that! Kendis is the baby and is far too fast grown. qwere But I'll think upon it.

I feel Kendis tends to have their eggs scambled [soft] or overhard, but they're down to clown when it comes to food. Kai is coffee and pastry. But if he must have eggs, probably hard boiled!

As for Kendis facts:

I don't remember what I've shared of Kendis ... and I have like five different versions ... maybe more. Who can count?

But let's see for AG/vvicked Kendis [who I usually mean when I say OG - though there is K. Crawford-Gagne who is more femme and just younger, but still stubborn and selfish lol]:

I think that Kendis is the youngest of four -- technically. She has an older half brother, and she is her dad's only child. But she was also raised around his half-sisters from his dad.

Kendis is very much Younger SiblingTM. Though their mom was tough [a park ranger who came by her 'mountain bwitch' accusations honestly], she mellowed some when Kendis came around. And her dad is a human carebear. So in a way Kendis was spoiled. They were also had respiratry issues as a kid.

But Crawfords aren't always the best with dealing with emotions and talking things out .... and her siblings had a LOT going on [their dead beat dad, bad relationships, her oldest brother's trauma, etc], so in a sense though Kendis was the baby, spoiled, they were also over protective. And had a lot of 'don't wanna be a burden' issues that helped shape who Kendis is today [oh, and she had some shit aunts, gossipy town members, and an eventual dead best friend -- etc, etc, is it gay to have a dead bestie?, etc]

It wasn't always functional but it was full of love. And pets. And Montana sky.

Kendis got into a lot of trouble tho. They were a bratty overprotective menance. Their oldest sib got them out of jailtime once. bb!Kendis didn't believe in hitting a person [though they'd threaten], but your property? Grass.

Hobbies: Lessie. Eat lmao. Baking, cooking, throwing parties, hiking, organizing shit, pottery. They're down to try anything once.

But there the metaphor came apart. There was no sense of care or prizing in what went into that cabinet – Tom Fairfax’s brains leaking out into the dust of the street jostling with kind words and lukewarm tisanes in Mary Foster’s hands with a handful of wildflowers, that Henry had brought in from the countryside, half wilted from the heat of the road. Henry had kissed her then, and, for a moment, the flowers went unremembered.

To start with: Jeanist is my favourite character in the entire franchise.

I didn’t think he was interesting at first, and my first impressions of him were. Very contrasted to how he actually is. (I, for some reason, had this impression he would be a very cowardly, annoying character that would sacrifice others to save himself)

(don't ask how, but that was the first impressions i got from seeing him visually)

So when Kamino happened, I suddenly just went "Oh. I was very wrong about this character. This is now my favourite character."

So, fast forward ONE DAY, and I've got a whole set of hcs and thoughts for Jeanist. But I need more content

So I rewatch the Kamino Arc.

Thats when Edgeshot comes on the screen and I actually notice him properly for the first time, I immediately liked his design and-

Quite literally couldn't make this up if i tried-

My Brain basically just CLICKED and I went "Oh. I feel something here. I also like this character let me look them up."

I noticed a) they were next to each other in the ranking and b) are of similar age.

And then my brain just went: Oh. There's a possibility for a ship here.

I had a very strong feeling about it and immediately took to shipping them from that one feeling.

I then looked up the ship and found next to nothing for them.

Turned to tumblr and found one ask blog and asked them what the name of the ship was, they said 'edgejeanist' and then. didnt. post again. sadly.

so I looked up the tag and there were about two or three total posts for them. and none were active makers for the ship.

SO

I took matters into my own hands and learnt how to draw digitally purely for the sake of making stuff for this ship. Started writing for them too.

fastforward 3 years and here we are!! The community has grown AMAZINGLY, we've got shit happening in canon, and I am still here LMAO

cold medicine made me manic and now I've spent the past two days reorganizing my tags and deleting close 2k posts and counting????

i had a few moments earlier this year, particularly when i was dealing with ridiculous fandom shit, in which i was very close to just remaking--i've had this account since 2016 and it's gone through many, many iterations over the past few years, and a fresh start sounded appealing. prior to this account, i basically remade every other year since 2011 or so.

but the fact that I've had it for so long was a big part of the reason i didn't want to delete and remake as well. there are a lot of good memories on here i don't wanna lose or have to transfer to a new account.

BUT i'm also neurotic and having over 24k posts just felt like too much, lmao. crossing over the 20k threshold had me like 😬😬😬

purging a bunch of shitposts, stuff that just doesn't resonate with me anymore, old signal boost campaigns, etc. has been quite cathartic. slightly tedious and my elbow hurts, lmao, but seeing as how i didn't have much brain power for anything else this weekend, it's been a decent use of my time

First concert was Sting at Jones Beach with the Philharmonic backing him (very LOL now, but it was my high school graduation gift and I was a big Police/Sting guy for a bit)

Most remembered/influential is a tough pick, I’ve seen a lot of great acts in the day. Here’s a list of some I can pull off the top of the dome:

Samhain during their reunion tour and there’s a video where you can see me crowd surfing.

I’ve seen Agnostic Front probably like four times over the last decade with a variety of openers.

Went to Black n Blue Bowl twice (2015 and 2022) and both lineups were stacked.

Neurosis, Converge, and Amenra at the Warsaw (seeing Converge was like a religious experience)

Sleep with Earth’s Dylan Carlson opening at Brooklyn Steel

Crowbar at Amityville Music Hall

Failure and Swervedriver also at the Warsaw a day before I moved into the city (was extremely hungover moving in day)

My friend’s band Heavyhex opened for Militarie Gun, Dazy, and MSPAINT like a year and a half ago, that was fun

Carcass and Deafheaven played a gig in my hometown like right after Deafheaven dropped New Bermuda

Was looking back at/collecting some old art and I found some art from a project I did for graphic design my senior year. honestly I didn’t need to go so hard but goddamn

project was basically making some fake assets for a mobile game based on a genre we chose- I chose a rhythm game. It was much fun

From what I heard it was taken on from keita’s suggestion because after he was informed abt the story/manga he said that it seemed as though kurosawa had loved adachi for a really long time with everything that he knew and how he acted etc so I guess the production team really liked that idea and boom but I think even he was surprised they settled on seven years😭 I love it so much though it’s like the Most Kurosawa Yuichi thing ever like of course he’s even the most dramatic of them all when it comes to pining because why wouldn’t he be… and god that whole mashup of scenes where it showed him watching adachi from afar and the part about how when he smiles he gets all soft and fluffy like god I love the drama so badly what a crazy gay little man

of Course it was machidas idea why didnt i realize it sooner. man knows kurosawa better than any other person on the planet of course he suggested making the pining longer . he changed the trajectory of the drama forever w this and i will thank him for it my whole life
