one of the things that bothers me most about late seasons btvs is the lack of continuity in relationships. like main events seem to carry over for the core crew, and the general emotion is there, but sometimes it feels like there should be stronger foundations where there is just sand, and it's incredibly disorienting. this seems to especially happen with spike, where he will have consistently positive and impactful interactions with the main characters in ways that should by all means be changing their impressions of him, and then in the next episode it's like none of that ever happened. that's enemy #1 soulless evil unthinking spike again, even though one scene ago you were playing pool with him and clearly realizing he experienced emotions and would die for you. like ??? where's the emotional follow-through.

If windows 11 is going to have my computer basically be a useless frozen brick for five straight minutes after startup no matter how many stupid settings I disable then it should at least be honest and trap me on the login screen that whole time. Ladybug's hair can often get in the way of her sight and she gets all cute and huffy and pouty trying to brush it aside. There was even that one time a lucky charm plan failed because the ends of her fringe (or bangs to you americanos) stabbed her eyes when the wind blew in her face.

So since then, Chat Noir would brush her hair aside for her. He would tuck the stray strands behind her ear, smooth his fingers through her fringe so it isn't plastered against her forehead, ensure the ribbons aren't loose and so on. He does it as naturally as breathing and Ladybug has grown accustomed to his random touches.

Be it during an interview, when she's talking about their battle plans, when they're patrolling and etc etc. She loves the way Chat Noir does it so effortlessly so she doesn't bother brushing her hair away ever again.

Gus is like the best example of this; hes VERY strong (strong enough to tame a creature like Brick), good facial and body hair (which is the equivalent of my homebrew gnomes viewing thick and well groomed fur as very attractive), and hes got a very sturdy body shape (not fat, but fat would be included in this too; Peppino is proof of that)

So when they see Pep theyre like ! Hes even BIGGER and he can lift Gus with no fucking problem! Like he is EVERYTHING!!!

Sokka doesn't get to date Yue in the Kyoshi twins AU because Suki steals his girl. This isn't even a 'Sokka has two hands' situation, it's a 'Suki has two hands' situation, because I think the idea of Suki charming her way into Yue's heart and Sokka missing his chance is absolutely hilarious and I'm therefore legally required to do it once.

I bought a chest freezer recently so I can finally indulge my grandma instincts of Make An Unreasonable Amount Of Food For Not Much Money And Eat Of It For Months

Today I bought two rotisserie chickens and made SIX large chicken pot pies (9" pie tins), used the leftover carcasses and have chicken stock going in the slow cooker, with enough leftover chicken meat and veg to make chicken rice soup tomorrow for DnD and probably have quite a bit to freeze as well.
