I just saw a really cool Billy cosplay on TikTok! I was getting ready to follow the person but wanted to check out the comments first and the top pinned comment from the creator was something like:

-To be clear, I hate Billy and Billy apologists are not welcome…-

With some other stuff thrown in at the end. I immediately scrolled away, out of fear. That may sound a bit extreme but this person was going through the process of cosplaying a character that they hate! And then saying that people who enjoy the character aren’t welcome in their space?

That’s terrifying to me. Of course they’re allowed to do what they want, I’m not saying that. But I almost interacted and said how much I loved the cosplay and Billy. It’s a good thing I saw the comment beforehand.
