#yes i put the hockey mask on him because of jason. yes im never taking it off. i love the mask so much#its like rggstudios knew that i got into friday the 13th recently and so they made that an option in the game im forever grateful#anyways. the game's great. im like 10 hours in and im still on chapter 2. i almost went broke multiple times bc i bought too much clothing#for kiryu to wear. 10/10 i cant wait for the ending to absolutely fucking destroy me emotionally <3#yakuza#ryu ga gotoku#kiryu kazuma#allyart#god i wish i didnt have work so i could play gaiden all day. its so fun..........................

Do you ever plan for your comics of Leshy x Yellow Cat to reach the point when Yellow Cat learns who they were sacrificed too?
When you do get there, would you still make fluff comics of them every now and then of back when?
It might be in process huhu, but there are some little bits and comic parts i wanna get out first to keep a sense of continuity. So its more likely i'll put out fluff and other bits before getting there.

#and before anyone who hates my shit says “yeah because you ARE a loser way to have self awareness for once”#i promise you this would be me with or without the LO fandom LMAO#anxiety is a hell of a thing#and as much as i internally guilt myself into thinking it would be better if i just shut up and hid away forever#i also know that's the trauma speaking because the adults around me always told me to shut up#and even as an adult i still encounter people who talk over me and make me feel like i'm not allowed to be outspoken#but the pen is mightier than the sword and all those years i've spent being spoken over i've been honing my penmanship#i have fun talking about the things i talk about and i don't have any less right than anyone else to do it#i am cringe and i am free#self post#vent post#altho on another note i do wanna make time this week to go find new series to read#too many of my favorites have turned to shit and it's taken its toll#i KNOW there are better comics out there that are genuinely well made#i already have a few that i'm reading that i love but i need to balance out the good with the bad more lol#i just need to take the time to go find good stuff instead of pouring so much of my attention into the bullshit that doesn't deserve my tim#i think both things can be true#i can have a lot of fun dissecting and writing about series i don't like#while also nourishing myself with good works that restore my faith in this medium#“perfectly balanced as all things should be”

#hellsing#alucard#kouta hirano#translation was found in a comment by u/lazyfoxheart on r/Kurrent#fun fact this is the highest quality version of this image that exists online#i know because i've been looking forever for a version that's clear enough to actually read what hirano wrote under '1443'#but there weren't any so i had to take matters into my own hands#the real image on the back of the guidebook is only 2 inches tall so i had to take this with my smartphone and will my hands not to shake#anyway i'm pretty sure it's supposed to say Eğrigöz (the location vlad was imprisoned) so yeah. thank you hirano very cool#if i might rant for a sec it took me an embarrassingly long time to figure that out because i didn't have the guidebook at first#and in the images i could find online that part was just a blur that looked suspiciously like a person's signature and i was like. who tf#i was thinking matthias corvinus since he issued some political propaganda against vlad iirc but it didn't match his signature on wikipedia#then i thought it might be vlad II dracul's since he probably had to sign an agreement to send his sons over as hostages at some point#but that didnt seem right either so i kept skimming vlad's wiki page#and then i was like goddammit...hirano.....you just misspelled Eğrigöz didn't you.. ....#i maybe should've made a separate post dedicated to this instead of writing a novel in the tags but eh#the hellsing brainrot runs deep#also- i put it in the source link at the bottom of the post but the german inscription is copied off a real woodcut of vlad from 1491#except instead of depicting him as an adult hirano drew him as a child which gives the inscription a very different feel imo#the one final thing that interests me about this is the fact that hirano published this calendar in 2002#which is REALLY early in the series. like this was before volume 5 came out??#i have no idea why he decided to do a massive spoiler drop in a random piece of japan-only merch#sandwiched between a drawing of alucard as john travolta from saturday night fever and integra as a fish no less#it makes me really curious to know what the fan response to this was back then. like did people even know who this was#maybe im just an idiot and everyone back then was like 'ah yes its alucard as a 12 year old. how very informative'

Usopp was very happy when he got the dials in the manga (chapter 301), like aww I'd nerd out too! Zoro pipes in too and calls what Usopp got as cool! & Zoro happily clinked beers with the guy you thought he killed in chapter 300 keeping true to his word of having no hard feelings to him 🥹
Also (if you watch the full eps and not the ones cut in One Pace maybe?) do you notice Usopp having the eye to single out & then eat the heart-shaped carrot Sanji kissed :'D & Sanji having gay panic thanks to Usopp twice (both are anime additions not in the manga, but still) XD
Sanji being happy around Luffy & Usopp is super "Sanji showing his inner sweet summer child" too honestly
I feel like the anime always goes the extra mile w sanji n usopp just thinking about the scene where sanji calls nami cute and usopp replies “thank you <3” and of course them holding hands in their sleep and usopp telling sanji (while dreaming) “you smell nice”

so just so we are all crystal clear... i'm not taking commissions, i'm taking ~donations~ to the brain/motivation fund, and if a chapter magically gets completed, then that's just a perk! 😉👌

#like i know the legality of it and all#the only reason i take money at all is to keep me afloat enough to not have to give it all up#because i know from experience that if i have to go out and get a job#i won't write anymore#i went two whole years not writing a word when i worked last time#on account of the super fun and not at all soul crushing depression and anxiety and (probably autistic) exhaustion#and when i finally got to quit that job because my partner was making enough to support us both#it was such a relief#i started Open Tab and wrote on it every single day#and slowly became happy again#and felt a sense of community for the first time in like forever#the dream is to finish my original stories and make money off of them instead#but until then#i have vet bills#and medical debt#and getting 200$ every other month or so (actually less because of paypal/kofi fees heh)#keeps our heads barely above water#and gives me the freedom to do what i love and share it with all of you#i genuinely fear losing this outlet#which makes the whole taking money thing very stressful lol#because if i got kicked off of ao3 or godforbid SUED#i'd probably just... go away#hopefully there will come a day soon where i can go back to just writing whatever i want and posting whenever i want#without a care in the world#no thoughts about money whatsoever#but we live in a society#and its rough out here#so uh yeah#anyway#sob story over boohoo first world problems or whatever

yall Im so fucking tired. This month has been exhausting. I promise Im alive, just barely functional atm.

Hes still around but declining#been taking care of him and my mom#along with working full time#and my boyfriend doing his damndest to keep me busy when Im not helping with dad#which is great except Im so tired#but also I havent been able to sleep much#and I've lost my appetite which apparently is a grief thing I didn't know about#So I've managed to get all the physical grief symptoms and it is taking a fucking toll#so your girl is sleeping in tomorrow and spending the day doing my own little crafts and avoiding people as much as I can#a girl just wants some sleep and a fulfilling snack but all she is being given are slight naps and unappealing food. send help.#anyways after this experience Ive decided that I no longer give any fucks because you only live once so Im just gonna do what I want foreve#and actually live life instead of being constrained by societal standards#after all this is over of course. gotta take care of dad first#also I got to paint the door because he was sick of staring at the porch. so its a lake view now#woooo#yeah so thats my life update for you all#also I saw a girl for the first time in 9 years today who completely changed the tradgetory of my life and didn't know it. so that was fun.#exhausing but fun#also idgaf about spelling right now I am running on caffeine and pure will power atm
