I'm looking to completely upgrade my pc when I get my job because for all intents and purposes it's kinda shit.

Don't get me wrong it gets the job done but it doesn't really run too well and I'm wanting to play higher end games.

But looking at this shit I'm realising I'm basically gunna have to replace EVERYTHING because my parents got me it not to be a good pc but more of a test the waters kind of deal.

I mean the good news is that the case is very spacious and the power supply is decent so I might not have to replace it, I'm pretty sure the pc was made specifically as an Introductory one that you could upgrade easily.

It's gunna cost alot but if I save up enough from working I think I could do it!

As much of a hassle this is I am kind of excited, I like taking initiative and doing stuff myself. And I fucking love putting shit together/building stuff. Genuinely I arguably like it more than art and that's saying alot, seriously best way to distract me is to put something I can pull apart and put back together again.

I fuckin love Legos and still do tbh.

But yeah rant aside I'm excited! Although I'm not excited for possibly having to set up my entire pc again...

I might not have to but considering I'm probably going to switch out the motherboard it seems likely.

Also I get that if I'm having to switch the motherboard I might aswell get a different pc but I got the pc this February and I really like the case so nah.

Also I like the idea of taking apart my pc and putting new shit in it, it's like a little project.

Alot of this is just wishful thinking and I do understand that this probs won't happen for a while because I still haven't heard back from my employer.

But hey I'm excited! And my pc is the most important thing I can think of rn that would be worth spending money on since I use it literally every day and use it for just about everything.

Other than my pc it's dumb shit like clothes, dumb trinkets and maybe like idk a new drawing tablet but I wouldn't say I need those the now. And as nice as they are u think my pc is more important.

Anyway sorry for rambling I've literally spent all of today and yesterday doing nothing but researching pc parts and whether or not they are compatible with eachother and my case.

Riz technically hasn't even finished his downtime but I mean. You know he's not rolling relaxation. Even if he tried for the hell of it, that DC would be insane. And even if he hit a nat20, I don't know if if would make sense for him to be able to relax? I can see the scenario where maybe he drops one token, but he's doing so much atm that I think narratively it makes more sense that he'd be keyed up until it's all over. I would like for him to try. I think if Riz gets taken over by rage we are deadass fucked. It would be bad if Kristen or Fig were corrupted. But among the boys who are actively at risk right now, all three could do some serious damage to the party, but Riz has been their guiding compass. And if he's compromised it's gonna be rough for the group to reorient themselves without him.

the instructions were for Wally, not the whrp/qa/You. which is especially interesting, because I think we all assumed they were instructions from Wally - after all, he's the one telling the whrp that they have work to do, he's sending envelopes (assumedly), he's sort of the driving force behind the whole in-universe project. he calls the shots, in a way. he's the one with the phone.

so who the hell is giving Wally instructions?

is it related to the distorted "extra" voice under Wally's in some of his hidden record audios? is it related to Sally's "monster"? is there someone else in Home?

just... there's a whole 'nother layer underneath Wally that i think is really scary. there's something else there, i feel. i Fear. i wonder if Wally is aware of it, or if he isn't quite as aware as we all - including him - like to think. how aware can a puppet be if they can't see their own strings (so to speak)? it's one thing to know what you are, and another entirely to understand what that entails.

I don't really like posting pics, but I recently got fleece lined leggings and a variety pack of fishnets to wear over them, and the green pair perfectly matches the lunar moths skirt I bought from @mayakern ! My necklace is also the same shade of green with blue accents, so my color coordination was off the charts today haha

this is so dumb but man. consistent qsmp streams were such a staple. i really leant on them to be consistent because everything else was so NON consistent. like i could cover more shifts unexpectedly or change plans as long as it didnt interfere with the whole . qsmp thing. obviously but it was easier for things to change because i knew i had an interest to fall back on happening ALL the time. and i always knew i could watch it.

technically nothings CHANGED the streams are still out there but going online and seeing whats happened while i was gone made it easier to go with the flow of so many fuckin things. now it feels like whenever something goes wrong i have nothing to hold onto.

i dont mean to sound like a sore loser, honestly splatfest results aren't important to me, i just have fun playing with my friends and my sister, but like, good lord i feel like there's gotta be something wrong with the points system at this point.

even if you don't care as much about winning, at least having a bit of a competitive spirit is what makes splatfests fun, and its not very fun to feel like you're always either on shiver's team or on the losing side.
